I would have to say that my transaction of buying my truck had to have been the best vehicle purchase I have ever had. I got the truck at the price I needed to be at, one thing that stuck out to me was that Cassill motors was doing a shoes for kids promotion which tied into a vehicle purchase. That is fantastic you won't see that at any other dealership. Spencer was the salesman I worked with and he was great. No pressure from him and it worked out just fine. I've told a lot of people about the professionalism of Cassill, and will be sure to look there when a new vehicle is needed.

I had a small issue with my Wife's car that was resolved on the first try. The day before her car was scheduled for the repair a Cab backed into her car. The Cassill Motors service department arranged to have her car repaired at their shop and then took it to their body shop. Her car was fixed at both places on time and as quoted. Very happy with service department and Body shop. You cant find better people to work with. Roger and Jay have built a great business that I am proud to and have recommended my family and friends to.

I was at a business next door to dealer and decided to drive thru the lot as I left. I noticed a pickup that I might be interested in. I looked it over, drove it, and met with Greg to see what kind of deal he would make. I should mention I was not driving my pickup at the time so he gave me a rough trade price pending his seeing my vehicle. I went home and returned with my pickup , talked some and made a deal. Since it was after 5 PM on a Saturday I preferred to wait until Monday to make the trade. The most important part of the deal was that it was sealed with a hand shake until I returned Monday. I am an old timer and this impressed me the most. I returned Monday and completed the paper work. They have done everything they promised to do. I have had them service my vehicle because of recommendations I received from my friends, I would certainly recommend giving Cassill an opportunity to earn your business.

Great customer service. All the employees were friendly. Larry took me for my first test drive. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush me. Greg helped work out the details and determined how much for my trade in which was very reasonable. Again I wanted time to think about it and no rush was placed on me. Sonni took me for my second test drive of the car and sold me on it. He was very helpful with demonstrating the Sync features and even helped me pair my phone to it. They consistently made me feel that I was working with trust worthy people not like some car dealerships. Thank you Sonni, Larry and Greg for the great service. I will be recommending people your way!

I recently bought an F150 Lariat from Cassill and the experience was probably the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure and they found me what I was looking for. If you want a great experince go see Larry Nelson and the rest of the Cassill crew. It's the first time I can actually say I enjoyed a car buyying experience.

This will seem like an odd review because I didn't buy a vehicle from this company. However: I felt others might be interested in my experience with them. I was just driving through their lot, not expecting to find exactly what I was looking for when Aaron, one of their newer sales associates approached our car. He asked if we were finding our new car? I explained exactly what I wanted. He took us to exactly the right vehicle. A late model cargo van. Aaron took us to the office where we visited with Jay Cassill. It wasn't one of those long drawn out "We'll we can do this, how does that sound" kind of pitches. It was simply here is what we can do. The deal included the "Lifetime" engine warranty and a very reasonable price. After a few minutes discussion we were allowed to leave. No arm twisting, no pleading, just a sincere: "We'd like to help you if we can". Unfortunately the vehicle had been beyond my budget so we left without it but I would certainly go back another time. It was a good shopping experience. Thanks to Aaron & Jay.

Aaron was a big help getting my car traded in. Kept in contact in the 48 hours for getting my car traded into a 2010 malibu. He has great customer service skills. He entertained my son and gave him a ballon when he knew his mother did not want him to have one...LOL. My boyfriend bought an suv from Aaron last year and we have had nothing but good things come from Aaron. He is very helpful and understanding when it comes to our budget on what we can spend.

Stopped into Cassill Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA with intentions to purchase a used Ford Edge. Cassill Motors had just the right color, style and price range I was looking for. In addition to all of the great perks that came with my new vehicle, Cassill offered fast, friendly hometown service with excellent incentives. I used to be a Jeep girl, but this Ford has me hooked! Not only did this trip make my day, but the new salesman - "Scuba Steve" - just made his first sale in his first week on the job! I had no intention of buying a car Saturday 6/14/14. I was listening to WMT and heard the show that they have each Saturday morning and out of curiosity I stopped in. They listened to what I needed in a vehicle, offered me a fair priced for my car (which hadn't seen a vacuum in months) and had the right car that fit my needs. My family and I have purchased cars from this dealership for 2 generations at this point. I have since 1994 and have had every vehicle I owe repaired/serviced in their Service Department, as well as used their Auto Body shop (which is one of the VERY BEST in Eastern Iowa). I cannot say enough about the extra steps the entire staff takes no matter what type of service I have done or when making a purchase. The Cassill staff TRULY makes you feel like you have a "Friend" in the car business. They have not always been perfect, but no one is in any business, but you will not hear excuses and they ALWAYS put the customer FIRST when it comes to resolving the issue!!! This defines trust and I feel that is most important when making a buying decision.

