My husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle online and in lots for MONTHS and we stopped in at Lima Auto Mall to look, then went back a couple of months later and they had just gotten in the vehicle that we had been looking for! They did amazing with helping us without pressuring us and working with us!

I went onto Northgate Ford on the Internet, found a handful of Ford Focuses that I like and wanted. My dealer Paul Knighten was awesome. He never pressured me he took me to look at the two cars that I looked at. We took them out and test drive them. I locked into the car I wanted. He got me down to the payments I could afford. He was friendly and he made the experience for my first time very pleasant!!

My car was perfect, I would say flawless, it is a 2012 BMW Active Hybrid (very rare) only 19K miles on it. I let BMW convince me into bringing my car in for a Recall , (they called it a Customer Care pkg)That was my biggest mistake EVER! Well it went downhill from there. Car was driven recklessly , technician damaged my car. I was told he hit a Pot Hole and blamed it on the construction. I was also informed by Gil the Service Advisor the Guy was reprimanded for damaging my car. Lets list some of the unacceptable behavior that went on with my car, When my car would be returned to me, I got cheerios in my back seat floor board, Black greasy hand prints on my interior , someones personal CD left in my CD Holder, Scratches all over my wheels, Several gashes on my drivers door, car vibratesnow. Bent rims, car pulls to the right, it went from 19k miles to 24 k miles all for taking in a car for a recall. Damage on my front windshield, Horrible window tint job, Damaged electronic screens, Damage underneath my car , from what Gil said it was the Tow Truck driver, Parts underneath my hood are busted, A few of the items they did repair with an apology but for the most part, all I continue to get is the polite run around. Please go to a Dealership who appreciates and knows how to service a BMW. Do your self a favor and don't go here. Oh and let me tell you about the loaner they gave me. The side had been sideswiped, the interior smelled of a wet dog and lots of dog hair in the car. The perfect car for someone who is allergic to dogs. WOW!

I've been a customer of BMW of NWA for just over a year, now, and it's been a really mixed bag. It's hard to separate out the various aspects of a business as they are all somewhat independent of each other. As such, I'll try to break it down to three areas: sales, service, and the car itself.Sales: The sales staff is friendly, helpful, and they have treated me with respect. I still speak regularly with my salesman and think he's genuine. Don't expect to get any kind of a good deal, though. You'd do much better elsewhere. This drug them down in my mind.On the other hand, I would rate the rest of the sales experience as above average. I've done a lot of buying and selling of cars with a wide range of brands/models, including Cadillac, Infiniti, Mercedes, GMC, Chevrolet, Land Rover, etc., and post-sale experience was better than those. Combining the above average post-sale care and the below-average willingness to negotiate on price/trade-in value, and they come out around average. Rating: 3 out of 5Service: Unfortunately, I've worked extensively with the service department and know several of them by name, and they me. Though the service managers have always been hard working and courteous, trying to make things right as best they can, you get a definite sense that they have no real authority to do anything. They are simply there to handle basic service and to serve as a buffer between the customer and management. To their credit, they do try to "make it right," but they have almost no ability to do so. One of those A for effort, D for results affairs. The few times I've dealt with their boss, I was left feeling like I was a nuisance. He has an amazing gift to make you feel like you've done something wrong just by being in his service department. If his goal is to make you uncomfortable asking how they plan to correct the situation, he is succeeding. I almost feel like I need to apologize for bothering him. If you're looking for friendly, genuinely concerned management, look elsewhere.Add to this the fact that the mechanics don't seem to be particularly competent, often forgetting basic service items like topping off windshield washer fluid, and the fact that they frequently have to repair their own repairs to finally make it right, and I've begun to doubt them quite a bit. Every time I bring my car in, I dread finding out what else is wrong and how many more weeks I'm going to be without my car. No matter what is going wrong with the car, even it is fine, they always find some way to make it worse. It's typically not their direct fault, just a comedy of errors.Rating: 1 out of 5The Car: I knew I was taking a major risk purchasing a BMW. They are notoriously unreliable as a brand. Yet I went ahead and tried them, hoping that I would be an exception to the rule. I was wrong. At this point, I've owned my particular model 14 months. In that time, I have spent about 2.5+ months driving a loaner BMW from the dealer. Multiple trips to the shop for repair have led me to believe I don't so much own my BMW as much as I simply share custody of it with the dealership, being permitted visitation rights for short periods of time. I'm considering asking them to help with the payments. On the plus side, I've probably driven more than half the models BMW offers by now in the form of loaners. It's a constant source of humor at work what model I'll be driving any given day.I do like the vehicle, though, as it does what I needed it to do. It's quiet, rides nicely, handles superbly, and has plenty of power and room. It even gets decent gas mileage for what it is. That's what saved this part from being a lower score.Rating: 2 out of 5Overall: I like my car. When it works, it works well. At this point, though, I hate driving it. Every time I get in it, I wonder what will go wrong. Every time I take it in for a simple service, I wonder what BMW of NWA will mess up next. I was hoping to keep the car for a long time, but now I'm looking for a way to escape this trap. It's not me, BMW, it's you. You're high maintenance, high cost, and constantly in someone else's garage. The thrill is gone, baby. You know you've done me wrong.

Service manager Richie H has assembled an exceptional team of service professionals from knowledgeable service writers to experienced technicians. I trust these guys with more than my BMWs, and bring the family's Audi, Toyota and Italian sports cars to BMW of NWA for service, tires and accessories. When I recently purchased an M4 the service team was as enthusiastic about helping spec out the car as the sales team. These guys make owning and maintaining fine motorcars fun.

