I worked with Bobby R and Bobby W. They are fantastic! I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. They are very friendly, they listened to what I wanted , made a few suggestions but there was no pressure. They worked well together. The process ran quite smoothly. Not only would I go back again, I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I recently decided to trade in my GMC Terrain to look for a seven seater SUV. We were helped by salesmen Bobby Williams, as well as Eric Bornmann. Both of them immediately made the entire process so easy, and fun even! We fell in love with the new Traverse, and in no time at all, I was driving off the lot in my new car. Bobby was very patient, and kind to me and my two children who were with me. Eric also helped answer questions while I was trying to decide whether to lease or buy the vehicle. Just purchased a 2011 Mazda 6 from Burlington Chevrolet.My salesman Steve Taylor was above and beyond a gentleman and very knowledgeable salesman.First off the car is more than I expected. The test drive was not the normal 4 right turns and back to the dealer. He took me on a good distance test drive,didn't blast the radio or try to distract me from driving and listening to the car. The buying process was even easier. He told me the numbers and after telling him what I needed to pay he was very accommodating without the typical adding 2 years to the loan jacking up the interest rate.Bottom line is I would without a doubt buy a car ,new or used,from Steve again.Thank you

My experience at Burlington Chevy was nothing short of incredible. I had been out of a vehicle for over a month now due to a previous accident, and car shopping has been such a headache recently. From dealers overpricing vehicles, or simply not having any quality vehicles in my price range it has been a tough time.I came to Burlington Chevy to check out a pre owned 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited and spoke with Steve Taylor. He approached me and my fiance and offered us to look over and test drive the vehicle while he took care of other business. Overall he was an amazing sales person. He wasn't like others I've dealt with, trying to push me into buying a vehicle or trying to justify the dealerships' high prices. I ended up buying the Elantra for an awesome price and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend checking out the incredible inventory over at Burlington Chevy if your looking for a good deal on a new or pre owned ride!

Went into service deptment was a recall on my Sonic. Drove into department was told to take a seat in waiting room. I had a cup of coffee and watched tv. I have always been loyal when it comes to servicing my vehicle with the dealer in which I purchase the vehicle from. I normally can get my vehicle in for an oil change with no issue but the last 2 times have been a pain. This time I scheduled and appointment to have my oil changed and transmission checked specifically told them which days worked for me and which days did not. They scheduled me for the appropriate day over the phone but when the day came around they stated that I had the wrong day and that they had me down the previous day (one of the days i told them i was not available). I then rescheduled with another service tech. She was very nice and said she could get me in on Saturday. I Dropped my truck off the night before to have the oil changed and have the transmission looked at. However i get a phone call stating that i have the wrong date again and they can not service my vehicle. I am now looking for a new dealer to perform the service on my vehicles. If you can not get something as simple as scheduling down I'm not sure if i want you working on something as important as a transmission.

I had had a Ford F-150 and was looking at a new truck. It's my third vehicle so I had wants but not needs in my choice. I called about a truck that I saw on the Internet and they answered questions over the phone with no pressure. I came in to look at a 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ and wanted the longer wheelbase. They located the same color and options with the longer wheelbase and had it for me to look at the next day. They gave me a price that I couldn't pass up. I love my new Silverado and I paid significantly less than the Ford with the same options. The process was great with no pressure.

We purchased a Chevy Silverado for my husband about a year ago from Bobby Williams. When my car was totaled we decided the best place to go was Burlington Chevrolet. Bobby had a relaxed no pressure attitude so we wanted to make sure to use him again. Just like when we bought my husband's truck, he listened to what we needed and wanted. No pressure, no haggle. It wasn't the typical high stress environment of buying a car. We got exactly what we wanted and needed both times we purchased from there. I had searched high and low for a 2015 Silverado Crew cab with a long bed ,not an easy find.Especially on Long Island.When I did find one it was at Burlington Chevy in NJ. I sent an email inquiring about ad,and with 15 minutes had a response. Communication couldn't have been better.After appointment was set I took the 2 hour drive Saturday morning.At my arrival I was greeted by Todd Tabita, Not once did I feel pressured about buying the truck from him,and to my surprise he had an interest in my truck (which being raised up) didn't think a dealer would want it.Once a deal was made, Todd took control over everything! (ie) insurance transfer,registration cleaned again while we waited and filled the tank,I sat for about an hour,that was it! an hour after deal was made I was heading back to Long Island.I highly recommend Burlington Chevy.I might make the trip in the summer to get my wives new car.well worth the two hour ride.

Went in 2 weeks ago to look at new Silverados. Ended up getting good pricing with incentives and family pricing (great), literally 12K off stickers. I have fair credit due to lack of credit, I normally pay cash for everything including homes. I told them this and told them I did not authorize them to shop my credit. They told me they were only going to run it with GMs finance company, they did and told me the interest rate is high with GM and would I mind trying ONE more bank, first Niagra. I agreed to this and they came back all was good, interest rate was low and numbers were good. Anyhow now that 10 days have passed I keep getting mail, they shopped my credit. 5 more banks, all hard inquires. This is bad for my credit, and I specifically did not authorize that (wrote one the credit app only GM). I am actually going to contact my attorney at this time.

