Went to dealership to get information on a new 3500 pick up. We liked that sales people were paged to the showroom. Other dealerships they decend on you like voltures. Buzz Chew is different they hear and answer your questions very low key no pressure. They didn't have the exact vehicle with the options I wanted. That didn't stop them they found one and had it delivered to the dealership they bent over backwards to put the customer first.

My husband recently purchased a pickup truck from Buzz Chew Chevrolet Cadillac in Southampton. I have to say that by far, this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Nelson was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On delivery of the truck, Jason explained everything about It to my husband, in great detail. Chris was also a pleasure to work with as well. It was nice to see that when we picked up the vehicle, everyone seemed sincerely happy for us and relayed that they were thankful for our business! Buzz Chew was one of only 3 east coast dealerships with the truck I was after. I pre-ordered accessories to be put on the truck before my business trip and when I got back home it was all prepped and ready to go. One part in particular was a hard find through GM but they worked hard and located and installed the part for my pick up date. All of the staff that was there to educate me on the technology of my new truck were patient, fun, and kind..even remembering the littlevel things like a first photo. This dealership did not have a corporate feel. This was a family atmosphere that really cared about your experience. My salesman was Nelson Resnick. Everyone made my purchase a good memory, including the receptionists. Thank you. I have recieved so many compliments on my 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel.

Our experience with John Galligan was easy and pleasant. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. He went out of his way to help us find add ons for our new vehicle. Whatever he didn't know he investigated and found out for us. Andy Hickox in the finance department was extremely helpful with everything including insurance certificates. This is the second vehicle we bought from Buzz Chew even though we live much closer to other Chevy dealerships. We recommend them highly and will definitely do business again.

I often don't write reviews on websites, unless I have a negative experience, but this is a circumstance that I will gladly go out of my way to write a positive review. After going to two dealerships within 7 miles of my residence, and finding the experience disheartening, I decided to try a dealer with positive reviews! I ended driving 75 miles away to find an experience worth spending $40K! I was able to purchase a car from Buzz Chew over the phone/email, no problems, and the people I dealt with - Nelson - was professional, friendly and positive all around! There is no doubt that this is the direction of all my future car purchases!

I visited Buzz Chewbecause my lease was up on my 2013 Cadilac ATS. The salesman that assisted me was very knowledgable and helpful. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured. (I had visited 2 other dealership and the salesman in those places were more aggressive.) After taking the car for a test drive and going over the financial end of the deal I decided to lease the car from Buzz Chew mainly because of my salesman. As a single woman I felt at ease and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of during the process.. He also had a technology representive go over all the basics with me prior to my departure. Just got the Chevrolet Colorado , it took exactly 10 min to find the car. Ron was very nice. He took good care of the rest. I did not even need to wait there for the car. Deciding to buy a Honda Ridgeline in 2008 was a great decision I had it for 168,000 miles 3major collisions , The last totaling the vehicle out, luckily the airbag never deployed as I found out after I got a brand-new Honda Ridgeline in the summer of 2014 Beautiful vehicle! I got a fully loaded and I use it for my carpentry work every day and it's a workhorse the in bed toolbox is second to none and I expected this vehicle to take me right into and through retirement Then came the recall notice I am a victim of the airbag disaster that's going on with a lot of vehicles and the Honda Ridgeline is one I drove my other one for 168,000 miles and this one for 42,000 miles three major accidents with my other one thank God the air bags never deployed, as you know there's a lot of defective ones that are throwing shrapnel out with the airbag and maiming and even killing people but this is been going on for seven years and I just find out now They made me document the issue and expected me to bring it in with parts not being available till sometime in the summer of 2016 and they will allow me $35 a day for a rental which wouldn't even come close to what I would need to do my carpentry work Recently, I got my case documented I tried to get out of my car and the inside handle broke, 41,000 miles on it and Honda told me I can pretty much bring in and pay to get it fixed or live with it So I stuck my nose and my finger at Honda......And bought a beautiful brand-new Chevy Colorado fully loaded great safety features a four-wheel-drive I can go on the beach with again .a lower payment then I was paying before goodbye Honda hello Chevrolet!

Buying or leasing a new car can be a daunting experience, especially for a single woman. I submitted an Internet request for quotes on the Malibu 2016. I received incomplete responses from several dealerships in Suffolk County with only one which was done in a professional manner with a photo, a price and a list of details as to what features were included in th LS Malibu. No games, but a simple complete response to what I asked for which was a quote! I responded to Nelson Resnick who sent me the response. We met and 4 hours later I drove out with my new car. I am thrilled with my car and really appreciated Nelson's professionalism, guidance and honesty. All the sales people congratulated me on my new car and the owners son came out to shake my hand. My experience with the team at Buzz Chew was great. It was a long process in securing my new Colorado diesel but it was well worth the wait. I wanted a certain package that wasn't avabile at the time, but Chris lengsfeld helped me order the truck I wanted without having to wait for that particular package to be available. He even called the regional manager and district manager to help answer my questions regarding the trail boss edition at that time. My experience was easy and smooth.

