Katia and the Jupiter team are simply amazing. It is very intimidating having to have your car serviced and unsure if you can trust the facility you are bringing your car to. However, Katia and her team have made me feel so comfortable. Katia is very easy to work with and she goes out of her way for the customer. I continue to refer friends and family to her if they ever need service repairs. I specifically request the mechanic Mathias although I have never met him. I trust that he is extremely knowledgeable due to the fact that he was able to repair an issue my boyfriend had with his car after many other mechanics could not. I truly appreciate the Jupiter team.

Only my first oil change service onm a new 528 xi. The palce was busy busy but I was made to feel right at home and the communication with me and Joe my service advisor was exemplary. Everthing flowed smoothly, and I was informed half wayt through my short wait about the progress too. Nice touch. Also, the coffee machine is amazing...just need to have a little cream or milk in the fridge for those of us with classy taste in coffee as well as the cars we drive :-)

Most cur buying experiences can be pretty frustrating, but I had a pleasant experience working with Steve at the Jupiter Braman BMW dealership. He has a nice personality and was patient while I considered all options and shopped around. He is not pushy. He answered my questions and was pleasant to work with throughout the process from the car shopping to the actual purchase. Joe in the service department is also a no-nonsense guy and is great to work with for service and maintenance issues.

The car we bought was out in front, we learnwd later, because someone else was coming to see it. We said we would buy it then Mark said first come first served. So in about 45 minutes we had done all of the paper work and owned a new car. It was the best experience we ever had when buying a car and we have bought many cars before.

We had previously not had good experiences with this dealership (their WPB location to be exact), so before ruling them out we tried their Jupiter location and were very pleased with the friendliness and willingness to do business. Our sales associate Steve Lee was incredibly refreshing and didn't try and get us to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. Overall we got a great car for the price we wanted. Very happy with this location and the staff!

I was and am an owner of a BMW X5. I was recently in a very serious car accident, where a young lady texting ran a red light at 55 mph. She caught me basically head on. I was very blessed to walk away with only a broken right foot, a toe snapped in half, third-degree burns on my left arm, some fractured fingers, and some cracked ribs. My car was totaled, but it absolutely saved my life. The paramedic who took me to the hospital said when he got the call and arrived on the scene, he was expecting, well, the worst (DOA). As he wheeled me into the ER, he said, "Folks, I am bringing in the luckiest man alive." My wife said I had an angel on my shoulder. A fireman asked a coworker if I believed in God, and if I didn't before, I should now. Whether luck or divine intervention, I have no doubts that my choice in vehicles and choosing a BMW X5 is the difference in me being here today and in one piece. The difference in the damaged sustained by the cars involved in the accident is startling. And I was the one who was traveling just 5 mph versus her 55 mph. Because of that, I feel I owe BMW my life and my loyalty. So when it came time to buy a replacement vehicle, I quickly chose another X5. To make my purchase even easier, the sales team--particularly Eddie Schloer at Braman in Jupiter, FL--made the process as easy, as accommodating and enjoyable as possible. It didn't matter that I was unable to drive, Eddie came to my office to discuss choices and to help me build a car. He, along with the financing team at Braman, worked with me on a payment plan that made the final piece of the puzzle extremely easy. And to punctuate the experience, Eddie had my car delivered and parked in my garage until I am able to drive again. The only downside now is having to hobble by my new car every day on crutches wishing I could finally drive it. That day will come soon, and I look forward to enjoying a happy and safe driving experience in my new BMW. Thank you Eddie! Thank you Braman! Thank you BMW! :)

Recently had an issue with my 650, where it just stopped running completely, while in the center lane of I95; once car was transported to Braman Jupiter Joe took over and made sure all the problems which related to a customer care problem (N63), were addressed and also educated me on what the issues were with this engine type, etc. Joe has been with Braman along time and I also use him for my other car the X5. Unless you have an appointment he is very busy in the AM, but even a walk-in will get accommodated. Get to know Joe, he is one of those that make the Braman Experience so great

Steven made sure that I met the manager and assistant manager and anyone that I needed to meet in order to make me feel comfortable. It is the third car I have purchased from Steven and this dealership. It is a pleasure. From the beginning of our appointment, Steven gave me his undivided attention and knew every detail about the car and the advantages of either purchasing or leasing. He goes beyond anyone I have every met, from searching for a bracelet that I might or might not have lost in the car to making sure my gate code and garage door opener were programmed correctly. When he experienced some difficulty with the garage door, he called the company for advice and then drove to get a new battery (at his own expense) in order to fix the problem. Steven put everything else on hold, in oder to give me the best car buying experience. The dealership is lucky to have him on their staff. Braman BMW Jupiter has always been a positive experience. To say I dislike car shopping is an understatement. However my experience with Braman, and especially, with Steven Lee may have changed my mind. Steven was over the top in helping find just the right car, the right color and I could not be happier. That being said when the deal was done I came back the next day and he spent the time to explain and "train" me on the amazing technology that the car has. The car is amazing but it you don't know how to use it why ps for it. He was patient and explicit during the entire transaction and even afterwords. I have givena high recommendation to Steven and the staff at Braman and love the car

Thus far the attention to customer satisfaction is better than I have experienced in an automobile dealership. The car I selected was in excellent condition with most of the options I desired. I did some direct comparison shopping at 2 other dealers ...neither had their cars ready for show nor showed particular interest in making the sale. Steven showed both patience and thorough knowledge of the product offering and was willing to follow through in the auto delivery to my home and subsequently finding and delivering a missing key. Thus far the experience in buying this car was excellent. I am hoping that the reliability and performance will match or exceed my previous car (a Lexus) which I had purchased new and kept for 23 years. My 4 star rating on price is driven by the low offer on my trade-in which I susequently sold to another dealer. 3 other dealers met my desired trade-in value but the quality/appearance of their cars was less than Bramans'.

