We had an odd situation, but the staff there didn't let that stand in the way of helping us. They had everything ready for us on the day we needed. The only glitch was we arrived sooner than we said we would and had to wait a few minutes after all the paperwork was done for them to finish washing and waxing the car. We found out the second day my wife's key was glitchy, took it in without an appointment and they got it fixed right away.

Went there looking for a f150 extended cab but was weary of the prices because of I had seen online but they found me one my favorite color and price a lot less than what I had previously seen online Plus cut the interest rate in half from what I was offered previously. I'd like to think Floyd and the Cella Ford staff for the great experience.

I was so anxious about buying a truck. I was so worried we would get the run around or some shark try and take us for a ride. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE!!! The people at Cella Ford are genuine, caring, VERY honest, and want to help you any way they can. The customer service was better than I could have ever dreamed and everyone was so welcoming. The whole process of looking at our truck and buying, keys in hand and out the door was about 2 hours. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else for a car ever again. It was a huge sigh of relief when they really treat you like a valued customer. We bought a 2010 tacoma sr5 and could not be more happy. I believe Bud was the one who helped us out and he was a breath of fresh air. Funny, honest, caring, and gave us everything we needed. BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE!!!!! No sharks, no run around, no worries.

So I have been taking my ford vehicle to Cella Ford for serving for quite sometime now and I usually deal with Maurice, but when Maurice is not there you might as well forget about it. There is a new service agent working there, her name is Diane Dennis. She is rude and very condescending. After calling several times to bring my vehicle in, no one answers the phone, so I decided to drive 30 minutes there. I got there at 1pm only to be turned away by MISS Diane! Who told me all the mechanics were busy and I would have to come back 8:30 in the morning the next day when the service department opens. She clearly was trying to make it difficult for me because she wasn't concerned if that time was convenient for me or not. I took my car for servicing the week before and after leaving the shop and on the highway I heard a loud rattling sound. I could not immediately return to the service department because I had prior obligations.. The manager also walked away with a disgusted reaction when I started complaining about my car. He made an unsavory comment about me to one of the service mechanics who was standing close by and both look at me in an unpleasant manner. Worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. I now refused to go back there. I will now take my car to another Ford dealership. This is such a turn off that i refused to buy another Ford vehicle. I will not go where my business is not appropriate but instead feel like a bother.

We met Bud Anderson for the first time early July this year. Having been a GM car and Suburban owners for 60+ years we did have some "wonders" as to a Ford product. Bud's ----- quickly put us at ease. Our questions about the various car models were given knowledgeable, thorough answers. Bud had his turn asking about what we wanted in a car and our driving needs. Most of our driving now is into New Bern about 8 times a week and some long distance trips during the year. He suggested the Fusion or the Fusion Hybrid. The test drive was a good one; the model used was a Fusion Hybrid. During the test drive Bud told us some of Ford's history including the Volvo and how some of their ideas are used in Ford designs. Bud's friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and diligence in finding the car we wanted made this buying experience a painless one. We also found him to be a man of his word.

We are life time GM customers and as such were their line-up for a vehicle which sat higher than a standard car. Nothing in the GM family of cars met our expectations. So after considerable consternation, my husband and I stopped by Cella Ford to explore their line-up. We were greeted by a very professional salesman, Bud Andrews Bud listened to our needs and produced three options for consideration. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and thorough. While we took a break for lunch, Bud researched and located what proved to be the perfect vehicle for us...a Ford Edge. There was no pressure to sell, just a genuine desire on Bud's part to assure we found a car to meet our needs and one we'd enjoy owning. The entire staff was accommodating and helpful. I had been looking to purchace a nicer vehicle for approx. 2 years, but more seriously looking for about 6 months when I happened to stop in CELLA Ford on my lunch break. I had test driven several Ford Escapes at other dealerships locally and in Raleigh, but I wasn't comfortable with any to date for various reasons. I met Mr. Bud Andrews as I was leaving and explained my previous experience, price range and what I was looking for. He really listened to me and was very comfortable to deal with. No high presure sales tactics at all, which is why I continued to talk with him over the next few days and ultimately purchased a Certified Pre-Owned beautiful 2012 Ford Escape. I absolutely love it. I was able to drive it for a week or more before all of the financing and paperwork was finished, even though there were a few problems that were on my end - no fault of Cella Ford or any of their reps. The Finance Manager, Mr. Rufus Gaskins was also a pleasure to deal with (again despite some errors on paperwork on end). Both Gentlemen worked around my busy work & personal schedule to accomodate me. I couldn't be more happy with my vehicle or the excellent service of this dealership, especially Mr. Bud Andrews who walked me through the whole process, explained everything to me, was available by cell phone and text to answer any question I had. 5 stars all the way around! From the beginning to the end of our adventure, we were treated with the up most consideration and respect. Bud was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our choice of vehicle. My 07 Taurus was squashed by a pine tree during hurricane Irene. So I replace it with a 4x4 Explorer. Bud Andrews really helped the process. I highly recommend him. Then last year I had to replace the rear bearings and Cella did the work. Great job.

