I just bought my first Nissan Rogue. I wasn't really looking for a car but unfortunately my car had broke down so I needed to buy a new car. I spoke to some of my co-workers and a few of them own a Nissan vehicle. I went to the Nissan dealer in Wilton and met this wonderful salesperson Jose Urresta. He was very patient with me and he showed me a lot of different vehicles but he pointed out this one particular vehicle as if he read my mind and I love it so far. Everyone there was very accommodating and attentive to their customers. I would definitely recommend anyone going there to purchase a car.

Got an amazing deal on the new Altima. The Sales Manager Jose helped us out and got us the best deal in 150 miles. He didn't pressure me, he kept his word on my monthly payment. He had me in and out in less than 2 hours. Go to this dealership and ask for Jose, he'll take great care of you.

I recently went in just to acquire some information about a lease and I ended up leaving with a car! It was awesome. I told the sales person exactly what I wanted and within an hour my every need was fit for my first brand new car! I am soooo happy with my Rogue! It is absolutely gorgeous and everything I wanted. If you go to Bruce Bennett I suggest you ask for Paul Pinto! He literally made everything I wanted happen; right down to the all weather rubber floor mats. He was a kind and excellent sales man; not pushy whatsoever and made me feel confident in my choices. I am extremely picky and he never gave up on me! 100% would suggest this dealership and sales person! Ian the finance and final sales guy was great too. Absolutely HILLARIOUS and easy to work with! :)

I spoke with Brooke before I headed over to Bruce Bennett Nissan and she was a delight to chat with. When I arrived I met with Paul to discuss my options on leasing another Nissan. I had no intention or thought of trading my car in that exact day and leaving with a brand new one. But I did and I am loving my new ride. Paul gave me advice, helped and assisted me like he was helping his own wife, daughter or friend. He completely made it a stress free afternoon. He was awesome! This was my first time leasing a car, and to be perfectly honest I was slightly nervous coming in to all of this since the scenario was so new. Paul and Todd made it easier than i could have imagined, slowly walking me through the process, being entirely transparent in all of the associated costs, and being more than willing to take the time to answer my many questions, not to mention taking me out for a test drive in the two vehicles I was interested in and continuing to educate me on the pros and cons of each while in transit. More than anything, what made this process so pleasant was the atmosphere; it didn't feel so much like there was a clear salesman and customer, but more like there was just a good conversation about interesting cars that just happened to end in a transaction. Overall I highly recommend this dealership, and I look forward to continuing business there in the future.

Worst service dept. To deal with...they are not thorough and they take no responsibility for not checking your leased vehicle and expect their customers to pay for thkngs that should not be going wrong. Customers have to point out their own repairs ab lnly th to be told thedealer is not responsible for this or that. You have to pay for this and that and they dont return phone calls. Stay away! !,,,

Just picked up a 2017 Pathfinder and couldn't be more pleased. Jessie & Aldo worked really hard to make sure another pathfinder went in my driveway and nothing else. Christina Magnotta, general sales manager, is excellent to work with. She is fast to make decisions, a strong communicator and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. The 2015 CPO Nissan Altima 2.5 S that I purchased is good looking, gets great gas mileage, is a smooth ride and a roomy car. However, the real reason I was attracted to it is the zero gravity seats. They support all stress points of the body and make long trips much more comfortable and totally free of aches. I've owned Hondas and Toyotas for 20 years and am glad I switched to this Nissan.

I always have my guard up and don't trust any business. " where is the fine print", "how can this not be as good as it sounds?" Folks, I cannot find one thing wrong or anything or anyone to complain about at this dealership. The manager Christina Magnotta is amazing. She knows her stuff, doesn't beat around the bush and knows how to make me feel safe, important and deliver the best possible deal there is. She overlooks the entire operation. She wants to know everything about your experience at the dealership and does not accept anything less than stellar service. Heck, she even called for food for my pregnant wife while the car was being prepped for us. My friends and coworkers are always amazed at the great deals I get and I have sent some people there and they are hooked as well. The service department is always courteous, reliable and prompt in any maintenance I have serviced there. Oh, and I only go there to have the car serviced. Knowledgeable staff PLUS coffee, donuts, cell phone charging stations and Wi-Fi. This is my 5th car from them. Don't think I'm ever going to leave!

Walked in with an amount to put down, great credit, knowing exactly what I wanted. Skipped right to finance, didn't need a test drive. It took 8 hours to buy the car. Brand new 2014 Altima. 8 hours, no explanation or apology. Not that there was any difficulty getting financing, and I settled for the color they had on the lot. I was given a link to fill out a survey, and when I responded honestly that I was irritated and dissatisfied and would not return, the saleswoman called me personally to tell me I was wrecking her review numbers. Would never return simply because of the service she failed to provide. Ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan with Ismail Ahmed. He found me a great used dark grey Nissan Sentra with only 17,000 miles on it for a very affordable price which I could finance. This dealership seems friendly upon first visit, but will then proceed to complete every other step of the process incorrectly - from the financing, to picking up the car, to pressuring you throughout every step of the process to give them 5 star reviews, to following up with you after you purchased the car to give them more money because they estimated fees incorrectly on their part! He was polite and knowledgeable, but not pushy. He told me everything I wanted to know about the car and my options. Christina handled the financial aspects of the deal and was just as easy to deal with. She ended up giving me a better deal than the online quote just to "earn my business." I have purchased and leased a lot of cars over the last 20+ years, and I am constantly disappointed with dealers who give you a price online to get you to the dealership, but tack on additional "fees" and "charges" once you get there. This experience was just the opposite. They gave me a better deal in person than online, and there were no additional "fees" and "charges." They were a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them.

Noticed vehicle was dented. Dealer salesperson Declan said they hadn't noticed. Said vehicle was being "detailed" but it was filthy inside..(cheerios, toast under seats). Took 4 1/2 hours at dealership. Once we agreed to deal the salesman disappeared for over one hour. They told us they only had one key for car until we argued then they reprogrammed another. Vehicle is nice, albeit dented (they dropped the price a little upon our insistence) and we had to pay a bunch of money to get it professionally cleaned inside. First Aid kit is missing which they said it was in the back as the car was Nissan Certified with only 22,000 mi on it. Poorly orchestrated experience with not great service. I would not recommend this dealership if I was looking for another car.

I visited Bruce Bennett and met with Paul Pinto with intention of leasing a new Pathfinder or buying a late model Murano. Of course, I got the expected traditional runaround (for the Pathfinder) Can't go any lower on price etc. I then asked about a used Murano, after being told they didn't have any late models. I asked about a 2014 Murano that was listed on the website. After pulling up the car on the website I was told it was not available for sale because an employee was driving it. Not available to see fine but not available to get a price???? I left did some homework online and got a price through Edmunds at Bruce Bennett for the Pathfinder that was $1800 less than my quote! I received an email the next morning telling me they would honor the price. However the run around I received from Bruce Bennett left a bad taste. Of course, everyone has to make their profit but dealer wouldn't budge on first price given no matter what I said. So I walked away and bought elsewhere. Also the push to buy new instead of used was very transparent and not appreciated.

