We came in only "to look". We were not looking forward to the experience because buying a car is like seeing the dentist for a root cannal. We were plesantly surprised when we met Edwin Alarcon. We were put at ease. He asked what questions he could answer and what we wanted needed and did not need in a car. No pressure at all!!! After a test drive he asked what questions we had and just talked to us about what they had to offer. Long story short we bought a car!! It was so easy. Everyone was so professional and really nice. Edwin showed all the features of our new car and told us to call at any time with questions! Wow is all we need to say!!

I was assigned JoAnn Blake through their online service. I have been dealing with JoAnn for a few weeks, The first vehicle she thought I would be interested in, I wasn't 100% certain, but she continued to push it as she was sure it was the correct vehicle for me. I contact other dealers in the interim. Doing more research, I said I wanted X vehicle, but it was at their Racine store. I said ok, get it and I will buy it the next day. She stated that they will not go below invoice on a vehicle, like other dealers would. Other dealers do not charge you $295 service fee either. She wanted a credit card # from me to reserve it and to "show" I was interested in buying it. The next day arrives, and I was told by her that the Racine store had a "deal" on it and will not release it to go to the Waukesha store.. When i approached her stating what was the point of me giving you my credit card #? and she replied, "it wasn't charged" I said that wasn't the point...So again, I am looking for another vehicle, another, sales person and another dealer.

Pat McInerney did an excellent job working with me to find a vehicle to replace my 2002 Avalanche. I was able to try several trucks without any hassle. I feel the Boucher team worked within my budget. Pat's hospitality was awesome. It took a bit longer for a complete polish and cleaning. Pat not only offered me a sandwich, he gave me a loaner for the night so I could get home earlier and come back the next day for pickup. Overall I give this an excellent experience. I am very pleased with my 2015 Silverado.

New Car Manager Brandon Drew introduced me to Meghan Davis in sales and between the two, worked very hard to make the deal happen that we wanted. The General Manager took time to thank us and let us know to call him if at anytime we weren't 100% satisfied. My wife and I received a SMOKING deal on our new 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500-HD-LT, 4x4 at Boucher Chevy. Noticed a 2010 Ford Explorer on AutoTrader and the dealership happened to be Boucher Chevrolet. The initial interaction with the sales guy was ok. I thought Kevin was a pretty honest guy and for the most part he's done what he said he would do. I had reservations about purchasing a used vehicle without any 30 day grace period and he assured me that they would stand behind it. I also purchased an extended powertrain warranty for it. The night we went to test drive the vehicle and sign paperwork we noticed an oil drip under the vehicle. That should have been our first sign to run from it like the plague. The sales guy had the leak looked at and repaired. I drove the truck for nine days and the transmission went out. They fixed it under the warranty but wanted to charge me the $100 deductible. I told them I'm not paying the deductible because I haven't even had the truck for that long. Upper management decided to waive the deductible. They kept the truck for about 16 days before they could get it fixed. I did have a loaner but having to deal with everything in Waukesha and West Bend was a huge inconvenience. I got the vehicle back and drove it and discovered that when they fixed the transmission they never re-checked the alignment so the vehicle was pulling towards the center line. They said they would align it and I had to drive 85 miles down to Waukesha again to get it taken care of. I drove it another 4 days and discovered the transmission was dripping again and along with that I had a puddle of brake fluid under the vehicle. Turns out the brake module gave out. Boucher wanted to stick me with part of the cost and after a week of their managers not returning phone calls and arguing with upper management they agreed to repair it but only if they could replace it with a used part. It took 6 days before I finally called them to see what they planned on doing. I had to deal with Boucher Corporate in order to get my problem addressed. A manager than called me and said they would fix the brake issue with no cost but only if they could repair it with a used part. Boucher Chevrolet is the epitome of slimy, used car sales people who refuse to work with customers to come to an amicable solution to the problem. They refuse to reverse the deal and now I'm stuck with a vehicle with a history of problems and a dealership who doesn't act in good faith. I would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from these guys.