While visiting my parents in New Bern, NC during Thanksgiving 2011, we mentioned that we were shopping for a used vehicle for our son. A HUGE Ford Truck fan, of course he wanted a Ford F150, and he had all of the reasons for why the F150 was right for our family and business. After spending a number of weeks in the painful car shopping process -- to my son's disappointment -- we had come to grips with the idea our budget could afford only a Ford Ranger. My Father suggested that we swing by Cella Ford in New Bern and talk to Brian McKeon (Sales Manager). My Dad was a hard man to impress, and Brian had earned his trust and respect, so we called Brian, and went over to see him. After explain to Brian our requirements for the vehicle, and our budget constraints, he felt like Cella could help us, and he asked Bud Andrews (Sales Person) to work with us to explore some options. We looked at a couple of Rangers in our price range, but we all agreed that the Ranger was just not enough truck for our business needs. We looked at a couple of F150's, and found some configurations that would fit our business needs, but not our pocketbook. Then Bud & Brian got their heads together and found a creative solution. There was a used F150 Cella had recently taken in trade. It was not in the inventory yet, as it was not yet through the pre-sale servicing. As it turned out, the truck was sitting in the service department, that was closed for the Holiday, waiting to be serviced the next week. Bud & Brian were able to work up a price that fit our budget; including a sight unseen trade-in for a car that was sitting in my driveway 350 miles away. When the shop opened the following week, the Service Department gave the truck a clean bill of health, and we closed the deal. This was our first experience with Cella Ford, and we became Cella customers for life. Now, whenever we are thinking about doing anything with a car, our first call is to Brian, Bud & Cella Ford.

We went to several dealers in Eastern NC with a minor problem with our 2011 Fiesta. All of the dealers either brushed us off or could not answer are questions. We stopped at Cella Ford they did not have an answer right off but were determind to find it. They took the car in the garage and found the answer, but did not charge us. While the car was in the garage we had a nice conversation with Bud Andrews. A couple of weeks later we decided to trade cars. We went to several different dealers. They either did not have a car we wanted or they were not able to give us the deal we wanted. We went to Cella Ford and found Bud Andrews. He found us the car we wanted and worked with us to get the deal we were after. We had a small problem with the new car and took it to a local dealer in Havelock. We did not get the service we expected. We took it to Cella Ford, they were great. They resolved the problem and seemed to really care. I highly recommend them.

We have purchased vehicles in the past from Cella Ford and like the way Bud Andrews deals with us. The April 25th tornado destroyed both the car and truck along with property losses. A phone call to Bud had us in a 2014 Escape quickly, he listened to what we wanted. Not only did he meet those wishes but managed to add an option and surprise us. The F-150 truck was purchased new after the insurance company "paid off", Bud had new trucks lined up outside the showroom, and after a couple hours drove one home that afternoon. The purchase process went smooth on both vehicles, with the help of the Sales Team!

This is the second time I shopped at Cella Ford but 3rd time I bought a vehicle from Bud Andrews. Bud treats me like family and understood my purchasing situations. He understood my needs and showed me vehicles that were in my price range and category that I was interested in. He treats his customers with respect and honesty. That said I'm enjoying my f-150 that Bud helped me with and also enjoy the benefits and features that Ford and Cella Ford offer. They are also a military friendly dealer and will treat you like you are one of the family. To conclude, I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle. If they don't have it they can find it for you.