I sent my son to pick a color and test drive. Amy left the building and put Chris Brown in charge to complete the transaction, Chris did great job in handling this task (Test Drive, training on the use of functionalities and preparing all documents, insurance, etc...) I arrived at the building at 7:45 pm, the General Sales Manager greeted me and then Chris and I went over few things and handed me over to Christina Magnotta the Finance Manager. I communicated a list of issued with the vehicle and it took over a month to get some kind of resolution. After leasing a new 2013 pathfinder, I started having issues with the electrical and transmission systems. Sometimes the car wouldn't start at all, but when I gave the error code to Bruce Bennet Nissan they claimed the error didn't exist and after bringing it in for service I was told there were no issues (this happened three times). On several occasions when I was accelerating on a highway on ramp, the transmission would go into "limp" mode, meaning I couldn't go over about 40 mph. No problems again when brought in for service. So why do I give one star, when it sounds like I might just have a lemon car? Well when I returned it with 12 months left on the lease, yes I paid it out early because I couldn't trust that my family was safe, a salesman indicated that the early versions of the pathfinder (first six months of production) had known electrical and transmission issues. No communication, no comments at service, no opportunity to trade in early for a deal, nothing. I wouldn't trust this dealership, and overall I have lost faith in Nissan. Hard to say, since I still have a 30 year old pathfinder running well.

Can I tell you Bruce Bennett Nissan was a breath of fresh air, they were friendly, accommodating and respected my time away from my family (didn't waste time with nonsense offers) I can tell you after visiting 10 dealerships not 1 compared even the one I ended up buying a car from (another brand car as Nissan did not have a option that met my needs). Declan Crocker McClellan was so very helpful and supportive during my whole visit. I do regret that a Nissan didn't meet my needs at this time, but will be referring friends and family to him and will be back if a Nissan is ever in my future!

About two weeks ago, I went into Bruce Bennett in search of a new car. I didn't exactly need one, but was having trouble with my current one and was ready to upgrade. I told both Kerri Link-Demott and Christina Magnotta that I needed to keep my payment the same as I was currently paying, or else I would not be able to do a deal. After about a week of Christina calling just about every bank under the sun, she was able to get a bank to agree to a deal that would allow me to trade in my 2011 Chevy for a beautiful 2014 Nissan Xterra. I had already prepared for the disappointment of not being able to get a deal done, but Christina and Kerri made sure that didn't happen. I've had my new car for about a week now and couldn't be happier. I'm not sure this would have been a possibility at any other dealership in the area. Over the weekend I leased my 3 vehicle from this dealership, and I have yet to have an issue or complaint. Friendly, professional, courteous, and I got a great deal - as always. They found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and it arrived the next day. This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from them in the last 5 months and I wouldn't hesitate sending anyone I know there. They're the best. Kerri is a fantastic salesperson, Brian the concierge is the friendliest person you'll ever meet, and Dave and Christina in the finance dept always take care of you.

About a month ago I was in an accident in which my airbags deployed and my car eventually was ruled as a total loss. In the week leading up to that, I came across Bruce Bennett Nissan only after finding out that the branch closest to me was gone. I submitted my credit application online in an attempt to see if I would be pre-approved and save time. I received a phone call from a woman named Teresa (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who was extremely unhelpful and very rude as if she didn't want to help me.. Which to be honest with you almost turned me away as a potential customer. It was at that point she transferred me to Mike Dady (because she felt I was being rude and not being responsive to her questions) who was extremely nice and able to answer my questions prior to me having to take a trip there. (Which for me is about 20-30 minutes) I had very generic questions requesting more information on things to do prior to arriving so I don't waste anyone's time. Once I arrived to Bruce Bennett Nissan, Mike greeted me in the front and then introduced me to Logan, my salesman. He was honestly the BEST sales person I've ever had. He had answers for every question I had and if he didn't know, had no problem finding out the answer and getting back to me promptly with a response. My credit is a little shaky at the moment and he was able to find a way to work in a price range I could afford and did all this with a smile on his face. It took a few trips for me before I drove off with a new car (after my previous one had been ruled a total loss) but Logan was exceptional in the way he handled the sale as well as communicating everything to me throughout the process. Whenever it's time to get a new car, I will certainly be looking for Logan! He is an amazing salesman and deserves nothing but praise for his work. I would recommend everyone not only to Bruce Bennett but directly to Logan.... Thanks again!!!

My buying experience with Bruce Bennett was exceptional. From my first step in the door, I was greeted with smiles, and the most important question I think could be asked, "How are you today?" Most dealerships I've been to, have always started with, "What can I help you find today?", now as we all know that's a great question to be asked, I felt it was more of a personal greeting. I was introduced to everyone with a handshake, smile, eye contact, and first name.My salesman Michael Mason was so wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, funny, witty, and answered any and all questions I had efficiently. He also introduced of to a wonderful woman Christina Magnotta. They made the perfect fit for me. As a female, I felt a little nervous buying another car, in fear that I may be tugged in the wrong decision, but not once did I feel any of that. Also, Bruce himself came down and introduced himself to me with a warm smile. After scouring the internet looking for an excellent used car I found it here, in fact I found numerous gorgeous used cars. After meeting with my salesman Mike Mason who I had spoken to over the phone about the car it was off to the races! Mike showed me the car, we went on a test drive and inspected the car. MIke's attention detail was evident and indicative of his training as a U.S. Marine. His excellent demeanor sealed the deal as I could not say no to a Veteran. The used car manager Hector was excellent, he made me feel like I truly was getting the best deal and not being taken advantage of like many people in the car sales business can and do. My final step was with Christina in the finance dept. Christina was the trifecta! After informing her of my credit rating and current offer from my bank she was able to beat it! I never once felt like I was the victim which I have in many other dealers. So would I recommend them? Yes, without hesitation. My local dealer here where I live is Curry, I drove 50 minutes away to this dealer to get what I consider excellent service from a rarity these days, a family owned business. And thank you Ting for the complimentary gas!

This is the 2nd car I've leased from Bruce Bennett Nissan, and I still don't have any complaints. This time I worked with Kerri DeMott (sales) and Christina Magnotta (finance manager). Both were fantastic to work with, and I left the dealership feeling like I got a great deal. Brian Fitzgibbons, who wasn't technically our sales person, pitched in because the dealership was super busy (it was the last day of the month), and he couldn't have been better. Added bonus - I needed a ride home from the dealership after I signed the paperwork and Bruce Bennett himself gave me a lift! Great dealership to work with, I'd recommend them to anyone.

These guys will lie straight to your face to try and get you to pay the highest price possible. If you are prepared with your numbers in writing and get them to come down on their pricing, then will still try and stick it to you with hidden charges added to the final contract. They added vin etching and wheel lock for almost $400. These came with the car and should be part of the negotiated price of the car, but they try to slip them in as add-ons. They also add a ridiculously high conveyance fee of $499 for paperwork.... Really??. Do yourself a favor and hop over the border and purchase in NY where they are limited to a $100 conveyance fee. We dealt with Kerry in Sales.

