I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH WORDS TO SAY THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF CARSON CARS!! I was told by PEP BOYS that I needed a new transmission AND a new engine. I was told by LES SCHWAB that I needed a brake job VERY soon. I was told by JIFFY LUBE that I needed three different fluid pans replaced as soon as possible. Imagine how much that all would cost?! I have been killing myself working overtime to try to get enough money to address some of those issues. Imagine my near heart attack when I receive word that not only is our car done in 2 days but that the cost is LESS THAN $600!! TOTAL!! For ALL of the above issues and a few more! I am delighted with them and totally angry at the misinformation given to me by the other companies. I feel lied to and betrayed! GUESS WHERE I AM TAKING ALL MY BUSINESS TO FROM NOW ON?! And guess where I am never returning to?!

I used to buy cars from carson cars I've actually bought 4 from them, I've also referred alot of people to them. but that was back when they had great prices and awesome customer service. I recently went back to buy another car but got sick of the prices I was seeing for junk. They never used to be like this so when I asked a salesman what the high prices was all about for high mileage car's that had damage and wanted 6k I got told well, it is what it is, pay it or leave. At this point I was mad and walked off. That used to be a great place that sadly went down hill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I bought a vehicle from the dealer and at first I must say they bent over backwards to get me in a vehicle. I originally went in for a ford expedition that over the phone was told I qualified for but when I got in the dealer was a different story I ended up with a 1999 Tahoe. well I on my way to work one night and the vehicle goes dead I managed to get to the side of the road missing almost getting hit by a semi. I called the dealer the next day after getting it towed off the freeway they came right out and got the vehicle and had it three days turns out it was a fuse. I get the vehicle back and what do you think happened next again on my way to work and the car goes dead yet again. this time costing me $166.00 to get it towed to my home and thus causing me to be 2 hours late for work. I contacted the dealer and the GM tells me to replace the fuse and get the vehicle to the shop so they can see what is causing the fuse to blow. really I don't feel comfortable messing with the fuse and I thought I purchased a warranty and was in their VIP program and it says on the service website free pick up and delivery or is that just for the first break down. I have contacted the dealership several times now as well as the owner even on his facebook and have not been contacted yet this all happened on the 8th.

Please be very careful when inquiring about purchasing from this dealership. If you are a person or family that doesnt have the outright means or funds to purchase or fix your newish vehicle, they will be less willing to work with you. I was sold and extremely sub-par vehicle that has numerous problems. All of which could not be detected unless owning the vehicle, driving it, and getting to know your new car. One of the windows leaks, the speedometer isnt calibrated, the gas gauge isnt calibrated, and they kept studded tires on the vehicle and took the studs out, so there was zero traction (I take the blame for not noticing the tires) but really? Thats shady leaving tires like that on the vehicle. The ride was awful. Something that was definitely not noticeable taking a test drive around the block. The vehicle shakes so bad my wife has to hold my baby still while driving. Thats why we bought the vehicle, for something safe for our growing family. I called the dealership several times in regards to the issues I was having. I called and talk to Jessica the internet rep explaining my situation, in which she told me to come in and they could definitely help me out. So myself, my wife, newborn daughter and three year old son, drove about an hour and half only to meet with salesman David Orr, and receive absolutely no help at all. He told us that there was no manager there, to get advice from. He said he would call us back and let us know what he finds out. He never called back. I then called and called and spoke with a second salesman, Patrick. He seemed more cordial and friendly. He also said he would call me back in 45 minutes after he talked to a manager about my situation. I thought I was actually going to receive help. He never called back. Several days later I called back and asked for Patrick. He said it just got busy and forgot. Ok, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said that he would leave and urgent message with David, and that he would get back to me ASAP. More days passed, and no phone call. I called back and spoke with David. Not only had he not received the message from Patrick, he came across with the attitude of why I was calling again as if, sorry nothing we can do for you unless you have a big chunk of money. So I then called there service center down the road to see if my warranty that I am paying for, covered anything wrong, or possibly wrong with my vehicle. I called and told them my issues and asked if any of that might possibly be covered. He said he couldnt tell me because he was busy. I made it clear that I lived somewhat far and that I didnt have the time to just stop in and see if anything was wrong. I just got done reading off a laundry list of things that were wrong! So I am stuck wasting my money for this beater of a vehicle trying to figure out what to do with it. Yes, it may be an isolated incident. But PLEASE, be very cautious when even thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this, top rated dealership.Since first inquiring about any help with my situation, I have received little to no help. I was attempting to remain in touch with the sales manager James, as well as talking to the owner Mike for roughly 20 minutes one evening about my situation. I was starting to feel like I was going to receive some actual help! Not at all. Both Mike and James became almost impossible to keep in-touch with. I would never get called back, the owner forgot about me completely. It was exhausting. Finally I got an answer. I was told by James on the phone to take whatever money I have and fix what was wrong with the truck until our monetary situation was better. What it came down to, like I stated earlier, was needing a large sum of money in order to get into a new car. Pretty much we are tired of dealing with you, and fix your problem yourself. You'd think that they would at least offer to fix all the things wrong with my vehicle, or refund me my bogus, joke of a supplemental warranty that I was paying way too much money for. But of course, they don't want to lose money, so I was offered none of those.

