Update: My tailgate is taking in rain water, who knows why. It’s coming in through the taillights and pours out when it’s opened. Might be because of the tail lights being broken when they attempted to “fix it” when I bought the car. However, due to certain events and moving out of OR I was unable to bring it back and have it assessed at their dealership. I called sales, service and was supposed to hear back from finance but never did (this month). I was told by the service dept that the thousands I purchased in warranties covers pretty much everything except for water damage! And they sold me the car with an expired factory warranty. So basically to fix the issue I would pay the diagnostics fee and full price to replace the parts. I think they’re good at selling their cars and being professional but don’t expect any issues or services to be fixed after you drive off of their lot. I’ll be taking it to GMC in Washington that has been much more helpful and responsive. Now seeing other reviews, I wish I would have read them before going and buying my car. I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali a few months ago from Mark, the entire experience was decent other than them adding 7k in warranties and other things to my actual loan. Only to find out I STILL have to pay a $200 deductible for anything that goes wrong. I bought it with a broken driver side mirror (he said they pack their cars in a lot and they get broken into) that they said would be replaced, it took a few weeks to bring it in and get it done.. I had to take it in twice. Among other things found broken after purchasing. They “fixed” the automatic back latch which never worked before or after, since they took so long to schedule they told me my warranty ended and I’d have to pay $200 to get the latch that should have already been fixed, done again. Not to mention I called multiple times with NO response. The tires already have to be replaced. Now, 6 months later my car is throwing out codes for the Stabilitrak, ABS, traction control, will not start, will not turn off completely.. One issue after another. If I want to get it fixed it’ll cost more money out of pocket on top of an already expensive car that I thought would be reliable. At this point if I can’t get it fixed, I’m going to head to another more reliable dealership and trade it in.

I got a good deal on a low mileage mini. I had a cracked windshield washer container and they fixed it for free. They got me in and out pretty fast. When I signed the final papers, the gentleman was putting a lot of pressure to buy insurances. Hey I guess everyone has to make a buck or two

Certified vehicle had problem with power steering noise. Service manager identified problem and it was taken care of under warranty. Very pleased with the process. Car was repaired within the allotted time. The service advisor explained the problem and what was done to repair it.

Great service and timely. They did the oil change, tire cgange and and took care of the recall on the airbags. They are very timely on all work and easy to get in for maintenance. In the future you should not force a size requirement for the answer. It wii make me not want to do it.

I came in the night before I bought my new car with Nate. And wasn't treated great with Colton doing my paper work. He actually got up and left and never came back. I was very upset about the way he handled things and made me not want to buy from GMC of Beaverton. I wanted this car buying experience to be a fun one, not depressing. I then found a car I wanted online from this dealership and decided to go in early the next morning and try again with out seeing the people I was previously working with. We were approached by Nate. He was professional, welcoming, and exactly what we needed to change our view of the dealership. He went above and beyond for us and we left as happy customers of a new beautiful Acadia. I am so thankful for Nate in turning my experience from terrible to outstanding. I will be telling all my friends about GMC of Beaverton and how great my experience was with Nate. He's the best! DO NOT COME HERE! I called ahead on Friday to come down and look at a vehicle on the lot. (I should also state that we drove more than 4 hours with an infant to come here.) First thing the dealer texted me Friday night saying they still had the silver vehicle we wanted to look at. I wanted to look at the black vehicle. So I told him we were more interested in the black one. He said that if there was any change he would let me know as I told him we would be driving down the next morning. Well we arrived at the time that I told him and I should note I had not received any other calls or texts from him. So when we went to look at the vehicle they told us they could not locate the keys. Really you lose the keys! So they told us to look at a different make/model which was unclean and not what I wanted at all. They told us the best they could do was get a new key on Monday. This was after they already knew we drove 4 hours to come there to look at that vehicle. I told the lady now that wasn't an option for us we had to get home. I even called her later in the day for an update and they she called me back 3 hours later to say she hopes I come in on Monday. Needless to say they lost that deal we went and bought the same vehicle from another dealership that day. I would never in my life go back here. I wish I could give less than one star

I emailed them, and after agreeing on an out the door price, we drove 150 miles to their facility, After inspecting the vehicle, we bought it at the pre-agreed price with no hassles and were on our way home. Our salesman Kayler was probably the most helpful salesman I ever had while buying a vehicle and I have bought a lot. I live in Medford and the next vehicle I buy will be in Beaverton. I looked at new pickups at Airport Chevy and their best deal was ridiculous compared to the deal I got at your dealership. I found the pickup on the internet and wasn't sure if the deal would be the same when I drove to Beaverton but it was. Your finance person was very helpful also. Just a good experience.John Davis

