I bought my car at Bob Howard Honda. I've been back for service & never impressed with the service, but the LAST time, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, told the technician I was short on time, waited an hour, then found my own car to leave without service. Ridiculous. Why make appointments or lie about availability to keep you on the hook? I will never go back. I want another Honda, but won't go back to this dealer.

I have gone with my husband to purchase several cars at several dealerships. It was finally time for my new car and I wanted to try a honda. When I got there I was nervous but as soon as I started to talking to my salesman I felt much better. He listened to what i was wanting, the payment I was wanting and let me take my time when test driving the different models. Once I picked the car the finance team was awesome! I couldn't have had a better car buying experience!

Do NOT GO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! ? Bob Howard HondaWe bought a Honda HR-V on 18th July 2016 from this place and after the worst experience ever we returned the car back today 08/02/2016. What we agreed on was no payments down with 72 months finances plus 7 years bumper to bumper warranty. We provided all information and documentation and they checked our credit score; we signed the contract and they said car is ready to pick up tomorrow. The 24 hour time took a week because of so many excuses that they gave and during this time we had companys car and switched from FWD to AWD to compensate delay. Finally we got our car a week after contract but this was the starting of disaster!!! I received a phone call a week later from financial office of this place, the guy on the phone said because bank had us to reduce the price to fulfill the gap of $3000 (which no one let us know), we need to either put down $1000 RIGHT NOW or return the car. I said I am at work right now, I will meet you at your office tomorrow, also I need to talk with my wife, he said call her now and call me back, we can do everything on the phone and should be done now because it is end of the month and we need to close the monthly accounts, I said it is impossible and Ill meet you tomorrow at your office. At his office he said you signed to pay 84 months!!!! We shocked and asked for explanation; I said something should be wrong and asked to talk with the same person that we talked and signed the contract with. He started to yell at us and said he is off today and he is sure everything is correct. We said if this is the contract that we signed, we deceived because we signed something that is different from what we agreed. He got mad and stated we are not have to buy the car!!! On top of that the other employee cannot deceive us because HE IS HIS BEST FRIEND AND HE HIMSELF TRAINED HIM!!!!!!!!!!! So there is no way to something happened wrong. I stated that you are human beings not angels and may do something wrong. After an unpleasant argument, he checked the documentation and saw that the agreement is different from contract, on top of that the sales manager (he was off) and our agent were witness of what we agreed, however he did not apologize!!!!!, instead he said you do not have to by the car and started to threatening to call the police and wanted us to leave the shop. I said if you wont call police, I will; I need somebody to have the car back right now and a written receipt with 4 whiteness signature that Car has no defect and we do not owe you anything. This place is the worse place that I have been ever and the staff are the most unprofessional and rude staff that I have ever met. Do not waste your precious time and money with these unprofessional people.

DAY ONE: We took our Honda in for diagnosis of electrical system on Friday. DAY TWO: Told the radio needed to be replaced. Car ready for pick up. Picked up vehicle. Didn't make it more than a few blocks from dealership and noticed the "check engine" light was on. Immediately returned our vehicle and had to leave it again over the weekend. Was told that the check engine light was on when the car arrived. UNTRUE!!! If so, why wasn't mentioned or addressed during the diagnosis? DAY FOUR: Told problem would be diagnosed. Left several messages for SM "Shawn". DAY FIVE: After hearing nothing and having left MORE messages, finally call in and just happen to reach "Shawn". He demands to know if we're going to pay $265 for repairs that were not discussed!!! Needless to say, we are retrieving our car and will transfer it to another more competent and professional service center..... That is, as soon as they can find our car keys which have been misplaced. This place is horrible!!!!

Driving down to Dallas from KC, my car started jerking in OKC and brought it to Bob Howard to fix the issue 3/17/16. I informed management and service dept about the issue and they suggested to adjust valves and change spark plugs for $660. I gladly paid believing this will fix the problem and get me back home safe. I asked multiple times for the service department to really verify the fix and take it on the road. After getting on the highway for 30 minutes, the car started jerking on us again and eventually stopped accelerating. So basically, Bob Howard changed parts i did not need and did not resolve the issue I brought the car in for. I had to drop it off in Honda of Wichita and they quickly found the real issue with the MAP sensor and resolved it for free. Contacted Bob Howard about the issue and they gave me the run around for over a week and eventually said they wont do a thing. DO NOT SERVICE OR SHOP at BOB HONDA. They are thieves!