My second family is Boucher Chevrolet of Waukesha, Wisconsin. I have been dealing with Boucher for many, many years and have been treated like gold from the Service Department to New Car Sales. Service led by Steve Didier has been just excellent. Olidez, Dana and Mercedes are just the very best!! Also, Fred C and his hard working secretary always have time for you!! Lets talk about new cars as my wife and I, over the years, have bought at least 7 new cars from this amazing dealership! Their team has been led by Amy Speed who is terrific. She has been a huge reason why I continue to be with Boucher. Darek Dolecki is my finance man who I will always be with. Super guy who goes beyond the books to help you! David Zayac is my man at Boucher. My wife simply loves this man who has taken excellent care of both of us for years. Davis is a true people person, who loves his job and goes to all the extra's to fit your needs and your wallet. He knows how to deal, but better, knows how to listen. Recently we purchased a new Trax from Boucher Chvrolet. Jim Zarder our salesman and Pat the Sales Manager were most excellent to work with.Upon entering the showroom we were greeted by cheerful, very helpful receptionists who extended my wife and I every courtesy, very refreshing. I have to say that this personable greeting made us feel quite welcome.As for Jim Zarder. We can safely say he is the absolute BEST representative a firm could have. Thoughtful, professional energetic and a true gentleman, Jim listened to what we wanted in a second car and guided us to the Trax even though we had a different model in mind initially.All we can say we we're thrilled with the purchase experience and with the new Trax.

I went with my 22 year old daughter to buy her first car. We went to buy a Certified 2014 Cruze. My daughter knows nothing about the mechanics of cars, but yet as she approached the running car, she immediately noticed the squealing sound coming from the engine area. This turned out to be a water pump, which I would have thought should have been caught in the supposedly Certified process, or by the salesman who had to have showed this car before. A deal was made and two days later she went to complete the financing and pick up the car, and all of a sudden the car wasn't ready because they hadn't fixed water pump which they had known about for two days because my daughter discovered it for them. She was told to come back on Monday to get the car. Yet another reason car dealers have such a bad reputation.

On a suggestion from a Friend the wife & I were given the names of two salesman at Boucher Chevrolet. David Zayak & John Clark. We were interested in a 2014 Traverse , but being the end of the 2014 & beginning of the 2015 , what We wanted was no longer available, even though they checked other dealers for the Traverse She wanted. David & John, said they would help us build a 2015 just too Her like'ing. We said We would like to think about it. John & David said, when We decided, to let them know. During those two weeks of deciding, not once were We badgered into hurry and decide. When We did go in for ordering Her 2015 Traverse 2 LT , they went over every thing, explaining in detail , and not once were, We felt to hurry this up. We have never had such a great experience in buying a vehicle. In a little over four weeks David called and said your Traverse is in. I traded in my owned 2012 Impala with a very fair trade-in allowance . I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Impala from Boucher Chevrolet on Jan.22, 2014. My sales person was Jerry Basey, whom I thoroughly enjoyed working with. He was patient and informative, and I never felt pressured as he was offering several options of purchase and several test drives. He was thoroughly versed in all his products and went out of his way to find 'the right vehicle' for my needs. He has been there at sale time, and after the sale, which is really unusual. I had been searching for a particular vehicle -- a pre-owned Nissan with specific trim and packages and under 20K miles. I had another Nissan for trade -- excellent condition with 65K miles. Boucher Chevrolet happened to have the specific pre-owned Nissan I was after -- the only such vehicle I could find in the area. My salesman Dave was clearly ready to bargain for my used car and the cash I would put with it. (It was a cash sale.) It's a good thing when you do your homework and feel that the final price paid was good for you -- and fair to the dealer. Everyone was happy all around. (And I know that to be the case because I crunched my own numbers. I did well, and they did well. Smiles all around and an excellent car-buying experience. The car, btw, is a jewel.)

I had the best possible experience at Boucher Chevrolet in Waukesha and with Jerome Slazas. From the minute I walked through the door, Jerome was friendly and I never felt pressured? As a woman, buying a car alone can be very intimidating however, Jerome was there with me every step of the way. He found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for with everything I wanted as far as options. Jerome gave me time to think about it and offered to show me other SUV's but he never pressured me. I was hooked on the Saturn VUE the minute I test drove it. I came back a week later and drove off the lot with a fantastic view in my new VUE! I originally came for a used vehicle when Jerome got to showing me the details as numbers as far as the financials it made more sense for me to buy a new vehicle which I am more than happy with. He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with everything. Was always on top of what I wanted and specials requests I made. I went to the lot not expexcting to purchase a new vehicle. After talking to Jerome for a few minutes, I decided to look at the deals on the 2012 Silverado's. I was really impressed with all the incentive dollars and realized that maybe it was time to take the plunge. After a short test drive, I was hooked. Jerome and the rest of the dealership staff were very low pressure and understood when I told them that I needed to do some research before making a decision. I did purchase the vehicle I wanted and the entire process was totally painless. I would recommend Boucher to my friends and family.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We had several dicounts available to us so we were shopping around. The second dealership we went to wash Boucher Cherolet in Waukesha. We were looking at the vehicles on the lot when approached by a very nice salesman Jerome. He shook our hands and introduced himself. He asked us what we were looking for and waited for us to explain ourselves before trying to "sell" us on anything. He was intent on what we wanted in a vehicle. He let us pick out what we were interested in only telling us the facts about the cars and answering our questions. My past experiences I have always been sold a car. I always felt that the sales associate was selling me the car they thought was best for me not selling me what I wanted. Jerome was different. Jerome sold me himself. He was caring and honest, he listened to what we had to say and was sincere. We stayed at Boucher that day, not because of the car we liked but because of the amazing sales representative Jerome. I highly recommend you go and see him when you are ready to buy a new car. In another note, everyone at Boucher Chevrolet was warm and kind. The cars are well kept and I would also recommend a Chevy to anyone who does not already have one.

