Staff did not use pressure or overwhelming double talk. When told what I was needing, they took me to the ideal vehicle. I keep checking around other dealers but came back due to no pressure. I walked away from a 1 yr newer, lower mileage vehicle at another dealer due to the pressure tactics they used and the endless barrage of emails, texts and phone calls I received. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Deal was complete in very short time.

Can't say enough about this dealership except I drove out of my way to go back and buy from Buster Miles. I found the same vehicle for a little lesser money at a closer dealership from my home, but the peace of mind and professionalism was worth paying more and driving farther.

Very satisfied. Both salesman George Silva and Sales Manager, Patrick Lambert were very up front, informative, and did not try to mislead or pressure to the extent one would feel uncomfortable. The price was highly competitive and the pricing was in line with their newspaper ads, unlike some dealers that give pricing in ads only to get you on the lot. Great dealership!

I have never had an easy time buying a vehicle, till now. The dealer's at Buster Miles were friendly and George Silva was by far the greatest help in picking out the truck that not only I liked but one that my wife loves. During the financing, we got a good deal and we agreed to it but then they came back a few minutes later with an even better one. We sent a friend of ours to them the next day and they were about to get a can of their own. Over all they are outstanding, and will have our business the next time we buy another vehicle.

I found this dealership online and couldn't be more pleased! The experience from beginning to end was seamless. It started with emailing and ended with me driving 2 hours to meet with them. Buster Miles was the second Chevrolet dealership we had visited. Overall, I don't enjoy the car-buying process and the first dealership reinforced every reason why I don't like it. We weren't even planning to shop at Buster Miles, but it was on the way to our next destination, so we called ahead to see if they had the vehicle we in stock that we were shopping for. A salesman, Mickey Pritchett, was waiting for us as we drove up. He was very positive, knowledgeable, helpful and -- best of all -- patient! He showed us around, was very courteous. He knew every bell and whistle on the truck we were looking at and happily explained all of them. And, it wasn't just him! Everyone on staff was nice. They all took the time to speak. One young lady even offered to go pick up lunch for us! As it turned out, they gave us a voucher for lunch at a nearby restaurant while they washed and gassed up the truck we bought. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase, the price and most of all the customer service!

Most dealerships are just out to make a sale and don't really care about you as a person. Sure Buster Miles wants to make a sale as well. This is my first review ever FYI... I am a disabled Verteran and i am unable to do most work so I purchased a Dually truck from Buster Miles with thoughts of starting a transportation company. That night as i was driving home the check engine light came on and when i called the dealer ship they basically said it was sold as is and they aren't responsible. I blame my self 90% for putting my trust in this dealer ship and my self for not getting this vehicle checked by another reputable mechanic before i made the purchase. SO I WOULD SAY IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS JUST DONT TRUST THEM AND GET IT CHECKED OUT FIRST. My issue cost me 3500 and the dealership that did the work told me someone had already attempted to reset and update the check engine system (they could tell from the computer) So Buster miles knew this was an issue and still sold me this defective vehicle. (i will take this as a lost just dont trust these guys).

I have purchased a number of vehicles at the Buster Miles Chevrolet dealership over time. As with many others, different types of vehicles have been appropriate at different periods of time in our family. I have found cooperation and understanding when discussing what type of vehicle our family wanted at any given period. This experience was no different. I did my research and went in with a plan to purchase a Chevy Cruze. Found that the Cruze is too low for me to get in and out of easily. In the end the choice was a Chevy Trax! What a good choice! Love the vehicle, the way I was treated, and the excellent service provided me every step of the way!

Buster Miles had just the car I was looking for at a very good price. I live in Florida and I communicated with Marcus Tillman and quickly became comfortable dealing with him and this dealership. They answered all my questions and I soon knew that this was the car for me. I flew into Atlanta and they picked me up. Needless to say in about 2 hours I had the car and was heading home to Florida. I can not give this team enough high marks! Starting with Tom. Tom was great to work with me over the phone and get me a great offer on my trade. When I traveled to test drive the 2013 GMC Yukon XL Tom informed me that he would not be there that day but he had me set up with Haley. When I arrived at the dealership I was grated with warm smiles and wonderful people. I felt like I had been dealing with them my entire life. Haley was awesome. The car was clean, full tank of gas and up front ready to drive. During the test drive Haley was telling me all about the vehicle, while learning about my family. She knew her product! Karen was great taking me through the paper work and then I finished up with Haley explaining my warranties and what maintenance had been performed on the vehicle. Haley also provided me with copies of the services they performed. Haley then took the time to help me set up my OnStar account, blue tooth paring of my phone and answered the rest of my questions. Today not only did I buy my new car but I found my new family dealership at Buster Miles Chevrolet! Yes, they are 3 1/2 hours from my home but, it was well worth the drive.