I've been around the mulberry bush quite a few times. From the moment I submitted my online inquiry, to the second I stepped through their front door, the customer service was amazing. My salesman Harold Weber was just so incredibly user friendly and hilarious. Throughout the enter process, he made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. We came to Burlington Chevy discouraged and really not having any trust in dealerships anymore due to a past experience. See we were victims of Spot and Delivery by another dealership who shall remain nameless. We had a car for two months and were told to give the car back because financing fell through 2xs. Then after the embarrassment of having to give the car back, the old dealer was running our credit so much without our consent, it really affected our credit score, which was now labeled as poor and I would like to mention the other dealer was not reimbursing our $500.00 deposit also. So we were in a very bad place and didnt know how this was going to turn around for our good. So I contacted Burlington Chevy through email and spoke to Sandy Grobelny &Tim Reid, I was upfront and honest about our past situation and they assured me that if I give them the time to come down to the dealership, they would go above and beyond to get my boyfriend into another car. So we went there and our salesman was Sheldon Price. Still discouraged Sheldon told me to stop thinking negative and to think positive; he would see what he could do. To make a long story short they got my boyfriend into another car, exactly like the one he had to give back to the other crooked dealership. But this time this car was a newer model, fully loaded and had a sun roof. This dealership restored my faith and trust in the car buying experience. We even got to meet with the sales and finance managers and had a one on one conversation with them also, they were both sympathetic to our situation and reassured us they would do everything they could to help us and they did!! The next morning when we went to pick up his car, I didnt want a hand shake, I literally went to everyone who went above and beyond to help us and gave them a big hug. This dealership gets my highest recommendation, even if you have bad credit, they work with you. I definitely plan on referring my family and friend to this dealership. We came to Burlington Chevy discouraged and really not having any trust in dealerships anymore due to a past experience. See we were victims of Spot and Delivery by another dealership who shall remain nameless. We had a car for two months and were told to give the car back because financing fell through 2xs. Then after the embarrassment of having to give the car back, the old dealer was running our credit so much without our consent, it really affected our credit score, which was now labeled as poor and I would like to mention the other dealer was not reimbursing our $500.00 deposit also. So we were in a very bad place and didnt know how this was going to turn around for our good. I stopped in without an appointment because my indicator said I had low tire pressure in my right front tire. On checking it that was not the case. I anticipated a bad sensor and a fairly high bill to fix it. Turns out my tires had been rotated previously and the sensors were never recalibrated by the computer so we were actually looking at the wrong tire. The correct tire had a nail in it that was removed and plugged. The pressures were then corrected and the tires " relearned" by the computer. In less than 1 hour I was on my way with a bill of less than 20 dollars. Thanks again.

I bought a used car from them. On the same day I bought the car, the check engine light magically comes on. The car had internal engine damage, which they knew about (or at least knew what was causing the check engine light to come on) and failed to disclose during the car buying process. They sold the car to me as is, and even reduced the sales price to justify not providing their 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. They bought the car back from me. Waste of time and money.

I was treated in a professional and respectful manor, my prior career of 30 years in the automotive industry in sales and sales management roles I know what it takes to please and keep customers coming back as well as recommending other people to visit there that they will be treated in the same manor I was. My sales person Louiswas pleasant,knowledgeable and addressed my needs and the managers I spoke to Eric and Steve were great to deal with.Seems like these days that when it comes to personal attention especially when buying a large ticket item such as vehicle the personal attention gets lost in the Mega dealerships with high pressure and buy today attitudes and soon forget about you after the sale I didn't get that feeling at Burlington Chevrolet.I have a few issues with my new vehicle although they are minor and will be resolved it gave me a chance to meet some of service staff and again treated like family and nice to talk with it felt like my old dealership I worked for many years, we had the same philosophy to treat customers like family not a number.

I did my homework with Carfax and Dealerrater when looking for my HHR but I was still unprepared for how easy and really pleasant Burlington Chevrolet and specifically Louie Ruvo, my salesman, made the process. From the immediate response to my inquiry by Sandy who checked out the status of the car, made my appointment and even gave me directions en route, to the financing, everyone was human and helpful. Louie got me the deal I wanted and had me driving out of the dealership in under two hours. There was one minor service issue that I was told about in advance, thatbI had to go back for. Their follow-up and their service department were just as great as their sales. The whole facility is brand new and beautiful, the service waiting room has great WiFi and again, the EVERY one was really nice. Louie and Sandy made a point of saying hi. Best car buying experience EVER!

The service person was very friendly and welcoming, however there was a miscommunication in the completion of the repairs for my vehicle. The service person left a message saying that everything was covered, however the repairs were not completed, because is wasn't covered under the warranty. I wasn't told this information prior, so I could approve the repairs. I never received the preferred membership information to register for.

This was my first oil change since I purchased my Certified Used 2011 Chevy Equinox. They called me after I dropped off my to offer me additional work but no one called me to advise me that my truck was ready. I had to catch a ride from a co-worker to the dealership. It was probably just an over-site because they were really busy when I dropped my truck off that morning. Everything seems to work and run fine.

I needed to get the first oil change done on my 2015 Corvette Z51 at 500 miles. I called a local dealer, but the service writers were not familiar with the need for the first oil change at 500 miles as per Chevrolet recommendations. After this call, I posted a question on a Corvette forum asking for recommendations and Burlington Chevrolet and John Gavio were recommended. When I called to schedule the service, Michelle was familiar with the need for the first oil change at 500 miles as well as some other questions I had. On the day of service, I was promptly greeted by Michelle who quickly got my car into the shop. After the car was serviced, I had the opportunity to speak with John, who answered my questions.Even though Burlington Chevrolet is a 45 minute drive from my home, I will be returning to them for my service needs on my Corvette. Their staff provided a positive experience and I would highly recommend them for your service needs.

