I came into the service center for an oil change. The man said it would probably take an hour. Well, to my surprise I fell asleep in the very comfortable chairs in the spacious lounge area. And to my delight the oil change was barely over 30 minutes. Great Job!!!

Had a crack in the glass, brought it in just to see if they could fix it and they were able to fit me in then. It took about 40 minutes and I was on my way. The gentleman warned me that with the cold temps and it being close to the edge that it may still crack, praying it doesn't but appreciated him being up front with me about it. PERFECTO!

Trevor was a great help in fixing my car. Brought it in for computer issues and was immediately helped on the service drive and got things going for it. I wanted more done but the cost to replace a mirror (motorized) was deemed excessive. Asked to have the rear hatch button repaired. Service dept said nothing was wrong. I am partially to blame because I meant to stay "hatch window" button. Button is missing.

I have to go back and have the oil life percentage reset as the technician forgot to do that. Also I have free oil changes and I mentioned that when I dropped the car off but had to wait for them to take the charge off my bill. Nothing big just a couple of errors.

We had a nail in our tire and did not have the key for the locking lug nut. We called our awesome salesman, Chirs Knox. He spoke to parts and service dept and they not only had a key, but they were able to patch the tire for us even though we did not have an appt. We have purchased at least 3 vehicles from there (always using Chris) and sent family members also. We have always received great customer service here!

I had an issue with low tire pressure despite airing up the tire several times. I had to buy a new tire, but the team assured me at the onset that they would fix the tire if they could, and if not, I was going to need a new tire. There were no surprises, and the team was friendly and professional. I really like the nice, clean waiting area, too.

Once again, April was awesome to work with. She had me a Silverado loaner there waiting for me to use, which is always such a great service given my reliance on my vehicle throughout each day. There were no surprises and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. April also persuaded us to take advantage of the trunk or treat activity which was really cool for our toddlers. I had a flat tire fixed on a 2012 Equinox. You did an excellent job in a timely fashion for a more than fair price. I was a little disappointed that the spare tire was not put back in its original storage spot and just left in the tailgate area.

I was so impressed with the Customer Service at this facility. I am always treated with the utmost respect and I feel like they have my best interest in mind. I came in for a typical oil change and fluid levels and tire pressure, and lights working, but the specialist let me know it would be wise to go ahead and Winterize the vehicle, and his attitude was so professional, he didn't force me, but just suggested. I will always bring my vehicle to this location. I love the atmosphere.

The oil change was fine. I did ask when I dropped off my car about the back up camera, it not set correctly and I was told that, pretty much nothing was wrong. It is not set correct. I was given a loaner, a 2015 Equinox and guess what, it has a back up camera and it was set just how mine should be set. I feel like nobody wants to fix this problem that I have asked about a few times now. If something happens, it will come back on you guys for not fixing a problem that I have requested a few times and it's bad when you give me a loaner and I can tell myself that my should be set just like how the loaner car is set. NOT HAPPY!!!

This was my 4th car I have purchased from Cable- They continue to be first on my list because of the way they treat me. on my old chevy all service was done by Cable because I trust them. you were the first I went to, to purchase this new car. Well done Clint! He wasn't pushy, he understood what I wanted and he made it happen. They had to go to NE to get my car, and he kept me updated on when t would get here and how things were going. When I picked the car up- he went over everything. He was very patient with all my questions. I definitely would recommend Cable Dahmer and Clint.

I thought my brakes needed to be checked. As it was, needed a rotor, but also needed struts. They also discovered a couple of other issues to fix. Decided to get it all done at once. Cost me a chunk of change I wasn't expecting. But worth it. Now my car runs like it should! I like that they tell me what needs fixing today and what's going to need repair before long. Gives me the option of now or later. And I like that they give an overall look while they have the car. Saves me running in there for every little thing, one at a time.

My experience and relationship with Cable Dahmer Cgevrolet would be null and void without the effective and professional relationship I have with Brandon Gapelu. Brandon can be working several deals simultaneously and still effectively meet the needs of the customer. Validating, accountable, respectable and consistent. Is he perfect, no but he treats people like more than a number or the next car deal. Not likely found at a dealership in these times. I sure hope he's seen as an invaluable asset to the company & GM as a whole!!!