As luck would have it, my SUV was on its last breathes of life. She treated me well all these years but I was ready for another vehicle. I have many friends and neighbors who told me to go to Buzz Chew in Southampton. Those who bought cars or Trucks from them couldn't say enough great things about the vehicles, the service, the people and their reputation. At the time I was looking for a truck, ( my first ) and maybe a few years old as I didn't want to spend all that much. Bryon Chew in management, worked very hard to find me a pre-owned and in what I wanted. A few months went and Bryon stayed in contact with me the whole time. When my SUV finally bit the dust, I was desperate and needed to buy sooner than later. Bryon told me to come in and he would take care of me so that I could be in a truck that day. He worked out such a deal for me I couldn't resist buying a new 2015 Silverado. Nelson the sales consultant showed me the truck and did all the paperwork, Bob in sales went over the whole truck with me, Andy in fianance walked me through the #'s and made it work. Everyone there treated me like I was family. What a breathe of fresh air compared to other dealers and places I have dealt with in the past. Joe gave me a good trade-in deal on my Silverado truck which I purchased from them in 2005. Service was always excellent and the charges reasonable. When I purchased my Z-71 2016 Colorado I also got a great discount on the extended warranty and step bumper with virtually no haggling. Bryon and Joe did all they could to ensure that I was satisfied with the deal. I would recommend the dealership to all.

I had been taking my 2008 Silverado to Buzz Chew for service for about 3 years and always felt I was treated fairly by the service staff. Recently I decided to look into buying a new Silverado because I enjoyed the 2008 so much. I decided to give Buzz Chew a try and they came through with flying colors. I first asked Wally in the service dept. for the name of a good salesman who was a straight shooter and he directed me to Chris Lengsfeld. I sat with Chris to discuss my needs and he came through for me on my trade as well as the price for the new Silverado. While dealing with Chris Bryon Chew poked his head in and thanked me for purchasing my vehicle from them. On the day I picked up my new truck things went like clockwork, Chris was a pleasure to work with. Jason went over everything the truck had in it and even linked up my smart phone. Jason was very knowledgable about the different systems in the truck and explained them in a way even I could understand. The overall purchasing experience was the best I'd ever encountered in all my years of purchasing vehicles. I also had a nice young man install my purchased mud flaps on the truck while Jason explained things to me, an unexpected bonus. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chris Lengsfeld in particular.

Buzz Chew offers great service and follows through with all the little details that are so important. This carries throughout the organization from the management, the car washer, sales team, service team, and finance arm. There is a great sense of team effort that creates a synergy that is not often seen in a business today. I have worked with Jim DiSunno in sales who has been outstanding. I am also equally impressed how the other sales team will often step in and help me if Jim is not available at any moment. The sales department all look to help each other. As an outsider looking in you can see that it all comes around back to help them as a group by creating a positive experience for all. I have purchased many vehicles from them and will continue.

We live in Manorville. We could of went to 112 or Riverhead. We were turned off by sales associates at those locations. We decided to take a ride to Buzz Chew. As soon as we walked in it was a entirely different experience. John Galligan came out to greet us. Dressed very sharp. Was funny and very approachable and easy to talk to. My wife knows I'm not crazy about car salesmen. But the whole experience of looking for a truck was the best I've experienced. Not kidding. I was going to buy Colorado but ended up with the Silverado. I love it. It is a really nice driving truck. I'm glad I went with it. John Galligan was great. The finance guy was great. Buzz Chew came around and introduced himself which was very nice. Also had a problem with a defective rug in the back of car. Called up told them the problem and made an appointment to see damage. No problem. Brought it back they replaced the entire rug in the back seat of truck. Perfect job. No complaints. Right from the beginning Chris Lengsfeld was up front and honest with me! I did speak to other Dealers (Riverhead) It was a nightmare! typical salesman mumbo jumbo in addition to wanting $5K over sticker. I would absolutely recommend Buzz Chew and especially Chris Lengsfeld.

After dealing with other Chevy dealerships and not having pleasant experiences, I was looking for a change. I noticed Buzz Chew was a Veteran friendly dealership I thought I would ride out and see their inventory and sales team. The atmosphere was terrific, inventory was large and the sales team was friendly, informative, and not pushy. I was ofdered various incentives and not pricey after market service contracts. I also opted for GM extras on my Silverado and found the experience on par with after market type shops. Being a Veteran and having a son on active duty, currently deployed I signed their Veteran board for both myself and my son. I can honestly say that I will travel to Buzz Chew for my next purchase and for everyone after that!