customer service sucks then they make me drive all the way from Oak Harbor Washington to Lynnwood Washington and they were trying to sell me a car that didn't get over 20 miles in Reverse and drive. The trim was hanging off. The driver window didn't roll down and he says "managers piick on the window."

This car purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. Your staff was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted, in a way that I could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled. All in all, Carson Cars was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. Thank you to Mike Carson and your highly trained team members, especially kudos to Sales Manager Cale Urbick for taking care of my recent maintenance on my SUV!! Not by my salesperson Brian W, but all of the employees were friendly and bent over backwards to help me with the purchase. From the moment I first spoke to Brian he showed an energy and caring that I felt his desire to help me. I had very specific financial limitations. Brian and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and compassion. They worked on my purchase for two days to come up with a purchase plan that allowed me to buy a car. This allowed me to have my freedom back as I have been without a car for over 2 years now. I am on social security disability and don't bring in a lot of income per month. John was great to work with. He knew I was on a budget and he was honest with me and told me what could wait until I had more funds and what needed to get done right away. He was also nice enough to help out with what I thought was going to be an expensive fix. I had an area where the seam was coming apart from the back seat and into the front. He was able to mess with it to get it lined back up the way it should be.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! just bought a minivan from them 4 monhs ago, started having issues less then 2 weeks after we bought it, i have gone in to the dealership at least twice a week to get the issue resolved, long story short, 4 short months later the van is no longer running. The manager sam is extremely rude and obnoxios, the owner mike, wasnt helpful at all and just continued to say they would only fix it if we payed for it. Needless to say we have consulted with my parents attorney and have a meeting tomarow at 11 am to figure out how to take them to court. wish me luck.

After paying top dollar, the alternator quit the first week along with the ac compressor. The rear tires were treadless and I was not allowed to drive it delivering pizza. (my job) Burns a quart of oil every 200 miles. I realize I'm guilty of being a blind gullible fool but I don't recommend going near those people. Now I have to go buy another car just to have transportation.

I BOUGHT A USED 200 F-150. PAID 6,000 TOTAL WITH WARRANTY. GREAT LOOKING TRUCK. JUDD WAS MY SALESMAN AND WAS A NICE GUY. HE RECOMENDED I BUY THE EXTENDED WARANTY FOR 1500.00. I DID. WHEN I WAS LEAVING THE LOT JUDD EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HEATER AND THEY WANTED ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE CARSON CARS REPAEIR SHOP TO FIX IT.TURNS OUT THE ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM WAS REPLACED RADIATOR, WATER PUMP AND ALL THE HOSES. I WAS VERY NERVOUS TO HEAR THIS AS I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH PAST CARS AND THIS PROBLEM LEADS TO HEAD GASKET ISSUES. NOW I WAS TOLD THAT MY EXTENDED WARRANTY WOULD COVER MECHANICAL ISSUES.CARSON REPLACED ALL THIS AT NO COST TO ME AS THEY SAID IT WAS A ISSUE THEY NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF. WITHIN 2 DAYS THE TRUCK WAS LEAKING. I CALLED THE SHOP AND WAS ASSURED IT WAS ONLY CONDENSATION. Within minutes of first contacting Carson Cars , I was contacted by one of their Sales guys confirming that the two cars I was interested were currently in stock. The next day, my wife and I were quickly welcomed by Eric who described the features of the two cars I was interested in and let us test drive them. Eric was very informative, but let us make all decisions without any pressure. We selected a silver Honda Accord and are very well pleased with our choice.

Purchased a car paid $37.50 for the title & lic and they issued me one with their name when I took it to DMV they said it will cost $31.00 however I had alredy paid for this to Carson Cars, they overcharged me for the title, and they issued it to themselves . I bought a Denali from Carson Cars. After I brought it home, I noticed there was a strange sound coming from the air conditioning when I turned it on. I called Sam my salesman who told me I should bring it so they could take a look. It was a pretty quick fix but I was glad they were so willing to take care of the issue even after I already bought the car.

I am very disappointed with this dealer. I purchased car here and drove it for 2 months before it broke down. The car ended up needing a new computer module put in. A $2000. repair bill. I went back to this dealer and no one would even talk to me. One guy stood in front of me taking large bites of his greasy burger while telling me - did you buy a warranty? I was told at the time that the car didn't need a warranty. Since then I have found that this was the worst year model to buy. LOTS of problems. I'm now paying for a car I cannot afford to get fixed. I hate being deceived.

