I found the make/model I was looking for at Car Star Motors and worked with Marlon. While I didn't ultimately purchase the vehicle (found similar in a private sale), I really appreciated the attention to detail and how hard Marlon worked to make me a customer. Just bought my new car there and i'm so happy with the decision . Marlon was so nice and patient from the first sec and helped me to find a Great car that works with my budget . Went to the lot after texting the salesperson over the course of 3 days regarding the Audi i was interested in. Listing stated to make an offer on it so i did in which they agreed then bumped it by 13k once I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. All in all, the vehicle was an obvious auction flunky, still filthy even though they made an "appointment" for me to come test drive and finialize the offer, badly grooved front and rear rotors, missing the rear entertainment monitors, stained headliners, covered in black soot like it had been stored at an international Airport for a year (jets are dirty birdys & the exhaust gets onto/into everything), two wheels that lost the fight with a curb, etc. So for my two cents, I say this place isn't worth your time but its up to you and ultimately how much bs you'll tolerate.

...by the appearance of the facility, this place is top notch! My wife and I were looking for vehicle that suited our needs, and this dealership had it. The entire staff from the salesman to the financial guy were very professional and personable making our buying experience a great one. Although this dealership maybe lacking in the glam and glitz of big name dealerships it makes up for in the types of vehicles they carry as well as the staff that is employed there. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

It's a comparatively small dealership, but they seem to have quite a selection of quality cars. I test drove few of them and they not only looked great but drove great too. Finally I decided to purchase a Lincoln Navigator. The customer service is at the highest level I experienced so far in the car business. I met a group of nicest guys in this dealership. So overall, I give 5 stars for these guys and recommend this place! Thanks guys, see you next time))

I purchased my first used BMW 745 from car star motors. They are small size dealer but offer great service that u would get from high end dealerships. I think they are family runed business. I never thought I would buy from small dealer but they changed that idea in me. Great service and all the staff were great. I would most defenatly refer and buy another car from the again. Thanks for everything and see you soon. I am enjoying my car.

I give 5 stars, since they really have a great selection of only clean cars. In addition, the customer service is excellent and they really did the buying process easy as I've never experienced during my previous car purchases. I'm very happy with my Range Rover and with the service I got at this dealer

I PURCHASED A 2005 BMW 530 FROM THEM WOOOW CLEANEST USED CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT WAS SO EASY WITH THEM, I WAS IN AND OUT, NO HASSLE NO GOING BACK AND FORTH. THE GUYS ARE VERY HONEST AND GREAT. GOING BACK TO GET MY MOM A CAR AS WELL. I RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO THEM FROM NOW ON ..THANKS GUYS
