RICK AND ROLAND WERE GREAT. ME AND MY KID PURCHASED A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY AND VERY HAPPY. I DID NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE THEN I SAW IT ONLINE. AFTER TEST DRIVING THE VAN I WAS IN LOVE AND ON THE WAY TO MY CREDIT UNION TO GET MY LOAN. EVERYTHING WAS VERY EASY AND VERY QUICK BUYING PROCESS. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND RICK (MY SALES PERSON). BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT HAVING VEHICLE INSPECTED. $15,000 IN NEEDED REPAIRS ON A OVERPRICED CAR ALREADY! Just purchased a 2004 Bmw 760i from your dealership. I called and asked about condition of vehicle prior to making an offer. I was told that the vehicle was in great condition. I asked what was done to it when it arrived. They indicated a tire rotation. Proceeded to ask if it was inspected. They said oh we just did a tire rotation was just needed. I asked if it was inspected. It was supposedly inspected. I purchased the vehicle and arrived within a few days. I had the vehicle fully inspected with an independant dealer and found over $12,000 in needed items. The check engine and air bag suspension light flashed. The vehicle has severe issus included the right rear suspension is bad where it's literally sitting on the wheel. The inspection found over 8 issues including cylinder 2,5,7,9 misfire. The rear shocks are $3,000 a piece alone. It needs a new 12 spark plugs, wires and more. The valve covers leaking, power steeking rack has caused all over the underneath. If this car was inspected which they didn't even agree to do the oil change until I purchased the vehicle you can't say you didn't see anything wrong with the vehicle. If you have any questions feel free to get ahold of me. The next step is the Texas DOT for not disclosing any concerns.

Best dealership in houston with low mileage cars,low price cars and clean carfax.I recommend this dealership tarek and Tim are very friendly,helpful, not pushy and honest with everything about the cars like other small dealership here in houston..I'm in love with my 2005 g35 coupe...

This dealership has to be a classic example of a used car sales in it's worst shape or form. Everything they told me about the car was a lie (lug nuts missing on car, no wheel lock key, no jack or tools, almost dead or no clutch, no FOB, body parts missing on door, and worst of all, car was repo'ed to name a few). I ended up spending almost a grand within first two weeks just to get the car to not have obvious things missing on it. Everything had to be asked for, and even after a month, I am still waiting for items which they said they will send. So, if you want to deal with two liars (Tim and Tony), with absolutely no care for customer service, this place is for you. I almost got into a lawsuit with these crooks and really regret making a purchase here. I don't why there are so many good reviews about this place, but I suspect it's either the dealer themselves, or their friends/family writing these reviews. Take it from someone who got ripped off by these jokers. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE! If you still want to take a chance, don't say you were't warned.

We had a set budget to spend on a used car and are very happy with our purchase and overall dealership. Both Tony and Tarek spent a considerable amount of time with us reviewing various cars, prices and the CarFax reports on each vehicle. We were never pressured to make a purchase - a nice surprise compared to most dealerships! They do not offer financing which was fine, as we had secured a loan through our credit union beforehand. They do offer a 3 month warranty and you even have the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty. I highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a used car, at a fair price.

Nice selection of cars, it cough my attention while driving up and down highway 6 near I-10 I drove in just to peak and chat with sales people, they were friendly i, over night i kept thinking about 2008 Infiniti G37S Supper Clean From the Car Dealer i checked early in the day... next day i went and OWNED that car.... They guarantee lowest prices or they will match price. They use a no haggle system witch makes it easier than having to negotiate with managers.

just wanted to let ya'll know that i had the worst salsesman ever!! I had an appt to purchase a Jetta from him. But the salesman "James" had sold it!! I drove over an hour to get htere and then when i do he tells me that he had sold it. I was not upset because he sold it i was furious because did not at least give me a courtesy call to let me know he had sold it. With all the exchange of the e-mails you would think he would have let me know, right? But NO!! When i told him about the appt time all he said was that he sold it and never again did i hear a word out of his mouth not a sorry or nothing he stood there with his mouth opend ( i mean really it was wide open) I guess he was in shock or no words could come out !! It was kind of funny looking at him as i was telling him why he didn't call me. Then i went to complain to customer service (his manager) and that was just as bad he gave me all kind of excuses for him so if anyone out there is looking to buy a car i can tell them where not to go!! Bad service all the way around and to top it off they had another customer in there that he could get no help for either. Glad i didn't buy a car from there lot!!
