After years of buying cars and trucks from burtness Iwas insulted by the trade in offer from Burtness. there was no haggling in it. I went Finley Denker and never looked back! Dan Gable is the best out there but couldn't do much.

I contacted Lance to purchase a new vehicle - he searched for the vehicle I wanted - offered me many options (order, buy off the lot, use a loaner in the mean time, etc)... Long story short, I went with an Equinox off the lot, and I am so happy that I did. I will recommend Burtness to anyone that I talk to that is in the market for a new/used vehicle. Thanks again Lance (and Brian)!!

This was my first experience with Burtness, however, my family has purchased from their before. I had one of the best experiences while there. The people that work there are very friendly and want to help you find what is going to best suit your lifestyle. I felt like they really cared about my concerns and my wants and they helped me get my dream car. Mike has been very helpful and is a great representative. I know that he is just a phone call away if I need anything and that is why I would definitely go back there and send my friends and family there as well. Thank you for a wonderful and easy car buying experience.

I have not bought a vehicle recently but have bought many in the past. Everytime I leave is always a memorable experience. I would not go to any other dealership.

They had my car in and out, didn't have to wait forever. (they offered a free loaner car if I didn't want to wait) They were all very friendly! My car has been running great!

They have a slogan at Burtness "When the products are similiar, it's the dealer that makes the difference." This is so true at this dealership, their staff is always friendly and helpful. Unlike some dealerships, the people at Burtness take care of you, even after the sale.

Burtness Chevrolet is a absolutely amazing Dealerhip!!!! It starts with the Helpful and very Friendly sales staff and makes it way down to the Service Department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a low pressure and extremely helpful sales staff. You will very happy!!!