It was one of the easiest and painless process I ever experienced buying a new car.i contacted a manger about what I was looking for and the trade in I had, he gave me a price on the phone and told me would locate what I was looking for. All of this happened on a Thursday the next day he told me he located the car and he would have it Saturday. On Saturday he sent me a phot of the car and all the numbers. On Monday I went to pick up the car with the salesman. The salesman whent over the financial aspect which was exactly as quoted. He than spent a great deal of time going over the car and it's features. On a scale of one to ten this experience was a 10. The dealer is about one hour + from my home and I can tell you it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and integrity!

After buying a certified 2014 Corvette in Ohio I started looking for a local Chevy dealer for service. I wanted to make sure I found an experienced fully trained Corvette technician. When I came in Michelle was very welcoming. I was 30 minutes early but she took my car back right away. She also explained how I should get my car checked every 6 months to make sure it's running great. And it was a free checkup. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Michelle was very professional to me.As far a I'm concerned Burlington Chevrolet is the best. You should really go there. I have had an excellant experience with them. I highly recommend them.

There is really not much to tell. I always make the 7:00 AM appointment. I had no trouble making this on the day that I wanted. I arrived right about 7:00. I was checked in and in the waiting room within a few short minutes. When the oil and filter were changed they recommended that I have the fuel injectors cleaned. I agreed and all of the work was done in a little over one hour. I was completely satisfied with my visit to Burlington Chevrolet.

This is no bull, the men and women working in Burlington Chevrolet's service department are the best. They found a way to fit me in for service (oil change, rotation) with no appointment at all on Monday. Then they even found a coupon for me to keep the bill down. They told me the exact amount of tread/thickness left on my tires and brakes - all fine. I've never seen a service center NOT look for ways to charge me for something. I have some kind of rewards account with Burlington Chevy (Preferred Owner) and didn't even know it. This took another $25 off the bill. Really considerate. The manager there is Tony. A great guy. He knows a lot about the Chevy cars and their good and not so good points. He likes to discuss their issues with me.

My husband had been in contact with the dealership for 2 days before we decided to make the hour and a half trip there to see a specific vehicle. We made an appointment for 7pm and were told the car would be ready for us to look at/test drive. When we arrived, the car was still on the lot, covered in snow. When we walked into the dealership, we told them we were here for an appointment and what car we were there for. "NO ONE" knew we were coming. When they pulled the car up there wasn't even enough gas to go for a test drive, so they had to leave to get gas. This dealarship has an appraisal application on their website, in which we appraised our trade in on, and it was valued at $4500, again, ON THEIR WEBSITE. When they appraised our vehicle when we got there they offered us $1,000! The car we were looking at buying had been on the lot for a half a year priced at $27,900. The car is used and they refused to drop a dime!.... Needless to say, we spend 2 hours there, we were told 3 different things by numerous amounts of people and ended up leaving very unsatisfied, just from the general experience. The sales person himself was very nice, but he was brand new and didn't know enough to sit at the table longer than 5 minutes to discuss things with us, he had to keep getting up an asking someone else for the answers to our questions. Handling such a high priced sale, the dealership should be providing mentors to sit with them and help new sales people through this process. ...

We have been using the dealership maintenance services since our purchase of our Traverse. Overall we have been very satisfied with the service and treatment as a customer.A few minor concerns...my wife received a confirmation email on a specific date but upon arrival there was no record of our appointment in the system. No big deal but we had to reschedule for the following Saturday. Also, sometimes OnStar recommended car service isn't always in synch to the needs of the vehicle.

Overall great experience with are guy Walt. After all we had a job that day there to buy a truck and walt was patient enough we me to find the right truck that I wanted. (Drove 4 different trucks ). Walt was super call and had patients with me. Dealership guy know the stuff really good people very happy with everyone the. Expect being we left there when it got dark didn't relize the truck should of been a little cleaner then it was but its Kool. Windows very dirty on the inside. But it was a long day there. Very happy to do business the the folks there very Kool people and know there stuff.

I was stuck in a lease, way over my miles, other dealership's said I would never get a loan without thousands of dollars down (which I did NOT have).. Well, Dave and his team worked hard and not only got me out of my lease and into a Brand New Malibu but also made sure I did not have to put down the thousands of dollars the other dealers were requiring. I LOVE my new Malibu, it's beautiful, gets great gas mileage and I receive many compliments. I will never deal with another salesman. Dave has been a great person to work with and I am thankful to have met him. Burlington Chevrolet knew my Malibu 2012 Model Year and the recall item was repaired quickly. The repair was completed and I've not experienced other problems with the vehicle related to the recall repair. Burlington Chevrolet insisted the recall be repaired immediately, due to driver/vehicle safety related to the brake lamp malfunction and followed up with a customer friendly helpful and supportive telephone call. Burlington Chevrolet easily receives a 10 rating from me!

I was searching real hard to get this car after reading Motor Trend magazine and seeing YouTube German Nurburgring track test of the 2014 Z/28. GM HQ's assisted me in finding Dealership's with the car exactly as I wanted, and the Burlington NJ Chevy Dealership saved me a lot time and hassle. The Burlington Chevrolet Dealership on the list of Dealership's the GM Customer Service Rep gave me was the best one on the list and the best car buying experience I ever had hands down. This is the first car I had to travel to go get, and it was worth it because Sales Person Ana Frias made sure I was satisfied by answering all my question's in a timely manner. I'd purchase a vehicle again from them because the Management/Sales people were very professional, nice and made me feel real comfortable talking with them with my tech questions about the new Z/28. Burlington Chevrolet is a top feather in GM's hat from my experience, simply the best experience I ever had in a vehicle purchase. You know the one everyone has dealt with when buying a car. It was so refreshing to meet Dave Crawford. He was friendly and spoke to me as if I was a friend that just happened to stop by and say hi. He asked me what I was looking for and actually showed me exactly what I asked for. The was no nonsense or pressure to buy. He understood that I didn't need to be nagged into buying. He simply showed me the SUV I was interested in and said this is what we can do for you. He understood what I wanted and made it happen. There was no back and forth "Let me see what I can do" speech. I had no intentions of buying a car that day. I was so happy with what was able to be done for me that I came back three days later and also bought a truck from Dave. Between start to finish Dave, John Broderick, Bobby Ranieri and the rest of their team made my decision to buy very easy. I would recommend not only my friends but my family to come here for their next vehicle purchase.