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!We were in search of a used van, and my husband found this dealership had several that we were interested in. We went to check them out, and see if one met our needs. All, except one, had a price tag on them. We asked Nate, the salesman, what the price of it was. He said "most likely the same as the others". After test driving that one, we decided to get it. We, of course, had to try to negotiate a little bit, but Nate was stating the price was firm at that number, and there's no room for negotiation (trust me, we are negotiators and would normally NEVER pay full price for a used vehicle - but, there is "business" behind these vans). We made it very clear to Nate that we were ONLY interested in that van IF the price was that number. Walking back into the office, I reiterated this point, with the clarification that of course it could be less, but not more. I was in a hurry, and made it clear to Nate that I needed to get out of there in 30 minutes and to please hurry up and get the necessary paperwork done. This was an easy deal, price was set, we had our own financing, so just get it done. No need to talk financing or anything, just fill out what's needed to sell us the car. Then, the ridiculousness, and the oh-so-stereotypical used car buying experience began. After Nate plugged a bunch of our confidential information into their computer system, he disappears. Without a word, just gets up and disappears. After a good five minutes (remember, I needed to get out of there) he comes back with the sales manager. OF COURSE, the price of THAT van is higher. Why on god's green earth could Nate not have checked the price first, since we had made it very, very clear and we had AGREED on that price. At the point he realized his mistake, why could he not have been honest with us and told us to our face? Why the disappearing act and having the sales manager come up to deliver that information? It was so sleazy, and so stupid and then, the sales manager's "we pride ourselves in being honest..." - SERIOUSLY?!?!? And, it gets better. We decided we were not going to deal with them any longer, plus I really needed to get to my next appointment. I asked Nate to show me that he was deleting all the confidential information out of their system - no need for them to have that. I walked around the desk to look at the monitor, only to find out he had actually been filling out a CREDIT application, even though there was no need for that. He claimed they use that same form for other things. I highly doubt it! He made an attempt to delete, but kept messing up, so the data wasn't deleting. I work with computer systems, and in some capacity they all work the same, so I told him what to do. He then handed me the keyboard to do it myself. As far as I know, I did, but who knows - at least with his instruction on how he'd look up a customer record, it didn't find it after I was done. But, if I EVER see any mailers come from that dealership I will know how they got my info, and I will promptly pay them a visit to have it fully deleted.Had Nate just been honest and up front, this would have ended so differently. The difference in price between the vans was small in the grand scheme of things. Had we been treated with respect and honesty, we would have looked at one of the other vans. It is surprising that the sales manager didn't hold Nate accountable for the price he'd negotiated. But, it's all about the numbers in business, isn't it!?!? Who cares about the customer in the end.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP if you want to be treated with respect and honesty! There are others out there who are willing to do so (we have found one since).

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chris was able to answer any questions I had. The internet information on the vehicle was accurate, as well as the pictures, while a lot of other dealerships that I was looking at were not. Initial phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely manner, while other dealerships did not. Once I decided to purchase the truck I wanted, I flew in from Reno, NV, and the process was quick and painless. This was the fastest time I have ever been in and out of a dealership anywhere. The great customer service was the main reason for purchasing at Beaverton GMC, but beating the competitions price didnt hurt either.I only rated the facilities at 4 stars due to a little construction, but I could see that improvements were being made, which is always a good thing, and it didn't compromise their efficiency.

I could not have asked for any better service! I am from Wisconsin and was on vacation & needed my new Acadia to have the oil changed and tire rotation. I called at 2:15 and was given an appointment at 3:00! My vehicle was taken in and within an hour it was complete services and washed! Brian Lachenmeier the Service Advisor took the call from me and made it all happen.When my daughter and I arrived he was waiting and had the service technician waiting also. I can not say enough about how pleasant everyone was. My daughter and I sat with a customer, Dan, while waiting and he was from the area and couldn't say enough good about the dealership. He said he had been having his truck serviced here for over 12 years! That helped put our minds at ease also. I will end by saying it could not have been a better experience. Thank You

Everyone was exceptional. We were approved for a lower rate on the vehicle and then denied. Sounds more like a management issue. We were given a loan (they worked hard to secure it) at 1.5 points greater than first approved. This will relate to several thousands of dollars in additional interest paid over the life of the loan but the vehicle is awesome.