I purchased my vehicle from Bob Howard almost 3 years ago. They were even understanding when at the last minute I changed my mind on the color I wanted! Each time I go in for service I have been pleased and if they perceive that I may not understand or might not be "happy" they go our of their way to assure I leave pleased. Now I will say that I prefer some advisors over others and that is due to personalities but I'd think everyone can understand that. Overall I will continue to give my business to Bob Howard ~ they are a bit of a drive for me since they are not the Honda dealership closest to me.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. If you like bait and switch tactics, then go to them. If you like to be cheated and defrauded, go to them.Recently, I was in the car market to buy a car. After much deliberating, I chose a make and model and went into Bob Howard Honda and made an offer. They countered and I countered back and they said sure they would agree on my counter offer. I went in the next day and test drove a car. When I went into their office, they came back with a totally different car on the paperwork, didn't mention that they had done a "switch-a-roo" until I mentioned it and then tried to go up on the price that we agreed on out the door. Wow! Really? Then, the head new manager, Jeff or Kelly Morgan(something like that-his name wasn't worth remembering) came to talk to me to "explain" that these extra fees were needed and he was "losing" money, blah, blah, blah. My response to him was simple. I told him I took time out of my day to come in and purchase a car based on the price that was PROMISED me over the phone and then not only do you try to sell me a cheaper model, but it's also at a higher price! Cheats and scoundrels. Like I said if you like to be cheated, then this dealership is for you!

A little prayer after pulling up at the dealership went a long way. I wasn't sure what I wanted only minor requirements for a used vehicle. Hector pointed me in the right direction and provided a stress free purchasing experience. He didn't overwhelm me with numerous vehicles and found me the perfect vehicle within my price range.

Hector made my dredded car buying experience enjoyable. I always cringe when buying a car, but was a lot more at ease with Hector's approach and assistance. No high-pressure sales. Honestly, everyone there greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. The used car manager even went with me on a test drive when I questioned a noise the car was making. Wow! My customer satisfaction was through the roof!!

We pulled through Bob Howard to just look and we met Hector. He was very nice and understood that we knew what we wanted and didn't try to show us anything other than what we asked to see. After shopping around for a while and dealing with the typical car buying run around this dealership and especially sales professional Hector Mora was a breath of fresh air. We went in, told Hector what we were looking for and how much we were willing to pay and he found us exactly what we were looking for with no pressuring or up selling. I am compelled to write this review to express and share with others the disappointment I experienced with Bob Howard's handling of my inquiry about the whereabouts of the check for my tag, tax, and title that I had financed into my purchase contract with them on June 15, but had not yet received.First, though, let me say that purchasing the car went well. My salesman, Mr. Mike Gannaway, was very kind and helpful. I felt I had made the right choice.But then, things went down hill. I received the papers on my car on around June 25,. I thought it odd that the check was not with the papers. But I allowed a few more days, before inquiring. I called Chase Bank to see if it was to come from them. They informed me that it would be sent out by the dealership. That's when I started inquiring as to the whereabouts of the check. I first called on Tuesday, June 30. I spoke to someone in accounting (Grant?) and asked about my check. He said he didn't know, but he would find out and get back with me. I received a call the same day from my salesman asking me what the problem was. I explained to him. He said accounting handles the checks and that he would give my name and phone number to them and that someone would call me about it. I never heard from accounting. I called the next day and talked to my salesman again. He said he would resubmit my name and phone number to accounting, but once again they never called. This went on the rest of the week. No answers. I checked my mail on July 6 to see if it had been mailed. I also checked the mail on July 7 and July 8. No check. My husband called Bob Howard and asked to speak to a manager and I called to asked to speak to someone in Finance. My husband left a message and I talked with a Travis in Finance. He was aware of my inquiries and said he would email accounting and get back with me. He never called me back but a manager called my husband. Once again we explained our situation and he said he would get back with us. Thursday, July 9, we waited and waited for a phone call and finally around 1:30 I called Bob Howard again. This time I called a direct number to finance. I spoke to Leslie who had to call me back. She did and told me I could pick up my check. No explanation and no apology. My husband and I went to Bob Howard to pick up the check. A salesman greeted me and told me he would let Leslie know I was here. He went into her office and came back out with the check. I wanted to meet her to ask what the problem was, but when I looked at the check it was made out to the Oklahoma Tax Commission as well as myself. This made me very angry. I questioned why and her answer was not clear. Finally a male coworker of hers gave the excuse that that was their policy. Where they assuming I wasn't going to buy my tag for a car I just paid $27,000 for? Was the money not mine? It was insulting for them to make out the check the way they did, and for them not to apologize for the inconvenience I had been put through. This is a classic case of poor service after the sale.