I stopped in to Bruce Bennett Nissan in Wilton, CT to check out what they had for Pathfinders and other SUV's. My girlfriend and I went on test drives on several different trucks with Andrew Telusmar who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and very very patient). He was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions about each truck until we finally decided on the right one, a pre-owned 2013 GMC Acadia that had recently been traded in. The negotiation process with Mike and Liam went very smoothly as well and we were able to amicably agree on a deal in a short amount of time with no haggling, just a little bit of natural back and forth trading. The financing with Christina went smoothly as well as she was able to go to bat for us with various banks for financing. She ended up getting us a very fair deal. There was some hiccups with the DMV (I would expect nothing less from them and would be shocked if there was no problems with that fine taxpayer funded institution) but Christina and Priscilla were able to work with us over the course of a few days until everything was taken care of. They were extremely helpful in getting everything taken care of and I can't say enough good things about the entire staff.

Went there based on the holiday sales on their web site. After not working with our price range at all and questioning "why I would want to buy 2 SUVs", our salesman finally got a manager after trying to sell me an Altima and a Rogue(vehicles I had no intention of buying).The salesman never got a manager, until I told them I wanted to leave(they conveniently forgot to give me my keys back from my potential trade in). Some manager then asked me what I was looking to lease for. I replied "under $400", he replied "What about $399?" He got up, went to a counter, came back after 5 minutes with nothing new written on his sheet and stayed at the $399 offer. This is the point where we got up and left. Will not be coming back.

This was the single best buying experience I've ever had! And I'm not just referring to car purchases. Every person who I encountered at this dealership was really kind, polite, helpful and friendly. They made me feel like I was the only client in the building. I worked with a salesperson named Jose Urresta, who was knowledgeable, patient, and just plain brilliant. He acted more like an auto purchase advisor than a salesperson which was really refreshing. I purchased a white 2013 Sentra SV, which I just love. I was able to get it at an extremely fair price. Jose could have sold me on the SL model if he wanted to, but he knew my exact needs and recommended I stick with the SV instead; saving me a few thousand dollars. That's honesty! I really recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have purchased many cars in my days and not once did I ever feel comfortable with the salesperson......until now.Priscilla sold us our new Cross Cabriolet and she was wonderful. She new the car inside and out, always had a smile on her face, never made us feel hesitant during the negotiation period and was a complete joy to deal with. As a matter of fact, there was not a single person in the dealership that pressured us during the purchase and that included the sales manager, finance manager and even Bruce Bennett who spent a few minutes talking with us. Very poor customer service. Sale managers completely lack professionalism. I would never go back to this dealer again. Folks, stay away from this dealer. After, meeting with Hector and another sales manager I was offered a price which I didn't accept at the time. I called two days after and asked I they were willing to sell the car for the price which I was offered three days earlier, I was told that they had sold the car. I suspected that they were not being honest with me because they wanted to get more money for the vehicle and called right back from a different number and didn't give my real name, I was told that the vehicle was available but for a lot more than the price I was given at the time I was there.

Absolute worst service I have ever received. From the first minute I dealt with a condescending salesman who knew nothing about the car I was buying and outright lied about a number of things just to make the sale. Then, even when I still wanted to buy the car, they pulled me around for 5 days before letting me buy it, saying they were too busy to have me come in and sign, and then that the didn't want to inconvenience their associate who deals with the loans, and when I told them they were inconveniencing the costumer they told me I just had to wait. When buying the car I then found more problems, it appears the "detailing" and "inspection" are just a total fraud and front. They sold me a car with absolutely no coolant and an empty radiator, and there were packs of cigarettes and scratch off tickets left in the glove box. When I tried to use the dealership warranty to get them to fix whatever the leak was it was the hardest process in the world. It took me over 11 phone calls and 6 unreturned voicemails to get it worked out, and even now I am not confident in the service I got. When I tried to contact Bruce and Todd to voice my concerns with the service I received, they too did not return any of my messages, so I guess that is where the rest of the dealership learned its lack of responsibility. Every interaction I had with this dealership was awful and I fully regret giving them any of my money, I suggest you stay far far away.

I had a fantastic experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan this weekend. Ting, Aldo, and the rest of the team were extremely attentive and helped me trade in my old car and purchase a new Rogue. They didn't play any games (like many other dealerships), and the overall attitude of the dealership focusing on customer service and teamwork did not go unnoticed. They stayed past closing to get my paperwork done and detail the car so I could drive home with it. Bruce also made sure to introduce himself to me and see if I needed anything. First of all that morning my car died. I had to wait for it to be towed home. Then I had to get my 76 year old mom to drive me to a car dealership. I have two jobs so not having a car would be a nightmare.First I went to Honda of Westport because my mechanic said these cars are very reliable. Well I went there and they took me into the office before I could really even look at a car. I am not sure if that is there custom but thats what they did. I told them firmly what I could put down and what I could spend per month. The service guy tried to help but kept pushing for a lease car. After I told him a few times it would not work he flat out told me I could not be helped. I also felt like putting down 1000.00 dollars was not sufficient and I basically felt like I was too poor so they were not interested. I am not sure if they are used to the typical Westport clientele but they made me feel like I was some riff raff coming in the door. I was already stressed enough and I can not stand car shopping at all. If I could use a horse and buggy honestly I would!!! The other choice was Nissan so we headed to the office in Wilton. The reason being I just came back from a trip down south and rode in a Nissan. I like the car and felt comfortable in it. After getting to the Wilton office I right off the bat felt more comfortable. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The car salesman I was set up with was Joey. Not only was he nice to me but was very accomedating to my mom who uses a walker. He asked us if we wanted anything to drink etc.. When he sat down with me, he had some choices for me in terms of what would be a good fit for me. Everyone knows money is tight and Joey knew right away what would work for me. I was in and out in a matter of maybe an hour with a car. Joey worked with me and therefore I was more than willing to work with him. I am also in customer service so I understand how important it is to work with the customer, I do it on a daily basis. I do understand also that I did not have alot of money to work with but Joey and everyone there understood it too. That really makes a difference in this day and age no one has money to throw away. I even told the salesman at Honda that I had not gotten a raise in 2 years. He told me to tell my boss to give me a raise. I will give him the benefit of the doubt he was trying to be funny, but it was not. I was really stressed so I guess my humor went out the door. Any way Joey made everything so easy when I was ready to throw in the towel and beg and borrow rides to and from work. He did a good customer service representative does, serve the customer. I am easy going and let a lot roll off my back but not that day.... And you know what?? Joey saved the day seriously, it may sound corny but he did. On Monday when I came to pick up the car (all of this happened on a Saturday) everything was ready. How cool is that? I met with Christina Magnotta also, she handled all the paper work. Not only was she efficient but friendly. Everything was explained to me and then she asked me if I had any more questions. Again efficient customer oriented and friendly. Joey also connected with me again to make sure everything went smoothly which it did. Hang onto both of these people. From what I understand Joey is fairly new. He is AWESOME! I will recommend everyone go to Bruce Bennett Nissan.. Joey really took the sting out of something I hate more than food shopping. Thank you guys for everything!