It's hard to find a dealership that is about the customer experience and not all about the money these days. Great customer experience is exactly what you get at Buster Miles. I live in an area where there are multiple GM dealers all within 15 minutes of my home; however, I drove over an hour out of the way just to do business with them because of their customer relationship values. I worked with George and had a wonderful experience. I definitely will do business with him again in the future

Mickey Prichett is all ways a person u enjoy being around at anytime, as is the rest of the sales team at Buster Miles. I have had my 2007 Tahoe in for the same issue numerous times. Each visit I was told the problem was fixed. This has been going on for over a year with numerous complaints and still dealing with the same problem. I have had to pay every time for this and nothing is being done. I was told this last time that I would be kept in the loop what was going on. Chad said that he would keep me posted on what was going on with my truck which he did the first day. They still have it with no contact what so ever. This is going to reflect on the business as a hole and I really hate that. The service department has a lot to fix.

Over two years ago I was working in Heflin and decided to stop in Buster Miles and see if they could help me with a car purchase.My Chevy Venture was getting too many miles on it. I use my car for work and needed a newer vehicle I could depend on.I have been in many Auto Dealerships through the years and bought many cars and trucks,starting with a 1969 Camaro when I got back from serving overseas.Some of these experiences were good and some not so good.When I walked into the Buster Miles office I was greeted by everyone and met Mr. Steve Perry.I felt at ease from the very start and we talked about my needs and what type of vehicle I needed.We looked at a few and he said he would find what I needed.There was no pressure or bull.A few days later he called and had what I wanted.I bought a Malibu and enjoyed driving it for two years.A couple of weeks ago I stopped by and asked Steve to find another car and again he did.I now have a beautiful Ford 500 and love it.When I came in to look at it I was greeted by everyone.( No pressure or bull ) Although it was late and close to closing they took their time and let me look at and drive the car. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPWe live in Atlanta and we drove to Buster Miles to pick up a used vehicle. While on the way, we received a phone call saying that someone had bumped the front end. Bummer!!! When we got there, our salesman, Steve Perry, told us they had it checked out by THEIR bodyshop and it would be $1000 to fix it. He said we could leave and return another day, or they would knock off $1000 from the price. We chose to take the vehicle and get it fixed closer to home. The local body shop took it apart and immediately called me. It was not merely bumped. It had taken a solid impact that would cost $3515 to repair. Buster Miles has refused to help us in any way, even though we were told incorrect information.

My 86 Corvette overheated on way to my first Talladaga race, was lucky enough to make it to Buster Miles Chevrolet, where from Jenn in service told me to go ahead and enjoy my race experience and they would check my car. That Monday, that had the parts and were almost done by the time I got there, after James finished, by he bad news was major repairs. Steve lend me a truck to go to a hotel that night and the next day with Jerry's help was able to work out a trade and went home in a very nice used GMC !!This dealership is one on the reasons I am glad I retired in Al. Good friendly people were everywhere there !! I am 55, so believe me when I say I have been in a lot of dealerships over the years ( just ask my wife! ) and this dealer really impressed me !!! My wife and I searched around on various websites for an Equinox or a Traverse and this dealership kept popping up with what appeared to be great deals, a good inventory of used vehicles, and a great track record, so we decided to make the 2 hour and 15 minute drive down to the little town of Heflin - and boy are we glad we did! Mickey and Tom kept in touch with us throughout the day and stayed way late to get the deal done considering how far we'd traveled. I must comment on the safety features of the Equinox: I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in my first 2013 Equinox. The SUV landed in the bottom of a 15 ft. ravine. The SUV was totaled, however, I sustained only minor injuries. The safety features in this vehicle saved my life. I would highly recommend the Equinox and the terrific staff at Buster Miles!

I first made contact by internet and got a response from Tom. Iwas looking for a2013 Avalanche with h.d towing. We discussed price and financing. I had shopped around Gadsden and local areas for a few weeks and had a really bad experience with a local dealer. I found Buster Miles online and decided to go down. It was snowing and I called ahead of time and spoke to Marcus Tillman and told him what I was interested in. When we pulled up, he had the car outside ready for a test drive while he was standing out in the freezing weather! I told them we were going through the bank and instead of hounding us, they said that was fine and never spoke of it again. They even offered us food they had there. I had a great experience at Buster Miles Chevy. David and the rest of the staff were excellent and very low pressure which means a lot. I bought a new Chevy Cruze as a commuter car for work and am enjoying it thoroughly. I would definitely recommend purchasing your next new car at Buster Miles. Even though there are Chevy dealers closer to where I live, I felt I got the best deal and customer service by driving to Heflin and Buster Miles.

