The service was good and staff was nice, but I wish they’d washed and vacuumed the car before returning it. (They are apparently understaffed on Mondays). I have a BMW too and a wash and vacuum is standard with the service. Also, they should offer courtesy cars to anyone that makes an appointment (or to walk-ins if loaners are available), not just to patrons whose cars are under warranty. Non-warranty holders are likely going to spend more money for services, so at least having a loaner would be nice (again, a service BMW provides).

Well let me first start by saying thank you all at Cadillac of Fayetteville..Second my God is a awesome God in every way..I said that, because I was expecting a much bigger bill, then what it end up being..The employees there actually help made my day, an even BLESSED one..A bottle of water offered, by one of the employee that actually displayed the word Cadillac somewhat blow my mind..After receiving the bottle water, I was no longer thirsty, because I decided to keep it in my back seat of my Cadillac, as a souvenir for myself. In me saying that out loud, a young lady there, that offered me the water said, " In that case take and have another one to drink.". It's little things like that, that make a world of a difference, in a time in which we're living in..God bless you all..

Terry has taken care of me for the past 10 years with every caddy that I have own. Whenever I have an issue from oil changes to emissions test I call her. I had to come in today to get air in one of my tires for my Escalade and another issue. Both issues were handled promptly. Again, thank you Terry you are the best.

I got in contact with Alecia first, she answered by basic questions on the truck, and helped set up an appointment. I was fortunate enough to get Roger as my sales rep, he made the processes so simple and easy, very straight forward, no beating around the bush, gave me any extra info I asked for on the truck, very knowledgeable on the vehicles and current market. In finance Nicole broke everything down step by step so I could understand what the processes was, all the forms and what their purpose was. overall I am very happy with my truck and the experience I had with Cadillac of Fayetteville.

My wife and I had stopped by for one of our routine maintenance intervals and we had a concern about our A/C. One of the salesmen overheard us talking about it. He offered to come out to the vehicle and show us how to adjust the settings to get the maximum benefit. He also offered to come to our home and pick up the car if we noticed that the changed had not worked. Talk about going above and beyond! This young man did not even sell us our car. I will buy from the folks on my next purchase.

Don't go to this dealer to get you a car. Trust me, once they sell it to you they will forget who you are. Horrible service. Once you buy your car they will act like you like a painting on the wall. I will not state my experience because it was to ridiculous to even think about it. If you dont bealive me just go to th he dealership and go ahead buy a car, then go back another day and you will se how they hide because they know you ai.t coming back to buy more, they know you coming back be ause you need help with somthing or somthing wrong with the car so they not tring to help, but if they never seen you then they will try to be nice untill they sell you somthing. Also everythi.g you need and no matter what it is, as soon as you ask someone, they will ask you back.. Who was your sales man? and then if the dude is not around that day they will tell you come another day, but the xxxx they wont ask you ehat you need or how they can help. Just go and find out for yourself.

The dealership takes no pride in used cars on sale on their lot. The cars are dirty, obvious repairs needed, and over priced. The salesman, Roy, sold a car me a 2007 with no keyless entry - just spare key with no chip and told me to get a chip key from the Nissan dealership and filthy interior. The dealership promised to have it detailed - they didn't even vacuum the car. The dealership is only concerned with sales and NOT customer satisfaction.

I arrived 10 minutes before the dealership opened and the service representative was already taking cars in for service. I was promptly greeted and given the information that there was one car ahead of me for service but that the car would be ready within the hour. I was ushered to the waiting area and given the remote to the TV, offered coffee and told where the bathroom was just in case. I watched the local news and before I realized it, my car was ready. The service tech addressed all of my concerns. I was given the keys and my car was available just outside the front door. I cant ask for a better experience. Thanks Cadillac of Fayetteville!!

This has been a wonderful experience!!!!! From the moment we pulled into the dealership to the time we signed the papers and drove out with our beautiful new 2013 SRX Cadillac. I want to highlight my experience with Michael Callahan!!!! He met us with a smile that would melt Alaska. He is a true example of what a salesman should be. He is very kind, listens to your needs, explains in detail any question you might have. we had called another dealership b/4 we called Fayetteville. I had promised them we would visit and see what they had. I was pretty much hooked on Fay but I had made a commitment and I kept it. Well, we could have saved a little had we purchased with them but I wanted to do business with Michael, that is how much I trusted him. The rest is history, I call my car "Angel Dust". IN closing I want to tell you what an assist Michael is to your dealership. Every one I met is absolutely wonderful and seems they have PR pretty well in play. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Iris that made my quick stop by the Cadillac dealership turn into the beginning of my buying experience. She made me aware of some awesome incentives included in other buying options that I was completely unaware of. Due to my busy schedule i was unable to test drive the vehicle of my interest, but I was super excited about coming back the next day even though it was raining. April 19' 2014, I visited Cadillac of Fayetteville, saw the car I wanted, and Steven helped me out. I traded my 2011 SRX for a 2014 CTS coupe. Wanted red but didn't have navigation system, so I got the white diamond. Processing credit & title & tags was great with James, friendly courteous & professional. This is my 3rd with Bryan & Cadillac of Fayetteville. Detailed my new car, put on tags, removed decal, awesome. Always a fantastic experience. Oh, I also received caps, seatbelt harness, Didn't have tan Cadillac floor mats, but I purchased a Purse! Overall fantastic customer relations with My Cadillac Team of professionals.many thanks everyone.