Gary Millican does such a great job! My 14 year old crv drives like new! I try to spend more and they only do what the car needs!! Got it done in record time, informs me with messages during the process, you don't have to deal with phone tag and it was easy breezy and a lot less than a new car!! Some day I'll make a new car visit and only at Bob Howard!!They fixed the airbag recall! Wonderful! I always feel they are taking care of me, not just grabbing money from me.

Love my new Honda. Every time I come in for my cars routine service my car salesman "Russell" always greets me by name and rembers about my family as well. He is very insightful about my vehicle and the other Hondas in the showroom floor. He made the buying experience a great one for us. It changed my opinion on buying a new car instead of a used one.

Bob Howard Honda was excellent!!! My salesman, Elliott, was very knowledgeable of the CR-V that I was looking at. He even was patient when I wanted to drive more that one of them to see the difference in features between the AWD EX-L NAVI and the AWD EX-L TOURING. The entire team made me feel at home! Hands down the very BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP in the Metro area!

Our Sales Person Darla Buhlig was great. We met her and told her we were looking for an 09 Honda Fit. There wasn't any Fits older than '12 on the lot and they were out of our budget. But Darla remembered they just got a Honda Fit as a trade in and checked on it for us. It was the exact year we were looking for. The car hadn't been cleaned or checked over but they let us test drive. My husband warned me before we started looking at cars not to fall in love. I didn't listen. This car was the "one". Low miles, plenty of get up and go, bluish/purple color, with a moon tales sticker on the rear window that I insisted they leave on for me. They cleaned the car for us and we went back later so they could check the car over. I am very pleased with the service and the car.

I have had issue with other service centers and decided that when I bought a new car I would only go to their service center. I love bob Howard Honda they get me in and out, they send detailed findings of their inspection, and they always send reminders and coupons via email and mail.

Russell McKinley was an excellent salesperson. Rock Star status! He was a new car salesman and helped me with my used car purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, no one was in the used car lot and the building was locked. I went to the main building and met Russell. He came over and opened up the building and got the keys to the car that I had found online. I probably would have left and not returned if Russell had not been so friendly and helpful.Thanks Russell. PS. My daughter loved her graduation gift!

I had a wonderful experience at Bob Howard Honda today. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hector Mora. My folks had met him on a previous visit and they really liked him and trusted him. He kept in touch with me to make sure he could help me in any way. I went to look at cars today and ended up buying one on the spot. We have purchased a lot of cars during our marriage & this was by far, the easiest & quickest experience of all! We were helped by Hector & he was very knowledgeable about the cars that we looked at. He was very laid-back & pleasant to deal with. The negotiation process was pretty short compared to ones in the past. The bottleneck we experienced was in Financing. We had to wait awhile to be seen, which just emphasized how quickly the Sales Team had done their job. Then after saying no to the warranty multiple times, another person came in to try & convince us to buy it. The whole experience in Financing just wasn't as smooth as the Sales part. Overall, it took just a few short hours & we were on our way in our new (to us) car. We will definitely look at Bob Howard Honda the next time we need a new car.

After visiting other dealerships and leaving them feeling like we'd been assaulted, we stopped in at Bob Howard Honda Used Cars, ready for battle. To our surprise, we were met by a calm, nonpushy salesman named Greg, who showed us a couple of cars, took us for nice, quiet test-drives, and once we had decided on "the" car, handled our offer with ease. There was no crazy haggling, no sales manager stepping in to take over the deal, it was a quick and painless transaction. We got a great car for a great price, and we appreciate how smooth and hassle free the whole visit was. We dealt with Greg in Used Cars, and Reginald in Finance. They treated us right!