We were so pleased with the service we received on the phone after finding just the certified BMW we were looking for on the internet at Braman used cars, that we actually flew to Florida from Wisconsin to check the car out. They actually held the car overnight so we were assured it would be there on our arrival. Mark even offered to pick us up at the airport. That is excellent service. The car was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were all comfortable with beverages. We fell in love with the car and a deal was quickly worked out and the wheels were put in motion. Everyone was so helpful and kept the process moving smoothly. After spending a few days in Fl., we set out on our journey back to WI in our new BMW for a very comfortable ride. We are looking forward to driving this car and will definitely go back to Braman in Jupiter the next time we are ready to trade. Hopefully Mark is still there to make another deal with us or some of our family members. We would HIGHLY recommend Braman after the experience we had at the dealership in Madison, WI. The price and service was well worth the trip. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make our presence be known by greeting us or taking a few minutes to get to know us and wishing us well on our drive back to WI.

We made an appointment with Steven Lee for my wife to drive a 228i!! When we arrived, Steven had the vehicle in the front of the dealership with a red bow on top!!! This is the second BMW we have purchased in five months. There are two important points to our review.First, Steve Lee is just OUTSTANDING!! He really does work for his customers' to get a great deal! Bryan Stroes works with his sales people!! The end result-very happy customers!Secondly, Braman Jupiter treats you with much respect. I had experience with Braman with my Honda when I lived in Palm Beach County and was always pleased with the level of service I received. Since I was relocating from New York to Florida, I contacted Braman via the internet and within 10 minutes I received a call from Jake Coburn. Jake went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of the new (certified pre-owned) 328 CI Hard Top Convertible went smooth so that when I arrived in Florida, all I had to do was pick up the car! Back in late August I saw an Add on-line for a barely used vehicle that i'd been looking for.BRAMAN happened to have recently taken in on Trade this particular 2013 FORD Escape.I drove over to the Jupiter Braman dealership where i was greeted by Mark Bellows.I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he took me out for a test drive.Considering it was virtually a new vehicle and still had 2 years left of a full warranty i was pretty much sold. I told Mark my parameters in making the deal happen right then.He was very courteous and helpful in putting it together which involoved me trading in my 2005 325i BMW. The staff was very efficient at doing all the paper work ie. Title Transfer, Registration & tags, Insurance Transfer etc. right then & there.It was seemless. I was considering purchasing a CPO 2011 or 2012 335is and found two of these somewhat rare cars on the internet site of Braman BMW Jupiter. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Steven Lee to see and test drive the cars. He assured the cars would be there as I was driving 65 miles from Fort Lauderdale to see them. Instead of the typical five minute around the block test drive, Steven and I took a 15-20 minute test on roads that allowed me to enjoy the performance of the BMW. He suggested - insisted that I drive a standard 335i for comparative purposes. I did and was impressed. Steven was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not a stereotypical high pressure car salesman . Although I did not purchase a car from him, I would highly recommend him and the dealership and will consider them in the future. My wife and I appreciate an honest and expedient approach and it was refreshing being given a bottom line price and being treated with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout the process. There were no high pressure sales tactics and when my wife and I asked to "sleep on it" we were met with smiles and "...absolutely sleep on it. We'll be here for you." Again we were met with smooth sailing when it came to the finance side. The finance manager was able to buy down our rate lower than what USAA could provide and did not pressure regarding the high profit back side add-ons such as dent/ding protection. I would not hesitate to send a family member and will not hesitate to seek these professionals out for future automotive needs. These folks run a classy operation.

Steven, my salesman, was very good. He was thorough, honest and genuinely wanted to work with me. My breaking point, however, was when I sat down to do the paperwork with Marlin, the finance guy, who THEN tried to upsell some very important insurance packages. Prior to my sitting down in his office, Steven, Bryan and I had reached a deal and Marlin almost blew it to smithereens! That business practice is BARBARIC! Those insurance packages should be a part of the up front negotiations. At that point, I was tired, hungry and I almost walked out of the dealership. Can you tell I was MAD! And lastly, why is it that service advisors don't return calls, especially when I just bought a new car??? Grrrrrrr...........

