I was not satisfied with the overall presentation and appearance of the vehicle I purchased. The front brakes and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced and it took for me to point this out to the dealership. I ended up leaving the car for repairs. The back brakes were also faulty and needed to be replaced. This was revealed after a few days of driving the car. I am faced with another day without my car. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment to have the rear breaks repaired. The engine was never steam cleaned and I had to do this myself. It appears that the 100 point check was not completed accurately. Currently, I am not driving my car and I feel that I should have been able to drive my car in normal parting conditions right off the lot.

Loved denise the sales girl. Very friendly and helpful. Sucks my car didnt last 5 daya before we had to take it for repair. How did a car pass your 120 point inspection with a bad air compressor and bad transmission. They still have my car 4 days later and Im so worried now that ill have nothing but problems with this car even after they finally fix it. I got a lemon and they wont take it back. Even though I brought it in 1 day after the 5 day return policy.

I had a pretty good buying experience at the carmax in Stockbridge. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that I did have a car shipped in from another store and it was sold before I got there. I ended up getting an 08 sentra that I preferred anyway but I wanted to see the other for point of reference. The purchasing part was easy and everything went very smoothly. They are very accommodating. I have not had any issues so far but I have only had the car a month so we shall see.

I had an excellent experience working with Gary Moeller (one of the senior sales associates) and Harve Richardson (also experienced), and later with the finance personnel. I have excellent credit and was offered decent rates at my bank and a local credit union, but Carmax beat those rates by a significant margin. One reason was the age of the car, which was a little older even though it had very low mileage. One disclaimer: I had researched the vehicle and knew what I wanted before I went in, but the sales people were never pushy and were knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. The buying process was smooth and painless.

I have searched different websites and found the car that I wanted. Called the dealership spoke to a very nice saleswoman. I had the car wanted shipped to Atlanta. Once the car was available I went to the dealership completed paperwork and drove my car home. I was going to trade but the dealership wanted to give me practically nothing for my car so now I am in the process of saleing my car myself for a very good price.