Todd was very helpful and patient. I love the Malibu and hope to have many happy years! Can't wait until the sunroof is put in. Only thing that was wrong when we left was condensation on the front headlights and Todd assured us this would be taken care of when we dropped off for the sunroof. He explained all the functions of the car clearly and hope I don't have to bother him but he told me to call if I needed his help. Very happy with Todd, I will recommend him to my friends.

I had a desperate situation with my 2012 Chevy Cruze where the gears were not shifting. I took my vehicle to a local Chevy dealer (Gordons Chevy on Route 1 (Blvd) in Phila., PA) and their service department told me that they had 14 other vehicles ahead of mine with the same problem and repairs could take up to 2 months. When I asked about a loaner or rental vehicle they said they could not authorize vehicle for the repair time. I contacted Burlington Chevy, where I brought my Cruze, and they demonstrated the upmost courtesy and the best customer service an individual can experience. Burlington Chevy scheduled a tow truck to pick up my 2012 Cruze, from my Philadelphia residence, and taken to their dealers service department. Also, Burlington's Service department went above and beyond customer service expectations and reserved me a rental car for the duration of the repairs which only took them 10 days to repair. Not only was I completely satisfied with Burlington Chevy's Sales personnel but now I'm also extremely satisfied with their service department!!!!!! Kudos to Burlington Chevy's service department.

Together we were able to coordinate a time and day for me to stop in, which was really convenient. When I arrived at the dealership they paired me with Bobby Williams, who was great. They do provide a pickup service as many other dealerships do which is a plus, but as we arrived he was very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I were pleased with the overall experience of purchasing our barely used 2008 corvette. Our sales person David Crawford was friendly and helpfull. A real professional. The dealership was enviting and definitely interested in our buisness. Purchasing a used vehicle well into the numbers that it would have cost us to purchase a new vehicle, I feel that a little more attention to detail should have been done by the service department in presentation and subsequent delivery of our vehicle. After a couple of visits to the service department with the same issue, it was quickly corrected by the service manager a Mr Ortiz, at the bequest of Mr John Broderick Head manager of this dealership. Mr Broderick is quite deserving of this very good recommendation for this dealership for his quick consideration and decision making. Sales man David Crawford as well as other helpful managers and employees of Burlington Chevrolet were also helpfull friendly and eventfull. With every thing said and done my wife and I are pleased with this dealership and definitely recommend it. It's definitely worth a look, with the best looking used corvettes in the tri state area.

I had been looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe for a while. I was unable to find one to my liking around my area, so I took a chance and went to Burlington. It was a good distance away, but in the end worth my trip. I am very happy with my car and the service that was provided. Louis R. was very friendly and took his time to explain all the new technology that comes along with the Tahoe. I hopefully will not be looking for a new car for a while, however if and when I do, I will go see these guys first.

We were pretty set on a Tahoe (we have a 2000 that we love) but wanted to compare it to the GMC Acadia or similar. Harold showed us all the various Tahoe's on the lot and the different trim / packages. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the different versions of both the Tahoe and the Acadia type of line. Ultimately we did choose to stay with the Tahoe. Harold took me on a test drive, away from rush hour traffic, so I could see what the car could do. He walked us through all the features of car and was very easy to work with. Harold's proficiency in moving us through the purchasing process was great. Overall, we had a great experience with everyone we met at Burlington Chevy. We will definitely refer others to them and will come back next time we need a vehicle.