Steven was great when my fiance purchased her new BMW two months ago. At that time, I knew I would be coming back soon to see him for my own new BMW. As expected, he was fantastic. He did his best to locate the car that best fit my needs and to avoid ordering one from Germany, which I did not want to do. He walked me through each step of the way and made the purchase easy. He personally switched my license plate over to my new car, which is pretty standard, but like usual, Steven went above and beyond by transferring my school parking decal to the new vehicle as well. Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. I was treated with respect from the moment I arrived, until the second I left. I was never pressured to make a decision at any moment. The thing that Steve did that I extremely appreciated and respected him for was his full disclosure during the negotiating process. Every dollar was accounted for and disclosed in "black and white." My sister bought a car from Braman BMW a few years ago, she is going to buy her next car from there and so will I. If you go ask for Steve as your Sales Rep, James as the Sales Manager and Marlon as the Finance guy and you will enjoy your experience. Plus the coffee machine in the back isn't so bad either.

Braman Jupiter provided a friendly and relaxed atmosphere creating a pleasant buying experience. Steven Lee was knowledgeable, friendly and patient and guided us through the review / sales process without any buying pressure. Mr. Lee spent significant time with us also after the purchase was made to help us get accustomed with all the new electronics in the car. This helped solidify our view that we had picked the right place and person to buy our new car from. Only negative aspect with buying a car in general is the way the price negotiation is typically conducted. The person that has the final say on price should also be present in the negotiations and not be working behind the scene. Final word, the car (BMW 550i) is fantastic.

I would highly recommend working with Paul on purchasing a BMW. I had an '09 335i that I loved, but was ready for something newer. I was very specific in what I was looking for. I wanted a specific color inside and out, heated seat (in Florida, its not a common feature!), hard top, sports package, navigation and a few other features as well. I was not in a hurry so I was clear that anything less would not do. Paul was patiently looking for months and found the perfect car. He didn't waste my time with anything other than my specific requests and I am very grateful for that! Once the car was found, it was a quick deal that I was very pleased with. He took the time to show me how to use the updated features and was very clear that if I needed anything, he would be happy to help. I have gone back a couple of times for questions that I had and Paul was very helpful. I will absolutely be visiting Paul the next time I need a car. A great experience!

Mark thoroughly explained all the financing and lease options available and after the deal was finalized he reviewed the navigation system, audio options and all of the other controls in the car. In regards to the purchase of 2009 Cadillac CTS.Dealing with Mark Bellew and the Jupiter Braman Team was nothing short of a outstanding experience.Buying a vehicle over the Internet can definitely be a cause for apprehension, no doubt.Mark Bellew and Braman represented themselves in a outstanding manner and the vehicle "2009 Cadillac CTS " was in better condition than was expected, it looked brand new... How they turned a 22000 mile vehicle in to show room quality is beyond me.I flew down to West Palm Beach and was picked up by Mark, who was waiting for me at West Palm Beach Airport.When we arrived at Braman's Jupiter store we started the paper work and test drove the car.As I finished up the financials, they proceeded to fill the tank up for the long drive back to Atlanta.Very Nice Gesture. The whole deal was done in 1:30hr start to drive away... Excellent..Just to address the attention to detail these folks have, there was a little white wax residue around the door handle and some other trim piece, not a big deal in my opinion...Mark said "THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE" and called the detail shop, who immediately came and fixed it... Now that is attention to detail..All In All a VERY pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to deal with Braman's in my future car needs.Well Done Sir... Keep up the Excellent Customer Service.

My last child got her license which meant we needed another car. I had not purchased a new car for over 15 years. My last purchase was a certified pre-owned X3-which I loved. In my household the tradition is that when I'm "done" with a car it gets passed down to the oldest child living in the home with a license. So my daughter Shayna inherited the X3 and her twin (who waited 3 years to get a license because her sister drove everywhere) received Shayna's Toyota Matrix. I honestly didn't know if I wanted to have a car payment and considered just buying an inexpensive used car for Meghan and would continue to drive the X3. I liked how the X1 looked and the price point was great-so before I started to look for used I decided to test drive one at my neighborhood BMW dealership in Jupiter. I called ahead of time on my way home from work and spoke to Steve who said he would be happy to assist me and told me to come right over for a test drive. I Steve was so knowledgeable about the car and so enthusiastic without being high pressure that it took no time at all for me to realize that I "deserved" a new car. I test drove a silver X1 with red interior with awesome options and loved it, but I was a little unsure about the interior and whether or not I would grow tired of the color quickly. I had also wanted a white car-but now that I considering buying, I didn't want to wait weeks. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from work but I told Steve that I would let him know in the morning if I would be back to purchase the car. The next morning when I told him I was unsure still of the red, he said not to worry-he had a white with tan leather interior with the same options being brought in to the dealership for me to see! I am a very busy radio sales manager and knew that getting to the dealership on a Friday before 6 pm would be a challenge at best and I didn't want to let either car be sold to someone else before I could decide what I wanted. Within two hours a received a text message from Steve with a "video tour" of each of the vehicles starring Steve as the narrator! Who does that?? Not only were they hilarious, they were exactly what convinced me that I was definitely buying the car that day. I passed the phone around to my sales team so they could "vote" on which vehicle they thought suited me best and they all got a kick out of Steve's approach. I called Steve and told him to have the papers drawn up and to have the white X1 ready at 6pm! When my daughter and I arrived the car was backed in with a yellow and red SOLD sign with my name on it. Pretty cool. Steve greeted us, went over the keys, the interior protection, the lo-jack-lots of stuff before I went in to Gary in finance. Steve was so exuberant that you would have thought he just bought himself a car. Gary was just as awesome (not as intensely animated-that wouldn't be possible!!) and explained absolutely everything I was signing. While I was completing the paperwork, GSM, Bryon came in to congratulate me on my new car and thanked mr profusely for my business. Very nice. Then it was time to get into my new car for the first time. Steve showed my daughter and I everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) that the car can do-all the fun features-even set up my phone for me! I don't really need to read the manual now! Overall the buying experience was a10!! I was pleasantly surprised because when servicing my X3 years ago I did not get the same experience from the West Palm Beach Braman location. The Jupiter Braman BMW is a totally different feel-friendlier and much more genuine. The only problem is that now a family tradition is over-with an experience this positive I believe I'll "deserve" a new BMW every 3 to 4 years so I'll be trading in and no longer handing down! Sorry kids-you're all in your twenties now and it's all about Mom!

