Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and genuinely give the impression that they want to help you in any way possible. Relaxed atmosphere, fair pricing, and absolutely no pressure for the sake of making a sale. I would send friends and family to shop here first without a second thought. 10/10.

I am a little late reviewing this place, but better late than never. I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my point of contact for the purchase of my “new to me” vehicle. From the first time coming down and throughout the process it was nothing but smooth sailing. I never felt pressured or pushed into my vehicle the entire time and was met with kindness throughout the experience. By the time I had finished with everything, I had the pleasure of meeting the whole staff, including the owner. This was by far the best time I’ve had when buying a vehicle. I never felt like a customer but more like a friend that they wanted to make sure got taken care of. Anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle should stop by and see what they might have for you. 10/10 all around and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for all of your help, and if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, I know where I am going.

Had a great experience buying a BMW X5 from Logan and Brian. They didn’t hesitate to let me take the car to the shop to get looked over before purchase. Everyone was laid back and non pushy. I would definitely recommend them and I would absolutely purchase from them again!

I would recommend Carolina Family Motors to anyone. The team was a pleasure to work with while trying to find mom her new to her Subaru. I personally worked with both Andrew and Bryan. They both were very professional and fantastic to work with. 10/10!!!

great experience,no hassle or hard sale or pressure.,wonderful customer service. one small issue and handled with "whatever it takes" good high quality pre-owned inventory. I purchased a vehicle from them about a week ago. The experience was not painful like most times I have sat down to purchase a vehicle. I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership. The staff was friendly and down to earth. There was no pressure at all. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. So happy I found them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at an affordable price. The wonderful staff is just a huge bonus.

Purchased a used 2003 Mustang GT convertible. The dealership staff was super nice. Gave me what I wanted on my trade and arranged financing. NO problems there. The problem is with the car itself. They claimed in their advertisement for the car that "as part of their safety inspection, the convertible top was replaced", which it was, but, their safety inspection failed to find that the brake lights did not work. I found the wiring harness at the brake switch was tampered with and the wires had shorted out and melted the switch. Also, the cruise control does not work and it is leaking oil from a few places. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, but you'd think they would have noticed no brake lights either during the NC inspection or their safety inspection. If you want to buy a car from them, take a trusted mechanic or take the vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection. I had a friend with me that day who works on cars for a living, but neither of us though to check those issues out as overall the car was in real good shape mechanically. I would by from this dealer again, I would just know to check the car out better. I would also recommend this dealer, but as stated, have the car inspected by a third party before buying. I wrote the owner with these concerns.

I love my 2004 Mustang Convertible! Really nice staff and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Had one small issue right after I bought the car and Brian took care of it right away.