I called April, she handled my service earlier this summer and she knew exactly what to do at my 50K schedule, she got my car in, got me a loaner, called me with the status after the mechanic had it for a while and checked it all over, we decided to replace the breaks on all four wheels, she also had the body shop give me an estimate on the dings and dents the car had suffered over 4 years, and she also had my front undercarriage guard replaced. April was absolutely thorough and my car is in prime shape. She is also very professional and very courteous; I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks, April.

On my last two invoices, dated 9/2/15 and 4/6/15, a paragraph appears titled "*LOF/Rotate Special". For the September invoice, I was supposed to get a tire rotation. For the April invoice I wasn't supposed to get a tire rotation.But, on both invoices, tire rotation is lumped in with several other jobs, making it impossible to determine, according to the invoice, if the tire rotation was actually performed. Previously, each job that was actually performed had its own section or line. This was a better way of showing what was actually done on the car.

I brought my car in for a recalled issue. The lady I spoke with over the phone (hate that I can't recall her name) was very pleasant and worked to get me in the next day! I expected her to tell me that it would be at least a week. Also the service man who checked me in (can't recall his name either) was pleasant as well. He offered shuttle services if I needed it but I had a ride already. Finally, when I picked up my car the lady who checked me out (sorry, didn't catch her name!) was equally as friendly. I know how it can be at the end of a long work day but she was very upbeat. The job was done in a timely manner. No complaints here. Thank you.

I was not happy at first because of the cost of the repair since I just had the vehicle in there for an issue in the same vicinity as this repair. The service manager did however work with me to lower the cost because of this. I paid for the parts and they paid for the labor. It was still over $2000, but a little more affordable.

Chris, Aaron and Derek are amazing! We met Aaron first and he was very personable and pleasant. He took the time to show us several things about the car that we did not know, and that a different sales rep from another dealership did not mention. Aaron and Chris worked together to find just what our family wanted, and brought the perfect car our way. Chris then helped us work through the numbers to find a plan that fit our familys budget and made the dream car affordable. He was also patient as I had to update insurance and get cards emailed, etc. All this, while he was missing a family gathering! Being a family person, I know the importance and appreciated that he saw us through until we left the lot. He even helped get our stuff out of the old car! Derek was great when it came time to sign the papers, I felt knowledgeable and protected by the time I left - he made sure I knew everything I needed to know and what I needed to do! I came in for an oil change and asked why my oil light never came on and it was answered with their vehicle light sometimes does not come on and then I was told that I just need to look at the sticker and make sure I watch the miles... What would be the point for an oil light if it does not come on... Then I asked about my back up camera and I was told that it would be noted in my account and looked at in the future. Oil appointment was great! My questions getting answered, not so much. I don't know why I did not get an answer for why my oil light did not come on or why my back up camera was not looked at?

I had a guard put on to help deflect rocks from hitting my hood. The guard was not what I expected but it will keep bugs from sticking to that part of my hood. It will not keep rocks from hitting further up on it.

I scheduled an appointment the day before, dropped my car off at 7:00am, they had a loaner car ready for me. I was able to make it to work only being 10mins. late. Came in with a tire issue. The John (not Posey) had me pull my car up to the air machine and he and another service technician balanced the air in my tires. The whole thing took about 10 minutes.

Went in for repair work on my 2003 Silverado. Trevor set me up with a loaner vehicle. The work was done on time and in the estimated dollar amount. Always treated very well at this dealership. I know it may be a little more expensive, but I know the work that is recommended is what is needed to keep my truck running. Trevor is the best and the other guys that help, John, and the others, are always helpful and nice. Highly recommend this service department.

We normally have a good time buying cars from you guys. This was our second one in less than a year form the dealership by Stateline Rd. This time our sales people (Clint and Aaron) were fantastic! The only problem we have with this dealership was waiting for the paperwork (Kerri). We sat there for over 2 hours waiting on her. It was the same as the last time we bought a car there. I really think the problem was that we were already approved from our Credit Union for a better deal than she could have gotten for us and she didn't want to get us done or something. I just don't know but it's odd that both times we were there it was the same problem.