They were very helpful and professional. They let us take the car to my cousin, who is a mechanic to check the car out by ourselves in fact. I was confidient that Bruce Bennett was selling us a decent older car that was road safe at least. A few weeks ago my car broke down and the repairs were too expensive to fix. I knew that I would have to purchase a vehicle and quick!. My girlfriend recommended that I go to Bruce Bennett as she purchased her 4 Nissans there and advised that they will take good care of me. I called and spoke to Theresa Weber who was very understanding and advised me to come in. With this unexpected event of my car breaking down I was less then prepared financially to have a car payment. When I got to Bruce Bennett, Theresa introduced me to Milton Martinez and advised that I will be in good hands! I told Milton my situation, my need and he made me feel at ease. When we went to look at cars in my price range Milton was there to guide me and even talk me down from test driving a car out of my budget. He then found a vehicle that was more to my liking and in my price range! Everyone was very pleasant and worked in my best interest, especially Milton Martinez who was there every step of the way! What a pleasure to work with this dealership! After three months of waiting for a new Leaf from another dealer I found the car we wanted available at Bruce Bennett. I called and found out however that the car was actually being held for another customer, though it was his second favorite color choice. Priscilla (sales-person) told me to give her a day and she came through! She found the other customer's first choice of color in North Carolina, thus freeing up the car I was calling about. She always responded to my messages extremely quickly, even going out in 98+ degree heat to take extra pictures of the car inside and out and email them to me. They not only honored my trade-in from the other dealer but made all the paperwork go quickly and smoothly. We live in NY so there was extra things to sign but Christina the business manager made it easy and painless. I would certainly recommend this dealership and Priscilla in particular!

This dealership was a total scam. I went to buy a used vehicle they had advertised online. Took the car for a test drive and decided to put a down payment on the vehicle because I liked it. Before purchasing it, I talked to the salesman and the finance man about the history of the car, including the carfax. I specifically asked about the number of owners and if there was any accident history. I was told by both salesman that the car was never in an accident and only had one owner. They also told me that the car was a trade-in. I left a down payment on the car and was going to pick the car up in a couple of days when it was ready. The night that I put the down payment down, I went home and decided to lookup the carfax up on my own, only to find out that the car had been in an accident and had extensive motor damage and that the car was not a trade in, but was bought at an auction. I called the next day and they said that they never refer to Carfax. They refer to something called Autocheck. I have never heard of such a thing and even so, I was directly lied to and given false information in order for them to make the sale. I backed out on the car and they were apologetic. I was told that my down payment would be refunded. I called several times a couple of days after the refund was supposed to be given and was told it was going to take longer to go through. After one week of no refund, I called for a fourth time and was told that there was a mistake and "someone didn't do their job" after I had been guaranteed that my refund was put in place. At this point, I had to wait another week in order to get my refund. Each time I called the dealership, the receptionist told me that each person I requested to talk to was either "unavailable" or "making a sale". I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They appear to be nice, but they are very sneaky and untrustworthy, Completely unprofessional dealership.

After test driving the 2013 Honda Accord and Civic and Toyota Camry and Prius C, my fiance and I decided to stop by Bruce Bennett Nissan to test drive the Altima. We were almost certain that we were going to get the Accord, as we were both prior Honda owners, but we figured we should rule out the Altima before making our final decision. I am a NYC Firefighter, and a former U.S Marine, and my fiance is a Assistant District Attorney, so the last thing either of us wanted to deal with was with a typical pushy car salesman. As such, when Milton Martinez approached us we were both skeptical and to the point; we told him we just wanted to test drive the Altima. Nothing more. And that is exactly what he let us do. But he also listened to us and before we knew it, he had us hooked. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Altima and the Accord, able to compare and contrast the features and point out where the Altima was superior or at the very least equal. To make a long story short, we bought the Altima right then and there. We are extremely pleased with the car and even more pleased with Milton's professionalism, knowledge and straight forward approach. No haggling over numbers, just getting to the bottom line and making us feel like he was doing all that he could to make sure we got the best deal possible on the car. Thank you to Milton Martinez, who made this car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.

This is probably one of the best dealerships around. From the moment you walk in until you drive off the lot its a no pressure what do we need to do too make you happy attitude is second to none. OK, this is my 5th car that I am leasing from them but obviously there is a reason. This time around my sales person was 2nd to none..She is polite, friendly and knows her product! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a car. She did not pressure me into anything but helped me pick the right vehicle for me and my family. And from there the finance dept was fantastic. Christina is great! She took her time explaining everything and answering all and any questions without attitude, trying to rush me through just an easy experience. Buyer Beware.I had a bad experience with them and frankly, am shocked by the way they do business.They did not have the exact car I was looking for on the lot, which was a two-year-old Rogue with satellite radio and a navigation system in it. They were very helpful at the time of purchase and offered to install those features into a car in order to make the sale.What they did was put in a cheap, unreliable after-market radio and navigation system, which failed within a year. When I brought the car back and asked them to fix the system, they told me I was on my own.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I happened to stumble upon Bruce Bennett on a Sunday afternoon, and much to my surprise they were open. After entering their showroom I was greeted by a bunch of smiling faces and Richard Spelling approached me asking if my family needed any help. We joked around for a bit and test drove a new Maxima before returning home. Richard kept in touch with me the next couple days about a 350z convertible they had on the showroom and was extremely outgoing and straight forward the entire time. Bruce Bennett dropped the price substantially over the next few days and I am now the proud owner of an 09 350z Convertible. Richard Spelling was an outstanding employee, never being pushy or on top of you like you see at a lot of other dealerships. He was friendly, down to earth and a genuinely good guy. If anyone is thinking about a new Nissan or a used car I would highly suggest going and talking to Richard, you will not be disappointed. When it came down to payment, Christina Magnotta was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was beyond organized and was willing to work with you on whatever issue you might have. The entire process was very streamlined and down right enjoyable due to the high caliber of people who work here. Bruce Bennett Nissan is the best dealership around, and I urge even interested in a car to go here first.

After being in contact with this dealership over the course of the past month, we ended up going in for a visit on 1/24/2013. We were interested in trading in a car that was having some mechanical problems that were getting to be too much to pay for with our current budget, but we were still paying off the loan from when we had bought the car. We were set up with Jason, one of the salespeople. Everything went as smoothly as possible, far beyond what we thought was possible considering our situation. Jason and Christine, the finance manager, worked together to crunch the numbers and get us a fantastic deal. While waiting for information to come in from the lenders, Bruce Bennett himself came over and introduced himself. He explained quite a bit of information to us, and showed genuine concern in working with us to get us into the right car for us and our situation. Overall, I am very impressed with both the staff, their inventory, and our overall experience. We picked up the car today and it is wonderful, I can't believe it's mine!! As long as we live in the area we'll be going to and recommending Bruce Bennett Nissan!!

I own that House of Fins in Greenwich, CT.I wanted to make a change from Ford vans to the Nissan NV for our aquarium maintenance division. On my first trip to Bruce Bennett Nissan in 2011, I met Bruce Bennett (the owner) on the floor which was reassuring- especially given the size of the place(this is not a small dealership!). I bought 3 vehicles for my business that day. When there was a small "hickup" in the financing, the owner's son Todd Bennett came in personally to assure me that he would take care of everything, which he promptly did. This year, when it came time to add another vehicle to my fleet, I called Christina Magnotta in the financing office who directed me to my salesman Hector- after that phone call, I got a quote sent to me via email, and signed paperwork the next day- they made everything simple! There are dealerships closer to my business, but I will always be a loyal Bruce Bennett Nissan customer- Their customer service is second to none!