Steven Lee, and the rest of the staff at Braman BMW Jupiter, set the new bar for customer service satisfaction. Having owned three M3s and an M5, I am a stickler for quality and performance. With that being said, when it came time to trade in my M3, Steven quickly gained my trust, as a genuine and knowledgeable automobile professional. Steven went above, and beyond, the call of duty, as he personally drove over four hours to deliver the new car to me. Our first contact with the dealership was with Cathryn Winschel who via internet/emails provided substantial information and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available. She also put me in touch with Ed the General Manager when I had needed more detailed information after seeing a used Lexus SC 430 for sale.. My husband and I live in Sarasota which is a 3 hour drive from Jupiter/dealership and I wanted to make sure the trip would be worthwhile. Ed, the manager had given some good information on the vehicle and information about it's history prior to our arrival. We met Steven Lee l and spent the next five hours with him test driving the car on several trips and discussing the vehicle. Steve is a kind person who strives to give personal care when answering every question and providing the best service possible.My husband and I both enjoyed dealing with Steve as a person and as a salesman. We would recommend Steve to our friends. Ed the Manager continued to be involved in the purchase process and guided the transaction and the questions that needed to be answered.We then were turned over to Finance point person Marlin. On Fri. of last week I went to Vista Motor in Pompano and met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bailey. To be blunt, he was kind of pompous but seemed to know the car. He pushed hard to sell me the only one they had on the lot. It had too much on it and I said I was thinking of ordering one from the factory. Then another associate standing nearby said BMW was no longer taking orders as the production line was changing to handle the new 4 engine for next year.The manager came over and they gave me a ridiculously low price for the car but of course said it needed to be approved. I told them I'd think about it. They pressured me hard not to leave without buying the car.The next day I returned to Braman in Jupiter and saw Ed (had spoken to him previously). He told me what Norm had said was an outright lie and that BMW was indeed still taking orders for series 1. We worked out a price and specs on a car and I told him I needed to sleep on it.Few days later I returned and we signed the papers--car is now in production at the factory.It was a pleasure dealing with Ed. He didn't give me any BS and I believed what he was telling me. One thing that impressed me was I saw floor mats were included at no cost. I asked about this and he said he adds them to all his cars without charge. He said after a buyer pays thousands, asking for a few more bucks for the mats is an insult. This is the kind of class I would expect from BMW. In my humble opinion, he is the only one I met worthy of being associated with the manufacturer, as apposed to the guys at the other dealership, who all seemed to be in cahoots to support a lie in order to generate an immediate sale rather than a long-term relationship, which Ed considers crucial.My only disappointment was the amount Braman gave me on my trade in and I probably should have explored other alternatives.I will be watching as my car makes it down the assembly line and can't wait to be joining the BMW family. Highly recommend Ed!

About 2 years ago I purchased a vehicle for my wife from this dealership and from the same salesman. The customer service has always been impeccable. I have always been impressed with the "5 star service" this dealership delivered to us. I myself was in a lease with a different make vehicle I leased from a different dealership. That dealership always advertised excellent customer service, and for the most part they were very good. However, the experience from the BMW dealership with my wife's car was superior. There truly was no comparison. I felt the high level of customer service from this BMW dealership whereas I did not always feel that with the other. For this reason, when the lease on my car was ending and it came time to find another car, even though there were big financial incentives to stay with the same company I had been leasing my car from, I chose to return to BMW to purchase my new vehicle.

Joe recommended Steven and he was wonderful to work with -- very patient with me and knowledgeable about the car. Steven worked with me over the phone as I did not have the time to stay at the dealership. I have bought three cars from Jimmy Khokhar. He is always courteous and informative with no pushy attitude that you get with so many other car dealer reps. When I purchased my X3, the dealer web page messed up and put a very low price on-line. They did not have to honor that price, but Jimmy worked with the manager and we saved a bundle. I wish that had happened when I bought my M5. LOL! Marlin Randle in finance is soft spoken and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He patiently explains all the details and options with no pressure. It is truly a pleasure doing business with him.

