This dealership is BAD; they advertise used cars for sale that they don't have on their lot to sell. I saw a car I really liked and tried emailing them for information (they NEVER answer emails), I do not live in Sheboygan so I wanted to make contact before I drove there to see the vehicle........I called the same day I first saw the vehicle advertised for sale and was told it was sold, but it is STILL on the website as available three weeks later.......whats up with that??? They just seem like they do not want to sell and vehicle and offer no assistance!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ASSISTANCE WITH BUYING A USED CAR.......YOU WON'T GET ANY!!!

I saw a car on the lot that I wanted more info on. I sent an email for the info. I never got a response. I'd still like to check out the car. But not responding to a sales inquiry is telling.

I was impressed with the amount of time that they spent with me. My wife was being very indecisive and could not decide. Ken took his time with us and explained the different pros and cons. We were satisfied with our purchase and felt like appreciated customers. He even helped me get financed at a very resonable rate. I heard about this place, but was shocked at how much it seemed like they really cared about my satisfaction. I never leave reviews, but I felt like it was the least I can do for this place. Thanks again.

I made my first purchase from Budget Auto Sales in 1990. From start to finish, the Customer Service was Top-Knotch, and the deal was as presented. I continue to do business with Budget Auto Sales because the same is true today. The guys there treat you like Family.

When I came to Budget Auto I was frustrated because of the way I was treated at other dealers. I wanted a nice and dependable vehicle for work and that is exactly what I got. I was able to walk away with a very nice SUV and I am very satisfied!