The dealership was not open at the time, but Surge walk us around to help us find a car we were looking for.Since the dealership wasn't open yet, this young man went out of his way to help us.That was the first thing that impressed us. I had a wonderful experience with Bruce Bennett Nissan and it's employees. I went in with the intentions of purchasing a completely different vehicle than what I ended up purchasing. Kerri spent most of her day with me because I took a long time to make my decision. She was very patient and was right there to answer all of my questions. Once the decision was made to take my vehicle home the same day, Kerri made sure to show me how all the functions in the navigation and Bluetooth system worked. Our lease was up on my wifes 09 Maxima and she was interested into going back into a new Murano (she had an 06). Wade Meeker our salesman was able to find us the color combination that my wife wanted and we must say that the car is just beautiful. Avoid this dealership if you can. I live 10 minutes away and was buying a new car but the customer service was horrendous. Not only did it seem like my presence was an inconvenience to them upon arrival, but as a 20-year-old college student, they did NOT take me seriously as a customer. The sales representatives were very rude and although I had explicitly stated the features I needed in the 2013 Altima, they were quick to dismiss the idea that buying the new model for a reasonable price was possible.Not only did they spend their efforts to talk me into an older model, ignoring my request, but both the sales representative, and eventually the sales manager were ill versed when it came to the differences between models. A 20-year-old girl with a few weeks of research knew more about the Altimas than either of the sales people. And on top of that, negotiations on either model were seemingly out of the question. On a 2012 model, their BEST negotiated lease was $3000 down and $180 per month. On the 2013, they neglected to inform me of the national deal of $2400 down and $214 per month, and immediately offered $4500 down and $280 per month if leasing a base model. To me, that was absolutely ridiculous.I went to Middletown, and they laughed before telling me Bruce Bennett's offer was insulting, and then agreed to give me one of the first 20 luxury 2013 Altimas (2.5 SL) in CT for only $1500 down and $250 per month in a 39 month lease. The sales team at Middletown is more like a family and every detail of that deal was absolutely flawless. There were no games, tricks, or hidden fees. Everything I needed was delivered on a silver platter by Middletown, whereas Bruce Bennett's response to negotiations was "we can match any deal, but it has to be within reason." Take my advice if you want to save yourself time, money, and to be honest, your sanity: go to Middletown! (And ask for Frank Fazio)

While I was looking with a friend for a used vehicle, I noticed a Jeep up in their lot in New Milford that was priced to sell. With a few questions answered and their up front disclosure of the vehicle's history I was interested in taking it for a spin. Maybe this is a way to get your attention. I am leasing my second Nissan from Bruce Bennett. The first one had a "bad" transmission.. It broke down after 20 miles and I didn't see the SUV for almost a month. I couldn't get out of the lease. So they replaced it. I traded in that one for a Maxima. That I hate. It starts on its own in parking lots, in my driveway.. any where it feels like it. Since Labor day the battery has died at least 15 times. Turns out it was faulty. Bob in service is the only one I will deal with there until I can get rid of this car. This will be the last Nissan I own. I have tried to release another car and they will not hear of it. Only if they roll the payments into another one. Strike three will not happen... So when this is up... I'm done. I would love to tell Bruce Bennett ., when I said I'm going to Mercedes his employee shrugged his shoulders .. like "who cares" ... Good luck to all of you there.Very unhappy client.

Sebatian was wonderful and patient with us. My daughter and I had just been an auto accident and he was very informative and understanding with our saftey concerns. His suggestions were spot on. Aldo Garcia had the best attitude of any salesman I've worked with, and overall the experience at Bruce Bennett exceeded my expectations. I wasn't looking for an Altima, nor was I looking for a Nissan, but I decided to shop them anyway -- and I'm glad I did. They are attentive, not pushy, well stocked, and have a great facility. I haven't gone in for service yet but the service center is the older Bob Sharp building, and if it's as good as it was when I used them in the 90s then I'm sure I'll be in good hands. The woman that runs the front desk, Andrea, always seemed to recognize me and know what was going on. I really like the car but mostly the price is right. This dealership deserves 5 stars.

On 12/23/2011 I leased a new 2012 Nissan Rogue S, from Bruce Bennett Nissan.Prior to this experience, I had no previous interaction with the dealership apart from a few friends telling me about their positive experiences. After my visit, you can count me among those with nothing but nice things to say.The overall look and feel of the dealership is exactly what youd expect from a dealership touted as one of the states best. Nissan has a great representation of their product on display, and the people are some of the best Ive encountered in this industry (and Ive had my share of negative experiences).Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and offered a freely flowing smile and welcome. As I was dealing with a new purchase, I really didnt need to interact with the service personnel or mechanics. However, I found myself engaged in conversations with both, just out of genuine interest for me as a customer.As for the people I actually dealt with in purchasing the vehicle, let me start with Amie Bennett. She can be described in one word amazing. I called the dealership and was lucky enough to be transferred to the Sales department where I began my Bruce Bennett Nissan experience. Amie was wonderful to speak with on the phone, and I felt as though I knew her before I ever set foot in the showroom. She has an air about her that screams confidence, and it seems to be derived from an absolute desire to satisfy the needs of her customer. She understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and in a dealership experience, and made it absolutely painless. She came to work during the holiday season, on a day off, just to be sure I took delivery of my Rogue, and that I was well taken care of. She also followed up after the holiday rush, so I certainly feel that this is the start of a relationship, not a one-time transaction. Shes truly amazing, and really knows her business.Liam McClellan professional as they come. Liam was multi-tasking, but never made me feel like I wasnt his number one customer. He was friendly and charismatic, and walked me through the process every step of the way. I went to the dealership this time for an oil change and a check up of my Nissan Altima. As usual I received a free oil change (came with free oil changes when I purchased it a year and a half ago). EVERY time I go to Bruce Bennett Nissan I get the most awesome treatment. I truly believe that the staff at Bruce Bennett totally realizes what customer service is all about. I didn't buy the most expensive car and I certainly didn't spend the most money but I ALWAYS get treated as if I am the MOST important customer that they have. It is a simple fact that most companies just don't understand....I may not have been the customer that bought the big ticket item but someday I will be and guess where I will go?? BRUCE BENNETT NISSAN of course! Oh, and by the way when they brought my car back to me....It was washed too! I love this place!

Recently bought a 2011 Xterra from Bruce Bennett Nissan in Wilton and the whole process, from beginning to end, was fantastic. Recently, my car was involved in a hit and run. It ended up being totaled, so I had to find a "new" car FAST! A woman I work with recommended going to Bruce Bennett Nissan in Wilton, so it was the first stop I made in my search for a car that would fit my family's needs. I went there wanting one particular model car, but it ended up not being a good fit for my growing teenage son and 8 year old daughter. Kerri Link suggested trying out another model and we all fell in love with it. It was spacious, comfortable, and had more bells and whistles in it than I ever imagined I'd be able to afford. This is the third car I bought at this dealership since 2009. I had other choices, but I think the deal (a new Nissan Versa) was excellent, the car is unbelievable for the price, the salesman (Sebastian Merino) worked as hard as anybody to sell me the car (I was just looking to kill time and ended up trading my car in for a new one). Rich Grassi gave me a fair trade in and Christina is not only pretty and funny, but she is super efficient, fast, knowledgeable and tries to please the customer. She is just a great asset to the dealership. In addition, Bob Furman and Al Hubbard in service are terrific.I plan to buy my next cars here if Nissan continues to make quality autos.

