I showed up, was helped quickly and politely. Service manager told me the car would be ready in two hours. 2 hours later - BOOM a text on my phone - my car is ready. I showed up, was directed to a super friendly and efficient cashier, and five minutes later was out the door in my serviced (and courtesy vacuumed!) car. I could not be happier with this place and the excellent level of service.

I drove 85 miles one way to Glendale KIA they had such a good selection of cars. My KIA Optima had been totaled by a drunk driver and I needed to replace it quickly. Jimmy Saleh my sales consultant was the best! Showed me what was available, no high pressure, answered all my questions. I found exactly what I wanted, great price and outstanding customer service. Thanks to the professional help and advice from Rod at the service center, my car maintenance is up to date. Rod sincerely had my best interest and quick to assist. In 2011 I purchased a Pre-Owned Jeep Patriot at Glendale Kia with sales-person Mike Madikia. I happily drove my Jeep for a few years with no issues. When the time came to buy a new car again I took my Jeep to Carmax to sell it. I was shocked by their extremely low offer. Thats when i found out that my Jeep had been in a collision and had damage to the Frame. The sales people at Carmax told me that frame damage was very serious and that dealerships are not supposed to sell cars with that type of damage. Kia Glendale committed a CRIME by not informing me. And if that wasnt crooked enough, Carmax's report stated that a crash had been recorded for my car AFTER the date that i bought it (i never crashed my car). Somehow they sold me the car with a clean CarFax report and as soon as it was legally mine they then somehow reported the crash to make it look like it happened AFTER i bought it. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. they are CRIMINALS.

sam, my service advisor, is really helpful. I always trust him with his recommendation. when he suggested timing belt and how much it costs, I was hesitant. he brought me to the service bay, open the lid and showed me where is the timing belt. he does his best to explain and I appreciate his effort. to an untrained pair of eyes, I really do not notice the difference but because I trusted sam all these years, I gave my ok to do the work.

I never feel ( as with most dealerships ) that your trying to increase my bill.....I had a coupon for a $59 service and was told I just need a $39 oil change...etc...etc....it's only $20 but it makes a difference.....this is not the first time that your excellent service department has done this....it adds to a feeling of trust.

Before I even stepped foot on the dealership my Sales Rep Nick was so helpful and informative. He took the time to answer my questions over the phone then arranged for someone to pick me up since I didn't have a ride there! I was in and out within 3 hours and even enjoyed a complimentary lunch! The financing was easy to understand and was fair, and Nick was sure to clearly answer any follow up questions I may have had. He built a great rapport with me and I felt very comfortable talking with him. My entire family has purchased their Kias from Glendale Kia and I'm glad that I was able to do the same! The Customer service is truly world class and I have already told all my friends about the royal treatment I received at Glendale Kia!

Sako Panoyan treats me like a VIP every time I come in. He remembers my name when I call to make an appointment, and when I come to the service center he's very kind and friendly, with a great attitude. He makes sure I'm in and out of there in a timely fashion so that I'm not late for other appointments, even when things at the service center are busy. He really goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in top shape and that I'm comfortable while waiting for servicing. Since I moved to Los Angeles, I've been bringing my car to Glendale Kia, and I'll continue to bring it here as long as I live within 100 miles of this Kia, even if there's a closer Kia, because it's worth it for the extra-great service from Sako. Sako deserves a raise or a promotion or whatever you can do to make sure he stays with your company for a long time because, frankly, I've never before been treated this well by anyone at a car dealership. I get the royal treatment every time!

In addition, the entire payment process once we decided on the car, was less then thirty minutes. There was one time when I had the big service done but the car did not feel safe to me anymore. I went back and had the technician look at it. Adrian had the technician also go with me in my car so I could exactly explain what I felt. The technician explained things to me, but from that moment on the car felt rally safe and steady again. Adrian and the technician gave me a very good feeling about the Kia's service which I never experienced any where else. Any time Adrian services my car I know I am being helped in a very professional way. Thank you Adrian + that technician.

