I was sold a car with no title. my 30 day tag has expired and can not be renewed. I now have a car I can't drive. By law the dealership has 30 days to provide the title. Thirty-two days later and no title. Beware!

When I went to budget car mart everyone was so nice and seemed like they truly was honest...I fell in love with a car here and all the sales men made this car sound amazing..it only had 60,000 miles on it I paid 3100 dollars on it. On my way home the car started acting funny here to find.out the tranny was bad on it and alternator..so ive had it for a week and.only.drove it 10 miles and its been sitting in my driveway ever since out of 3100 dollars and im a full time collage student...very upaet and would NOT recommend this place..

Went down to check out a cadillac catera they had for sale everything checked out seemed like a good car test drove it seemed good. Bought the car and not a half our down the rode the transmission goes on it. Also it doesn't turn on now because the alternator is bad. Looks like I got sharked on this one. Called them back as soon as the transmission went (same day I purchased it) and they wouldn't refund swap it for another car or help on the repairs. Don't use these guys all they care about is getting that dollar.

I purchased a van in April and by mid May the transmission was done and it's been sitting in my driveway since. Jeff will hapilly tell you that he knows all about "this" vehicle and the person who traded it in just wanted something smaller. BULL!!! He'll show you the car fax and make you think everything is fine , knowing he's selling you a crap car. I wish nothing but the worst for the staff at budget. Especialy you JEFF!!

My husband was trying to trade his car to this "dealer" to get out of his payment and pick up something with whatever equity he had in his car. They offered us a bogus deal (we know this because we researched ourselves and went to another dealer - a respectable one - where they offered us more money) and when my husband got offended by it, the owner called my husband names, cussed, and attempted to kick us out of his store. My husband did not cuss, or yell, or anything.. just got up out of his seat and was heading for the door because he didn't like the offer. I have NEVER in my life seen the owner of a business call a customer names or yell at them, especially one who is trying to help the business make money. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional at this place. I would never recommend shopping here, not even to my worst enemy. The only good thing was the salesman, who was friendly and helpful in the beginning.