When I came in looking to buy a new Juke, sales associate Eric Mansi was very straightforward with base price, fees, title transfers, etc. I had done my homework and knew what options I wanted. We quickly agreed on a price. The appraiser gave me what I'd hoped for, for my trade-in. And when it was taking a few days to find the Juke that I wanted, owner Bruce Bennett offered me $500 more for my trade-in, as a courtesy. EVERYONE at the dealership, from the sales manager, Anthony, to Christina in financing....was really on top of things. They returned calls. They initiated calls. When they finally found my Juke, in Maryland....they said that they would not just get it and drive it back to Connecticut. They sent a flatbed truck and my car had just 11 miles on it, at delivery. When I said I'd had my own financing lined up, they found me a better rate, by far. I wanted to build a relationship with a dealer when looking for a new car, and from this experience, I am certainly looking forward to working with this dealership. The owner takes time to chat with you. He's involved in the community, and when I asked his employees how they liked working there, they --all-- had positive responses. This is a great place to go look for a car....and to buy one, too.

Brought my 2002 Sentra in for service so I made an appointment with Liam to look at the new Altima. We met and went over exactly what I was looking for as far as price & the features of the car. Went for a quick test drive, and when we got back they gave me a fair price for my car to be traded in, and they made the monthly payments work out in my budget. Everything worked out perfect. They had exactly the car I was looking for in stock. Liam took care of making sure the car got ready to go, and met with Christina to do the paperwork. That was just as easy. Kerri was one of the best salesperson that we have ever had to deal with. We have purchase many new cars or the 30 years that we have been married. Never once did those salespersons respect our time and understood what a horriable job it is to purchase a new car. Kerri got and understood what we wanted and reacted. She did not make us sit around all day and use the excuse "I have to see my manager". She took charge and had us in and out with in our time that we slotted for this. We test drove and purchased all with in 2 hours. Then returned 5 days later per our request for pick up which was also done timely in and out. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan. The knowledge, expertise and efficiancy of all of the employees I worked with, made purchasing a new car easy and hassle-free. Amie was welcoming and made my overall car buying experience so positive that I have been talking about it ever since! I was welcomed by many of the employees and felt very much at home during my time there. During my test drive, Sebastian was knowledgable and thorough; explaining everything from the locks on the doors to the make of the engine (which I knew very little about, but completely understood after listening to his description). He also welcomed any questions I had and made sure that I understood everything about my car. Before making my final decision on the specific model of the vehicle I was purchasing, Amie and Sebastian made sure that I was happy with the features and electronics that came with my car and again answered any questions that I had in regards to my vehicle. Christina was thorough with her explanations of every piece of paper that I signed for my purchase that day. I was so pleased with how efficient all of the employees worked. My visit was shortly after hurricane Irene and all of the staff was running business as usual, and made my car buying experience easy and quick, which was exactly what I was looking for. I was also pleased with the color options the dealership offered. I honestly have never had my first choice in the color of my car before dealing with Bruce Bennett Nissan. My vehicle was immaculate when it was brought around front, and again, Sebastian explained everything about the car inside and out, including every single switch and button. My experience was great. I wanted an Altima Hybrid to replace the one I had, and they were in extremely short supply not only CT but the entire Northeast. Amie spent weeks searching for one with all the extras I wanted. She was fantastic to work with. Once she found it, Eric was fast and efficient to get me through the paperwork and show me around the car. And Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with as we went over the financing details and additional paperwork. I was in and out before I knew it. After reading many good reviews about this dealership, I gave them a call since they are located right down the street from where I work in Wilton, CT. What a beautiful dealership! They happend to just have taken in a used 2008 350z which had all the options I was looking for in the car. Aldo, the used car salesman was a pleasure to deal with, we took a test drive and then afterwards I told him how much I was looking for in a trade (2003 nissan maxima) and what I was looking to pay for the Z. After about 15 minutes, I was given a solid trade in my maxima ($6,500) and my purchase price of the Z was $22k, far better than the crooks at Miller Nissan in fairfield, who didnt budge from their price of $24k for the same price, yr, and options. Best yet, I got the car certified pre-owned at 2.9% for 60 months! Have nothing but great things to say about service department "chris" made sure that a few annoying things with the Z were repaired promptly, after setting me up with a loaner car. My suggestion is if you are looking at Nissan's used or brand new in the fairfield county area, give them a chance, I am sure you will enjoy the experience with them as well. Best, Dan Maly

I just moved to Connecticut and the check engine light came on in my Nissan Pathfinder. I went to Bruce Bennett to get it diagnosed. I was by myself, so I had to wait in their waiting room the whole time, but they have a TV, Coffee, Tea, and Water and they also have snack machines. Anyway, I waited about 30 minutes before one of the workers came out and told me they had diagnosed the problem and needed to run some tests. They told me the test would take an additional 2 hours and would cost $220. After two hours was up, I the same gentleman came out and told me which parts needed to be replaced and asked if I wanted to replace them that day. He explained that it would take another hour and he also outlined the cost and explained which parts needed to be replaced and why. In total, I spent about 4 hours there and I spent $850.00. I appreciated their professionalism and the way they kept me updated with what was going on with my car. I wish I wouldn't have had to spend so much money, but sometimes these things can't be helped.

I had the best experience shopping for my first new car at Bruce Bennett Nissan. Sebastian was the best salesman because he was super nice and not pushy at all (and very patient). I tested the Rogue b/c I wanted a small SUV. I LOVED it, but still wanted to check out the CRV. I didn't even know how much I loved the Rogue until I drove the CRV, which was half as nice in every aspect and more expensive...Ridiculous!! I'm so happy I decided to check nissans and SOOOOO happy with it now. I definitely got everything I was looking for in a car at the right price. I highly recommend everyone check out Bruce Bennett Nissan. Nissans have come a long way. My boyfriend just got the Acura MDX and although MDX is much bigger, the Nissan Rogue goes toe-to-toe with it as far as luxury. The service there was also excellent. Sebastian spent pretty much his whole day making sure I knew everything about the car before driving off the lot. He set everything up for me. I had absolutely no questions about the car when he was done telling me about it. So thorough! He even called a couple days later to see how I was liking the new car. They are so genuine there. I really felt like Sebastian wanted me to get a car I liked, and not just make a sale.

