Great place, the people there were very friendly, helped use get out of our old car that we were paying on an couldn't drive, and into a 2015, so much nicer an amazing drive! If looking for a car this is definitely the place to go! Thanks again Joe for helping us out!!!!!

It all started on sat night I was shopping on the internet. to my surprise Jason called me at 8:30 pm for a Monday am test drive. When I arrived I was I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful Todd. After driving two different trucks and a lot of time I went home. When my wife came home we went back up and finished the deal. Todd and whole staff was very friendly and low pressure. I am looking forward to working with them on service. THANK YOU

I drove and will continue to drive from Des Moines to go to this dealership. Joe, Derek, & Andy went above and beyond for me and everyone else there was very friendly. Not only do they have a stellar sales team, the service department is second to done. Highly recommend if you want a no pressure car buying experience working with people you feel like you can trust.

My wife and I have been thinking about buying a car for a while. My in-laws have purchased several at Brown's and suggested we go speak with them. At our first visit we met with Joe and he spent 4 hours just walking around and talking about different cars and options that are out there. He took us out to test drive 3 different vehicles and let us get a feel for what we liked. I felt absolutely ZERO pressure about any car, used or new. I felt Joe was upfront about every vehicle, and any issues that others have experienced with those models. We were even given the opportunity to take a car for the day and drive it to see how it fit us. Not sure if they do that for everyone. Joe was great about checking back about various vehicles and trims on cars, and really helped us think about what we needed, wanted, and liked. We went to other dealers, but we didn't find the same level of customer service or lack of pressure. We came back three different times, and each time Joe was easy to work with, no pressure, and had great information/help. All in all we spent probably 8-10 hours with Brown's and they worked with us all the way, making sure we got what we wanted and made it about as hassle free as buying a car can be. When it's time for our next car, they will be my first place visited. I strongly recommend them.

stopped in on a saturday afternoon at 2:30, browsed inventory and found one that interested us.we went for a test drive, and only after realized they closed at 3:00.this was never brought up by the salesman, and we said we could come back monday, but he said it was no problem and he would help us with anything we needed.well a long story short at about 5:00 we wrapped up paperwork and had purchased the vehicle we had been searching for.i know we kept at least 3 people way past closing on the saturday before christmas, and yet they all still seemed to have a genuine smile on there faces.we were very pleased with this kind of service, and will definitely return to brown's for future purchases, and would highly recommend everyone stop in and visit with them.Joe was our salesman, but everyone during the process was enjoyable to work with.

I was in the market for a truck and had some fairly strict requirements for price, year, miles, etc. They were more than willing to help me find a truck that met all of these by searching their different dealerships in the area and even having the trucks brought down for me to test drive. I dealt mostly with Jason Thomas and Joe Stroppel but everyone there was helpful and courteous. Although I didn't purchase a vehicle there I would definitely recommend them

I was lucky enough to locate the Jeep I wanted at Brown's in West Branch, which is relatively local to me. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle was by far one of the smoothest I have ever had, with no high pressure salesmanship, and in fact, I quickly became conversational with the TEAM of people that was working with me. It seemed much more like dealing with friends than with professional salesmen! I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was, and as I mentioned previously, was incredibly impressed with the "TEAM" approach they took towards getting me the vehicle I wanted. Every feature of the vehicle was described to me in great detail, and they were truly interested in making sure I understood every aspect of the vehicle and that I was happy with what I got. They also got me a great deal on the financing and gave me a "more than fair" value for my trade-in. I highly recommend Brown's in West Branch for your next auto purchase!

They do things right. They want to know from you, what it will take to make a deal happen. No hidden shady games because let's face it, that's a turnoff. Well worth a short drive to avoid a high pressure sale from a teenage kid having the pressure put on them by the big cheese. These folks are experienced and comfortable to deal with. They've been around long enough to go about it the right way.

We had been looking for a used Ford Edge. Someone told us there was one at Browns in West Branch. I had not heard of them before. We went out to look at the Edge and was sorry when it was over at the Ford dealership getting fixed. The salesman we were working with (Joe Stroppel) sent some one over to get it so we could take it for a drive. He was easy to deal with and very accommodating. His managers were both super nice and customer service oriented as well.