My mother and I just purchased an 06 Kia Sedona 7 years ago. When we bring the vehicle in for repairs, you guys are right on point. Everything is always fixed and done right the first time. But today (12/3/13) when I called to make an appointment on having the protective clear coat redone on my vehicle, I was switched to different departments until I was disconnected. And this isn't the first time. It's happend to me on numerous occasion. when making an appointment or just asking questions about my vehicle. And especialy when I call around 4pm. I hope this matter gets resolve quickly. I just don't think it's good mer service at all.

What I don't like is spending $600 for necessary service and leave with mechanical problems not there when I brought the car in.....this pass weekend I got the $600 Gold Major Service Special...........only to get home and turn on the AC and got warm air......drove back to KIA and during the 8 mile drive and the AC on and it never once cooled.....I am still disappointed in the services even today as I respond to your survey....

Glendale Kia always exceeds my expectations. This is the 6th car my family has purchased. Tony is a superior sales person and always gives the best customer service. His vehicle knowledge and his attention to meet our needs is the reason we continue to purchase from Glendale Kia. I have two nieces who want to meet with Tony to purchase their vehicle from Glendale Kia. Tony is 10 10 10. In addition I would like to mention that the vehicle technician explained the car features before driving off the lot. The detailed explanations helped tremendously to use the features without having to read the user manual. He also deserves 10 10 10.

I purchased my 2009 KIA Sorento used with 50K warranty from KIA in Glendale. With the warranty when I had transmission trouble they replaced the transmission without charge. I'm glad I purchased the car there and it had the warranty. Love the car and and KIA dealership.

Overall my experience with Glendale Kia was good! The time process of my new car purchase of was a little lengthy and not very personal but I guess that is typical when you buy a new car. Service always seems to be speedy but it would be nice if they were a little more concerned with customers service instead of rushing me when answering my questions or advising what services are needed. I really want to know what and why i need to spend extra money and if there are other options and a time frame. I also think they should have a mechanically inclined person go over the work that was completed and what may need to be done on the next service appointment. Cashiers only process payments so they do not have accurate and knowledgeable answers to these questions. I love my car (12 sportage) and I will continue to go back for all my service as long as I am in the area.

My over all experience at Glendale Kia was great. I purchased a used car for my sister and returned a short time later and leased a car for myself. The staff at this dealership are very friendly. The sales consultant, Armen T., who helped me through both process was exceptional! He was very courteous, professional, and attentive. He was also very patient in explaining the numerous questions I had regarding the features of the cars, the options available, the services, etc... oh and the best part was, I test drove many cars too! The GSM, Edwin M., was also very courteous and professional. As busy as he was being one of the executives, he took the time and personally greeted me both times I was there, then advised his staff to assist me in every way possible. I would definitely return to Glendale Kia for my third car :)

So far Kia sales have not failed in there extended coverage policy. Although I did spend 4 hours haggling. Oil changes are great! The only issue the repair department could not resolved was issues with my UVO and IPOD. It constantly loads even while playing songs. I advised the KIA rep and the sad part is that it wasn't even inspected or checked. He just recommended a Kia IPOD connection which does not let me use the steering wheel to switch songs. You have to do it manually through the IPOD. Bruce emailed after I sent an email about this issue but he never responded confirming a Saturday appt. I guess I can easily drive one hour andbadk again.... Well, let me try calling them AGAIN..... I'll update this post once my issue is resolved.

Overall, I am very satisfied with purchasing my Kia Soul 2012 at Glendale Kia location. My Kia Soul saves me so much $$$ on gas, very roomy, and hip. Staff in dealer department are friendly! Service department on the other hand is, I say, more than 5 stars for everything. I would reffer anyone (non-Kia car owners) to bring their car in for any car service. Make sure to go to Sako P. Glendale Kia to take care of your car! I give him more than 5 stars for customer service and profesionalism.

I just had an oil change and inspection. Service was very fast. They have Wifi and even an empty desk so I was able to sit and work. Didn't even really notice I was getting my car worked on. :) Waiting area was a little old and awkward but it worked fine for me.