I met April in the Service department when I arrived to have a safety recall worked on. April was very helpful. She told me about the great incentives and rebates for a new car they were having at that time. April introduced me to Liz (Elizabeth) who is the sales congeries and that Liz would be glad to appraise my car. So I took Liz up on that idea. Liz came back and told me how much I could get for my car. And we talked about cars and went from there. I test drove a Cruz and a Sonic. I love the Sonic! Liz crunched the numbers for me. And it turned out it was less expensive to lease than to buy outright. Then I met Derek from financing and he was very helpful also. Everyone I met at the dealership were so friendly and helpful.So I am leasing my new 2015 Sonic Turbo. And I love it! My experience with Cable Dahmer was excellent. Thank you.

My appointment for oil change and safety was scheduled for 1400. I arrived on time and within 40 minutes my car was ready and the tech remembered to reset oil percentage on computer. On check in and check out, both techs were pleasant and friendly. While waiting, I noticed a St Patrick's cake being presented to one of the check in techs with several employees gathered around. This demonstrates that you promote a great work place and teamwork for your employees.

Great experience with the exception of someone leaving a cigarette that had been lit and they took a few puffs and then extinguished. They left this cigarette in the center console area of my car. When I got into my car it smelled awful. I couldn't figure it out, so I sprayed fresheners. The next day I reach down to open the console and my fingers felt something. When I picked the cigarette up I was so disguised. Your porters and mechanics should NOT be allowed to smoke around the cars. I am a non-smoker and do not appreciate the foul smell of smoke. This really put a damper on a very nice visit to the dealership for service.

The only thing that I did not like about my experience when buying my truck was what I felt was the extreamly hard sell of the service contract at the end. I felt that the end price was clouded, and I really should have not have had to tell the sales person "no" as many times as I had to.

I had a great experience everyone involved in my car buying did an excellent job. But when I brought my son and daughter in law in the next day we were told they were too busy and to give them time to look around and them a deal early next week. I realize her payment options were a little hard to deal with but I felt like we were brushed off and was embarrassed for them when they were asked to leave. In my books that lost you a sale.I have bought many new cars and have never been asked to leave. Would you actually come back after that?

I pulled into the dealership for my last oil change and tire rotatation from when I purchased the vehicle. My service advisor was one of the nicest and most professional person I have ever dealt with. He welcomed me to the store, was very respectful and went over what they were going to do. They also helped out with windshield wipers. I was able to leave the vehicle while the maintenance was performed. He called me very fast to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived back they had a guy bring my vehicle directly to me. The car was fantastic. Everyone at this dealership should be commended for their effort to assist the customers. Even the cashiers were very friendly and made me feel confident with returning to cable Dahmer.

It was very nice experience with the threat of possible bad weather I came in early on my lunch break when they realized my wait could be longer than anticipated they quickly provided a loaner car to me and I was back to work for the rest of the afternoon. First of all I can say enough good things about this experience. I knew going in, I would be spending around $1200 however in the end I didn't need part of the items on the estimate that the first place said I would need, so it was down to $600. John Price kept me updated the whole time on things. They gave me a rental car since I need to go to work. The prices were cheaper then the first place I had been too. They were honest and didn't replace things that didn't need to be replace. John said why replace it if its not broke, very true. John knows his stuff and trust me I have millions of questions but he always answers them and is very patient.

The girl who was helping me ( i believe her name was april) was very helpful she worked her hardest to get me in and out so my fiance was to work on time. This was the fastest my car has ever been processed through the dealership (1.5 hours instead of 2-3 hours) even though i said i could leave it at the dealership all day. beyond the services i requested they washed the outside of my car which was very dirty from living on a dirt road. I was very impressed with the services i recieved at the dealership this time.

He calls me twice a day every day when my car is being serviced. I never have to call and ask the status because Trevor always keeps me informed and ensures I am satisfied with the service that has been completed. Your service rep looked into a problem w/ a portion of our heating system and found that it needed to be replaced. We hoped for it to be a less expensive problem but it was better to have it found and fixed. The work was done as promised.