I'd gone there and driven the car I wanted, but checked out other dealerships and drove cars elsewhere also. I came back to Lisa Tucker when I'd made my mind up. I did have to push (not Lisa) for the price listed on the web but they got me there. I love my new Equinox!

Went to this dealer to get my vehicle emissions tested. The Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program website claims that decentralizing the testing makes it more convenient. This is not the case at this dealer. I stopped in on a Thursday and the service counter employee told me I could make an appointment for the following Tuesday. This is about as far from convenient as I can imagine. I drove to another vehicle service center down the road and was through the entire process in 5 minutes. That is convenient.

I purchased a Chevy Tahoe just a few months ago from this dealership. The vehicle is in great shape, low miles and obviously well taken care of. I had peace of mind knowing I was buying a 'Certified Vehicle'. A few days ago, I noticed a high pitched squeal and assumed it had something to do with the brakes so I called the Service Dept to explain. They literally told me to bring it in as soon as I could and they would look at it immediately. That was impressive, I was there 15 minutes later. Because I work in the area, I asked them to just give me a call when they diagnosed the situation. I got a call a short time later from Jon and he explained to me that they found an issue with one of the calipers and it caused the pad to wear unevenly on one side causing the grinding. He told me what the repair cost would be and I told him I'd have to call him back. He obviously took the time to check into the vehicle history and discussed it with his co-worker Gary and before I could call him back, Gary had called me. He told me that they were going to replace the front AND rear brakes, machine the rotors AND service and lube the caliper slides all at no charge to me. I highly recommend purchasing 'Certified' if looking for a used vehicle and I highly recommend dealing with a group of people that really do care about making their customers happy. I can't thank you enough for the fantastic service once again guys, I'll see you again for sure!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had a dealership. Made a service appointment (and got e-mail confirmation of the time and date) and after I drove an HOUR across rush hour traffic, they were kind enough to let me know that all service technicians had LEFT for the night! Then told me there was a "bug" in the system. Hmm, maybe call people who have appointments and let them know that it is not going to work? not only this, but he preceded to make it seem like MY fault for not calling to confirm. He had such a condescending attitude toward me, like I was stupid. Why would I call to confirm when I had already gotten e-mail confirmation from them? All he could do is "try to squeeze me in within the next couple days" So I can drive another hour and deal with this horrible service again? I don't think so. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service- and my car is still broken!

We had a fine experience at Boucher. We had been looking for a less expensive used car for my new-driver son all over town, and Boucher had the largest selection in our price range. Julie was friendly and helpful and worked with us to help us select a car among several. (My son test drove three or four I think.) Bill the finance guy (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) found a loan for us even though the car was 14 years old. He was very good at explaining all the ins and outs of our contract and what we'd need for insurance and so forth.Most importantly, we ended up with a car that satisfies my needs as a parent (big and safe, a decent deal) and my son's (he loves driving it and thinks it's cool, and his girlfriend and friends like it too). Overall a highly positive experience at Boucher. They had just what we wanted and the purchasing process was smooth and effective.

The problem was not Jerry's fault. I purchased a car that was certified used. I had returned a lease vehicle (with another full year on the warranty) in order to look for a 4 door car. I had no problem keeping the 2 door but just wanted to look. I told Jerry that the warranty was important to me and to help me find one with a warranty. We found a 4 door cobalt that fit all my criteria. Same monthly cost, warranty, and 4 doors. I purchased the car and went on my way. A few weeks in the front right speaker stopped working. I took the car back later that summer to get it fixed (I had called Jerry right away and he said I could bring it in anytime in the next year because I had the warranty). When they said it was fixable i was told it would cost 300 dollars. The used car manager then told me I didnt have the super special stamp they use to show it was a certified used car. They offered to fix it for free but that I still would not have a warranty. I was upset but whatever. Now recently I had to replace the entire front end (at 55,000 miles). At a cost of 1100 dollars. This is the last time I will go to Boucher in Waukesha.

