The van I currently had was giving me problems. I love the van though, and saw one at Brubakers exactly like the one I owned. I traded my van in for the one off of their lot. Brubakers were very fair with the trade in, (I even shared with them the difficulties I had with my van), they were fast at getting back to us and very friendly staff. I will definitely recommend them to others and will purchase from them again. Thank you

I run and maintain a fleet of 15 passenger vans for my job (currently all of them are Ford E350's). I generally buy 2 a year, and I consistently see myself looking towards Brubaker's. It's an hour and a half from where we're located, but the service and prices make it worth while. They are straightforward- yet negotiable- with prices. Vehicles are clean and in excellent shape (Note: I knew what I wanted and called ahead every time I've gone there, so I can't give a good "walked in after driving by"-type perspective). Service is fast and friendly. I purchased two vehicles each time I've gone, and it is always very easy and efficient... test drive to drive away in well under an hour. Of Note: -After testing one of the vans in my first purchase, I noticed the power mirror on the passenger side didn't work... they took care of it on the spot, pulling over the part from a similar van they had on the lot. -During my last purchase I heard a slight belt squeak during my test drive. I asked about it when I got back, and they wound up checking it out and just replacing the belt immediately just to make it right. I've purchased from a lot of places but Brubaker's is among (if not) the best. The level of service and ease/quality of transaction put them well ahead of the rest. I drive all the way out from Philly and it's always well worth it... I will definitely look to them first when I buy vehicles again.