Harold listened to all my concerns and questions concerning this New 2014 Silverado Truck purchase and responded in a clear and precise manner. I wrote about my overall experience on LinkedIn. Here is what I had to say:The world around us has been changing rapidly, impacting most industries in extraordinary ways. The challenge is businesses do not always see the changes going on or strive to hold on to the status quo as long as possible. Eventually they see the shift, but unfortunately it is usually too late for their business. How do you protect your business? Or even grab hold of these changes and lead the way?I have been thinking about this way more than necessary lately, so I wanted to share the story and open the dialogue regarding the sea of change impacting many service and sales organizations. Many of us have dealt with either a new car or used car dealer over the years, so I expect my story will relate to many of you. The Internet has truly changed the dynamics of the sales experience. In the past consumers did not have in-depth knowledge of costs or the negotiations of other customers. They had to guess. Today we can submit through services like CarsDirect.com or TrueCar.com and have multiple dealers competing to gain our business. I have used these type of websites to assist me in the last three cars I have purchased, including this past week. The challenge is in the past dealers thrived on trying to trick or manipulate customers, but today dealers know we have the power, especially in sales. I have to admit the car buying experience for the past three cars I have purchased has been progressively getting better. I was so impressed with the sales experience with Burlington Chevrolet, that I wrote about it in my book. This past week I was even more impressed with Flemington Infiniti.If the story simply involved the sales process I would be hopping for joy about each of these businesses, but there is always more to it when purchasing a vehicle. It is the start of a relationship, not the entire relationship. The challenge for both dealers and car companies is they have not always built the trust in someone's mind fully, so even the strongest trust built in the sales experience can erode away fast.It has been a number of years since I owned a GM product and I was looking forward to it. I always wanted a truck and I loved the Chevy Avalanche. I planned to keep it forever, but there are times where those hopes evaporate quickly. After having the vehicle for two years, I took it to Burlington Chevy for its scheduled oil change. When I brought it in I reported a hesitation that occurred over the weekend but no other issues to report. The service experience seemed to go well and I left with my truck a few hours later. They found everything checked out, so it was simply the cost of the oil change.Pleased with the experience, I started my drive home. Unfortunately, when I was five miles away, the service light went on, so I returned to the dealer. By the time I made it back the light turned off, so I spoke to the service person. He mentioned the oil was low and it was overdue for the oil change so it was probably crude build up. I never find it good to accuse a customer in that manner, especially one who had in his email a report from OnStar service two days earlier showing oil was fine and just coming due for an oil change.When I stated that, he told me I should not trust that. Anyway, they checked the car out and said no issue. I drove away with the light coming on again, so I turned back. They asked me to leave the car overnight while they ran transmission fluid through the engine to clean it out. I am still not sure I understand that, but they are the experts. My wife picked me up and I returned the next day to pick it up.You will never guess what happened when I left the dealer the next day! Of course the light came back on so I returned again. This time they were going to try to change the wires and plugs. This cost me $700. Well guess what? After paying that, it still did not work so I returned it again. This time they decided to replace the lifters in the engine and they needed the car for a few days. This work was done under warranty, so I was pleased with that.When I picked up the truck all seemed well, at least for two months. The ever-giving service light came on again, but this time intermittent. Each time I contacted OnStar to find out the error code and the proper handling. It was an unusual oil pressure situation. I once again took it to the dealer and I was told it was an oil pressure switch connector.The car was safe to drive while they ordered the part. I did notice that the dealer changed the service people at the desk and the new team was much more pleasant. I made sure to recognize that change to the service manager, as well as reiterate my prior experience. I returned a few days later to have the part installed. You will never guess what happened when I left with my truck! Once again the service light came on as soon as I left. This time it had a statement, "turn the engine off now." So once again I returned to the dealer. This time I had to leave it and they provided me a loaner. After several days passed, I received a phone call stating they were going to replace the engine. In some ways I was thrilled with the resolution, but I was still upset at how long the trouble has gone on. It all started with a basic oil change. A week or so later my truck was ready. I picked it up and I was thrilled, at least until the next morning. The next morning I noticed an odd sound, so I returned to the dealer again. This time it was a problem with the exhaust manifold. They kept the truck for another day and corrected that.Unfortunately I completely lost faith in the truck, Chevy (as well as General Motors), and especially Burlington Chevrolet. The experience was amazing during the sales process but the service process never came close to that experience. I had other issues with their service experience over the years as well but I never highlighted to them. At the end of the day, I traded in the vehicle (I was open with the new dealer regarding every part of the work done to the truck). It will now be much harder for Burlington Chevy to earn my business in the future, no matter how I feel about the sales experience. We are now in a relationship driven economy, and at one point car dealerships were in the relationship business. Businesses need to recognize these change even before their own Customers do and capitalize on them. Unfortunately the industry is trying to hold onto their current models by fighting Tesla's direct sales model instead of realizes the changes that are impacting their ability to win in the future. They are not losing because of Tesla, but because of their own actions. Their Customers want a relationship, but they have to be willing to provide that. My experience with Burlington Chevrolet showed that to me. I am hopeful that my new relationship with Flemington Infiniti will lead to a long term, fruitful relationship.The key to understanding the changes occurring is easy: think like a Customer and you will be able to see the change before it eats your business away. The fact is the Customer does not view the sales and the service experience separately. To the Customer, the whole package is their experience.

I was dissatisified with my recent experience at Burlington Chevrolet getting the passenger side air bag on my 2013 repaired following a GM recall. It took three weeks and at least two irate telephone calls to the General Manger before the repairs were completed. On serveral occasions I got the distinct impression that I was being lied to about the receipt of spare parts and the completion date for the repairs. Extremely disappointing!

I had my 2014 camaro in on 4/16 for a few issues from the My Link,Air bag issue and Multiple Power steering issues including leaking power steering resovior!I had to Bring the car back because Ed Ortiz told me in front of John Broderick the General Manger who is a real nice fellow that if the resovior leaks again to come back so they can replace it.This because they said the factory must of left it wet,but yet the car was Pdi'd !So they clean it all off.Well low and behold I got home and it was wet again and brought it back,they gave me a rental and now Ed Ortiz says well the tech didnt clean it all the way!Come on man, what are we all stupid?He claims Gm says its normal for power steering fluid to be outside the resovior,so I guess my 2011 and 2012 camaros were broken because they didnt leak fluid and had no steering issues!Yeah right!I called on 4/17 after running hours of errands in the 2014 malibu rental and the My link took every command and didnt miss a beat.I asked him to let Gm know and he refused, saying the Camaros my link works different from the malibus, then said to me that Gm will laugh at him!He sent a sheet showing how the My link works and low and behold again the camaro and malibu and others were the same sheet and work exactly the same!Come on Ed Ortiz what are you 2 years old?He had been a nice guy until 2 pm when he called and said to come get the car,that He,Burlington Chevrolet and Gm legal says the car is fine,yet the NHSTA is investigating the air bags and Gm keeps asking for more time!This guy is a service manager that is afraid to stand up for his customers whos tax dollars kept him working!He says he has to many people with problems with their service to deal with me!What does that staement say about Burlingtons Service?I wish more people would take the time to write reviews so people know not to go there!My feeling is even though they literally are the worst service department in my 20 plus years of new cars they should have to service this car as it was bought there.They took my money with no problem!My 2012 Camaro 45th anniversary had none of these steering issues but due to a severe rear end collison with severe unibody damage I traded it in!Very sad because the red camaro Rs I bought is one hot car and I look amazing in it.Sadly I am scared to death to drive it!Please note that it is all bull because Power steering systems are sealed so air doesnt get in ,thats why there is bleeding procedures to get air out,not in!Thank you all for reading,but people need to know!