This was the best experience I had in buying a car. When I first showed up at the lot, I was just looking to see if anything caught my eye. Aaron the sales person, came over to assist. He asked what I was looking for and when I said I didn't really know, he asked questions to get an idea of what I wanted. He asked about type of car, color, dollar amount etc. He had me sit in several different types of cars to figure out what I wanted. When I told him what dollar amount I needed the payment at, he went and found out what purchase price I had to stay under and only showed cars that was at that price or below. He was very helpful, not pushy at all. Craig the finance guy was just as helpful, explaining every document I had to sign, he let me read them completely, I wasn't rushed like I have been at other dealerships. There was a couple of things that I wanted fixed on the car and they had no problem fixing them. Everyone I met at Cassill Motors including Roger Cassill, was very friendly and helpful. When my daughter and son need a different car, we will definetly be going back to Cassill Motors.

I selected a vehicle that came in on Saturday and I purchased it for cash on Monday. The check engine light kept coming on and Greg had me bring it in for service and it turned out the engine was trashed.... Pat and Greg and everyone gave me a rental and had my Arcadia for 2 weeks and I received a brand New engine...These guys were right on it and made it right... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASSIL MOTORS!!! They did right by me and he will do right for you!!!

I went to Cassill Motors and one other local car dealer in town and was so impressed with the service that I received from Cassill. I started in the morning with Cassills and then went to the other "big" lot dealer and after finally narrowing it down between two cars that I like I decided to go with Cassills because of the service that I received. When I came down to doing the paper work Cassills did not do the wheeling and dealing that I had to go through with the other place, I told them what I wanted my payments to be at and they made it work. I would recommend everyone to go there if you want real costumer service. The next time I go to look for another car I will go back to Cassill Motors. Thanks to them I am happy with my choice.

They are the A1 Dealership in the area. They help you find exactly what you want, even if it costs less that what you are willing to pay, everyone else will try to push you into a vehicle at a higher price than you are willing to pay, not Cassill. Very friendly and helpful to your every need. They are a one-stop-shop, from buying a vehicle to full service and repair departments. Cassill is the only Dealer or Shop I will be dealing with from now on.

Customer service is important to me, nearly as important as the product or service I am purchasing. I went to a couple of places for repair estimates before going to Cassill's. I found Cassill's staff to be very friendly, competent & willing to provide a positive experience. I also found their estimate to be the most reasonable. I have picked up my vehicle & the repair work is perfect! The quote for the work was not only 'in the ball park' but on penny under the estimate. Without hesitation, I recommend Cassill Auto Body!

Stopped in to take a look and see what's out there for cars. Explained that I was just in the looking process, I was not pressured it was very relaxing (not like most dealers). I looked at a couple other dealerships but couldnt find the quality for the price like at Cassill. Craig the sales manager gave me what I wanted outta my trade even tho it was more than it booked for, they were great with my kids and gave them balloons and note pads. The process was painless. We now have exactly what we are looking for in a vehicle.

I've bought 2 cars in last 5 years from Dan at Cassill and had great experience each time . The Sales Mgr Greg is very Knowlegable and willing to "Dicker " some on Price . They gave me a good Deal! Recently my daughter had an "Encounter" with a large Doe at 70 mpH . It wasnt preety. She was OK..the deer wasnt so lucky..neither was the 06 Sonata. $4K plus damage. The Car looked BETTER THAN new when we got it back in just 5 DAYS!!! Great job and thanks much to Lowell and his guys. Good luck and Congrats on the new Cassill Location Too.

Cassill Motors did an Excellent job repairing the front end of our mini van from a run in of a deer. Lowell, Body Shop Manager provided superior customer service, first helping us find a rental car in Cedar Rapids. Lowell's team actually cleaned and vacuumed the van out for us. The front end of the van looked like new when we pick it up, in and out of the shop in less time then we expected. Great job guys!!!

We were looking for a specific model and did a search on Cars.com. Found one at Cassil. We live in Hannibal, MO and were a little worried about the distance. We talked on the phone and we drove up the next morning. The car was prepped and ready for us to drive in spite of the snow storm. The staff really helped with all the details. We traded our vehicle and drove the new one home. There was an item needing repair and Cassill arranged for it to be done locally. None of my many fears have come true. They restored some of my faith in dealerships. Thanks Lacy, Opy and Mike.