Usually I never take the time for this kind of thing-but Ive got to tell you-had a good experience here. First off, overall I liked not being taken for an idiot. I dont know what goes on in the heads of some salespeople. I just have to mention Sebastian and the crew made buying a Nissan painless. Right off, we negotiated on the price of the car, not the monthly payments (unlike GMC or Toyota salesmen-had to ask them 3 times "what are you charging me for the car?"-both were like 3k or more too much. Do they think in this day and age people dont research price? And dont try to talk people into leasing with this obviously flawed "technique". As if "see, you can afford so much more if you lease" Its not what I can afford, you clowns! You dont know what I make.Its what I want to pay for the car in question! Negotiate a decent price and the payments will take care of themselves. Duh! Are you listening Stamford Toyota and GMC??I doubt it-thats why I bought a Nissan.And dont get me started on Stamford Suburu, who's salesman didnt have time to let me test drive , had a heart attack when I mentioned "true market value", and informed me I better hurry up and buy because Japan wont be able to keep up with demand. What a freakin CLOWN. Seriously. And so, they missed out on a 20k sale. OK so its not 50k-but 20k sales add up. Sorry for the venting)So, if you want a pain free, intelligent sales experience, I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely do business with them again. And I would also like to thank Sebastian for following up with updating my GPS as promised. I was greated by a gentleman by the name of Aldo as soon as I walked in the door I explained I had a car that I know wasn't worth much but that I needed another car he spent the next two hours going threw all the vehicles that I would be able to aford and he got me a great price for my trade in and an amazing used car that has had no problems at all... he was very patient and very helpful and funny as well. He had me laughing because he was very down to earth and didn't pressure me into anything like the many other car dealerships I've been to.. it was a great experience and have recommended him to my friends and family.

Over those past 17 years, we have dealt with Bob Sharpe Nissan, Countyline Nissan, Crowley Nissan, Bruce Bennett Nissan, Wilson Nissan, a Nissan dealer in Houlton, Maine, and a Nissan dealer somewhere in Virgina. After so many years of dealing with seven different Nissan dealers, time and time again Bennett Nissan has won us over. From Sales to Service to casual conversation with Bruce the owner, there is no doubt that the Bennett family and employees truly care for their clients. I'm sure didn't remember our names, but it was clear that she recognized us as familiar faces from that past and that made us feel good. It is so often these little things that make positive, memoriable experiences.As we piled the kids into the new family van, Todd Bennett came out from the front of the showroom. He simply wanted to wish us well and thank us for working with Bennett Nissan. When was the last time the general manager of a dealership rushed out to tahnk you?I know, this has been quite long winded. But here's the truth of the matter. In shopping for a new car I visited 5 other dealerships looking at/test driving other brands. Best experience by far was Bruce Bennett Nissan. Here are the things I liked best: No other dealer did them all of these things: Sales Rep was available immediately, Sales Rep was knowledgeable and able to advise and compare the different features on different models without having to look it up first, he was able to show me several cars without making me wait for him to go back inside to get different keys, no high pressure sales (ie. at the time I was just looking and that seemed fine to him), the entire experience was more efficient with my time than any other dealer, they had every model I asked about to show me (ie. great selection), he let me drive the car out of the parking space and park it back when the test drive was over (treated me like an adult). The best part was the car. The Murano looks great, drives great, has plenty of interior space, comfortable seats (including the back seats), easier to drive than some of the other suv's I test drove (specifically the front end is not too big, so easier to see the road), and the price is a few thousand less than competition. One other thing I am happy about. Two friends, both Nissan owners, independently have told me that Bruce Bennett's service department is the best they have ever experienced. Easy to get an appointment, good advice, and you feel like you get a good value. My car is new, so I haven't used the service department yet, but to get that unsolicited comment from two different owners, I'm betting they must be darn good. I am delighted with my choice and delighted with the dealer. A Happy Customer.

Everyone at Bruce Bennett Nissan was curtious, had a smile and answered all questioned asked. I have been to several Nissan dealers,Portchester,Fairfield county and beyond.They say one thing to bring you in,then somthing always changes. Anthony Thomas has proved to me you can trust a car dealer.He's a man of his word. He works hard to get you the car you want at the fairest price. He's personally driven me, picked me up, delivered paper work, to help expedite the completion of the sale.This is going beyond his job to make the customer happy. Christina Magnotta, made it almost enjoyable giving Nissan my money. She was happy, showed she loves her job, which made me more comfortable at this point in the process.There was clarity in everything she had to go over with me. When I left her office there were no questions unanswered. Finally Christine Browne went over all the details for the use and service for my new car with complete professionalism.

From the very beginning that started with just an email from Ms. Tracy DeLuise, everything just seemed to fall into place. On Sat. 12/11/10, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Joe Caruso, whom Tracy had assigned me to. Joe gave me a very warm welcome and from that point on, he was attentive, knowledgable and an excellent listener. I was upfront and honest as I explained my dilemma of six months with a used 2005 Nissan Maxima -- it is a "time-bomb" waiting to happen on wheels. After a couple of hours of discussing what could be my options, he showed me a 2007 Versa in the showroom that was very appealing. I left him w/a $100 deposit and that was it. Monday Joe called and said this car isn't going to work for me. I thanked him and thought I'd move on....not even two hours later, Joe called and made me an offer for a 2011 Nissan Sentra that would be in my best interest to resolve my dilemma. The rest is history and by Wednesday evening, Joe stayed til 6 to meet with me and had the car warming up to take a test drive. It was heavenly! I then met with Christina who was all ready for me, and we were all on the same page. I had such peace of mind knowing I was buying the most reliable, economical and beautiful vehicle that I know will meet way above and beyond what I had even dreamed of. I have intentions of sending a "personal" letter to the dealership so Joe can put it in his binder along with other satisfied customers. As soon as I come down 'from the clouds', I will hand deliver it myself!Thank you for hiring such persoal and outstanding staff members such as these individuals. I will highly recommend to send family and friends to Bruce Bennett Nissan in the near future!

The only thing I did not like is the finance rate. I found out from TD bank that the rate for me was much lower than I was given. The reason why it was 6.49% was because the dealer(You) are getting a Dealer Kickback from TD bank. I have decided to pay off the car and not finance it because I feel that is wrong. Other than that Anthony did a great job and I loved the experience, but next time if I buy a car from you I want the "true" Finance rate with no dealer reserve in it.Thanks again!Matt

The salesman Joe Licari, was very helpfull in finding me the car I was interested in although he couldn't come down on the price as much as I would have liked. He was extremely helpful in familiarizing me with the car and helped me set it up after I decided to purchase it. He synced my phone, explained the navigation system and showed all the other features of the car.Christina Magnotta was very pleasent and made the financing process easy and completed it quickly while giving me as many financing options as possible.I found her very helpful and knowledgable.

Frank and Aime were highly professional, friendly, helpful, and caring. Although we had come to Nissan for business reasons, we found the overall experience to be excellent and trustworthy. Although we (understandably) had to wait for Christina to complete the documents (she was with another customer, and the computer was not functioning at the time), she also was capable and professional.

I found the dealership to be very professional and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. I, too, was very knowledgeable about the car and felt that a better deal could have been offered to me. I found the girl in finance very efficient and friendly. I just had the feeling that I was being pressured in taking the car home the same day and I wasn't prepared to do that, eventhough I eventually did.