I am writing to revise my review of My Salesman Harold Weber!I am doing this so that others wont have to put up with the rude,brash violent temper of this Salesman! I have along with my brother purchased 3 Vehicles from him and he always said if we need anything to let him know!My 2014 Camaro is a danger to the road whether the Dealer wants to admit or not!I aksed him to make sure the proper people handle my car!He went out with the Tech and he started freaking out yelling and me and asking me IS THIS THE expeltive NOISE YOU HEAR?and kept repeating it loudly and angrily!I told him to stay out of it and back off!he got out of the car got in my face as if he was going to hit and angrily said IM DONE WITH THIS!I went in to ask for a Manger and a Sales manager Bobby Raneri told me to calm down and come and talk to him.This guy tried to intimidate me and said and I quote" we got your money the cars your problem now"!He also told me he doesnt want my business!What a Great attitude .Bobby Ranieri kept trying to act like a Big Bully in My opinion and I wasnt about to let him get away with treating me like that so I went to ask for the General Manager John Broderick! Bobby then ran like a 2 year old to call John Broderick before I could talk with him!I explained everything to John ,Whether it did any good I cant say!I asked for the owner Wayne Hileman and they say hes in Colarado and is not involved in the operation of the Burlington dealerships!Please note that Eric Anselmo,ed Ortiz and John Broderick all spoke to me like Gentleman and I in turn spoke with them like a gentleman!Harold Weber ad Bobby Ranieri need to take courses in Customer Service and realize without customers like me,they wouldnt have a job!

Burlington Chevrolet is by far the best dealer in the state. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Travis. He is a great salesperson, but also is extremely friendly, personable, and easy to get along with. It makes the buying process so much more enjoyable. I explained to him what I was looking for and we were able to make the numbers work. Within a few hours I was driving off the lot in a brand new Camaro. I don't care where you live, but if you are looking for a car, take the drive to Burlington Chevrolet.

Because of my great experience with Jacqui and the dealership I decided to come back . My fiancee and I purchased a used Ford Focus and once again Jacqui was extremely helpful by taking pictures of the vehicle for me before I got there. The Sales Managers Steve and Josh worked hard for me and we're able to get me the finance and payment that very reasonable. The reason why the experience was great because everyone cared about my purchased of a new vehicle. I had an bad experience with another dealership and I was not very trusting during my sale experience. Overall, they still was trying their very best to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I apologized and explained to my sales person (David Crawford) the bad experience reflected on this experience. After our car was totaled, we had a very short time to find a new vehicle. We had already shopped at other dealerships before a friend sent us to Burlington Chevrolet. We are so thankful that we were referred to this dealership! Within less than a day, Josh Sabulsky (one of the managers) was able to locate the vehicle we were looking for and work out a deal that we could afford. When we arrived to purchase the vehicle, salesman Bobby Williams courteously helped us complete the transaction, answered all of our questions, and made the process of buying a car easy and painless. Ben in the finance department was also wonderful to work with and had everything ready for us to complete ahead of time.I am not a person who likes to shop, especially for such a large and important item as a family car. The employees at Burlington Chevrolet were some of the most helpful and knowledgable salespeople I have worked with. I was greeted outside on the lot by Waldeck Paxton. The service from Walt was excellent and friendly. They have a great selection of vehicles. I went there specifically for a certain truck and Walt and the rest of the staff were terrific in working with me and putting me in the truck that I wanted. Josh and Eric were very easy to work with and I was able to get the truck and the payment I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because of the selection and the service. The inside of the dealership is very clean and well kept. The entire buying process was easy an enjoyable. Love everything about Burlington. If one thing could improve it would be the wait time on the oil change and tire rotation. I waited an hour and a half for what I believe should be a 40 minute job, tops. Love the people, sales, management, and service. All excellent!

Burlington Chevrolet was able to get me in for service the same day as I was having a problem with my vehicle. I live closer to Princeton Chevrolet but I will drive the extra distance to Burlington as they were more accommodating to my needs and the staff was very courteous and polite. Something you don't see at Princeton Chevrolet.

I came in on Wednesday September 4, 2013 to make an appointment and was greeted immediately by Lori, the Service Writer, at the dealership. She checked her schedue and I received an appointment which fit my schedule for Thursday, the next day. On Thursday afternoon I received a tire roation, balance and alignment. The mechanic on duty informed her what needs to be serviced soon. He noticed that my struts need service. She in return told me and I asked her to check on prices for me in the next few days and to contact me. The service was excellent and I waited for a short time in the waiting area enjoying tea and my book. I am confient Lori will be contcting me soon. Thanks for the professional service.