I have taken my old van to Brown's for the last 4 to 5 years service and have been treated very good. They have always been able to fix any problem and let me know of any other problems they might have found during their detailed inspection. So, when it came to buying a new van I went to Browns. Joe Stoppel was very good at explaining every detail of the car and finding all rebates and discounts available. Then went to Derk for financing. He explained all options and did a great job finding financing with a great rate. I would recommnd buying a car from Browns.

After researching Wranglers and changing my mind at least a million times, Brown's was able to help me locate the Wrangler I wanted. Both Derek and Joe were friendly, down to earth and went the extra mile to locate my Jeep. They responded quickly to questions I had, but weren't pushy. I've already recommended them to a co-worker and friend who are both Jeep shopping.

This dealership did everything right... From the start, salesman, Joe Stroppel went over every option of the Jeep and gave us no nonsense pricing. The GM, Derek Randall found financing at a great rate even with less than a perfect credit score. His gave additional advice on how to improve our score and get even better financing in the future. Most dealerships hand you the keys and send you on your way. These guys want you total satisfaction and your business and they are willing to go the extra mile to get it.. A small dealership with the personal touch, making us feel like family.. Service department was off today, and before they would let us leave with the vehicle, the salesman filled the tank, washed and detailed the car. A big dealership doesn't do that. We know where we will be going with family and friends for vehicle needs in the future. A special thank-you to Joe Stroppel, Derek Randall and Todd Huston for their caring attitude and support. We honestly did not think we would be driving away with a vehicle today, but their service and pricing closed the deal.

I'll be honest - I did my homework and looked around a ton while deciding on my new 2015 Wrangler. Due to the specific options I wished to have, I needed to order my specific vehicle. After not feeling secure about my "deal" offered down the road, I emailed Joe and Derek at Brown's. Derek and both Joes treated me very well: I ordered in one visit and was updated on the build status as promised. Through the whole deal I was not patronized or were questions directed "over my head" to my husband. Received it in about a month. A very smooth process; I think they were just as excited as my family was. About a week after delivery I had a slow leak in a tire. Since I couldn't find any debris, I made an appointment with the service department. I got an appointment the same morning, and they were able to find a small piece of metal that punctured the tire. They patched it and offered to swap it with my spare, which was perfect; it was like they read my mind. When I went to pay, it was flatly refused, they were just happy I had them check it out. A dealer service department with a small-shop feel. I will be back at 3K to get the oil changed and the Wrangler looked over. Sold.

Great Service! I live about 2 hours away so everything was done over the phone. Never got impatient with my mom and I. We had to call quite a few times and we spent a lot of time on the phone. Didn't want to make a trip that far for no reason and was made sure it wouldn't be a wasted trip (and it wasn't!) Derek was so friendly and a huge help. He was so willing to help and do everything he could. I was so happy with the service. I went looking at other dealers and they don't come close to Brown's West Branch. We were also helped by Joe. He was also very helpful and friendly. I could say lots more! I would go back for sure!

We had searched a long time for a Jeep liberty and had a lot of wasted trips we live in a very rural area, brown's of West branch had a lot of pictures on their website when we called and talked with sales manager everything was absolutely as they said it was when we arrived to view the car in person. Friendly and excellent customer service made it very easy we were in and out in less than an hour.

Highly recommend Browns, we have been looking for a used Grand Cherokee for approx. 3 months and located a new 2015 in Milwaukee for an exellent price. Asked Joe if could match the price and he came within $500-$600. We like to use local businesses and really liked the friendly and personal atmosphere Browns has. A $500 mistake was made on the price quote which benefited us and Derek absorbed the lost with no problem. Joe was very low key and followed through on all issues. We will be back no questions asked as long as they continue to be the 5 star dealer we rated them as. Highly recommend to all our family and friends. Thanks Joe and Derek!