Simon was a little short when I wanted my key fob repaired. He said you didn't do this work any longer. He gave me no suggestions on what to do. After spending $2,200 on repairs, I was a little disappointed.The last time I was in you set up my new key fob for free! It was very kind of you to do that and I was prepared to pay for it.The shuttle driver was excellent! I can't remember her name but she made the trip enjoyable.

A real enjoyable experience. I had not bought a new car before. I looked online and they were offering a large rebate for the GMC truck I had been looking for and I went down there bought it. The deal, including my trade was conducted over the phone and was closed the following day. Dallas was extremely friendly and helpful. My car is unique and it has been difficult finding shops that can care for it. The team at Buick was helpful and were honest in their findings. We were also pleasantly surprised that as a dealer their prices were reasonable to the area and not overly inflated. I would definitely take my car back here again.

Our first car buying experience and we absolutely hated it. Scheduled an appointment and had to wait on our sales rep. Greeted us with a full mouth of food and dirty hands. Mentioned to us a few times that we interrupted his lunch. Were told the price was negotiable but that was a lie. Price was set and it wasnt going to budge, Drove over an hour to get the dealership and now the price wasnt negotiable? The whole process took over 6 hours. Had no coffe or refreshments available. Finance lady was so UNPERFESSIONAL and extremely rude. Told the car was inspected by professional mechanics and the car was in excellent condition. Came back home and got the car checked out by Capital Toyota and BEHOLD>>> The alignment was way off and needed to purchase a set of new tires. PLease dont waste your time or emotions and head over to a dealership that will treat you with kindness, honesty and care. Dont let someone treat you like your a burden. Spend a little extra money but leave with a smile on your face and not a a frown and gray hair!

We called the dealership to come in and look at a vehicle we were interested in. Told the salesman(1) we would be there in 15 minutes. He sent a text back with a "see you in a few" and some photos. A minute before arriving, he sends another text saying to check in with another salesman (2). Upon arriving we meet salesman (3) a nice young gentleman. We told him we were there to see salesman (1 or 2). He could not locate either, then he learned that Salesman (1) had just left and (2) was busy. So he took us for the test drive. We liked the vehicle and this salesman (3), however he was moving onto another job the next day. So he gave us the business card for salesman (2). Texted salesman (2) the next day as well as salesman (1) to let them know we were coming back in. They said ok see you then. Upon arriving salesman (1) off till Tuesday, salesman (2) busy. So we ended up with salesman (4). Immediately I did not care for this guys attitude, he was a bit rude, abrupt, and condescending. In sitting down with him I clearly told him I was already pre-qualified and the terms I wanted and what we needed. In running the KBB value for our trade (which he had not yet seen), I tried telling him it was a special edition, he did not want to listen and again came off as condescending. He low-balled the KBB value, he left it at the default mileage (30K more then our vehicle had) plus he did not go thru and select the options that it had. so the value he stated was way lower then what it really was. He then disappeared for 20 minutes with our DL's, title, and keys. Came back and gave us way off what we told him we were approved at, and way below the KBB value of the trade. Told him no thanks. He had to go into the back room 3 separate times, because he kept forgetting the items we gave him. Wonder if that was so we would have to take another hour to drive back. Bad experience do not recommend.

Ask for Robert. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of all the features of the truck I was interested in. He went out of his way to ask other customers how their day was going even though he was helping me. Robert was never pushy or tried to bully me into extra packages or upgrading anything. Very friendly and was a joy to work with.