Horrible experience!I have to give Dan S.(sales-person) credit for touching base with me via telephone (there was lack of communication with his coworkers regarding the financing process). He had to call me to see where things were at. He was overall friendly and interested in my business.However, Pat M. who I dealt with regarding the financing told me that I would not get a better deal on the vehicle's price and interest rate (7.43%) due to the credit inquires from my vehicle shopping. He also suggested that I may not be able to afford the vehicle. This was all after I stated I wanted to browse other prices when I was approved for financing.Well, I went to Braeger Chevrolet (27th St.) and paid $1000 less for same vehicle and my interest rate was 1.9%. There was also no unfriendly attitude at Braeger!Skip Boucher and go to Braeger!

Hi AllWe were in need of a new car and my wife had done alot of research.She wanted to test drive many different cars and go from there.While at other dealerships, (Ford ,Mazda,Scion and Toyota etc.)they were all hard sell. They did not listen to what we wanted and frowned when we wanted to drive both hatch back and sedans.At Boucher, both stores (Hyudai and Chevy) were very accomidating and listened to our needs from what we wanted drive to financing and what would work for us.Beth liked the Sonic the best. Steve was very helpfull and answered all of her questions.We had been back several times to test drive and Steve was always there to help.Everything was very easy going and everybody was very friendly.I'm very happy with the car and service.Thanks for all the help!mike

Everyone we dealt with at the dealership,Dave Allard, his manager who helped locate and make a trade for a vehicle we found that matched what we wanted to the closing representative did an ourstanding job. We have purchased several cars/trucks from Dave over the years and as hard as it is to buy a new vehicle,I've always enjoyed working with him.I would highly recommend both he and Boucher.

Just purchased a 2010 Camaro from Boucher and the experience could not have gone any better. The whole time it was a no pressure situation. Jacob Rapinchuk was an excellent sales person. He was friendly and honest. I will definately be returning when I am ready for a new car.

I was extremely satisfied with Diane's knowledge and expertise in handling all my questions and concerns. She is an excellent saleswoman and an assest to the Boucher dealership. She makes one feel very comfortable and is not at all high pressure and helps you make a good decision for your needs and desires. All in all it was a very comfortable working relationship and all the other people I dealt with from finance to management were very professional and accommodating.

We can honestly say we have never had such a wonderful salesperson as we had in Diane Tompkins for buying a car. There was no coercing, she told it like it was with no pressure to buy and very honest about everything. She was very experienced in the Sonic. We had no questions by the time we left. I was in the market for a new vehicle because my present one was at that time of needed repairs. It was needing tires,brakes, a battery, etc. I broused the internet and located several dealerships with vehicles I was interested in. I visited some of the dealers before Boucher Chevrolet. Once there, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The reduced price of the new vehicle and the allowance for my present one were in conformity which I had learned for these on the internet. I was also given a tour of the dealership which was a first. My whole experience with Boucher was something I had never had before.

I needed to trade in my car because I couldn't afford to pay for the repairs on it. My husband and I talked to different people about places to go in the Milwaukee area that were reliable. We heard many bad things about Wilde Toyota but heard great reviews about Boucher Chevrolet. We were eager to make an appointment once we found a car online that we were interested in. About 2 minutes after I put in my online request through their website, I received a call from a very friendly, helpful salesman named Jacob Rapinchuk. Since we had dealt with some sketchy salesmen in the past, it was refreshing to hear from Jacob. We set up an appointment and the moment we walked in the door we knew this was the place for us! Jacob greeted us with a warm smile and hand shake and was ready to work with us! He was having a very busy night hopping between us and another couple but he managed to make time for each of us. We felt like we were the only ones there! He did everything he could to get us in a safe and reliable vehicle. Though I was very picky about what I wanted he assured me that the car I purchased was the best deal. He did not want me leaving the store without a car that had a warranty on it. Due to my car having steering issues we were adamant about driving away with a new vehicle that night. Jacob was willing to stay until way past his normal hours to make that happen for us. Although we were not able to completely finalize the loan that night, he put dealer plates on our new car and let us take it for a couple days until we came back in to finalize the loan. He was very willing to go the extra mile for us whenever we needed it! He was never pushy and never made you feel like you were just another sale to him. He genuinely cared about us and it showed! We have already recommended him to our friends and family and would be happy to deal with him in the future. If you can, request him by name! We hope you have as good of an experience with Boucher as we did!