Everybody is very kind here and I even hate to complain. I've recently moved to this area and after multiple experiences like this I've decided to write a review to hopefully motivate some change. Repeatedly my experience has been extremely long waits when I come for service. Today is the 3rd time I've been here for the same repair issue - understandably there are going to be times we have to work through something. When I first came my TPMS was broken and I scheduled the appointment knowing this explaining the situation and the light I was getting on the dashboard. I waited for 2 hours to find out they needed to order the part. I came back a 2nd time and again 1.5 hours to get done. Upon this repair there was something loose in my tire rattling when it rolls so I'm back to see what that could be. I scheduled my 3rd appointment to just have the tire removed and checked = upon arrival they tell me it will be 1.5 hours just to get to me. I was astonished and explained that this was my 3rd time to be here and the service agent was very kind but explained that there are 30 cars in front of me. I arrived at 9am! Whose scheduling this many appointments? Even if there are others in line it seems someone could get the tire off and take a quick look to see if something had come loose from the previous repair or if this is something more extensive. My experience at this Honda location has been so disappointing that I'm going to begin driving back where I moved from just to go to another dealership. Hope some changes can be made. TD Dang and his Sales Manager David worked an awesome deal on the purchase of our 2015 Honda Odyssey. From the moment that TD introduced himself he was courteous, kind and very respectful of our time and space. At no point did we ever feel pressured into making a deal. We actually stopped in to look at the Odyssey and told TD we wanted to shop around. TD was confident enough in his product and service that he recommended we look around in order to make an informed decision. TD's manager David engaged in the deal on the first visit as well which showed their commitment. Upon our return, after checking out the competition, TD was prepared to complete the deal. We engaged in a healthy negotiation and in a short time agreed on a very fair price. Immediately following the price handshake the Bob Howard support team moved into action and quickly got us on our way with a great new family ride. TD and David both have our highest recommendation!

I've bought a lot of cars from many different dealers. Using Bob Howard honda online, I was able to find what I wanted and even got a price via email... It was almost too good to be true! The price was MUCH less than the "average price paid" that I had found online. When I arrived at the dealership, they had my online vehicle pulled up to the front and waiting for me. I changed my mind on the color. The Digital Sales Professional was more then happy to help me get exactly what I wanted. I felt all the employees I delt with were very professional and friendly. I felt respected! Bob Howard Honda is not like your traditional dealership full of vultures... You don't feel preyed upon by vultures sworming. Even though I had a great price via email, I still dickered with them a bit and saved even more! Paperwork went fast. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

TD Dang got me a good deal on an used Mitsubishi Eclipse. Since it's a hatchback sport car, the managers even made sure the trunk struts are fixed for my safety, and also refilled Freon for my A/C. I went to the dealership to search for a used car for my sister that i had seen on cars.com. that vehicle had been sold so Hector Mora showed me a Honda Odyssey, we went for a test drive and the car drove great. but the a/c was not cooling. when we got back to the dealership they charged it with Freon which was above and beyond because it was a used vehicle. but when the compressor went out while on the lot Hector's boss went out of his way to PLEASE the CUSTOMER putting a new compressor on it. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing another vehicle the same day a 2006 Buick Lucerne from Bob Howard. Wanted to trade in my Nissan that had a lot of miles on it for a more reliable vehicle with better gas mileage. Thanks to my salesman Tommy Coker, I fell in love with the Honda Fit and the CRV (two vehicles whose earlier models hadn't impressed me that much). He was super patient as I went back and forth between the two options and helped me settle on the Fit. He made sure that I loved this car, encouraging a thorough test drive to get a feel for the car and showing me all of the small but awesome bells and whistles on this thing (love the drivers side cup holder, back up camera and blind side camera, fantastic Econ button that gets me amazing gas mileage, and heated seats!!!). I felt like I was his first priority that day no matter how long it took me to decide. He got me a decent deal on this pretty popular car and worked with Frank to help me get a lower financing rate. Frank in finance was patient as well, helping me understand the pros and cons of leasing and buying, and of trade-in versus trying to sell my car on my own.Really happy with my experience and with my car!

I put off shopping for a new car as I knew it would be a hassle, dealing with car salesmen who would only tell me what I wanted to hear. I pressed on, though, and put up with that "hassle" and some significant misinformation. I truly felt that another Honda dealership had lied to me to try to make a sale. I was amazed. My salesman was Robert W. I know when he picked up the phone when I called that he was a little worried because I was angry. The Honda dealership I went to for 8 years and spent thousands on top of my car price for maintenance, tires, etc. flat out lied to me. But Robert W. laughed it off and assured me we could work something out. And we did. Mostly over the phone - which was very convenient for me as I lived quite a ways from Bob Howard Honda. Once I was able to make it in, I drove off the lot in 30 minutes! Robert W. was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I hope to have them be MY Honda dealership and MY car guy for the next 8 years and beyond!

I went to one Honda dealership first - the one I've been going to for 8 years. The one I've bought endless oil changes, filters, tires, and other maintenance things from. They flat out lied to me. Needless to say, I was angry, and I turned to Bob Howard Honda. I am sure I sounded pretty PO'd at first, but oddly enough, salesman Robert W. was genuine! A car salesman! Go figure! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made my experience pleasant and fast I was able to do most everything over the phone, so when I was able to make it to the dealership, I had my car in 30 minutes! I hope to work with them again in future!