On my first visit to Buick GMC of Beaverton, I encountered a sales associate named Larry. He was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I expressed my budget and model preferences and Larry took the time to show me what was available. I agreed to come back with my son to view the car he had shown me to see if he liked the car. Larry continued to follow up with me in an attempt to ensure that he could provide us with a car we would be happy to own. Unfortunately, he was not on duty when we returned. Although Larry had enlisted the help of a salesperson named Zach, he was busy with another customer so we were handed off to Mike. Things deteriorated exponentially at that point. When I told Mike our needs, he showed us what was available online within our lower cash price range. Although we wanted to pay cash, we were willing to up our price range and finance if necessary. Nothing caught our eye in the lower range and rather than work just a little harder to make the sale, Mike suggested that we "go to 82nd street where you might find a car matching your cash budget but you'll probably get a car that has something wrong with it because they don't have quality cars". At that point, I felt entirely insulted and left. We went to a different dealership and bought a $16k vehicle. It's too bad that this dealership doesn't have more salespeople like Larry. We would've made a deal with him. Mike, on the other hand, just lost a lucrative sale for Beaverton GMC and the possibility of positive referrals and repeat business. We'll never go back there again, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have been taking my vehicles to Braley & Graham for over 30 years and have been pleased with their prices and service. Now the name and ownership have changed but it seems that the service remains as good as in the past. Most recently my "service engine soon light " came on accompanied with a miss under acceleration. The problem was diagnosed, I was called with an explanation and an estimated repair cost. The repairs were completed that day as promised. Sometimes you wonder if the dealer service is more expensive. About a month ago I needed to have the AC compressor replaced and the system recharged. I got bids from two independents before taking it in to Buick Gmc of Beaverton and their charges were over two hundred dollars less.

I'm a busy guy, I don't have time to go spend a few hours buying a car. I knew what I wanted and how much I could afford. So I called this dealer, told Kyler exactly what I wanted and what I could pay. Gave him my info and he processed the credit application. He told me that he could do it, so I drove 45min. to pick up a new GMC Sierra. When I got there he told me that they could not do what I wanted. It's really annoying how these guys just lie to people and waste their time. I will not go back to Buick GMC of Beaverton that's for sure.

My wife and I visited this dealership searching for a certified pre owned vehicle. They were pretty busy so we walked around looking at cars for a little. Once we were ready to speak with someone, we went inside (no pressure as soon as we got on the lot which was nice). Here we where greeted by Jennifer, a very sweet southern woman with a very relaxed demeanor. She showed us around and we drove a few cars. The whole time she was just chatting and getting to know us. After driving a few cars and better understanding our personalities and situation, she gave us her "honest opinion" as to which vehicle would suit us best, which was in fact not the flashier car but the safest. And because we are expecting an addition to the family, we agreed, although I really did like the flashy one lol. So, after some coffee and thinking, we decided to make the purchase. The whole finance process was of course long and boring, but when is that stuff ever fun haha. But they did have a nice lounge with t.v.'s and the game was on, so it wasn't that bad. Jennifer did a great job keeping us entertained sure the process and was able to get us a fantastic price for the vehicle. It wasn't until we met with Shelley Shelby the finance manager that I became dissatisfied. She had a smelly noisy bird cage in her office, which to me is very unprofessional. And on top of that when she saw that we didn't go for the extended warranty, she tried forcing onto us (which is ultimately her job) but was very rude there after. Other than the finance manager our whole experience was great, and Jennifer was a sweetheart. I will definitely go see her again when we buy our next car.

How do I put this. Everywhere I turned, they were there to help me. I was just looking for a used vehicle. A gal named Jenny helped me every step of the way. Had an issue with the way it was idling, they fixed it. I called to get the appt. on the issue, they asked when I would like to bring it in. They were all over it. Ethan the Service Manager, took care of the problem immediately. What a pleasant surprise and experience, when all I did was buy a used vehicle. All in all I would like to say, "Thank You Very Much".

Thank goodness Chris Akins called me back and provided excellent customer service. If I wasn't sold on the GMC Terrain (paid cash) in their lot I would of given up. He came back and told me it was sold the night before. There I had drove 30 miles for nothing. And no phone call from the salesman?

They confirmed they had it so I came in the next day. When I arrived the gentleman that greeted me was polite and helpful, asking what I needed. It was as if they were expecting me and knew what vehicle I was interested in from just that quick 10min call the night before! While the gentleman I had spoken to the evening before was not available, Tom Pollock was. He was great! We took the car out for a drive, he pointed out several features, discussed my needs and matched what I shared to the features of the vehicle. Having been in sales for over 25 yrs myself, my expectations for a sales process are pretty high. Tom exceeded those expectations. In fact, the whole team did. We worked out all the details with my trade-in, my financing and within a short amount of time I was moving my son's car seat to a new car! In fact, the Service Dept had already taken care of a minor factory recall repair which meant I didn't have to come back to have that done! I would recommend this dealership and team to anyone who wants an easy, no pressure, seamless process!

Serviced for recall. Took two hours, but that's what I expected. They offered to give me a ride home during the repairs which was nice. Would have been much better if they had given me a loaner. Then I could have run errand during the servicing. Overall, I the dealership is solid. We leased our car through them and the experience was relatively easy.