They gave me the run around, were rude, wouldn't return calls, and were ultimately overcharging for the car. A friend mentioned they had seen the car I was looking for at Carson Cars. I found Carson Cars on the internet & read all of their great inspections. I am completely gratified with the avail I received, and I feel that I got a great deal too! They even took my 1985 Ranger in on trade! I will highly commend Carson Cars to my friends!!!

Upon my initial review of Carson Cars with Dealerrater.com I was immediately contacted by the owner Mike Carson who completely apologized for the oversight and allowing the matter to escalate to such a level. We were both able to come to an agreement of suitable compensation and have been able to move on amicably. With respects to the vehicle purchased I have been completely satisfied. I especially appreciated having a 4-wheel drive vehicle that has performed exceptionally in this last snowstorm. All in all, I have to say although my initial experience was not favorable. With the help of Dealerrater.com I have been able to walk away with a sound vehicle and piece of mind, which is what everyone wants when they buy a vehicle.

Recently divorced, I had a few knicks in my credit that had been troublesome for buying anything and I wasnt flush with cash either, but I needed a nice used car that didnt break the bank and that wasnt full of problems that I would have to fix on top of a car payment. My salesman Alberto and the folks in the finance dept at Carson Cars helped me get financing and I have nothing but praise for their efforts on my behalf. Didnt think I could really do it with my history, but financing got approved with just a little cash down to bring payments in line with what I could afford. Feeling good all around about recommending and buying from them again.

I am so happy I found Carson Cars! I was spinning my wheels trying to figure how I was going to finance my car and my co worker told me how she bought a car from Carson and I should look in to them. After talking to them I was able to get financed and got a car I am really proud of!

My dad promised to co-sign for me a used car after graduation so I eagerly pre-shopped a few lots. Went to the Carson dealership & found a lil red SUV, brought my dad to work the deal & WOOT! Few hours later, I was grinning behind the wheel. 1st car, 1st real job & building credit. Feels good!

I wanted something sporty & cute, without a hassle and thats just what I got when I visited the Carson Cars lot. My make/model & color choice, my payment range. Saved $$ of a new car price but still got the new car feel. Friendly & easy to work with. When I get that urge again, I'll be back.

I am so impressed with how friendly everyone was at Carson cars. I went in not knowing what I wanted to buy and my salesman was so helpful he didnt pressure me and let me take my time to look around. I kept going back and forth between a few cars and I finally decided on a 2007 Toyota Camry and I love it!

Although we had a problem with our original deal at Carson Cars, the owner Mike Carson worked with us and was able to straighten things out. If in the market for another used vehicle, I would consider buying another vehicle from Carson Cars in the future. I like the fact that you can work with the owner of Carson Cars.

I've had some credit issues in my past, and have been turned down at lots of other dealerships. I was frustrated as I'd stopped at most of the car lots on HWY 99 in Lynnwood. I honestly I didn't think there was much of a chance of me getting financed on a car I really liked, and I would be forced to buy another beater car. Mike Carson, the owner of Carson Cars, took the time to listen & understand my needs and was able to get me financed on a super nice Jeep Grand Cherokee! It's a much nicer car than I thought I could ever get into. They financed the Jeep themselves, but they also report my good payments to the credit bureaus to help get my credit better too! Carson Cars has a full service shop & gave me a VIP card for 20% off any work, as long as I own my car! Mike and the rest of the guys are great, and I have sent many people to Carson Cars to buy their cars.

Mike did a great when we needed a quick auto service. I live and work in Everett and needed immediate auto service between my lunch break. Carson Cars got me in right away, they gave me a ride back to my office and picked me up when I got off work. I didn't miss any work and the auto service was completed. They did a great job!

At first I had alot of issues with this place. Then they took really good care of me. Mike, Kelly and Erin all did a great job. They took their mistake and made it right which is very rare for a car company to do these days.I would certainly buy from them again

They registered my car under the wrong VIN# and neglected to tell me when, about a month after I bought the car, they called and asked me to verify my VIN#. I did and they said "Okay, that's what I thought." then hung up. A year later, when it came time to renew my tabs is when I found out what had happend. They played dumb saying they had no idea, whatever. It took nearly a month of run around and unanswered phone calls after I notified them of the problem for them to get me in to sign the new registration application. They don't care about their customers, they just care about a sale.

Carson Cars was a pleasant suprise! I was afraid of going to a car dealer, but Frank & the whole crew at Carson Cars made my purchase easy. The helped me find just the right car (they had so many!!), and arranged all the financing in about 1 hour! They even took my car as a trade in.I highly recommend Carson Cars to everyone (and my family and friends have all had great dealings too!)
