I cannot begin to express how wonderful the Candy Ford staff and salesteam are! Having just purchased a new car with them (having had a terrific experience then) in Nov 2014, I ended up in a tough and frustrating position with a totaled new vehicle as a result of an intersection collision. That said, they did not fail to bring me yet another phenomenal deal and great service! They not only found multiple options within our budget range quickly, but lent me a vehicle at no charge during the interim of wrapping up affairs with my previous car and purchasing new. Additionally, they went to great lengths to ensure quality warranties were applied to this next purchase, low interest rates were sought, monthly payments were fair and all paperwork was ready/waiting upon my arrival. Never did my interactions with them take more than they should have and they were always prepared with answers, costs and information to help me through the sale process. I will continue to give my business to Candy (although I hope not in the purchase of a new vehicle - anytime soon) :) and rave about the dealership that they are!

The timing was perfect. With a second child on the way, the seed of "upgrading" and staying a bit more current was already planted. The only hurdle was that we owned both of our vehicles so the prospect of picking up an additional monthly expense was a negative. But, as fate would have it, there was a fantastic price on a 2013 Fusion with only 150 miles (Black Friday deal) in the dealership on the same day I dropped my 2009 Fusion to be serviced. I was just starting to experience a few issues with the vehicle after 130,000 miles and 5 years in it. Loved the car but it was starting to show its age. So the 2013 popped in at the right time, with the right price. And the rest is history! Loving it already. Fusions are my favorite mid-size! And Candy is my favorite dealer!

I bought my Subaru from you guys. My car and the experience were both great. I've brought it in for a new headlight and to have snow tires put on, both done very quickly and quite inexpensively. Will always return for service.

I had my vehicle serviced. The question I have is do they actually check the tire pressure or just mark it on the sheet? The reason I ask is, when I left the dealership I drove to Olivet. Before I got there my low tire pressure indicator came on. I checked the tires the next morning and found one tire had 32 lbs. and the other three had 25.

2014 Escape. The service was great. Brandon did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. He went over and above to get the vehicle ready and give me a great deal. I commend him for the excellent customer service.

I just picked up my new Ford Fusion! Terry and John couldn't have been more helpful. John was very knowledgeable about the car and was genuinely nice when it came to helping my mom around the dealership. Terry had us in and out of there with everything taken care of in less than an hour! It was a pleasure, I would go back for sure with any need that may arise. Thanks guys!

The dealership did not even contact me concerning the vehicle. I would figure that they are here to sale cars and to make money, and if a person finds something that they like, they would at-least have the decency to contact them. Thank you
