It was my first time ever buying a car so naturally I was a bit nervous to head to the dealership with the negative perception of car salespeople. I can’t stress enough how amazing Aimee (pronounced Ai-may) was. She taught us about the car and helped us make the best decision. Her manager Oliver was amazing to deal with as well. I highly recommend this location and I highly recommend working with Aimee.

The salesperson, Lorena Ramos, was outstanding, professional and went out of her way to make the deal happen. The Finance manager was helpful. But they didn't pay off my trade in and now Chase is demanding payment for a car I no longer have. Brickell Mazda is in possession of the car! Chase is still demanding payment yet, the finance department is too busy to help. The accounting department did not call back to help and after 24 hours of making a call, I'm still waiting. Then the dealer said " Sorry, the accounting department is closed until Monday ". By the way, they ran my credit 3 times following the signing of my contract prompting me to lock my Experian account. And to top it off, my credit score declined over 15 points because of their improper actions. I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and not done a deal with them a second time. Shame on me. Shame on them for a disaster of an experience. Won't be back...EVER!

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for a car through CarGurus and came across the vehicle I liked asked for more information and within minutes was contacted by someone who helped me set up an appointment. The next day within 12 hours I was assisted by Jose Martin and he made it the smoothest process ever. Everything was done remotely, online and over the phone. He even delivered the car to me almost two hours away in Naples, that same day. Can’t thank you enough! Love my new car and I highly recommend if you’re serious about getting into a new vehicle you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing and quality service, came inside just to look and ended up buying thanks to an amazing employee ( I believe his name was Albert), really just impeccable service, the guy was super funny and helpful and even went with me to fill up gas. Even though I went home with the car originally, they insisted I come back the next day for a wash and quick detail. Let me tell you one of the best dealerships I’ve ever handled with.

Ask for Jordi, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service, he shows and allows you to practice the features on your dream car.