I recently purchased my first Ford from Cella Ford. I owned a 05 Suzuki grand vitara, and was having to get a lot of service done to it , and my daughter Kim Langston and her husband had purchased vehicles from Cella. They recommended I go and check out vehicles there. I am not a big fan of car salesmen but Mr. Bud Andrews gave me all the time I needed to check out the cars. Jan 2013 I purchased a F250 Powerstroke from Cella Ford. Having knowing my salesman, I trusted he would guide me in the right direction. I have been a loyal Chevrolet owner for over 30 years. I spoke to Bud Andrews about a Ford Powerstroke Diesel truck. I had no intentions of swapping brands but after driving the truck and valuing my salesmans knowledge and honesty of the brand, I purchased it. I had a new Z71 at the time and have had several.You could try and give them all back to me in trade my F250 and I would turn you down. I love my new truck and I have eaten a lot of crow over buying a Ford but if it had not been for Bud Andrews I would have never seen the light. I had gone through a nasty divorce and was afraid I would not get financed but Cella found a way. I will keep this truck and soon as I pay it off I will be going back to Bud and buy another one. I value my friendship with my salesman Bud Andrews just as much as I do with my new truck !!

My mother and I stop into Cella Ford looking to see what the new Ford Escapes were all about. My mother wanted a new vehicle and the Escape was one of the cars she wanted to look at. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Michael Mealey one Cella's salespeople. Michael took the time to listen to my mothers needs and concerns she had about her next new vehicle. He showed us the 2014 Escape he had on the lot. Michael took the time to explain all the features on the vehicle. (The other dealership we shopped at didn't give us five minutes) My mother wanted a red Escape, Michael made arrangements to have one brought to the dealership for us. Michael never pressured us at anytime during the entire process. We are so happy we stopped at Cella Ford my mother has told everyone what a great place it is to buy a car!

We were greeted right away by our salesman Michael. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants before he started showing us trucks. I very rarely write negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone to experience the same TERRIBLE customer service that I did from Floyd Oaul at Cella Ford. In short, my husband and I were in the market for a truck. Floyd ended up being the sales person that we were working with at Cella Ford. He was VERY pushy and called multiple times after we told him that we were going to make a well thought out decision. After we were ready to purchase the car we told Floyd (at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night) that we wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until 5:00pm on Wednesday night. He asked us if we wanted him to hold the car for us and we said that would be excellent. When we showed up (ready to drive the truck, get it checked out by our mechanic, put money down, and pay in cash) you can imagine our surprise and anger when we discovered that he had NOT put the truck on hold and sold it earlier that day. I find it interesting that Floyd is able to annoyingly call multiple times a day when trying to make a sell, but he couldn't give a courteousy call to let us know that the truck had sold and not to drive 40 minutes (one way). If I ever did use Cella Ford to purchase a vehicle after this situation, which is highly unlikely, I would definitely never use Floud Paul.

He was VERY pushy and called multiple times after we told him that we were going to make a well thought out decision. After we were ready to purchase the truck we told Floyd (at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night) that we wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until 5:00pm on Wednesday night. He asked us if we wanted him to hold the car for us and we said that would be excellent. When we showed up (ready to drive the truck, get it checked out by our mechanic, put money down, and pay in cash) you can imagine our surprise and anger when we discovered that he had NOT put the truck on hold and sold it earlier that day. I find it interesting that Floyd is able to annoyingly call multiple times a day when trying to make a sell, but he couldn't give a courteousy call to let us know that the truck had sold and not to drive 40 minutes (one way). If I ever did use Cella Ford to purchase a vehicle after this situation, which is highly unlikely, I would definitely never use Floud Paul.

I spent four weeks looking for a specific vehicle after my old one broke down on me. After the first week, my wife and I chose to contact Cella Ford. We are glad we did! Jim Hinckley (internet sales manager) introduced us to Charlene Woody (sales rep) upon our first visit and she was more than pleasant and patient with us for three weeks. Brian McKeon and Charlene assisted us in searching, in and out of State, for two vehicles I wanted. No one within Cella Ford made us uncomfortable throughout the process. Even the service department was a simple, pleasant process. I brought the vehicle in for service, Cella Ford had a loaner for me to use for work until my vehicle was completed. And now the vehicle I purchased is that much more enjoyable to drive after they completed an alignment, balance and rotation at no charge. You can count on Cella Ford to take good care of you as you search for a vehicle as well as all your service needs after purchase.