Steve was very accomodating and zeroed in on my specific needs for a new auto. We have been talking for months off and on. He really is terrific, very focused, attentive and always cordial! He worked very hard to find a vehicle for me. During the test drives he reviewed with me all of the nuances of the X1. The delivery and exchang of the cars was well coordinated and made very easy for me as a businessman. He took his time and and assisted me with programing the new cell phone and Sirius radio including resolving the prepaid service and the new free service. Steven Lee handled my purchase and has gone above and beyond in rendering service. He has made every aspect of the transaction a pleasure. He even came to my home with me and reset my garage opener box in the ceiling of the garage so that the opener in the X3 would work. We came in looking for a new car , after first receiving a quote from a competitor. Without any delay, we were provided with a price on two different cars, both of exactly fit our needs. In under an hour we looked at both cars, had our current BMW appraised and were given a price that beat the competitor by $1,500. Mike Trapasso made the extra effort of inquiring about my military status, which provided me with an extra discount. This had not even been addressed by the competitor.He did a great job getting me the best price.There was no hype, pressure or delay.Even though we left late in the day Jim Lynch stayed to go through all of the details of the car, answer all of our questions and set up both of our I-phones on Bluetooth, which we had never used before. The car came equipped with Satellite Radio, however, the program needed to be installed.Rather than having us come back to the dealer, Jim drove to our house later in the the week with a loaner, picked up our car and made arrangements to have it returned it to us the next evening.Our car was returned to us by Nigel Simpson, who lives nearby, and he took the time to demonstrate the operation of the radio and answer all of my questions, even though it was late in the evening. He even apologized that the car hadn't been washed, because it was raining , and advised us that any time we were in the area, we could stop in for a complimentary car wash.Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to assist us, and overall it was an outstanding experience

The buying exterience was outstanding. The General Sales Manager, Mike Trapasso, was very helpfull and provided complete answers to every question. In past purcheses, at other dealers, I have been subjected to the unpleasent sales merry-go-round, not the case here. The price was agreed to, the delivery scheduled determined and a hand shake sealed the deal. The car arrived per scheduled and the delivery was very professional. I first visited Braman BMW Jupiter in November 2012 to inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. Mark Bellew greeted me at the door and offered to assist. I had done some on line research and presented the paperwork to Mark. He worked with me to locate the cars that I was interested in and ultimately test drove a 2010 BMW X5. I traded the Lexus for that X5. The whole experience was pleasant and I did not feel pressured by a "heavy sales hand." Kevin Henry was also extremely pleasant as we waded through all of the paperwork at the end of the day.Last week I was invited to the VIP weekend event and, on a whim, walked in and asked for Mark. He was already with another customer so Curt Clemens assisted me. Long story very short.... I traded the 2010 X5 for a 2012 X5 and both Curt and Mark were extremely pleasant, helpful and supportive as I made the decision to make the trade. I have been driving BMW's since 1996 and was very sorry to make the trade to the Lexus. Jimmy was very helful with all aspects of the sale and is a perfect genteleman. He shouwd us how we could get a $300 extra rebate from BMW Financial. We were not going to get the tire and wheel coverage but he explained the value and the great advantage to us so we went back and purchased this coverage. Our daughter has the same car and got the coverage 5 years ago. She explained to us that she had 4 flats, 2 wheel replacement and one wheel repair during that time. With this information we were happy that Jimmy talked us into this coverage. Suggest you get it also. Thanks so much to Jimmy and Mike for the good price and we look forward to the excellent service we heard about. I have owned vehicles from Porsche, Mercedes Benz, as well as other luxury and sport vehicles. I had a great expierience. I looked up the vehicle online went to the dealership and since they where short handed the manager helped us. We took the car for a test drive, loved the car. We then met Paul who had our paperwork done within 30 min and then with Marlin who was fantastic at explaining our options. We where in and out with a new car in 2 hr. They also took care of the rental I had and took it back to enterprise for me. Overall a super expierience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a BMW.