On Thursday, April 10, 2014, I brought my car to this dealership for a scheduled service appointment. After a few minutes, tonya abruptly leaves the desk and goes back into the service manager's office. She comes back to the desk and tells me that they can't work on my car! When I ask why, she has the gall to tell me it's because I had previously had Ken's Muffler and Auto Repair work on my car; that I should take my car back to them. I asked to speak with the service manager. This kent arrant told me the same thing. I want to know what the xxxx does cadillac of fayetteville have to do with where I may have taken my car previously for repairs? No, that's not the issue here. What is the issue is the fact that I am in the process of suing this ken's muffler and this cadillac of fayetteville is "buddy, buddy" with them. This kent arrant had the nerve to say to me that the reason he refused to work on my car is that he didn't want to get "involved" in any dispute I might be having with his crony ken's muffler shop. That's xxxxxxxx. He became "involved" when he refused to work on my car; which is a clear-cut case of discrimination. Not only am I going to sue this ken's muffler and auto repair for the incompetent, negligent so-called "work" they performed on my car but I'm also going to sue this cadillac of fayetteville for the blatant discrimination I was shown on Thursday. Be forewarned people, don't take your car to these crooked, arrogant, xxxxxx, xxxxxx.

I inquired about a 2014 Cadillac SRX Luxury collection because my 2011 is coming off of lease in a couple of months. I received the standard automated reply and then a reply from a salesperson who asked when I could come in for a test drive. After responding that I live out of town and would not be able to come in, but would still be interested in new lease pricing, she never replied again. I followed up with her on two different occasions via email within the same week and she did not return my emails. Apparently they were not very interested in doing business via the internet. Pity, because they probably would have gotten the business.

My car was serviced about a month ago for a routine oil change and I found Kent Arrant to be extremely nice and professional. Kent went above and beyond to assist with my needs during this visit. At one point, he almost convinced me to upgrade from a CTS to a ATS. He has always been nice and exhibits great customer service skills. Maybe this is why he is the supervisor of the Service Center. He is the perfect person for the job.

Sales person implied the 2011 vehicle I purchased had two(remote keys) and the owners manuel, as he stated "it should it is a 2011" so I believed him and the fin. guy had me sign a "We owe" form and trusting my sales person I did. Now they tell me that my car was used so they only got one key and that's what I get same goes for the owners manual. Well still no call, 24,000 vehicle and they make it sound like I bought a car from side of the road car lot which probably would have been expecteddeWould I reccommed this dealer never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again

This dealership has excellent service!!! My Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinium Edition rode like a wagon! I took it to another Cadillac dealership who immediately told me that the terrible ride was because I had put oversize tires on it. I switched the tires back to the factory originals and it still rode like a wagon. I was very familiar with Kent Arrant, service manager at Cadillac of Fayetteville, and knew that Jim, Mike, Max,and the other techs were ASE and Cadillac Certified technicians and had a great reputation of correcting problems that other dealerships scratched their heads over. Problem was I had found my Escalade on line and bought it from a Cadillac dealer in Georgia. I always hate asking a dealer to try to correct a problem when they were not my selling dealer. However, one call to Kent and the next day I was dropping off my Escalade and leaving Cadillac of Fayetteville in a brand new 2013Cadillac ATS loaner!!!! Talk about fun to drive!!! I was almost disappointed when Kent called the next day and said my Escalade would be ready by noon!!! Jim had found that the right rear shock was frozen up stiff as a board.....no wonder when hitting a bump it felt like the back end would jump and twist like a bucking horse. I went to pick up my Escalade, had a wonderful chat with my good friend Billy Shotwell, the dealer, and left in my Escalade that finally drove like an Escalade!!! I had become so frustrated with my Escalade that I was considering trading for a different brand even though nothing really compares to the ride, comfort, and luxury of an Escalade ESV. Kent, Jim, Tonya, and Billy Shotwell restored mt faith in Cadillac!!! What a great team they have there at Cadillac of Fayetteville!!! Thanks!