The best car buying exp I have ever had. I did a lot of research on the optima and a lot of pricing comparisons and these guys were the best by far! These guys should write the book, an amazing exp from start to finish. Night and day compared to the ordeal of a car buying exp i had two weeks prior when going with my sister in law to buy her car (from a diff dealer) and from my buying my previous cars. Andy is the best at what he does, he exceeded my expectations and honored his word, no games! With Andy as your guy, buying a car is quick, easy and fun! Sophia in financing was also a pleasure and I never felt pressured into anything like I did at other dealers. My only complaint is that you are not closer to me but if the guys in your service department are as amazing as your sales team, it will be a treck worth my while. Thanks so much for the amazing exp! I couldn't be happier with my decision (2013optima sx) or the service I received.

I knew nothing about Kia cars. I didn't even know anything about the Optima. Yes, I'm a Clipper fan. Yes, I enjoy the Blake Griffin Optima commmercials. But, I had never seen one. It was the second day of 2013 and my friend and I were leaving the gym. I shared with him my thoughts about the Clippers and the commercials. I had some time to kill; therefore I decided to find the nearest Kia dealership just to get an idea of what these cars were really like. For many years I have leased cars from Lexus and Infiniti. Never have I felt like such a respected and valued customer from either of those two corporations as I did with Kia. To say that the Glendale Kia staff is welcoming, friendly, and don't seem to be after a sale is an understatement. Now let's get to the car. I was shown five different levels of Optima's. All were nice, but I remembered that I was there just to look. I already had a car, didn't need to get one. It was then when the really nice gentleman who was assisting me stated, "Well, we have one Limited model on the lot." It was black on black, and had more bells and whistles than all the Lexus's and Infiniti's I had driven for two decades. Little did I know, until the test drive, that it also had a turbo engine. I was beyond impressed, but then again, I was not there to buy a car. I remember paying over $600 a month for my other cars, and it just wasn't the right time to spend that type of money - but I was curious. With my financial advisor on the phone (my good friend from earlier who happens to work in business and knows numbers) I dediced to see how much it would set me back if I did decide to get the limited edition Optima. As the extremely friendly saleman was doing his thing, my friend stated that if he offers you this certain amount, it's not a bad deal. After returning from having a discussion with his manager, he returned to show me the numbers. It was actually far less than what my friend and I expected. I looked at him and said, "There's a Clipper game in 45 minutes. Can we make this deal and get me home in time for the game?" It was that easy, but I didn't get home until the end of the first quarter. Here I am close to six weeks later and I have to say that I truly love my Kia Optima. It's actually much better than all my previous cars, at a percentage of the cost. Even the insurance if half of what I used to pay. Thank you, Kia Glendale. I will be a returning customer, indeed.

I decided to purchase a new 2013 Optima SXL right after they first became available. I checked with 8-10 different Kia dealerships in So Cal for the best deal. Mike, the fleet sales and internet sales manager, personally handled my purchase. He was able to beat the very lowest "out-the-door" deal I was able to find elsewhere. It was very convenient for me because Kia of Glendale is the closest to my home in La Crescenta. My first visit to the service department was just as seamless. My first oil change was due and I only had a short about of free time to have it done one Saturday morning. I called and spoke with the service manager. He told me it was very busy but promised he would take the car in as soon as I arrived if I could get there within one hour. Forty-five minutes later I arrived, he "wrote me up" and happily accepted the free first oil change certificate Mike had given me. The customer service waiting room was full of other customers but I was the first one called, about 30 minutes after I arrived, because my car was done so quickly! My youngest son (25) just purchased a new 2013 Kia Sorrento from Kia of Glendale after I the wonderful recommentions I gave him.

