I had the pleasure of working with Amin online to purchase a car. While the deal did not go through, I did want to confirm that this is indeed a place worth shopping at. Amin was very prompt and courteous in all of our emails. He was especially upfront with all of the options I was looking for, as well as the prices of each extra I desired (in this case, a high bumper to bumper warranty). He was very responsive, was able to quickly give me any information for financing, credit information, and options to pay, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. The sole reason I did not purchase is that I am from Raleigh, NC, and I had a dealer that was similarly priced, but closer in town. Otherwise I would have purchased here. I therefore wanted to make sure people knew and to give 5 stars for Amin's spectacular work. Would highly recommend.

Amin has just been amazing!!! In the world we live in today, you just don't see this type of customer service and willingness very often! I am the proud owner of a 535i BMW. I went thru the usaa car buying service and found Carolina Imports. While I understand I bought a used car, Amin has gone above and beyond to fix the 2 things wrong with the car. Going as far as calling my local SC BMW dealer to find out information for me and handle what wasn't covered under warranty! He has always responded to my questions immediately and with extreme knowledge of the car he sold me! I drove almost 2 hours to purchase this car and it was well worth every second! His prices are fair, even better than fair, that leaves you feeling that you received a great car for an incredible price from a seller that stands behind their products! I cannot state enough how wonderful it has been to deal with a car dealer that does business the way Carolina Imports does. Next car purchase I make will also be with Amin!

Carolina auto imports Inc. is truely one of the best if not the very best experience I've ever had in buying any car new or used i have bought 2 cars from them in the last 3 years and both are still running great no problems what so ever, a volvo S40 and Lexus Es 350 .. CAI is a family operated business Amin, and his father are great people to do buisness with they keep their word, they are gentlmen and very knowledgeable, they made me feel comfortable, no pressure what so ever, yes I would recommend my family and friends to check them out. car fax report and financingThey are the best in the Chatlotte area. I'm thinking this may be a lucky year for me if the start of it is any indication. I had the pleasure of buying an Audi from Carolina Auto Imports on New Years Day. Not only was the experience stress free, the deal was done with fairness and integrity...rare commodities these days. Thanks to my salesperson (and general manager) for his kind attention and attentiveness. I would buy another car from him in a heart beat.

I had been looking for a Volvo S60R for a few months and found one at CAI. I had a few conversations with Amin about the car, and visited the lot since I was visiting family near Charlotte the following week. Definitely the easiest-going car dealer I've talked to...he sells cars but he's not a "salesman." The experience was fantastic. While we talked in the office, he made an appointment for me to get a pre-purchase inspection done at the Volvo dealership. He applied no pressure, and really made for a great experience. We talked on the phone a fair bit, and he was always genuinely interested in our conversation...some dealers give a feeling of "are you or aren't you going to buy" over the phone - Amin seemed like he just wanted to see me happy with whatever car I chose. They're not focused on high vehicle turnover - they're particular in what they put on the lot, know their market, and know that they can sell the cars. The car was in great condition, but I had a few things I wanted touched up before heading back to GA - he has great relationships with the factory dealers in the area, and helped me get done the things I wanted. You know he's giving great service when the the service writer at the Volvo dealership said that he was doing a bit much for me. all in all, you get a better experience and without the pressure of larger or really volume-driven car lots. Shoot, he even invited me to have lunch with him and his father. I spent a fair amount of time in dealerships and talking to a broker as my mother, sister, and I were shopping for cars at the same time, and Amin and Carolina Auto Imports were the best experience of all of the places that I visited. Find the car online, head to the dealership, talk to Amin, meet Molly, and have a good time. Oh..and Amin gets geeked up about what's arriving as well (he had me wanting to stick around to drive an Audi A3 that was being delivered). Find your car online and give him a call.

Purchasing my automobile from Carolina Auto Imports was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I contacted Amin he gave me very good customer service and remained in contact with me until I arrived in Charlotte, N.C. He offered to provide financing and also recommended that I have my pre-purchase inspection from the Lexus dealer indicating his honesty and fairness. After making the purchase and on my way home the tire pressure indicator light came on and I called Amin to tell him about this. He immediately agreed to mail me a check to help cover the cost for a replacement sensor. I would purchase a vehicle from his dealership again and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing an automobile. Thanks again, Amin.

In May of 2013 I answered an advertisement for a Meredes-Benz SL 500 at Carolina Imports and spoke with Mr. Amin Mehrizi the son and parner of the owner. I was immediatly impressed with his friendly, straight-forward attitude and his professionalism. I drove to Charlotte and found the vehicle to be exactly as described and puirchased the 2005 SL 500 from them on May 21st. On September 21st I was "T-Boned." by a truck and the car was a total loss. I contacted Amin and asked him to find me a replacement. In less than three weeks, A replacement was found that exceeded my hopes in all respects ! It is even better than the original car. These men have the experience and knowledge to do the sales without pressure or unscrupulous tacticts ! Their meticulous manner of dealing with the papework (especially with my out-of-state sales tax and registration) makes the details a moot point. In May 2013, I answered an advertisment for a Mercedes-Benz SL 500 Roadster at Carolina Imports. I spoke to Mr. Amin Mehrizi, Son and partner of the owner. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car so I drove up to Charlotte to look the car over. Amin met me and we went over the car, which was exactly as described. I purchased the Mercedes on May 21st. Unfortunately on Sept, 21st I was "T-Boned " by a Ford truck and the Mercedes was totaled by my Insurance Company. Shortly aftter the accident I called Amin and asked him to find me a replacement SL500 In less than three weeks he located a perfect SL with 36000 total mileage that is even prettier than the original ! These gentlemen have the experience and knowledge to find you the exact car that you want.and their prices are very reasonable. They have the paper work down to a science (they aranged to collect my SC sales tax and register the car in SC saving me the trouble !). I highly recommend the Carolina Imports Co. if you need a new car, When my family needs to upgrade their car, I will go with Amin first . They are honest,friendly and professional !

My husband and I recently purchased a used 2010 car with Carolina Auto Imports and have to admit we were pleasantly surprised by not only the quality of the car, but the service provided. Carolina Auto Imports is a family-owned business and we were treated like part of the family: a very warm and responsive welcome, candid answers to many questions, and a general openness that was refreshing. The prices they offered were fair and there was zero pressure to make a purchase. I mentally braced myself to hear sales pitch after sales pitch, but that never materialized. When we were ready to purchase the car we ran into an issue obtaining insurance because we hadn't owned a car in 10 years after living in NYC. Amin personally made phone calls to help us get covered. Weeks later he called us to make sure we still enjoyed the car and were squared away with registration and other logistics. Should we purchase another car, we will definitely visit Carolina Auto Imports again; customer service and quality cars were excellent.

After talking to Amin on the phone about the car we were interested in we drove 200 miles from Charleston SC to Charlotte NC to see the car. It was everything that the owner, Amin, said it was and then some. Although the lot was full of very nice luxury preowned cars, we bought the one we went to see. There was no pressure at all and the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. There were no surprises or last minute efforts to hike the price with add-ons or fees. Amin was very accommodating throughout. My next car shopping experience will definitely begin with Amin and Carolina Auto Imports.

The entire experience from the initial phone call to the delivery was an A plus service. Amin was very professional, courteous and accommodating, we had to see the car on 2 occasions and he did spend time with us and the insurance company to work out the small details for the sale. When it is time to purchase another used vehicle, he will be the first one to visit.