I've had my 2008 335i serviced there a few times and the staff has been exceedingly courteous and polite. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and they have gone out of their way to make sure my experience was comfortable and quick. I did not purchase my vehicle there so I was expecting to feel a bit looked down on, but it didn't seem to make a difference to them.

Our experience with NWA/BMW was outstanding. We purchased a new M4.Each person involved was exceptional and attentive to every question. The Sales Person, Asst. GM, GM, and Finance person were each friendly, helpful, but most importantly knowledgable. We have bought many new cars over the years from many different dealerships across the USA. This was the best experience we have had. Since each person we dealt with had the same customer appreciation I believe this is reflective of the overall operating philosophy at this location. My thanks to all involved. I thought it was important to submit this review so others can benefit from our experience.

Terrible Experience- Everyone BEWARE of this Dealer. I have done business with this dealer since 2001- all BMW were purchased new through them. I have recommended them to friends and family, who also have purchased from them. I agree with Sarah G. in the review above- don't be fooled by their fancy snacks and ratings!!!! They are not locally owned, and do not care about their customers. This dealer kept my BMW for over a month- basic repair and during this time had killed my battery(due to neglect). They charged me $600.00 for the battery that they had ruined. They will lie, cheat, and make excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their prices are inflated and they price gouge their customers. Sarah is correct about the time allowed for basic repair(they kept my BMW X5 for over a month). I talked to Jim Teeter(General Manager), Dahlia(Service Adviser), and Richie(Service Manager)- they are dishonest and will lie to cover their mistakes. This dealer has lost my business- of course they know this. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!

After all the vehicles I have purchased/serviced thru the years, I find it refreshing that I can return to this dealership and deal with the same saleman and/or service support professional, It's been about 7 years! Other dealerships tend to have a high turnover rate, but Northwest seem to keep its core staff intact which raises my trust and comfort level.

We purchased a pre-owned BMW from this dealership and WOW! we were Very Impressed!. It was so refreshing to be cared about so much after the sale of the vehicle. Most dealerships are focused on the sale of the vehicle, BMW of Northwest Arkansas cares about the customer before, during, and most of all after the sale. Great people!Great customer service and a great business relationship all the way around, I will purchase all my vehicles from BMW of Northwest Arkansas even if those I choose are not BMW products, because they are part of the Superior Auto Group I can find any kind of car and buy it through them and I will in the future and recommend them to any and all i know looking to buy a vehicle. All I can say is wow. I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I purchased a used 740iL and after 60,000 miles the transmission went out. Unlike most dealerships that would have told you, tough luck, they offered me full trade in value as if nothing was wrong. I was amazed. Jim Teeter and Kindi Stone were just amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things. In today's world, most lots are just about pushing the sales and don't worry about the service. From the 24 hour test drives, to even picking clients up at the airport when they come in, this dealership truly offers superior service, before and after the sale. Thanks and you will see me again!

Horrible customer service! They lost the key to my bike rack when I had my car in to get new tires. They were given the bike rack key, along with the burlap bag that the key comes in and all the manufacturer instructions (which also turned up missing), so that they could loosen it up for me so that I could take it off. My calls weren't returned and they acted totally unapologetic about losing it. I can't open my trunk with my bike rack in place--a huge inconvenience! This place will not get my business anymore. I will go to Springfield--where I don't have to worry about anything turning up missing.

As a long time BMW owner new to this area, I have been disappointed enough in this dealership to trade our 750Li for another make and give my 06 330Ci to my daughter in Houston. The service department is fine if the service rep and parts department can get what you need for your appointment. I got tired of multiple trips to get anything done. I'm looking for an E46 M3 but will take it to a private shop for service.

Over the last couple of years, I've bought two vehicles from these guys, a 2009 535ix and most recently a 750i, plus I leased an X3 from them in the past. Sales though service has done nothing but treat me like gold at every turn. I'm an old guy and have purchased most every type of vehicle from Ford, Pontiac, Chevy, Mercedes and even another new BMW from a larger dealer, but BMW of Northwest Arkansas has been the most painless and actually a pleasant no bull buying experience. I also consider their service department second to none.

The staff at the dealership were wonderful. They were informative and helpful and never pressured me to make a purchase. I went in to price a new car I had been to other luxury car dealers in the nwa and Tulsa area. Aaron Anderson was by far the best salesman at any of the dealers I had visited. He was enthusiastic and knew everything there was to know about the suv I wanted to purchase. He also answered every question I asked and was very personable. He was fun and made the experience a very good one. Needless to say I bought the suv because I absolutely fell in love with it and I owe most of that to the great customer service of the BMW of nwa.

The BMW of Northwest Arkansas service folks are very helpful, gave me their full attention, and offered sound advice. I give them good rating all around. The ratings above are based upon dealings with sales staff.

I found the BMW salesmen are detached from customer service, period. I drove by the dealership to check on a car on their lot. The salesman came to my car, invited me in, but immediately started "dogging" my car. He left me to sit a full 15 minutes while he looked for the price of the car I was interested in. He came back and handed me a piece of paper with the amount of a trade for my car! I was not only surprised, but insulted. I had not told him I was interested in trading. I later found out the amount he offered was much less than NADA, Edmunds, etc. lists as trade-in value.

After a few days, I decided I had a bad salesman, and shouldn't hold that against the whole group. I called (about the same car) and the salesmen were watching a ballgame. The salesman I was trying to speak to called out to another salesman, "You lose, (whatever the man's name was), HAHAHAHA, you lose." By this time, I knew what I was dealing with and thanked the man for his time. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The salesmen need to work back in the service dept. for a while to pick up some pointers on common courtesy.