Lowell and his shop did an amazing job fixing my Toyota Camry. They provided a quick, quality and low priced estimate. I dropped the car off on a Sunday when I left town and it was done on Friday when I came home. They even came to pick me up at my house to retrieve the car. They also provide quick and reliable email estimates to me. Having a shop that is technologically capable of communicating with todays working professionals is worth talking about. I would definately continue to bring my vehicles to Cassill Motors body shop. Thanks again Lowell!

Had a problem with my Envoy, called Danny in the service dept and asked if they had time to replace a headlight bulb as I know I had to be on the road that evening. His response, "of course, come on in" when I arrived there, the mechanic opened the door like he was waiting for me. Very cheerful and was glad to help out. My wife and I appreciate Cassill Motors very much and depend on them for our needs, they make us feel like VIP's everytime we go to the service dept, or Lowel in the body shop. That's why, we have purchased 14 vehicles over the past 14 or so years. They seemed to tread us like family. Thank you Cassill's. BW

We saw a car on their website. Went in to see if they actually had the car. Very surprised the car was exactly like the website said it was. Test drove the car and went home to think about it. Scott gave us no pressure to make our minds up right away. Went back next day to purchase car and have a third party inspection. After inspection was completed was told it was like a brand new car. They have not seen a used car like that in a long time. Very pleased with our purchase and all the friendly help we got from Scott and all the employees at Casill Motors. We will be going back for our next purchase.

My husband purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in the past & had a good experience, so I had no reservations about visiting them when it came time for me to replace my own vehicle. I test drove a LOT of vehicles, visited several dealerships, but always kept coming back to this one. My salesman, Willie, was awesome! He had many options for me & helped me narrow down my search for the right vehicle for me. He listened to my needs & made good suggestions. He was truthful & honest when I asked him about his personal preferences & buying habits. He was very pleasant to work with. The buying process was unusually painless. Willie's manager listened to my current situation & needs and came up with an offer I could fit into my budget. He was pleasant & treated me with respect, which was a far cry from another local dealership I had dealt with the very same day, where I came away feeling angry, put down & disrespected (and made a mental note never to visit that dealership again). The people I worked with at Cassill Motors were not high pressure, and they allowed me the freedom to take my time, do my own research, and test drive as many vehicles as I needed in order to make the right choice for me & my budget. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I found the salesman and other personnel to be courteous and attentive to my 'want list'. They made a trip to one of their offices th find just the car I wanted. They were knowledgeable about different makes of the cars with the specifications that I listed. They were patient when I asked that other members of my family come at a later time to critique the car.

I searched all over Cedar Rapids for the lowest price body repair for my rusting vehicle. Cassill Motors beat their closest competitor by over $500. I got a free quote from Lowell who I found to be honest and thorough in his evaluation of what was needed on my car. The guys at the body shop worked hard and fast and finished the repair 1 day earlier than quoted. I found the repair and body restoration to be of superior quality. I would HIGHLY recommend Cassill Motors to my friends.

I picked Cassill at random to have some body repair done on my explorer. My son had a body shope in the area before passing away 2 years ago so he always took care of my car. It was difficult for me to have someone else take care of my car. Lowell and staff was so kind and understood my concerns but they made my experience very easy and in a timely time. I will recommend them to friends and will take my car back for service again.

My uncle recommended Cassill Motors for repairing my bumper after being rear-ended. Lowell Underwood made me feel comfortable and was able to assist me quickly on a estimate. He also assisted in talking with other party's insurance company. Cassill Motors staff do a super job on my bumper. Looks like new. Im a happy customer and probably will return for their service if occasion araises.

Stopped by to see the inventory that was on the lot. Salesman was out to talk to us on our cars of interest. We did not really know our self at that point in time. We looked at of course the economy models first. Too small and too difficult to get in and out of. Looked at larger vehicles and were too pricey. Looked at a couple of explorers and left the lot. Went back to the lot on May second to test drive one of the explores. Also had a different salesman. Took vehicle(2002)for a test drive and I felt the noise in the vehicle was a little to loud. Not having a SUV before, I was a little unsure of what I was getting into. I ask the salesman how the vehicle are checked out when they come on the lot. He explained the point procedure and at what percentage of wear that items are replaced, such as brakes, tires etc. I ask him if the noise was not a little too high. He also felt that it was high judging from other vehicle that he had been in. I felt that it could be the belts in the tires shifting and requested four new tires. They declined saying that they would find the problem and fix it. If it proved to be tires, they would replace them. If it was a bearing, they would fix/repair it. They run it off to their shop and about a half to a hour later said that it was a bad wheel bearing. Parts were ordered and we picked the vehicles up that PM. On the drive home vehicles was running down the rode with no growling sound. The vehicle purchased was 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4X4 with 70,000 miles. This vehicle looks good and will run me a long time. Both salesmen were easy to talk to and patient. I am happy with the experience and found something in my price range.

