Honesty and integrity are not words that are normally used at a used vehicle dealer. However, California Imports Inc is the exception. Gino has years of automotive experience and only puts quality vehicles on his lot. My wife and I were looking for a convertible and he certainly delivered. The car came with a clean carfax and quality check that gave us plenty of smiles per gallon. If you are in the market for a reliable used vehicle and don’t want the runaround of a giant dealership, give Gino a call. It will be the best decision you make if you are buying a car.

Once a week for three consecutive weeks using Cars.com's "internal messaging service," I wrote to this dealer with questions about the condition of a Lexus ES300.On each occasion, Cars.com sent me the same "auto-reply" message:"We've sent your request for information to the dealer and they will contact you as soon as possible."As soon as possible? How about never?Each inquiry met with complete silence.Impossible to recommend a dealer which is this uncommunicative and lacks basic diligence.

I purchased a BMW from Gino and I couldn't be any happier. I purchased this vehicle from Cars.com 2000 miles away and I needed to solely rely on his word and trust that the pictures were current and of the actual vehicle. I am happy to say that Gino under promised and over delivered in this transaction. I received the BMW yesterday and it is everything that Gino said it would be and more. Thank you very much and I will certainly purchase another vehicle from you again.

Gino called me back in minutes! He also text msg me to confirm our meeting. Well the car was so nice and clean we changed from a test drive to a buy with no buyers remorse. Cars.com and Gino made this process a breeze for me as my dad age 90. I needed to find the perfect car for dad and Cars.com was the best price and lowest miles car in our area I tried all the popular sites and they did not have this dealer or great car. Thanks again Gino!