Physical facility is immaculate. Mark Bellew really knows in detail the product he is presenting. In this case it happens to be the BMW 328i. He took his time with us explaining the many features of the car; many of which I had never been exposed to before. His patience was great as we had to come back the next day as we had forgotten a number of the options he showed us the night before. I had explained early in our discussion that I wanted to lower the monthly lease payment and he was able to accomplish that to our satisfaction. Just a great experience! Would be a reference for Mark any time he wants to call on me.Would like to mention Kevin Henry in finance. Did a real nice job considering all the paper work involved. We have had an amazing experience overall! Previously wanted to buy from Vista BMW, but those guys suck.. They didn't want to negotiate the price at all. But over here, Steven was our salesman and he was just brilliant. We live on the South Beach and were definitely willing to come over there because of their hospitality and business. They all had time for us to explain everything, work with price, allow us to do the best test drive ever, pushing it to the limits and even after the purchase, Steve was making sure we are OK! And he still does! Marlin and Phillip were also there very late at night, working out our deal and we felt like we know them forever. Great guys all together. By the way, we got 335i sports premium edition, manual, CPO, 2009, coupe and that car is a beast! If you know how to drive it of course... I wish you all the best guys and sell many more cars. As a BMW enthusiast who enjoys the fine engineering aspects of my X-5, I can't compliment parts advisor Ryan Ghianda enough for his efforts this past week. Not only did he go to the trouble of researching the necessary part for my car with the series and VIN ids, he confirmed that the features were precisely compatible with my E53 compartment's features. And then despite the ugly heat/humidity, he did the heavy lifting and brought everything right to my car, and disposed of the old part! Braman also honored my BMWCCA discount that helps me keep up with all my preventive and tuning maintenance. We first went to Braman Jupiter several months ago when first looking for a BMW and were lucky enough to meet Steven Lee. Steve took the time to explain the two vehicles we were interested in (328i coupe & X3) and when we were ready for test drives, he brought the vehicles we were interested in from West Palm to the Jupiter location. We were able to both drive each vehicle with no rush or sales pressure and every question was quickly answered. When we decided on the coupe, Steve guided us through the process with no stress and great expertise. His cordial personality made buying the vehicle a very pleasant experience, so much so we're going back for an X3 in a few months. I don't think I can ever buy a car from anybody else but Steven. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgable and very very hard working. Whatever the customer wants, he will do it! He will do whatever it takes to help you get the car you want. He is more like a friend then a sales associate! When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, getting a crown dental procedure would be more pleasurable, or at least that had been my experience with car dealerships UNTIL I came across Braman BMW Jupiter. By far the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I went in to look at a car but Woody is the reason why I wound up buying a car. He was no pressure, informative, and took an interest in helping me to understand what it was I was looking at and interested in. WHen it came to have my car appraised, I had dealt with, in the past at other dealers, my car being held hostage for a deal. This was not the case here. Woody had my keys back to me in about 5 minutes and at that point the dealer was still piecing together an offer. The professionalism impressed me and I have already told my friends where they need to shop and will continue to do so. If the service department delivers at the same level, this will be a very long relationship. Thanks.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. She immediately forwarded my inquiry to Jimmy Khokhar who called me that night. He spoke with me on the phone for over 45 minutes making sure he had every detail as to what I wanted in my new car. He was friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. He kept in touch with me during my move from Ohio to Florida with emails and phone calls while we worked on ordering my new car. Once I got to Jupiter I met with Jimmy for the first time at Jupiter Braman BMW. He was wonderful from the moment I walked into the store. He sat with my husband and I for over an hour, one-on-one to go over every last detail of my car. We test drove the new three series, and looked for hours at almost every car on the lot! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The most important part of our experience is how respectful and patient he was with us in the decision process. He was so easy to work with and guided us every step of the way through our purchase. Once my car was ordered my adventure continued. He updated me several times a week over the six weeks it took for my car to be built and delivered. I cant tell you how many times he brightened my day with an email telling me my car was on the ship, or almost at the dealership! The best was the day I came to pick up my car. I drove up to the dealership and there was a HUGE RED BOW on my car parked out front all shiny and new! I was smiling and just overwhelmed with excitement. The car was absolutely beautiful and perfect; It was better than I had imagined. Everyone in the dealership from the General Manager, Mike Trapasso, to the assistant manager and all the sales associates were congratulating me on my car. I then got to meet with Marlin Randle in Finance who was exceptional. He spent an hour with me going over every finance option possible and helped guide me to the best lease option for my needs. He was so kind and patient, and I am very grateful for that. Afterwords Jimmy spent over an hour with me in my new car showing me all its exciting features and showing me how to work the system. Jimmy has kept in touch with me since then inviting me back for more tutorials if needed and I know I can call him at any time with questions. He truly goes above and beyond~ I had an exceptional experience with Braman.

I wasn't planning to buy a new car, but thought I would see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. Tracy was extremely helpful and gave us the confidence we needed to make a final decision on our first trip to the dealership. We had shopped on line for months so we were pretty sure what we wanted, and we had found a strong candidate on-line in the CPO inventory. Tracy got us what we wanted and took care of us like we were family. She arranged all the "little things" we would not have known to do such as ordering floor mats, scheduling service, getting the tag installed, and many others. We told her we were taking a trip the next day and needed a Sun Pass, and she went to her personal car and got a new one she had just purchased for her own use, gave it to us at no cost, and even had it installed in the car! That has to be a first! Mike didn't fool around with a long negotiation, he got personally involved and met directly with us, and even explained a couple of BMW apps for my iPhone that I downloaded during the final car prep. This is a textbook case of how to treat a customer and it got the job done for everyone involved. I would go back to Tracy and Mike without question for my next BMW or CPO car if they are still available. They are already looking for a specific car for my wife.

He worked with us to find a new 2012 328i model before we were leaving Florida for the season in a short time. Jim explained all the features of the new car, set up our cell phones and was a pleasure to deal with. The financial rep was also very helpful & friendly and explained all the paperwork we went thru to buy the car. Nigel Simpson made us very welcome and we felt we had good person to deal with on any future maintainance or repair work. Overall it was good experience buying our car with the people at this BMW dealership and would recommend it.

Some of the sales tactics used were a bit "old school." For instance, I was informed that the car in which I showed an interest was to be shown the following morning to someone else who had made an appointment to see it. I was also informed that the final price had been lowered, but that I had to make a decision soon or the car would be sold at auction. For those of use who have been around the block, these sales tactics seem silly. I am well aware that yours is not the only BMW dealership in Florida. I am also well aware that there are thousands of pre-owned Z4s for sale up and down the East Coast. Ultimately, I could have purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but I purchased it at your dealership for 3 reasons: 1. convenience: you are within 100 miles of where I live; 2. vehicle mileage to age ratio was below average; 3. Paul Robbins, my Client Advisor, is trustworthy, professional, pleasant, courteous, and a former military service member.