Found this dealer by chance after researching reputable dealers. We live in WI and my kids go to college in IA. We needed a truck and this dealer was in the middle of our family locations. Great experience and very ethical people. Great quality inventory. We were so impressed we bought a second used vehicle for another of my kids a month after the first purchase.

i had a great salesman named eric casher ? spelling. he was very helpful and not at all pushy. i discovered a couple of minor problems with the outside mirror and auto. door lock and cassill fixed it free of charge within a week. i had my mechanic go over it and it was in good shape.

Cassill Motors sales staff were extremely patient with me (as I kept changing my requirements) and really helped me make the right decision. There was no pressure whatsoever, and every one of the sales staff was so friendly - I actually had fun buying a vehicle! I will definitely buy another vehicle from Cassill!

My wife and I went to 3 different dealers in Cedar Rapids. We had an absolutely awful experience at one, and typical experience at the other two. Then we went to Cassill Motors. Talk about excellent service! We were welcomed, from the heart, from EVERYONE we talked to at Cassill, including the owners! Their selection of used cars was excellent - every one of the cars were possibilities. Cassill inspects all their vehicles and each one we drove (7 in all!) were clean and well running. Our sales rep was very helpful and took his time with us - as did all of the team. Great dealership - I have already recommended them to a friend, and we will be back for our next purchase!

Lowell with Cassill Auto Body was recomended to me by a coworker. I have had three projects where blending and matching the color were critical. I was pleasantly surprised in each case with the final work. The price and delivery quoted have never changed and on the last job he even painted the frame while he had the box off my 2004 Ford pickup. I think he did this because he would want it done if it was his truck. This was above and beyond. I did not notice the xtra work until I got home because it was raining when I picked up the truck. I am a very hard customer to please and rarely satisfied. I will not take my business any where else.

The dealership asked the perfect questions...what car, price and pmt. They offered me a deal that I coundnt pass up and nor did I know I could. They made it for me. I bought warranty and the pmt was still the same. The dealership upgraded everything so I would be a return customer. Was lloking for 2005 but bought 2008. Best car buying I have done in years! Cassill Motors is truely "My Friend in the Car Business". This is a car dealer that has continued to exceed my expectations for the past 11 years that I have personally delt with them. I have purchased cars, vans, trucks, SUV's and motorcycles from this dealership without EVER experiencing a negitive deal in anyway. They have ALWAYS been honest and went beyond the call of duty to provide the very best car buying experience I could hope for. To back this up, my entire family including my teenage children, parents, brothers, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and even my Mother and Father in-law have purchased vechiles and service from Cassill Motors, with complete satistifcation. This does not even include the countless number of freinds and co-workers that I know, that have delt with this dealership. In the past I was NEVER a big fan of car dealerships and especially car sales staff. I looked at the "dealing" process as a rather "hostile" event, when negotiating a purchase and/or service. I am very fortunate to have found a dealership like Cassill Motors. Through the years I have purchased several vehicles from Cassill's. I have yet to have a negative experience. The vehicles have been excellent and the buying experience comfortable and easy without pressure. I went there looking for a 99 Grand Prix GTP I had seen while driving by one night. I asked all about the car and he said everything was fine, no problems at all. They already had the car priced too high at $8000. I drove it and noticed a problem with the brakes and asked about them. He simply said "I dont know." I took it into Boubin to get an inpection, and the problems were as follows: Major oil leaks in THREE different places on the engine, big hole in the water pump, needed to be replaced, supercharger needed a closer look, all four rotors were warped (they replaced the pads, cheap fix,) windsheid wipers non-existent, speedometers (one digital, one analog) differed by 3 mph, could be the difference between a ticket or not, there were some major dents and dings which didnt bother me too much, as they could be easily touched up, but there were still more than should be on a used car like that, and there were some other problems as well. When I took it back, Kevin and a manager stood there trying to justify all the problems ("you should expect that with a '99.") Bull. Then he just said we should find another car. I dont think so. I highly suggest staying away from this place. In fact, I wouldn't be suprised if they just put the car right back on the lot without fixing anything. Stereotypical "Shady used car dealer." I think I'll check back soon.