I just purchased a used Lexus; leaving the lot noticed a crack in the window; within 24 hrs NEW windshield. Then about a week later the Mat. Required light pops on... Called ahead & drove her up... Once again, Rob had my car ready to go by the next morning & also put my plates on for me and it was a very hot & humid summer day! When the didn't have exactly what I wanted, she went out of her way to find it. She had to go to NY state to find the car but she had it for me in a day. I purchased a CPO car that did not have the paper work filed indicating it was a CPO vehicle. A year later, I contacted the dealership to see what needed to be done to get the registration correct as the local dealer couldn't submit claims to GM and was treated poorly by the employees who basically said if I don't have anything in writing, I can't prove it is a CPO and there is nothing they can do. After leaving negative reviews online, I was contacted by John Broderick (General Manager) who corrected the certified issue within a day or two. Perhaps management needs to speak with their sales people to ensure they are aware of how the process works so customers don't have to jump through hoops to get what was advertised. I commend John for fixing the issue, but have a very difficult time recommending this place based on employee interactions. Management should be more involved in this; to feel slighted when paying $35,000 cash makes one feel uneasy about doing any future business with them.

My experience was perfect. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic even though I had just filed bankruptcy 4 months prior. My salesman was very nice and straight to the point! He didn't give me any false expectations and led me to the vehicle that met my financial ability to pay, yet also stylish. I also brought the vehicle in for an oil change but was informed of an open recall and the need for tire rotation. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in the waiting area which also had a play area for my son. The service writer kept me informed of the status of my vehicle as well as kept my 4 yr old at ease during the wait. I will definately return for all of my repairs and will recommend Burlington Chevy to all of my friends and family!

Last month i bought a certified 2006 corvette from them. no haggle paid in full on the spot. i took the car home and put it in the garage. a week later i tried the navigation system and a error report read "no map cd", i called Jaqulin my saleswoman and she said she will see what she can do and get back to me. she never called me back. searching the internet the most common problem seemed to be a replacement cd.i went to my local dealer being Burlington is 50 miles from my house and bought the$130.00 cd. navigation reads same thing. navigation is bad. i spoke with Joshua on the problem and he states i need to make a service appointment and he stated that Burlington will not replace the unit and i should have got the extended waranty.soooo i pay $31.000.00 for a certified corvette from burlington chevy and they dont care that a major component is faulty and should have been noted and repaired and not be sold as a certified car. please save yourself a headache, go somewere else that actual cares for their product, their service, their customers and actually can certify a vechicle at their dealership.i replaced a wheel sensor,i replaced the battery(they installed a $30 walmart battery in a vette!) and now a $1000.00 navigation system.i wont recommend bringing a lawnmower in this place for service forget about a car.Thanks Burlington Chevrolet. now we understand why foreign cars out sell american.........

I asked about a 02 trans am I found on the web and nancy started out fine. She asked me for my info on my trade witch was great. I asked her two questions over email. Well it was two day and nothing. I went and got a loan and planed a trip to go see and really just to go get the car. Its a long 500 plus miles away. So u asked her why she has sent responded. I also said that it just hard talking to dealers threw email cuz its hit or miss if they respond or care and that's one reason why I haven't found a car yet. I went out and took detailed pics of my car so I could show her the trade before hand. I asked her if she was ready for the info on my trade.and I got a email from her saying (remember I got a loan and planed a trip for this car) at this time its not possible to do bussness with you nd have good luck finding a car. wHAT just went down this nancy lady just told me to go away after I did all this and she knew I was doing this. I called the store and asked for a manager. The lady that answered the phone said what department in a realty rude voice. I went straight to voice mail. And haven't got a call since. I just gave up at that point and am looking for a car elves where. Don't go to these people they moss lead you and then treat you like shit. And stay away from nancy.

I recently bought a slightly used car from Burlington Chevy. I was able to negotiate via email w/ Brad Marks prior to actually viewing/driving the car (bonus). Once we came to an agreement I went to take a test drive. This dealership allows customers to drive w/o a salesperson which was nice. The next day I came in and signed papers. Soon after bringing the car home I found an issue that would prevent me from passing inspection. I called the VP, Gus, and he put me in touch w/ Mike. Mike and Gus assured me they would take car of the issue. Within a few days they came to my house to pick up my car and they left a loaner. They made the repairs and returned the car to my house. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership's customer service. The staff is also very friendly. I would recommend Burlington Chevy to friends and family. Also, Joe in the service dept is A++ in my books. He would call w/ updates on my car when possible and he turned around the repair quite quickly.

After having followed a internet trade in services instructions I was informed by Brad, Used car Manager, that I had not done it correctly and the internet service did not want to buy my car. After leaving the dealership I called the internet service and asked what I had done wrong. Their response was I had done nothing wrong. Their VIN interpreter does not decipher all VINS and since I entered a truthful review in their alternative process and had even provided the VIN, their offline vehicle review and appraisal, where something they still stood behind. They informed me that their notes indicated the dealer did not want to accept the vehicle and was looking for a way to not accept it. This conflicted with Brad, the used car manager's explanation that I had made a mistake and not entered the information correctly and that the service did not want my car. Brad repeated both rather publicly rather than speak to me in private. My frustration with this is I had driven down on a previous day to have them evaluate the vehicle and returned to complete the process. Now I would understand if they had indicated it was their decision not to accept the vehicle, or offered and alternative evaluation but I found Brad's delivery place and explanation wanting and question their level of honesty given the information from the internet service. When I asked if the trade in service could evaluate my entry they reviewed and confirmed it had more than enough information to accurately evaluate the vehicle and stood behind the trade in price. They helped me connect to a dealer who in turn was more than willing to buy my vehicle.

Customer Service was top notch. I went to do further research on purchasing a new chevrolet crew cab truck or a certified used vehicle. I used the internet to contact them at first and got a speedy and professional response to my inquiry. I set up an appointment to look at a particular truck and was apprehensive to what I would find when I arrived in person. When I arrived the truck I came to see was not available in its stated form. It had been customized. I was a little disappointed but not overly upset. I was only coming in to do some shopping so was not heartbroken. Chris took it in stride and searched his inventory for trucks that would match my wants and needs. He went in the rain to find out the truck I would be interested in, and I was just shopping. I left the dealership with a new truck at a price I could not pass up and have no second guesses on my decision because of the professional staff at this dealership and the time and effort they put forth to satisfy me. I would recommend this team to all my family and friends to do their car business with. I will use them when I buy my next vehicle for my wife.