The entire experience was what buying a car should be. I was not pressured at all. Cathryn worked to find me the car that I wanted. I was treated honestly and fairly throughout the entire process.Steven Lee is a fantastic salesman. He spent four hours with me arranging my insurance, renewing my expiring registration which he did on his own. He even drove me to another dealership to return my previously leased car. He taught me how to use Steptronic on the highway , and was patient with me as he explained and set up all the features including sattellite radio, BMW assist and Bluetooth pairing.I looked at many cars and many dealerships and felt like Braman Jupiter really treats the customer differently. Steven Lee was courteous enough to pick me up at the airport and provide a 20 minute ride to the dealership. Steven was in every way above and beyond in all professional courtesies and made the viewing of the vehicle and pick up process a very relaxing and efficient experience. In the end, the vehicle was as-advertised (options, features, etc) and in very nice condition. My wife and I are very pleased with this vehicle purchasing experience and very thankful to the staff at Braman Motorcars.

In the last 34 years of purchasing automobiles, working with Steven Lee at Braman BMW Jupiter was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. After very little sleep the night before, I don't think I was in the greatest mood when I entered the dealership that day. However, Steven was extremely pleasant and was the exact opposite of the stereotypical "Car Salesman." He is definitely a guy you would want to hang out with and have as a buddy. He also is very knowledgable on all aspects of the car. We came to a transaction without any high pressure tactics or any other unpleasantness. Also, after the deal was done, Steven spent close to an hour familiarizing me with every aspect of the vehicle and how to operate all the controls( and there are a lot of devices and features on this car.) He also has followed up with several phone calls already. Overall, he has proven to me that there are still those rare individuals out there who will go that extra mile to be a courteous professional. I would highly reccomend to anyone in the area looking to buy a BMW to deal with Steven Lee. And I must say I was very impressed with the entire staff at the dealership.

Without any doubts this has been by far my best experience with a car dealer. From the first time we entered the Braman BMW showroom in Jupiter,we were treated like intelligent human beings. Paul Robbins met us as we walked in and quickly sized up what our needs were. There was no pressure to "upsize" or go new vs used. We originally looked at late model used, and were ok with one or two in our price range. as an alternative, Mr Robbins showed us a new car that met all of our requirements and was still within our price range.( used cars we looked at met 75 to 80% of our needs).We drove both used and new and had no pressure to go either way. Actually the process took two plus days for us to evaluate price vs car features. It was our decision all the way with Mr Robbins supplying the options.In between the first visit,and our purchase, we visited two other car dealerships to judge our coming decision.It was very enlightening that the service was not as high as Braman (Paul Robbins)and the push to buy was quite high even though we said we were just looking.I rate Braman tops if all their sales people are as good as Paul Robbins.

I must start off by saying I dread even the thought of the car buying experience. I started off my day yesterday really not knowing what I wanted and full off anxiety, I had my back against the wall. I had visited several dealerships on line and then proceeded to venture out to talk to some salesman. I stopped by several dealerships and was not all impressed with what they had to offer. I was on my way home and a friend i was talking to gave me the idea to stop by BMW. I have always been a fan of BMW and the company I work for does a lot of business with BMW. I walked in and immediately was greeted by Steven Lee, I remembered him from a previous time that my wife and I had stopped by. He was very hospitable from the moment we shook hands to the moment I drove off the lot, actually to the follow up call this morning. Steven and Mike Trapasso made a dreaded experience very pleasant. They both represented themselves as true professionals. I appreciate when people that I do business with approach their work with integrity and respect for the customer. I own companies and our motto is "Our Clients come first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was testing cars within the first five minutes...I was thinking about getting a different car before I came into Braman and then they made me an offer I couldn't refuse...Mark's exact words to me were " What can I do for you so that you leave with that car (335i) today." I had the choice to purchase a BMW from two dealerships. Both were about the same distance to my residence and the price was comparable so my decision to purchase from Braman was totally due to their exceptional customer service in explaining all the car options to me. I have purchased many cars from various dealerships throughout the state of Florida and Massachusetts and I must admit this time it was pretty easy to finalize the purchase. Besides the salesman whom spent a great deal telling me and going over every fine detail of the car, the finance associate, sales/product rep and the General Manager whom I encountered from the minute I walked in the door and the internet manager whom I first talked with over the phone. All treated with me with upmost respect regardless of what my decision would be. Also most of my dealings have been after the "Sale" which justifies the high ratings in which I chose to rate each individual area. I am very happy with my car purchase and Braham has certainly added a new customer and hopefully other customers from those that read this review.

I visited the Parts dept on several occassions and was assisted by Ryan Ghianda.For the first time in 10 years of buying and servicing my BMWs I actually enjoyed my experience dealing with parts and service. Ryan was extremely helpful ordering parts for a vintage E30 im restoring... He not only took his time, showing patience and understanding, but clearly cared about making sure I got WHAT I needed each time I was there. As a result I asked him to recommend someone in the sales dept and without hesitation he suggested I speak with George McCarty. George was Knowledgeable, efficient and was a quick study as to what he was dealing with. He recognized I purchase multiple cars per year. Finance dept did an excellant job of explaining the lease terms without any PRESSURE to make additional purchases, but did an excellant job of explaining all options. Braman BMW Jupiter was like no other dealer. We were greeted warmly, but not in a pushy manner. I was looking for a particular model and there were several available (unlike other dealers with limited stock). Dan is knowledgeable and personable. We discussed all the features and compared the vehicles; took a test drive. There was no pressure when we wanted to leave to think about it, and we were happy to come back to close the deal. The advertised price was attractive and we did not haggle. I am happy with the deal, and I love the car! What more could I ask?