Have mainly purchased cars from smaller used car dealerships because I don't like the back and forth fight on prices. Saw the car here at Cars.com went out there in the afternoon did a test drive, gave an offer got a counter offer gave one more offer and then split the difference for the most part. Sales manager came out early in the deal to meet and then helped finish up the deal. They got the car cleaned up and filled up and I was off. Also got to put my name in for a raffle on some Hawkeye Football tickets which was an added bonus. All in all a better experience than I had at the last large car dealership I went to and was a very quick no pressure situation.

Our family has used this dealership since the mid 90's. Since that time we have purchased 8 vehicles from them. Their service is top notch in all areas: customer service, buying, and repairs. Our son has now purchased two vehicles from them and has all his service work done their even though it is quite a distance from his home. They will continue to be our dealership in the future. I would not buy a car from anywhere else. Brown's of West Branch is the only place to go. Great selection and I can not say enough about the saleman that we worked with 'Joe'. He was always friendly, informative, trust worthy, and genuine. That's some hard qualities to find. We also find having our older vehicle serviced there a win win situation. Derek Randall, We had no loan on both of the two vehicles that we bought new from Browns. We bought a Jeep Cherokee Overland and a Ram 1500 Laramie. We bought these two cars over a two day period. I was very pleased with my experience with Brown's West Branch Dealers. Derek Randall and Joe Stroppel were personal and professional and treated me like they valued my business. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them. They even hoisted the vehicle up to inspect the underside at my request. After the sale, They helped pay for the cost of a minor repair that wasn't under warranty, and this showed me that they cared about their customers even after the sale was final. Came here after checking out a similar new car from a larger dealer. The staff at Browns did everything they could to make my experience as painless as possible. Derek Randall took great care of my family and I during the buying process. All financing was discussed with us, and different options ran through. We found this diamond in the rough via the good ole WWW! Found the exact car we were looking for- super low miles was a plus!! We called to inquire about it and spoke directly with the sales manager, which was nice- I don't like the back and forth...made an appointment for that Saturday to come down and firm up the details and test drive the car. Truly the easiest buy I've experienced- and my husband used to sell cars! Very nice sales staff, no pressure attitude. Would definitely say they are worth the drive to go and check them out!! (the fact that they had Walking Tacos for customers that day, was another added bonus to this sale)

The folks at Brown's are easy to deal with. I believe I got a fair price and fair trade in on my new Ram pickup. Joe, my salesman, was able to answer all of my questions and even helped me to ask a few I had not even thought of. This was my first new vehicle purchase and the entire staff was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy - they even encouraged me to drive the competition so that I would be happy with whatever choice I made. After several visits, e-mails, etc. I finally went with Dodge because of the feeling I got from these folks. I can't comment on the service department yet, but I consider their professionalism and attention to detail as important as the sales department so we will see. I do no expect any issues here, just an as of yet unknown.

In mid-October, I stopped by Brown's in West Branch with no idea what I was looking for in a 'new vehicle'. I just knew I needed one before winter! I test drove used vehicles, mostly cars. I did on-line research and decided I wanted to look at the new, redesigned Jeep Cherokee. At the time, the 2014 Cherokees had barely been released to dealers. My salesman, Joe Stroppel, worked with me to hone in what exactly I wanted and needed. In several instances, he said to me "Are you really sure you NEED that feature, because we could save you several thousand dollars if you don't NEED it." Well, who doesn't want to save money?!? He worked at trying to find the exact color and model (with the features I wanted) so I would not have to wait months to order directly from the manufacturer. Another dealer even contacted me as they had the vehicle I wanted. I refused to go look at their model, mostly because Joe had been so loyal, kind and patient with me. No aggressive sales techniques, he just sincerely wanted to find the best vehicle for my needs. And he did! On Thanksgiving weekend I picked up my new red Jeep Cherokee Limited and I love it. I have only had it serviced once, but I have been impressed with both the service and business end of the dealership. And best of all, my Jeep rocks - especially with the horrible winter we have had in Iowa!

I have bought several new cars from West Branch including a new 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T, a 2010 Dodge Dakota 4x4, and a 2010 Dodge Ram R/T 4x4. Each time the price and service were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. Todd and his Father know their product and make buying a car very easy.
