Sent me in my way with stripped lug nuts, RyAn yelled and hung up phone on me. Denied putting on the lug nuts and asked how I knew they gave me the lug nuts.... I told him I knew bc they were brand new and he conceded but then said not their problem and they did nothing wrong. I had to call back and wait on phone... took 30 minutes to get RyAn on phone again after he hung up on me. I'm driving on stripped and loose lug nuts. Dangerous and completely unacceptable and customer service is awful. Have pictures to prove everything. These guys should be fired. Dangerous for company. Don't go here!

A dealership is just building, filled with cars, desks, papers, copiers....etc....What's important at a car dealer, more than any other industry is the human factor.Braman not only has great selections of cars to pick from, but has a super sales rep Paulo who's patient, knowledgeable, and a real salesman, trying hard to sell me a car for 2 months, but not chasing me. You should hire more people like Paulo, don't let him go, I'll be back.

Although, they could not find the reason for my rear spoiler to inadvertently act up, they had the tech come out and explain all he did to try to find the problem. I was very satisfied with the effort that was taken to try to get to the bottom of this. Thank you

They repair it quickly and kept me informed. They explain the likely hood of the cause, the symptoms leading up to problem, how it was repaired/replace and future preventive maintenance. The price doesn't compare to doing it yourself, however knowing the repair is done perfectly, the causes, the symptoms, and likely hood of it happening in future, "priceless".

After researching online the auto options available for purchase we visited Braman to view our first one live/in person. What originally was supposed to be an exercise to weed out our choices turned out to be a convenient one stop shopping. The car, a Mini Cooper, we had previewed online was even better in person. The sales person, Carlos Diaz, could not have been nicer. My only comment is they should have available more cashiers to finalize transaction, we waited over an hour to "pay" and drive out with our new car. Someone with a little less patience would have walked out.

Walking into the giant complex you get greeted by atleast 5-10 people. My Sales associate (Greg) was awesome. However, since your prices are more expensive than most service centers, I went recently only because you were having a service event with reduced service and parts prices. When I received the bill, there was not any savings indicated on the bill. There are prices listed for parts and labor, but I have no way of knowing how the discount was applied.

We've been a Braman Mini customer for years. We love our Mini Cooper S. This is our 2nd. Often people come up to us and ask us how we like the Mini. Not only do we RAVE about the Mini Cooper S's performance and safety, we recommend Braman Mini in particular because of their outstanding customer service. Ryan Mullings is by far the best Service Manager I have ever encountered. It's because of Ryan's genuine care for his customers, us especially, that we will remain loyal to the MINI brand and look forward to purchasing the new Club Man early next year. Very helpful and accommodating. It's not easy dealing with car issues 9 months pregnant and a toddler in tow right before the holidays but Fernando Ramos and the loaner car crew came to my rescue again. They had me in and out quickly and pain free! Even though my warranty is up, I will still continue to go to the dealership for my car needs because of the customer service.

I always get great service when I bring my Mini in; on this visit I was greeted within a few minutes after driving up;someone came out, escorted me inside, seated me and said someone will be with you in a few minutes. Elmer came introduced himself and asked me about my concerns; I had several issues that needed attention and he was very pleasant and attentive, wrote up the invoice, took my information to keep me informed, and got me a ride to my wife's office.Picking the car up was no hassle, went in gave them the info and they called for my car; while I was waiting Elmer stopped to greet me and ask how long have I been waiting for my car, when i told him he went to check the status, and came back to ensure me it would be down in a few minutes! Elmer was very professional!

Maritza helped me find a great certified pre-owned Mini; she was great about working around my crowded work-week schedule and sticking to the model years, mileage, and price range I had asked about. She was very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like I was being hustled into getting any old car. I had some help from my credit union's car-buying service, but I felt like Maritza and the dealership were very up- front with me about everything.

Unfortunately, not my fist visit to the Mini service dept. But when I do have to bring the Mini in, they are responsive. When that yellow warning light comes on, it can mean a myriad of things gone wrong. Fernando was good at listening to my concerns, and his service went beyond expectations. He called as promised with an update, and he took the time to evaluate more than one concern.

I flew in from Connecticut to buy my MINI GP from Jairo. Jairo made the whole process very easy and personable. I purchased the car over the phone after quickly agreeing on a selling price and was put in contact with Francesca, their Finance Manager. She overnighted up all the paperwork in the most detail oriented and neatest way possible... AMAZINGLY organized. The only issue I had with the whole process was the very expensive doc fee... But that's easy to get over when you see the level of service this dealer provides. Jairo was so generous he offered to pick me up at the airport (I landed at 11pm). I declined, but he left home to meet me at the dealership close to Midnight on a Saturday just so I could have a proper delivery of my special MINI. On top of all that, the dealership is absolutely stunning... Thanks to everyone involved for making this a very easy process! The 26 hour straight drive home in my MINI was also a lot of fun :)

Not much hassle with the negotiation. My partner and myself went to see the car, set our expectations and they were promptly met. Elizabeth Araujo my Sales Advisor was very courteous and professional and so was the Sales Manager Jay Foster and most of all very straight forward. Took my vehicle in (mini) and was told that my repairs were almost 5 thousand dollars! I purchased from them a year ago an extended warranty for almost 2 thousand dollars and was told the warranty would not cover it. What a scam!