My Daughters Ford Fiesta recently needed some warranty work performed, because she is under 26 she could not get a rental car, so i had to have the loaner and she drove mine. Debbie at Cella put me in a Mustang GT, Clever girl. I loved the car, and wanted to see if I could trade in my Jeep. The experience was fantastic, no haggle, and after my extensive research in pricing and trade value I was very pleased. they gave me exactly what I expected for my trade and a good price for the Mustang, so obviously I bought the GT. from Debbie, who is awesome, to the service department and the finance manager, what a great experience, would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car or vehicle, will get my sons car there soon. Charlene Woody is an excellent sales agent and makes you feel welcome. My family was treated very well by Charlene. The attitude she gives is very positive. I was in need of a new truck to pull my horse trailer and had decided I wanted a new Ford F250 for the job. I had been told by my truck friends that you had to go to Raleigh to get a good deal on a new truck. I figured I would just stop by Cella Ford in New Bern to just get an idea of what I wanted and then go out of town to buy. I was greeted by Michael Mealey a salesman who worked there. He claimed to be a truck sales person, so I thought I would have a little fun with him. Boy it didn't take me long to figure out he really knew his trucks! After sitting down with Michael and going over my needs, he spec'd out the exact truck I was looking for. He had one on the lot for me to look over. He took the time to anwser all my questions and show me how all the truck features would meet my needs. I have been driving diesel trucks for a long time and thought I knew them pretty well. Turns out Michael not only has been selling Ford trucks for almost 20 years, he has been using them on his horse farm for almost as long! WellI really liked the truck, but remembering what my friends said about having to go out of town to get a good deal I didn't expect much of a deal. Again I was wrong, Tom Hall, Michael's sales manager worked up a deal that was way better than I had been offered up the road. Needless to say I bought the truck! On Jan 15,2014 I was involved in a car accident that totaled my new 2013 Ford Focus that I purchased from Cella Ford in Sept. I went back to the same salesperson that helped me before... Charlene Woody. Right away she tried to help me find another car with all the options that would make me happy. Charlene is very knowledgable and tries to make sure you understand how your car works from how to sync your phone to unlocking your doors. Charlene is very helpful... She lets you know that you are welcome to call her at any time if you have a problem that she can help you with even after the sale is finalized. She calls to followup and make sure things are going well and that you are still happy with your car. Mr Rufus Gaskins worked his "magic" to make sure things went smooth and in a timely manner. He helped me get an affordable payment that I was happy with. Cella Ford of New Bern is very fortunate to have such outstanding employees. And now about my accident.....It was a very foggy early morning accident with a garbage truck. My car was totaled and I suffered rib injuries along with bruises. I have no doubt in my mind that my FORD car saved me from being seriously injuried or killed. Even though the front was mangeled all the way to the windshield the inside of my car was not damaged. Just goes to prove FORDS ARE BUILT TOUGH just like they say. I will never own any other kind of vehicle.

Being a woman I always hated going to car dealerships by myself, but I have always wanted a new Ford F-150. So one rainey day in December I stopped by Cella Ford in New Bern on the way home from work. Even though the weather was not the greatest I was greeted very promptly by Michael Mealey one of Cella's vehicle representatives. I could tell right away Michael was different from many of the other male sales people I have delt with over the years. Michael took the time to listen to my vehicle needs and help guide me to the perfect truck for me. He explained all the different features that I was interested in, showing me how each would benefit my needs. What happened next, however completely blew me away! He said just wait till you see under the hood! I have bought many vehicles over my life time,(this being my first new) and have never been (as a woman) offered to look under the hood! I think it was at that point that I caught Michael off guard when I told him I will take it!

I have owned and driven Ford Mustangs since my first new one in 1970. This was my 8th Mustang and I have driven them over half a million miles. I had been searching the internet for a 2014 Shelby GT-500 as this will be their final year made. I was able to locate one on the internet at Cella Ford in New Bern, NC. We contacted Michelle Spier who does their internet sales. She was fantastic and offered us a great deal over the phone. Most dealers only sell Shelby GT-500's at or above MSRP. She was able to give us a price well below the MSRP. We drove through bad weather over 300 miles and arrived at the dealership an hour before close of business. We were greeted at the door by Danny Mansfield, a sales representative, who took great care of my wife and I. Within 45 minutes all the paperwork had been completed and Danny suggest several places to eat and a great hotel to spend the night. He offered us the car that night but I said I'd rather come back in the morning to pick it up in better weather. The next morning the car was fueled and ready for the trip home. I would rate Cella Ford and it's staff as a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5 in the service we received on the purchased of our new 2014 Shelby GT-500. Thanks guys!!!