Great experience! The staff is friendly and low pressure. It was worth the drive to Heflin and Buster Miles Chevy. They apologized for the old facility and said they were soon building a new one. That really didn't matter to me. In my opinion a fancy showroom means more overhead and higher prices. The Birmingham area dealers may have really nice showrooms but they also have higher prices and tend to use high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated the lower key approach I found at Buster Miles.

Really enjoyed the buying experience at Buster Miles. Marcus is a real easy going sales guy and really up front about everything. Got me in a fantastic new Chevy Silverado that will handle the camper pulling duties we need. I highly recommend them, also the finance department was real easy to deal with. And they gave us free BBQ !

On Monday, December 24, 2012 I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition from Buster Miles Chevrolet in Heflin, AL. As I purchased this vehicle over the phone in Houston, TX after finding this vehicle on their website, I was very impressed with the communication I received from the salesman, David Kimsey. David, was always quick to answer his cell phone and made sure the entire transaction was hassel-free. On Friday, December 28, 2012 - 4 days after purchasing the vehicle I received the clean title in the mail, and I am now a proud owner of a 2007 Ford Explorer with less than 55k miles.Purchasing a vehicle online was a concern of mine, because I purchased the vehicle site-unseen. Nevertheless, the vehicle exceeded my expectations after seeing it in person at their dealership. Rest assured that you can buy a vehicle from Buster Miles Chevrolet or Buster Miles Ford online without having to second guess whether you're making the right decision.Although most of the guys at Buster Miles Chevrolet are Crimson Tide fans and I am an Auburn fan, these guys did right by me, and they will do right be you!

My husband & I were looking for a truck to pull a camper or equipment with. We found exactly what we were looking for on the lot at Buster Miles Chevrolet in Hefin, AL When we walked into the dealership we were greeted warmly by several of the people in the office. Our salesman, Mr. Pritchett, was exceptionally courteous & professional & even took the truck & had fuel put in it so that we could take it for a test drive. The staff worked with us to make the price of the truck fit our budget, checking to get us a favorable interest rate & making sure that we got the options that we wanted on the truck. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience & I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Drove from SC to purchase a used Avalanche - negotiated by phone - upon arrival, the truck was as advertised - no hidden fees and smooth purchase - would drive ~ 4 hours again to buy another one from Buster Miles. Facilities very old, but clean and they are building a new building

We have bought our last 3 auto's from Buster Miles and that is why we returned for the purchase of out 2013 Equniox. Their service is always excellant and we are please with the way we were treated. Mickey showed us several Equniox SUV's and we test drove two of them. He worked up prices for us to compare the rates and gave us a great deal on the 2006 Equniox that we traded in. We will continue to shop at Buster Miles, just because of the service and friendly staff.

Had been watching the Chevy Volt since it hit the market in March 2010. Had put out a couple of E-Mails and questions. The first dealership I heard back from was Whitney at Buster Miles. She was really nice and very professional and answered all my questions. That stayed with me and when I decided to buy I kept that in mind. Although I went to other dealerships looking in Anniston all the way to Enterprise, Alabama I remembered that I was going back to Heflin to check again. When I got there on the Saturday afternoon 22th of Sept 2012, I was walking and Marcus came out and I remembered him from the Porter House in Anniston. His son and my grandchild attended the same school since kindergarden. We had a connection right there and he also knew my wife. This connection led to a great deal and talking to Jerry Hazelwood the financial officer led me to a great car and a great deal. THANK YOU!!

I set up an appointment with Brody that fit my busy schedule and he conveniently had everything ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. I was looking for a specialty item. 2012 ZL1 Camaro. I talked to my local dealer. They couldn't get one. I talked to a friend of mine who worked at another dealer, he wanted $5000 over MSRP to get me one. I made a 2 hour drive to Buster Miles and they had one and gave me a fair price on it. Nice folkks. You'll meet several members of the Miles family. Plus, it's a family environment. There are husband and wife teams that work there.

We drove about 2hrs away to look at a vehicle at Buster Miles, and I asked the car salesman about the vehicle as far as its looks on the inside and out...also if there were any mechanical problems. Let's face it, we don't always get the full story when we search vehicles online. He checked it himself and assured me that the vehicle was in good shape with no problems. Car shopping at Buster Miles was definitely a great experience for me. All of the salesman and employees were awesome. Especially The salesman by the name of Don Jacobs. He was really a big help, and certainly made me feel right at home with his personality and humor. Another big and helpful influence on me purchasing my car from Buster Miles was a very interesting lady by the name of Jennifer Williams. Ms. Williams was definitely the early bird that got this worm, by being the very first dealership representative to send me helpful information via email and being even more informative over the phone. Found the car over the internet and drove to Heflin to purchase. Don worked with me over the phone and in person when I arrived. I was treated very well by the staff the I met.