I bought a 2013 SRX, a rock craked my windshield, I submitted an insurance claim, the company that was selected to fix my windshield was not able to find a replacement glass anywhere. they tried to go through Cadillac to be told "we just don't have that windshield". The local company suggested I go in person and talk to them, so I did. I got the same answer, "We don't have one, we can put it on order and wait until GM sends it." I have been waiting for 4 weeks so far, today, I called the parts department and the answer is that "when GM has the parts (build it?) and ships it, I will let you know".... Needless to say, I am very upset and dissatisfied with this company. I can't understand why the part is not in stock (I imagine I am not the first and only person whose windshield brakes)... this should be a day or two fix, not a month long wait (and counting). In the mean time, I had to rent a vehicle because I refuse to drive around with a cracked windshield. This company sucks and I will definately will never purchase another Cadillac if this is how they do business. V/Ra very dissatisfied custumer

From the time I set foot on the lot I was greeted with the ultmost respect and professionlism from the best salesman ever, Terry Murry. He was very attentive to my needs and addressed any issues I had. He also made sure that I was imformed of all the new features assoicated with updated models. This was the best encounter I've ever had with an auto salesman. I left completely satisfied. He went above and beyound what would be expected. I felt as If I had made a new friend.My overall experience with the dealiship as a whole, was great. The whole staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. I would recomend this Cadallic of Fayetteville to anyone and will be returning again for my next trade. I left there feeling apart of the "Cadillac Family."

My overall experience with Cadillac of Fayetteville was very pleasing they were able to assist me in trading in my vehicle successfully. This by far was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I 1000% recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. They were friendly ,helpful and extremely intelligent. Terry took care of us like we were family and never once did I feel like we were being fooled or tricked into anything. I wouldn't have my beautiful car if it wasn't for him and for that I'll be appreciative forever. I also think he should be the GM of the dealership because he sure knows how to take care of business!!!!! I plan on all my future purchases being with them and also my family as well.

As of 14 Mar 12:Do to the assistance I received from Mr. Brad La Dronka (General Sales Manager), I feel that it is only fair that I edit my original Dealer Review for Cadillac of Fayetteville. Do to Mr. La Dronka efforts while assisting me with not only making sure that the right Part for my Vehicle was ordered the second time. But once the Part arrived, he also did everything possible to ensure that not only was the Part instill correctly, he also made sure that every little detail that went along with instilling the Part was also taken care of. The process of getting the right Part for my Vehicle and getting it instilled correctly has taken 3 visits to the Dealership, almost 3 weeks to get it right. Mr. La Dronka made it happen and please keep in mind that he is the General Sales Manager not a Service Consultant. Once again do to Mr. La Dronka efforts I had to edit my original Dealer Review for Cadillac of Fayetteville. If the highest score was 10, then all areas wouldve been rated a 10. However being that the highest I can rate on this review is a 5, then all areas get a 5 (Great). On January 13,2012 Jamie Smith made our purchase on a new vehicle. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. He was knowledgeable,patient,and courteous. We had a great experience at Cadillac of Fayetteville. Patrick found us the perfect van to meet our needs. When we bought the van, the dvd player wasn't working, and he told us he would make sure it was fixed. The next morning he came by our house, picked up the van, and returned it with the player working perfectly in less than an hour. We never felt pressured, and the whole experience was a pleasure.

I have bought 6 brand new Cadillac STS's in the last 7 years with Bryan Cadillac / Cadillac of Fayetteville. From day one they have always treated my wife and I very well, either through the new sales process or through the service department when service / repairs are needed. Terri Green has always been my service tech and has always done an outstanding job on keeping us informed when our vehicles are in for service or repair. I recently purchased a 2011 STS with Joe Davis being my sales rep. I want to thank Kent (service manager) and Terri (service tech) for taking such good care of us through the years. I also want to thank Joe Davis for assisting me in my recent new vehicle purchase. Continue to do what you do, and that's provide great customer sales and service. I personally couldn't ask for a better group of service people in helping me take care of our vehicles.

I used Kent and Terri in the service department for about 5 years now because they provide my family dependable quaility service that i can trust. So when I learned they moved with the Cadillac dealership I took my business to them, matter of fact I won't trust my service with anyone else so when my wife wanted a Tahoe I purchased a great used one from the Cadillac dealership. Let's face it you may spend 1-2 days with the sales team but you spend more time with the servi e department for routine maintance so why not goto one you can trust.

We took our car to this dealership for service which was under warrenty because the lights were flickering and other sensors were malfunctioning. If there was an after market battery in the car it was not put in the car by us, and since it was still under warrenty why would anyone else. It should still have had a GM battary in it regardless since it has been worked on by this garage. I have been a loyal GM product owner for over 32 years and my first vehicle was a GN product. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and betrayed; I will never step foot in this dealership again.