Before coming to Cella Ford I visited other dealerships where the Customer Service and Overall Service was very poor. I was referred to Cella by a friend of mine and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. This was my first time buying a vehicle and it was very stressful for you, Owen and Jason were more than patient with me and even waited 2 hours after closing time to help me close on this vehicle. I will be coming here from now often when purchasing vehicles and I highly recommend coming to this dealership well over the rest.

Christina was a great help for us. It took us over a year to finally make a decision. We went back and forth before we decided on which car we wanted buy. I have done business with Cella Ford for a number of years and have always received prompt and courteous service. I recently had a need for a particular vehicle that would meet specific needs that I had. I called Christina on Monday to let her know what I needed and ask for her help in finding the vehicle. She went to work on it immediately and stayed in touch with me throughout the week on a daily basis until she finally located what I needed and we closed the deal the end of the week. This is just an example of the quality of service you can expect from not only Christina but others at Cella Ford as well. I highly recommend the dealership.

I was doing a lot of looking on line for a car that met what I was searching for. Cella Ford's Dealership had the vehicle on the lot a Ford Fusion. I live about 50 miles away so I emailed a question to them. I got a quick response by email and was followed up with a phone call from Michelle Spier. I mentioned that I was going to drive up and see the Fusion. She phone me the next morning and I told her I would be there in a while. I am an older person and this was the first time that I ever did anything by a computer. Michelle was very pleasant to talk to, not hesitant to answer questions and leaving herself open to any further questions I might have. Michelle introduced me to Rick Hamilton. Rick was very easy to talk to, almost like not even talking to a salesman. He took me on a test drive, walked with m e around the lot and when I decided to go ahead with the purchase, he was very slow and deliberate to ensure that I fully understood what was happening during all phases of thepurchase. I am very happy with the Fusion and with the whole experience with Cella Ford.

New to New Bern & decided it was time to retire the '03 Impala. My wife and I decided to settle on the Escape or another mini suv. I spent considerable time with both & made appointments with both on Saturday for my wife to see which one she liked best. Visited Cella first and Rick showed my "bride" the colors and clearly explained the benefits of the vehicle. After she picked out the color and reviewed the interior she said this is it and no need to go see the CRV. No high pressure from Rick Hamilton along with his sincerity and honesty eliminated us going any further down the road and we closed the deal. Rick, his fellow sales people Rufus and Michelle made us feel like we were part of the family. Well done Rick. ps: being courteous, I called and cancelled the other appointment and did not care for the tone there & will never go back.

A true test of a satisfied customer is will he/she return as well as recommend others. I purchased my 2014 5.0 GT on November 13th from Cella and Rick Hamilton, Sales Consultant. The purchase and delivery experience was top shelf! I made the purchase after visits to two other dealerships in the area, trading a 2010 GT. Cella's deal was the best of the three, no pressure. I love the car, I love the followup, I will return for my next car and I will recommend others.

went in to cella ford with a credit score of 803. Bought a truck- they bombed (slammed down) my credit score to a 640 (check it at least 3 times- and or from different sources) so as to I guess let their buddies at BB&T take my loan. this was my 4th new vehicle and highest financing yet. Its been 3 months and only now am i back to the mid 700s. Buyer beware. I have had a clean and good credit history my whole life. As for repairs, I always hear the same as the negative reviews on here. 200+ dollars to spray some electronics cleaner...its a joke. just look at the building and the staff and look at their yearly turnaround. all that $$$ is going somewhere and it aint helpin' the customer.

Details of my experience with my new car can be found on my review of Lookout Ford in Morehead City, NC. Awful experience with them, but Cella Ford saved Ford's reputation, even though we didn't purchase the car at Cella. That was regrettable. In any case, Maurice in service stayed on the job with us, great communication and when the part was in, he gave me a loaner and the car was repaired only a few hours later. They have well earned my business when I purchase another new vehicle in the coming months!