I bought a new car on October 11, 2014. Wrote a very good review about the dealership and the buying process it was good until I came across or a problem. I signed for an extended warranty "CareFree Car Protection (Fidelity) for $1,670 at time of purchasing. P. at the dealership financial service made it very convincing to sign and it can be cancelled. After speaking with friends, I decided that I did not need the warranty, returned to the dealership, and completed a cancellation form on the same day October 11. P. assured me that he would process the cancellation and it would take 4-6 weeks to process and refund monies to my loan account. When I bought my previous Honda at another dealership, I cancelled an optional insurance, but the monies were never posted back to my loan account. I found it 5 years later after the loan was paid off already. At this time, I wanted to double-check to ensure the monies are refunded. Since the first loan statement did not reflect a refund, I called P. on November 10, 2014. He reassured that the cancellation was processed and monies should be posted soon. I called the Honda Financial Services phone on my loan statement. They confirmed that they had not received a refund yet and suggested contacting Fidelity directly. I called Fidelity on November 10, 2014. I was told that Fidelity had not received any cancellation form for my contract and no cancellation notice was completed by the dealership. I asked when and how I should expect receiving the refund. I was told that it takes 4-6 weeks to process a cancellation and a refund would be issued by the dealership; I should check with the dealership if the refund would be sent to me or to my loan account directly. I faxed a copy of my cancellation form (signed on October 10 at the dealership) to Fidelity and called to P.. P. again said that the cancellation was processed and Fidelity should have it; but agreed to follow up with Fidelity. Later, he left me a message that he spoke with his accounting department. Something did not come clear when they scanned and the cancellation was rejected I resubmit it again today. I called P. asking for more explanation and what to expect- when and how I receive the refund. He answered that the cancellation processing time is -4-6 weeks from the new submission day November 10. He does not know how and when the amount would be refunded. The dealership does not do refund; Fidelity does it and I should check with Fidelity. I told P. that I called to Fidelity already and information was different; the cancellation process already took too much time and was unclear still. What if I would not follow up with Honda Financial and Fidelity directly and would not find out today that the cancellation was not processed? P. could not answer. His explanations sounded weak; no apology; no reassurance that it would be done appropriately this time. I asked P. to send me in writing an explanation about the issue with cancellation and what would happen next. P. agreed to send and told me having an attitude would not help. A customers dissatisfaction is not an attitude it is disappointment because of unreliable service, time consuming calls, and uncertainty of the refund process. I heard no apology for the issue. May be this is a typical cancellation process at a Honda dealership?

I beat them up bad the gave me way more than my car was worth. I wasn't wanting to buy a car ours was only a year old my wife was in service and looking at the crvs i was late picking her up for lunch. I saw her looking at the crvs with Russel McKinley. Dong!My wife and I visited BH Edmond earlier this week 'window shopping' for a new Honda Accord. "T.D." was quick to offer his assistance and expertise. Listen..when I say QUICK, I..MEAN..QUICK! "T.D." literally RUNS from point-to-point while servicing his customers! AWESOME to watch and an unbelievable customer service TALENT to experience from a new car salesman! We saw one top-of-the-line 2015 Honda Accord (w/55 total miles) that caught our eye. "T.D." gave us his full attention, explained all the features of the car and answered all of our questions...including 'asking price' grey area. (smile) After deciding against purchasing THAT night, we told "T.D." we'd think about it...and call him the next day. That next day, T.D. called us as we were driving home from work, stating he had just received a brand new Accord on a truck shipment that he thought we'd be interested in. WowWWww!! Long-story-short, the car was a PERFECT FIT (features vs price). About 2 hours later, we'd closed the deal with the Finance Rep, "Jeffrey" (himself aNOTHER awesome BH Honda team member!!). Today, "T.D." gave us a follow-up customer care call to see if we had any questions or issues with our brand new 2015 Honda Accord...or with the SERVICE he (and "Jeffrey") provided for us. This TOTAL sales experience was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. The finance portion was seamless! "Jeffrey" was thorough, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable! Took time to answer any questions we had..and even offered suggestions to save money on my (possible) trade-in!Thanks, again, to "T.D." in New Car Sales and "Jeffrey" in Finance for making our new car dream come true!