Because of Jorge Wickel's service my experience with Braman was excellent. He did everything possible to accommodate my requests to make my first MiniCooper experience a positive one. The only issues I found in my experience were with the inventory system (manual cars appearing as automatic). I hope to return in 3 years to renew my contract with Jorge.

Very welcoming dealership, Melvin my salesman remembered us from a year before having only briefly met. Braman mini has an easy going atmosphere and I never felt pressured. I also felt like they were working to make me happy with my deal which I didn't feel with my previous mini at another dealership.

After my research, I went to this dealer and was told to wait 3 weeks for the Mini with the color and optionals that I was looking for to arrive in stock after a promise from a saleswoman Antonella. She called me several times to give me the status of the car. We spent a lot of time since test drive to price agreement before the car arrive. I went to the store three times and we agreed on price. When the car was finally released from the port one month later, I went to the dealer minutes after receiving the call from the store that the car was in stock waiting for me. When I arrived in the store, a weird thing happened. Another salesman said that Antonella was off and he would help to close the deal. Since this is not usual, I though that some emergency happened to her, but he confirmed that she was just off that day. I called her and text her without receiving any call or text back. It was so weird since she was very responsive until this moment. Here is why: When I asked to see the car, to make sure that the car was the one that I was looking for as promissed by Antonella, he said that the car was sold few minutes before but he could get the same car and color with way more optionals that I don't want in 2 weeks, and the car would increase the price we agreed only in 6K. I explained that we have agreed on the price and the car and they sold the car, so I was not interested to pay 6K more for the same car and they simply didn't care, they said this is a popular car and they couldn't low the price for this car. I wasted so much time for nothing! Don't buy from this place, they are not reliable. They don't want you as a client, they want to gamble with you. I called the manager and asked why did they call me to come over to close the deal if the car was sold. He said that he didn't know the case because they sell so many cars. They act like they are the owner of the market, but they are arrogant. They really think that you are stupid and would buy anything they want to sell to you. There are several more reliable and transparent Mini dealers in the area. I am back to the starting point after 4 weeks because of this place. Don't believe what they say, even if they promisse and agree on price with you. I am so angry with their lack of respect and professionalism. I though that I was dealing with a top-tier brand dealer, but this is a butch alike sales deptm dealer who doesn't care.

Q - When is 3 year service warranty not 3 year Service warranty ? A - When it is BMW MINI Warranty : Bought a new NEW MINI Cooper S at full MSRP $39 K in FEB 09 from Miami Bramen Mini. Called in today for the third and final service (10,200 milage only) which is included in the price of the car and was told the 3 year Service Warranty period had expired 4 days ago on FEB 2nd and so if I wanted the third year service done I would have to pay for it. I took delivery of the new car on Feb 16th 09 - less than 3 years ago ! The service agent just laughed and said to call MINI USA. Called them and the got the same feedback. It looks like Bramen included my order for a new car in their previous years sales figures and scammed me out of the full 3 year warranty by registering the car early. Shame on Bramen and shame on MINI for miss selling their 3 year warranty. Every one should know that Mini warranty does not start on the day you take delivery of the car but whenever the dealer decides and chances are this will be less than 3 years. No email or any other warning either that the warranty was going to expire prior to the delivery date 3rd anniversary and that the final service would not be provided. How can Mini customers guess that the dealer has registered their car's warranty weeks before delivery ? I grade MINI F for failed service. This is my 4th and now last BMW Mini Cooper S !

PURCHASED MY FIRST MINI FROM ALEX A FEW YEARS BACK...LOVE THE MINI AND WENT BACK FOR THE ONE I PURCHASED NOW FROM ERIK VALENTIN (GREAT SALES ADVISOR) AND NOW ALEX IS A MANAGER. BOTH ARE GREAT ASSETS TO BRAMAN.

Took my Mini Cooper there because it was stopping without any reason, and panel indicated service required.Initially i was told the most likely the on-board computer would need to be reprogrammed, which was something simple.Then the issue became the the Harmonic balancer, which would cost $960 to replace ($533 parts + $430 labor), plus the thermostat for another $450.Called at 2 pm and left a message on the rep's voice mail authorizing only the balancer to be replaced. Called back at 4pm to ask when the car would be ready and for my surprise I was told the car was ready already! Talk about an expensive labor!!!!My impression is that they did not replace anything!Got the car, paid the bill (feeling robbed) and the next morning, when I looked for my CD case it was GONE! That is right, Braman Mini had my CD case stolen.... Obviously, their fine print reads "We assume no responsibility for lost or missing items". No surprise there...Don't even think about taking your car to Braman...You will certainly be robbed on the bill, and might have items "missing" from your car....