I was recently involved in a head on car accident. My present 2002 Acura TL was totaled. My '02 Acura TL ran like a charm I had no plans on replacing it before the accident. Jacob understood my situation never did he try to push me instead he told me the take my time and he would take care of everything. The internet site was very easy to manage the carfax was there and I was able to see many pictures. It was like being there. This is the first time I picked out a car over the internet. When we first arrived, the salesman came to us right away and was friendly. Thats where the good ends. We waited for at least 2 hours for them to get the paper work ready for us. As we were sitting and waiting, we saw our salesman walk past several times with out even looking at us. Seems like once they new we were going to buy the Denali, they no longer cared we were there. It is a used truck and I know there is risk involved in buying used, but they refused to fix the ABS issue they knew about. Now it's 3 weeks later and I just had to get the vehicle towed home ( I think it's the fuel pump). I will NEVER go back there.

My husband and I are very impressed with Boucher Chevrolet in Waukesha. We recently purchased our 5th car from them. I was very impressed with our salesman Darrell B. He was very friendly and outgoing, but not pushy. We felt comfortable with him right away and being that he was so easy going, helped us to relax and therefore making it easier to find what we were looking for. While we were waiting to see Patrick in the Finance Department, we were made comfortable in the waiting area, and everyone was very friendly to us, which again made the waiting easier to do. Patrick took care of the financing part for us. He was friendly and let us know up front what was going on and what he needed from us. He explained everything to us so that we could understand the terms of the loan, and worked well with us to finish up the final paperwork so that we could take our car home that day. Our experience was that of feeling very important to them although there were many other people around looking at cars, etc. we felt that we mattered and that is how they were treating everyone, and that is what keeps us coming back. People who know what they are doing, and who keep you abreast of what is happening and who treat you as if you really matter to them, that you aren't just numbers on an invoice, but that you are real people, that is what you will find at Boucher Chevrolet Waukesha.One thing I did want to say about the Service Department is that they are really good, they know there business, they keep us informed when they are working on our vehicles, and let us know upfront what kind of cost we are looking at and we have been very satisfied with them.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him in the last year, I went back because I was so impressed with the service we received the first time! In purchasing my new vehicle their were a few items that they agreed to do to the vehicle after my purchase. This is when I dealt with Ted Mansell in the service department. I was so impressed by the service I received and how prompt he handled everything. I am a customer for life because of these two individuals! I've taken my car here a few times for some simple repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or pick it up, I stood there waiting for way too long. At one point, I was standing right in front of two employees who were chatting about after-work plans. When I said "Excuse me," I got a look like I was rudely interrupting them. I can understand one bad day, but I've gotten this kind of attitude every time I've walked in there. Friendly customer service does not seem like it's a priority. I'm fine with the work they do, but I think I'll take my money somewhere where I'm not treated like an annoyance.

The reason "Why" I would not buy from this Dealership is that they ran 5 credit reports from 5 different banks on me for a $7000.00 loan, lowering my Beacon score. Make sure you are standing there in front of the computer when they run your credit. They should only need to run one report, thats it!!! They act like I was buying a house or buying a business.

We were going to purchase a used car from Boucher. All the paper work was done and they even took all of our stuff out of our trade. At the last minute they said they could not finance the car. They were asking too much for it for what it was worth. We left there and went to Hall Mazda. We ended up buying a brand new 2008 Mazda 6 that day. I used to take my Trailblazer there for service, but I refuse to go back. I will go to Horter in Mukwonago even though it is farther. I will never go back to Boucher. They are ranked the best Chevy dealer in Waukesha because they are the only Chevy dealer in Waukesha.

Went to buy new pickup after shopping at local dealers in Appleton area. Appleton dealers couldn't come close to price of Milwaukee dealers. Knew what I wanted so I talked to salesman who told me they had the exact truck with every option I wanted in stock and ready to go (even faxed over the window sticker!) I drove the 100 miles down there and when I arrived they explained that the truck was at their dealership in Racine and the Racine dealer didn't want to trade them for anything the Waukesha dealer had in stock (evidently dealers trade inventory rather than actually exchanging cash?!?) My options were to take what the Waukesha dealer had on their lot or to drive the extra miles to Racine. Problem was that Racine wouldn't give me the same price as Waukesha quoted. I asked how he faxed me the window sticker if he didn't have the vehicle. Come to find out, the vehicle WAS in fact at Waukesha, they just tried jacking up the price by saying it was at another dealer and it would cost more! When I went to sign the papers, they tried to slip by that the invoice for the vehicle was actually higher than the sticker price! (I am not trying to buy the first Ford GT that ever came to town).Needless to say I ddn't buy anything from that franchise at any location!