I have a 2008 Rogue. Somehow there is a very small rust spot on the badk door. I took it to be looked at and they said they would check to see if it is covered under the warranty. i have the extended warr. since July nothing is settled. No return calls. I would never go there or recommend them to anyone. This is our third car from the. Barbara Burke

12/14/09Nissan North America1 Nissan Way Franklin TN 37067Dear Mr. Ghosn:I am sending you this letter to inform you that your good product name is being destroyed by some dealers who only want to take their consumers cash and deceive Nissan buyers by selling improperly-sized trucks with snow plows as winter specials. I speak specifically of Bruce Bennett Nissan. On 04/13/09 I bought Nissan TITAN SE 2009#IN6AA06C19N303627 with snow plow BOSS attached and have had problems with both the truck and Nissan customer service ever since.The trucks on display at Bruce Bennett Nissan are nice to look at as they are attractive and practical for northeast winters. So I thought, Okay it would be nice to have a plow truck.My mistake, because, oops, Nissan North America does not recommend the installation of a snow plow on this model of truck! I found this out when I got home and read the booklet to see why the plow switches where glued to the dash and not properly housed in the instrument panel like the factory installed switched.Now in a panic, I called the number listed in my Nissan owners manual only to be told that this discrepancy was between me and Bruce Bennett Nissan and that the National Nissan Corporation had nothing to do with it. The representative with whom I spoke did not care about the potential life-threatening issues associated with having a plow on a truck that is incapable of supporting it. The factory manual for my truck tells me that this plow may kill me or cause other problems (like death is not enough).Bruce Bennett Nissan did give me money back for the plow ,however, now I am literally forced into buying a truck that I bought for the purpose of plowing snow, that I cannot actually plow with. Bruce Bennett Nissan should have given me my money back for the entire purchase when informed of the compatibility issues regarding this model of truck with snow. When I asked this compensation, Bruce Bennett Nissan refused to honor my request.At this point in time, the truck shakes at all speeds. I brought the truck to Bob Furman at Bruce Bennett Nissan for an inspection wherein the tires were balanced. The truck was still shaking immediately upon my departure, so I brought the truck back to Bruce Bennett Nissan to have the tires re-balancer this visit ,I took a ride with Todd Bennett who also felt the shaking in the truck. Bob told me that two tires were out of round and the tires were re-balanced .After this re-balance, the truck was still shaking so, again ,I brought the truck back to Bruce Bennett Nissan and they replaced the two tires that were out of round.Unbelievably, the truck was, however, still shaking so I went to Town Fair Tire to get a second opinion and get the new tires balanced once again. The mechanic at Town Fair Tire told me that three tires were out of round! I then called Goodyear who agreed to replace the damaged tires following an inspection by Town Fair Tire. Town Fair Tire confirmed that indeed, now four tires were out of round, and/or the wheels themselves were bad. Goodyear for their part was happily willing to replace damaged tires for a fee, but considering that all four new tires had suffered inordinate damage relative to the life of the truck and the fees that I would have had to pay, I did not get the tires replaced at this time because the fault is almost certainly not that of the tires considering that all six tires that have been on this truck have subsequently suffered the same fate.I again brought the truck back to Bruce Bennett Nissan only to be told by Bob Furman that the tires where Goodyear s problem and that Bruce Bennett Nissan would not do the actual work of replacing the tires. At this point, I scheduled a meeting with Todd Bennett. Todd Bennett did not appear for this meeting I called and left a message with Annie Bennett and have yet to hear from anyone at Bruce Bennett Nissan since.I am horribly unsatisfied with the level of service I have received from Bruce Bennett Nissan.To add insult to injury, I found out after speaking with a shop worker at Bruce Bennett Nissan that the very truck I was sold was used to plow the yard of said dealership all last winter, accounting for the 108 miles on the odometer that were there when I initially received my new truck.This truck poses a life-threatening risk to me, my passengers and any others on the road. Should any injury occur as a result of me driving this unsafe vehicle, I will hold Nissan liable for refusing to discuss this matter with me regardless of my repeated attempts at having the vehicle thoroughly and properly inspected. I believe that this truck is unsafe to drive because improper use of the truck before its official sale resulted in the aforementioned persistent wobble. I personally have never used the actual snow plow for fear of a fatal accident or crippling injury and therefore I am not responsible for this residual damage manifesting in the truck that I own currently.This truck was damaged from the very moment I purchased it. Bruce Bennett Nissan acted in a morally irresponsible fashion by selling me a truck that had been operated in a manner contrary to its stated intended purpose for an entire winter. Furthermore, said truck was sold to me as a package-dealwinter-special with an unsafe snow plow attached. This package does NOT comply with Nissan safety regulations and the sale was under false pretenses from the start.All Nissan dealers are required to know thoroughly and comply wholeheartedly with all safety regulations regarding all equipment that is available for all Nissan models. Dealerships have a legal and moral responsibility to act according to all safety rules and regulations. Bruce Bennett Nissan knowingly sold me this truck under false pretenses with unsafe and potentially life-threatening equipment attached to it.This truck is a death-trap and I demand that I receive a new truck, or get my money back in full. It is outrageous that I should risk my life and the lives of my family and friends by being coerced into the purchase of a truck that was damaged before I ever even laid eyes on it and sold under false pretenses for a purpose for which it was never intended. This is shameful behavior aiming to take advantage of the unsuspecting consumer.I do hope that you will salvage your good name and fix this severe discrepancy by replacing this unsafe vehicle with one of comparable value and properly reprimanding deceptive dealers such as Bruce Bennett Nissan. I look forward to hearing from you within ten days. I consider this to be a reasonable amount of time to consider the circumstances and come to a solution that leaves us all satisfied. After 20 years of Nissans, I will not visit again. Horrible high pressure sales. All I wanted was a test drive and some fair pricing so that I could compare to the other cars I was considering. 2 wasted hours later, I had vague pricing, and had been told I had to "buy today" to get a "good" deal. I left the lot and called another car dealer I had visited and said "sign me up" for a car.

My 2004 pathfinder has been leaking transmission fluid for over a year. They have attempted to fix it with no luck. The last time I brought the car in (May 2005) I was told that it was not leaking and my car was in "tip top" shape. I pulled out of the garage the next morning to find a new puddle of transmission fluid under my car and everyday since. I filed a lemon law case and Nissan America closed it because the dealer said there is nothing wrong with my car. Would never buy a another Nissan or recommend this dealership.

Lies, lies, and more lies. Went in to trade-in my wife's car on a used Nissan Murano, 3 hours later, they didn't want to make the deal after lying about several minor things that I later found out to be incorrect (from the mouth of the dealership General Manager Todd Bennett). Then 2 days later, they call me and say, we can give you what you want for your trade-in. I say "write it up and fax it to me", they "slip-in" an extra $500 onto the purchase price, $300 for window etching that said "optional", and $300 Dealer Conveyance Fee (aka: pocket padding fee). I said no to the deal. 2 weeks later, they call again, "what'll it take to make the deal happen", I tell them to take off charges, they agree and I agree to come in. I drag my wife and 2yr old back down to the dealer for what was supposed to be a done deal, and after 30 minutes of them screwing around, we got suspicious. When confronted, they lied and said the car sold that morning (wanted to back out of the deal they agreed to), now a week later, they have it advertised as their weekly special. If you want to be played games with, lied to, and have your time wasted, take a trip to Bob Sharp Nissan.