I had been wanting to buy a new car for a while, but I was leary of the whole sales lot experience. I emailed Glendale Kia about a Soul I saw online. Andy responded and was eager to work with me. I told him I wasn't sure when I could come in, and he was polite and flexible but did not pressure me. I had a chance to leave work, and emailed him that morning telling him what I was looking for, and what price I wanted to pay. When I arrived, he took care of me right away. Showed me the car I had inquired about, and quickly went over the highlights. He checked with me to see if it had all the things I wanted, or if I had any questions or wanted to drive it. I wanted to get right to business, so he took me back inside and he was really great about getting right to the point. The paperwork was fast and easy, he did all the work. Once we locked in pricing and got approval, I met with a member of the financing team to finalize the paperwork and choose my options. After that, they showed me to the onsite restaurant so I could have lunch while they cleaned the car and activated the alarm system and filled it with gas. In all I think it took about 2 hours, but it went by really fast, and Andy was very friendly and gracious. He took me over to service and showed me where that was and give me a service booklet and sign in for first service free. The location isn't the most convenient for me from West Hollywood, but the staff were all very nice, professional, and not pushy. The car buying experience was great. I will update again when I use their service department.

I bought my wife her new 2013 Kia Sorento Last November, which was also a pleasure, Andy my sale rep. was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and kept me in our buget, He also sold me my truck back in 2007, which I still have and loving it. Last month the Kia was due for an oil change, I called the serivice dept. and it was hassle free to get an appointment, I was able to go in on a Saturday with only giving them one day notice. Once I arrived they took my Kia into the bay, not just to park it like others ("nissan dealers"). They got started to do what I came in for, and to make my day better, my first oil change was on them. I will definitly return to Glendale Kia for sevice, even though I live all the way in North Hollywood.

The sales team at Glendale KIA is very good. They treat the buyer with respect, answer all questions, make suggestions, and work with you to get an attractive deal. The inventory of cars was extensive with the full spectrum of models with different options and colors. The credit department was pleasant and efficient. I could not have asked for a quicker and more pain-free process. Since I did not trade the vehicle I had driven to the dealership, I was provided a driver to follow me home with the new car, enabling me to get the new car home without pestering friends or family. I would highly recommend Glendale KIA for those in search of buying one of the hot, new brands of cars in America.

did my research... went over there with my information and data about the car I was interested in purchasing..! I felt that I was in charge of the deal that was going to be submitted to the bank.. they were able to approve me with lower than expected interest rate.. on top of that I receive A FREE LUNCH a small restaurant inside of the dealer they gave me a voucher / coupon for my free lunch what I recommend is dealer " yes I will"

I bought a used Kia van here and liked the car and dealer so much, I yelped that in the future I would buy another car here. Two years later I bought a new Soul and have only the best things to say about the car and the dealer. You really cannot go wrong here.

I tried for 2 days to call their service dept for a price quote, but never was able to get to a live person. I finally stopped in while driving, and the price I was given was $200 more than another dealer. When I asked about this HUGE difference, I was told that the other dealer was quoting "after market " parts. I knew this was not true, since they gave me the original Kia part #.I will never go back, either for service or to get a new car.....

The sales staff at Glendale Kia was excellent. they made the painful process of buying an new car pleasant. They worked hard to be sure my experince was good and went out of their way to help with my Credit Unioion and out of town spouse to ensure the contract was accurate and completed succesfully. We just purchased a new Kia Soul from the Glendale Kia dealership. Our sales rep Daniel Quintanilla was extremely professional and helpful. He made the sales process easy and painless. He went above the call of duty to get us any possible discounts. We had just had a much less satisfactory experience at another dealer, from which we walked away without buying the car we had chosen. Our experience at Glendale Kia was just the opposite--we felt respected as customers, and were not pressured to purchase unwanted "extras." I would highly recommend this dealership and Daniel Quintanilla to anyone interested in buying a car.

We went to buy a car at the beggining of summer after doing all of our research and due diligence. We had looked at the Sportage on three seperate occasions. This time we walked in armed with numbers and . . . it couldn't have been easier. In, out in under 2!!!!! hours. From chatting with the salesman, to finding the car we wanted in the back, to test drive, to financing (with the dealer at less than 1%) to gassing and washing, and, AND A TRADE IN.
