WOW. I was really happy about buying my car here until now. They seemed great 3 years ago but… These guys sold me a coupe in 2018. I am currently trying to sell it and have found out that a previous owner (2 owners ago) damaged the car significantly. It was rated 6/10 in terms of damage to the car. Legally, it was not salvage because the frame is okay, apparently. I’ve now seen the reports of front end damage that was repaired on two separate occasions. But they intentionally hid this information from me when I bought the car. Told me there was A previous owner. Not FOUR before me. The carfax showed no accident. What a joke. No wonder nobody trusts car salesmen.

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! When I made my mind up to purchase the perfect truck I did some serious research and knew exactly what I wanted,. A LB DRW 4WD Ram 3500 Laramie Limited , After 3 months of searching, Brooks offered the perfect vehicle for $4,000 less than I would have paid for the same truck. I’m disabled and retired so I’m on a fixed income and WOW Jamal worked with me balancing my down payment and financial options to work perfectly in my budget parameters. I cannot thank Jamal enough he really took great care of me, most importantly my dog Dutchess just does not want to get out of her new truck lmbo Thanks again Jamal

Horrible customer service. The worst kind of salesman here. Purchased and leased dozens of vehicles. I didn't even make it to their lot, and they showed their true colors. This place takes the cake. A 3.5 star is generous.

Very bad I don't recommend this place. There name should be CROOKS Auto. Bad experience, we had made a cash deal over the before they made us drive out there and they backed out. On an 80 thousand dollar deal.

Only discussed the car on the phone. Helpfull, but did not go look at it as it was not exactly what I was looking for.I saw the vehicle on the internet.

I bought my 3rd vehicle from these guys and they treated me very well. When I was done I felt like we were family. I was helped by a new sales man named Carlos not sure of his last name but I was really looking forward to being helped by the same guy I bought my last car from. But I have to say he was a little more informing then the last guy and really made me feel informed and comfortable. And at the end of the day my truck has lived up to its standards and I feel like I got a great deal. All & all I have to say because of them I wouldn't buy a new car again. My truck only had around 7,000 miles and it was still under warranty and I didn't have to overpay for my truck like everyone else. And I still got a really good interest rate with a open contract. You just cant beat that. Consumers do your home work because these guys are not over priced like most dealers with quality Vehicles. My vehicle was sold to me $589 under blue book and I got New 24" Rims and Tires with a Tonneau Cover. God Bless and Good Luck out there got to run....