Chris was GREAT! I submitted an inquiry to the website for a car I liked and he sent me an email and then followed up with a phone call. He was very friendly and very low pressure. I knew what I was looking for and he was able to show me the vehicles I had inquired about. We went out on a test drive and he was very candid and honest with me. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me" like I usually do when I go to a car dealer. I liked that the website had a lower no haggle price and it was comparable to what I found on other sites. He did all the leg work for me, including carrying my stuff from my old car to my new car. He even called the insurance company and got everything switched over. He reminded me to check my CD player for any disks, remove my EZ pass and other things that I may have over looked. He thoroughly explained everything to me at every step of the process. I walked away with a great car and I didn't have that sick feeling in my stomach like I got taken advantage of. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. The Finance guy was great, had an awesome sense of humor and made it easy for me to complete all the paperwork. I've worked with their service department in the past and as usual, they were very quick in getting my car fueled up for me so I could get on the road. I would highly recommend this place and especially Chris Childs.

bought a 07 corvette for my wife , the third day after taking the car home i took it out to take one of my sons for a ride, as you make a tight turn it makes a loud grinding noise in the rear. asked my sales person to have it checked out when i took it in for a tear in the leather seat that they agreed to fix befor i bought the car and have the two seats heated. after i googled the problem i found out the fluid in the rear needed to be replaced ,easy fix right 3 quarts at aprox 25 and change a quart well when i went back to pick up the car i was told that the grinding noise is normal and i would have to pay to have the rear serviced and that would fix the problem. so after spending almost 40 thousand dollars a week earler i leave the dealer behind and cut my losses. problem 1 i had the rear serviced at lucas chevrolet the noise is gone and im planning to have them do all my service work it cost me 136 with parts and labor very nice people to deal with. problem 2 the seat repair looks like a kid fixed it with a tire repair kit a sprayed over it with black dye. third thing was the heated seats and ill be honest it was sent out for that and who ever did them did a wonderful job. ps this car was also a gm certified corvette not to impressed with that ill stick with my fords after this.

We purchased our car there. Sales rep was very helpful and professional (Martin), not at all a surprise as they as trying to sell you a car. We had done our homework and they seemed to have the best prices around. All seemed well except when we got home (should mention we were out of state about 2.5 hours) we noticed that the carfax report was not in the paperwork. Tried on 3 separate occasions to obtain by contacting sales rep as well as their vice president (Gus). Was ignored all 3 times. Customer service ends with the sale. On top of all that , was told the tires were in great shape only to find out during the state inspection that the rear tires needed to be replaced! Finance manager need to be more professional in his dealings with people.

I broke down on the road traveling to North Carolina for a family funeral, as you can tell it wasn't a great experience to begin with. I called in and Adam answered the phone very professionally and gave me the number to call roadside assistance and be towed in due to a flashing engine light he explained it should not be driven. Road side took a bit longer than I hoped, but they arrived and towed me into the dealer. Again I was greeted by Adam and saw on the desk a lot of paperwork and asked if they were all ahead of me. He explained that under the circumstances he assured me that I would be addressed in a timely manner. I was so excited when he came up to me in the lounge in less than a hour and said I was all done. He explained that it was an odd item but something he has seen before, a spark plug had a hair line crack. The repair was under warranty and I was on my way total time in under 4 hours. Although it was 4 hours I wasn't counting on they made the experience very pleasant. My only complaint that i am not local to them for my every service need!

I would strongly recommend Burlington Chevrolet to anybody looking for a Chevy.I was interested in buying a Camaro and visited three other dealerships, all of whom gave me the run around. At Burlington, within 30 minutes I had made a deal for one of their cars. There was no long back and forth with low ball offers, no denial of rebates and no treating me like a dope.Instead, my salesperson was knowledgable, my offer was considered and eventually met. Once the sale was complete, they took the time to show me the features of the car and set up my cell for bluetooth and XM radio. I had a great experience at Burlington Chevy. The staff was friendly and I never really felt a "hard sell". Kevin, our sales rep, asked questions about what I was looking for and what I needed. He never tried to shove me into a car that wouldn't be a good fit for and my family. I had questions about credit and financing but they took the time to answer my questions. I love my truck, I love the sound system, I love my On-star.But I could have gotten my truck anywhere...I am glad I went where I did.

Our On-Star turn-by-turn direction system has not worked since March. It appears unable to locate the car and consistently states we are off-route when we have not left the road we were directed onto. It was serviced on 4/23 by the dealer's service people and I was told that the antenna was loose. I attempted to use the system the next week on a straight highway run from NJ to Maryland - IT DID NOT WORK! I was advised by OnStar that the car had to go BACK to the dealer. It was booked into the dealer on a Monday and returned with NO REPAIRS! WE ARE STILL AWAITING RESOLUTION AND NOW MUST TAKE OUR OWN TIME TO DRIVE THE SERVICE TECH AROUND (AS THEY CANNOT SPARE SOMEONE) SO THAT HE CAN AGAIN CHECK THE VERY SAME THING HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED TWO DAYS AGO!!!!!!THE SALES MANAGER'S COMMENT IS THAT THEY DON'T BUILD THEM, THEY ONLY SELL THEM - IT'S APPARENTLY TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT THEY STAND BEHIND THAT WHICH THEY SELL.