My husband and I purchased a 2007 335i from Braman. The purchase was smooth and Steven Lee went above and beyond in customer service. After the purchase we started to have some problems with the car and ended up being frustrated with the whole service end. The service manager at Jupiter was helpful and did his best with what was going on. I think alot is growing pains at their new Jupiter location and now believe it is being addressed. Once Steven Lee got back into the picture our concerns were addressed and we are happy to continue to do business with Braman Jupiter. I drove all the way to Jupiter bmw which is almost 50 miles away from my place as they offered best prices compared to any BMW in florida.After being there i had a complete family experience and it was empowered with a great TEAMWORK.STEVEN LEE (sales man) took me to test drive, he explained about every car available. He even taught me how to use several other features available in bmw which i never know. He is very friendly and caring person who actually made me stick to BRAMAN BMW JUPITER. I got my old car along with me driving all 50 miles to JUPITER from BOCARATON. I began becoming interested in the 335i convertible back in almost november of 2010. Steve was very friendly and polite. He answered any questions i had quickly and is very knowledgeable! I told Steve that I would be coming back to buy a new 2011 335i but i wasn't sure when. Steve kept in contact over the next couple months, the perfect amount as well, not too pushy and very patient. I went to Braman's new dealership in Jupiter, FL to turn in my BMW lease to get another BMW. This was my 5th BMW but my first experience with this dealership. Typically buying a new car is a hassle and an experience that I dread but this time it was different. Not only were all of the employees so pleasant to deal with, the process was fast and there was not all of that horrible negotiating. They gave me a great deal on a beautiful new BMW 535 and it was the absolute most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had! The salesman took the time to show me all of the features on the car and really went above and beyond. I will be a client for life!!!

My experience with buying a certified pre-owned BMW from Braman Motorcars of Jupiter was outstanding. All of the sales staff were extremely helpful, and they were willing to spend countless hours with me finding the best deal. They helped me find my dream car, and made the buying process very easy. My salesman was Steven Lee. He was very helpful with his knowledge, and was able to answer all my questions I had for the 335i. My experience buying my BMW was fabulous !!!!!! Steven Lee greeted me with a friendly smile, and guided me through the entire visit. Courtesy and knowledge of their products are probably the outstanding qualities of this dealership. I have leased many cars in the past, but since this time I wanted to buy my vehicle, I wanted only the best, and BMW is the car I trust . Steven showed me all its bells and whistles, drove around, and what an amazing ride!!! Once I decided which car I wanted Steven spent with me at least a couple of hours explaining the car, also setting my phone, my i-pod, garage opener... yes everything. I thank Steven and his managers who did a great job working out the best deal for me!

i made an initial visit to look at CPOs to replace our 530i.Both recognized that i was not ready to decide. We had phone and e-mail followups that encouraged me to return. My wife and i returned and through Steve's efforts were able to finalize a purchase. He was helpful in explaining the difference in the vehicles we were considering and answered the numerous questions i posed about vehicle options, criteria for being a certified pre-owned vehicle and warranty/maintenance protection.With Steve coordinating the deal we were able to close the sale late on a saturday afternoon. Jim and the remaining staff that we came in contact with were also very professional in their approach.Whether someone is familiar with BMW vehicles or not this team could facilitate the sales process and make the whole process a comfortable and satisfactory experience.I would certainly recommend Steve and the Braman Jupiter dealership to my friends in our community.

Cathryn is 'Internet Client Advisor'. I found the vehicle I was looking for on the Dealership's website. The pricing was very competitive and the details about the vehicle were quite complete. Having a link to see the CarFax report was vital. I completed the "Contact this Dealership" form and submitted it on a Sunday afternoon. I had a return call from Cathryn Monday morning. She was articulate, pleasant and not negatively 'agressive' about having me visit the dealership immediately. She was helpful in that the car i was interested in was 'extra clean' and may not be available for too long.She asked pertinant questions and listened to my needs/wants in a used vehicle.She offered to have me work with 'one of the best' of their sales people should i have any further interest.I purchased that very car the day I came in - nothing else needs to be said!

My first visit was in November and went poorly , dealing with a junior salesman. I was close to buying a new MB when Cathryn emailed me and did such a great job representing Braman , I had to giver her a chance. She introduced George and Mike to me and they did the rest to get me in a new BMW. Without the great work from Cathryn Winschel, I would be in a new Mercedes and they would get my business going forward , instead I am a Braman client now.George was able to structure some creative ways to make the trade and buy work for me. He was very fairminded about the BMW versus Mercedes debate , and was able to represent the BMW story very well. They made it very easy to handle the entire transaction and have been in contact with me after delivery to insure that I was happy with everything and to offer any support I may need going forward.
