My experience with Boswell Elliff Ford was 5 stars all the way around. Tyler helped me place my truck order and was critical in helping me decide on which features to order. He also updated me throughout the entire process as my truck was being built and shipped. When my truck came in, Bill, one of the owners greeted me and we talked a while. Juan did a great job in helping me to decide which financing options to take while still utilizing my rebates. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Boswell Elliff Ford in San Benito!!! They always offer a very fair deal in a warm and friendly atmosphere (no pressure, no feeling like you're in a salesman's meat grinder). Their people are highly knowledgeable and so very helpful with absolutely everything. I've purchased all of my vehicles (6 or 7) from Boswell since the mid 1990s and would never go anywhere else. They really are the very best people to work with when buying a vehicle!!!

Have purchased trucks here, buying is great. The service department needs work. The men here are great with other men, not always as friendly with women. That's been my experience. My hubby has great service but not always me or my mother. Get tired of treated like a dumb wife who don't know her truck or car. But continue to change oil there so when I trade in I get more for my trade in bc they have the records.... just go in with not the highest customer service standards.