Russell McKinley is the sales rep that handled our sale. I first met Russell after having our car having some maintenance work done. Two weeks later when my wife and I walked into the dealership he greeted me by name. I did not expect him to remmeber me, let alone recall me by name. Very impressive. He is low key and listened to our wants and desires for a range of cars from used to new. he never "push old" any vehicle and allowed us to make our decision without interfering. He was able to answer our questions without a hint of "selling" a particular product. He is a credit to his organization and profession. I would recommend both Russell and the Bob Howard dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I took my civic in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Lucas was extremely friendly and set time expectations early on. The waiting area was nice and the wifi was a convenient bonus. Russell was very patient with us. We arrived with a list of vehicle requests which he quickly narrowed to three vehicles. He let us drive the different vehicles to see what would meet our needs best. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions. When we settled on a black Odyssey, he went out of his way to find one for us that day since we live out of the city area. We have been very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. The service department is friendly and honest. They have never hesitated in allowing us a vehicle to borrow for the day. I take my Honda Pilot in for oil changes a couple of times a year. They are always friendly and able to complete it fairly quickly. I like to take it here because they check my alignment and brakes every time I bring in my car and this keeps my family safe. They also give me a printed sheet that let's me know what scheduled maintenance I need to complete. Go see Toby in service he will always run out and help you.

My wife and I used the Internet to search for our next vehicle. We live in a small market and dealers don't provide competitive pricing when compared to larger markets like OKC. We found a great vehicle with an amazing price. I then did a nationwide search and found that Howard Honda had priced this vehicle to "move" fast. I called the dealer because I didint want to lose the vehicle. After talking with Louie Bogan for about 15 min we had a deal. My wife and I drove 400miles the next morning to pick the car up. The car was exactly as advertised on the Internet. I was suprised with the detail job that was competed on the car. Not only was the interior clean and smelled fresh, the engine compartment was car show clean. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend Howard Honda to friends and family.

We purchased a new Honda Odyssey and are very pleased with the experience from the time we walked onto the lot until we drove off in the new vehicle. Our salesperson, Ben Rokoty , was very knowledgeable of the autos, pricing, and features. He listened to our needs and was very patient in showing us various options. Once we made our selection, they did not have it on the lot and found one for us that was out of state. They had the car brought in, detailed, filled with gas, and ready for us when we arrived. There was no high pressure sales involved, they listened to our budget needs and worked with us to accomplish our goals.

Salesperson Russell was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful--even assisted me in connecting my iPhone via Bluetooth and entering some speed dial numbers! Finance person Jeff was both professional and personable. The entire process from test drive to obtaining my new Pilot took 2 hours and they were upfront about everything, including pricing (and I had done my research). Cannot recommend this dealership (and other Bob Howard lots) strongly enough!

Even better, I've stayed happy because of the friendly and complete care I get at Bob Howard Honda's service center. They are always on time and on budget, and they forecast future care wisely. Everyone is so personable, I feel right at home. With all that I must take care of in my life, it's wonderful to know someone's taking care of me for a change. they let me take my time and look at cars before approaching me. once i was approached i knew exactly what kind i wanted to drive and buy. the manager James was very courteous and talked with me several times while i was there. suzanne took me for a drive and she was a hoot. she knows how to make a customer feel good about what they are wanting. they took the time to let me even look at other dealerships in the area before making a deal. i was able to choose the style and ALL the equipment i wanted on my car without any hassle. once i chose what i wanted i was able to take it home and show my family. it was one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. i highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a new mini-van and Honda was on my short list. Since I was unsure of which brand to buy they let me take one home for a couple of days. When I returned there was no pressure from the salesman or others to buy right away. The salesman was very patient and told me that I'm spending a lot of money and he wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted. It took me a few days to finally make the purchase. They gave me what I considered to be a fair price for my trade-in, negotiated a nice price on the new car, and the business office respected my decision to forego all the add-ons such as warranty, protection, etc., without any added pressure. All in all it was a pleasant car buying experience. I've had terrible ones in the past so I appreciate the staff at Bob Howard for making this car purchase enjoyable.

Had couple of issues, once I tell the service consultant what the issue is, they would get on it, analyze the problem, come back with the solution and cost. I would give him the go ahead. When I was looking for a car I was looking for a care with good gas mileage. Looked on Line and found out that the Honda HF was the car that I wanted. Stopped by Bob Howard Honda to get a price quote to go and see if I could get a loan Kyle Adcock got one for me in a very good and timely manner. The only problem with the car that I wanted was that they did not have one on the lot Kyle Adcock found one for me. I am very happy with my purchase. Kyle Adcock even went over the array of functions of my car when I went to pick it up. This was my best experience in buying a car.

Re-writing my review because I don't know if it was ever posted here after I submitted it. Bought an '06 Chevy Equinox from Bob Howard Honda OKC in March 2014. Got the car home, within a week it would not start. Tried replacing the battery, which the dealership was nice enough to pay for. But they would not help me after I figure out a few days later that the battery was not the real problem because my car continued to die. I've had to jump start my car probably 6 times in the first 2 months I had it. It's spent over 3 weeks in the shop. Cried on the phone to a rep at BH because I am a poor law student and did not foresee being stranded all the time/having to pay for repairs- I was told basically told I took the risk buying the car as is. Finally, a Chevy dealership in Norman was able to figure out what was wrong and it was the Onstar malfunctioning and draining my battery. I had them unplug the Onstar since I cannot afford to replace the Onstar module - but that seems to have fixed the problem. All in all, i feel very disappointed and taken advantage of. Not only would my car not start several times, but I also had to incur diagnostic and service fees, along with now not having Onstar as a safety feature.

I understand that when dealers put their cars online, they price them lower, so you will want to come and take a look at the car....but when a "new lower price" is quote on the site and then they try to tell you the best deal they can do, is $2k more than what is shown on the site........It becomes a scam. This isn't my first bad dealings with Bob Howard, but it will be my last. Needless to say i didn't purchase the car, but today on the site they have removed the original "lower price", but put a price of $500 lower than my offer before i left. I guess they don't have to sell cars too badly, but lucky for me...I don't need their car either. I will shop elsewhere and would recommend others to do the same!

I previously swore I would never buy a car from bob Howard honda. Several years ago I had an extremely unpleasant experience, so I was leery of looking at a car there. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and found it in the car there. The salesman was very easy to talk to, and accommodated exactly what I needed. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and eager to help. Every time I needed to text my salesman after the fact, he immediately responded and was very helpful. I definitely have a better view of the dealership.

I recently had my 2004 Honda Accord serviced at Bob Howard Honda, Edmond OK. The car was purchased brand new at a Honda dealership on NW Expressway in OKC. I'd routinely returned to THAT dealership for routine/scheduled maintenance of my Honda..before trying Bob Howard Honda in Edmond. For me, the change to Bob Howard meant I didn't have to travel so far from my home in Edmond to get my auto serviced.I was recently having trouble with my Honda's charging system and was able to make a next-day service appointment with Bob Howard Honda. "Matt" Davis was most helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone and giving me clear-cut instructions for an after-hours drop-off of my auto at their dealership. After the repairs were done & explained to me, the Manager (Eric) informed me that they'd found a couple problems that I'd probably want to get repaired before too long. He was right! I'd been noticing droplets of fluid in my garage after parking the car, but thought it was from repairs I'd had on my transmission a few months ago. Luckily for me, the mechanic (Jeremy) noticed my valve case was cracked, causing the oil leak..and that the valves were in need of adjustment. I brought the car back to Bob Howard Honda 2 days later for those repairs to be done. Everything went smoothly! I've had no problems with the service repairs since. Each member of the Bob Howard Honda team that helped me during those two repairs was awesome! From the Service Advisor, to the mechanic, to the receptionist(s), to the Service Manager. Even the Parts technician greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance (while I was waiting to pick up my Honda).I don't have a problem at all recommending Bob Howard Honda's Service Department to others, based on my experiences. They've managed to keep this new customer's 10-year-old Honda in great shape recently..and that's what it's all about for me! The Service Advisors, in particular, have awesome customer service skills! I appreciate when a dealership mechanic finds any additional concerns under the hood of my auto. Helps keep me and my family road-safe!

Sales associate and finance man were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed dealing with Prince as he was not "pushy" or overbearing and was knowledgeable about the automobile. He went out of his way to let my wife drive the exact car she wanted.My reason for rating two questions with a score of 4 is when we first came into the dealership earlier in the afternoon, NO ONE came to ask if they could help us. We walked all around the showroom and not a single salesperson asked if we needed assistance which was really odd for a car dealer. We actually had to go find someone and ask for assistance; then that person had to go find a sales person. When we came back to the dealership that evening to pick up her new Honda Accord and sign the paperwork, no one offered to show us the service and parts departments or explain to us the service processes. No one asked if there was anything we wanted in the way of accessories for my wife's new car.

Our 2004 Honda Pilot that we had purchased new from Bob Howard had been totaled in an accident and we reluctantly had to shop for a vehicle to replace it. We had gone to Bob Howard on line to look at prices and we were contacted by Jeremy and Deborah. I had met Jeremy several years ago at the dealership and he was just as friendly and helpful as he had been in the past. When we arrived at the dealership Jeremy greeted us and introduced us to Vladimir DelBosque who is one of their new salespersons. We had been to several dealerships prior to going to Bob Howard and although Vladimir was new, he was by far the most pleasant and well informed salespersons that we had dealt with.We ended up purchasing a 2013 Pilot and we could not be more pleased by the service that we experienced. Our new car was ready when they said it would be and Vladimir took the time to make sure that I understood how to work the navigation and Bluetooth and even loaded my phone contacts to the car. Buying a vehicle can be a tedious process and we have experienced our share of less than professional salespersons and service. Although there is a Honda dealership less than 5 miles from our house we decided to buy from Bob Howard because of the professionalism of Jeremy, Deborah, and Vladimir.

I walked in to BH Honda in immediate need of a vehicle. My car had been totaled and my rental was runnung out soon. Steve worked tirelessly with me answering all of my questions and making me feel very comfortable. I was treated with great respect and the process was very low pressure and actually enjoyable. I walked away with an awesome Accord EXL. Steve was extremely knowledgable and patient. One of the best car buying experiences that I have had.

Bought a car, next day I had it in the shop. I called Bob Howard and they didn't get back to me until 2 days later. They then said they would only look at it, which I could have done basically anywhere. They said they would not fix it or do anything about it. Worst dealership I have ever had contact with. Will never buy another car there and will encourage others not to buy their cars there as well. Will go to great lengths to make sure they do not get good business. Terribly disappointed.

We've recently bought our 4th vehicle from Bob Howard Honda - we're the proud owners of a Civic CNG and a Ridgeline. Always great with service, prices, and most importantly have always been very, very flexible with our schedules when it came to taking care of paperwork. We've never felt any pressure to do anything at any time. Our salesman was Ben and he has been exceptional every time. Also, when our boys we're ready for school cars, we brought them to Bob Howard and hey helped my boys find good vehicles within their budget. I recommend these guys any day!

Chase is a true professional...Bob Howard is lucky to have someone with his talent. I was very impressed with how he handled the entire process. Great customer service. We asked about pricing online and had a quick response. Russell our salesperson knew all about the Honda Accord. He helped us get a fair trade in and a good price on our new car. The General Manager Dennis also personally helped us get the final details worked out to our satisfaction. He even called the next day to make sure we were happy with our new Honda and wanted to make sure we did not have any further questions.

As a first time buyer making payments, I understood what I was up against. However, the finance manager made sure to treat me as if I was a complete idiot and refused to work with me at all, not real negotiation at all. Just steered me to the car he thought I should have, while offering me the highest possible monthly payments. Tried to sell me a car for 2 years older than the one I wanted for the same price, and the one I wanted had hail damage. It was unfortunate. Had he tried to work with me and not tell me what to do with my money and time, he would've made a sell. It would have been nice if he treated me like a buyer and not some desperate dumb college student. My current car still drives just fine and needs some basic repairs. I'm not at all desperate and I will take my time looking for anything anywhere but this dealership. Thanks to my full-time job with benefits, I'm able to walk and I no longer have to "crawl" as he suggested I do.

I purchased the 3 year extended warranty only because the finance guy used it against me. After refusing it, I was told that my interest rate would be lower if I purchased it. He also told me I had 60 days to cancel for full refund. I took the contract into the dealership about 45 days later and asked to cancel, only to find out that it was 30 days and lost out on $250 the first month. I received no help on how to cancel the extended warranty contract. The only "help" I received is I was told I could cancel the contract from home, I just had to mail a signed part of it in. So after driving 40 miles back to my house, I call the Motorist Assistant Plan (the name of my extended warranty contract) only to find out that THE DEALERSHIP has to be the one to cancel the contract!! I feel ripped off, cheated, and lied to. To top it all off, the Honda Element they sold us alignment was all out of whack. When I called and asked if they could fix it, I got the cold shoulder and never received a phone call back. I'm dissapointed with Bob Howard Honda.

I had a very pleasant experience at bob howard honda. The salesman was not pushy and seemed honest. They had a play area for kids which was nice while waiting on paperwork.. that was the 1 bad part. I was paying cash, but had to wait 2 hrs to get the paperwork done and finally drive away. Other than that, GREAT!
