They were ready for me at my appointment time. Took a little longer than expected. Had engine emission light come on on the way home but reset when I stopped the truck and restarted it. All in all excellent service, friendly people and a very good experience!

I continue to be dissatisfied with Blossom's service team. This is the last draw with them. I'm tired of being ripped off. Today, December 30, 2020, I took my truck in for service for two issues. A vibration from the front passenger wheel and the passenger mirror not folding correctly only half way. I was advised I would be charged $260.00 just to diagnose both issues. One of which they already knew what the issue was and still charged me $130.00 to "diagnose the problem. I doubt very seriously any real "diagnosis" was even done. I received a call that the folding mirror issue would be $895.00. Are you kidding me? Every time I go to Blossom I feel as though I'm dodging land minds all around me. You never know when their service team is going to drop a bombshell on you. Kevin and Spencer in the service department are disrespectful and condescending. Kevin nor Spencer understand the meaning of customer service. So today, I'm out $695.00 and oh did I mention Kevin "recommended" almost $2300.00 in other services? I told him to focus on what I asked for and not push service that is not really needed. I wish I could find a reliable, honest mechanic in Indianapolis with whom I could trust. This is end for Blossom with me. Further as soon as schedule my service appointment (yesterday) their sales team is like a hawk ready offer you a new vehicle and how they can help. Why would I even consider purchasing a vehicle from Blossom when I cannot trust its service team? I'm so fed up with this dealership. Mike Chase needs to take a hard look at his team as it is a reflection upon him.

After the check engine light came on in my husband's car, we scheduled to have it looked at. 6 days later, and the car hasn't been touched. It's incredibly inconvenient not to have our car for an extended length of time, especially when we've been talking with the department on multiple occasions to try to nail down when they will actually have time to look at the car so that we can plan accordingly. If they have a high volume of cars to work on, I get it. But what is stopping them from being able to manage their scheduling and give accurate estimates on when work can be done?

I really wish I had checked the reviews before taking my car to Blossom. They really are good about drawing you in, with confident conversation about your cars problem. The female service rep. was definitely not trying to help me as a customer, as I found out the expensive way. . I brought my 08 Impala, to Blossom, just to get an (expert- dealership opinion) on what the problem was with my car. The stability link service and traction control service lights would come then go off when you accelerate quickly. The car stalled once and it started back up 5 minutes later, and ran as usual. Now my disappointment in this Blossom dealership Begins. A dealership diagnosis, ended at $1800.00 on a $4000 car and now my car does not run and is no use to me at all, until I can afford a new engine. The certified mechanics just could not stop, and Communicate, that the car is not worth repair. Well they need my, $1800 and my car now needing a new engine to tell (The Customer), your car won't work after we examined it. Please read the reviews!Blossom has no consideration for you are your, Chevy Car.

I purchased a $62,000 dollar 2500HD Duramax diesel truck. The service department broke my wheel lock key for my lug nuts when rotating my tires. I am now driving my truck without away to change my tire if needed. I was told if I have a flat tire, to just have the truck towed back to Blossom. You think they would have given me something to drive until the repairs were made. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everyone is nice and to the point.Mechanic side I've listed everything wrong with vehicle told wasn't able to make the truck do what I said it was doing. Half of what I wanted done was done. The rest must have not seemed to be quite important to them. This will be the third time in shop 2 times for oil change, battery, hood and frame. 3 times now 10/18 for battery,frame and told them the truck felt like it was pulling. Now without a vehicle 2 times now. If problem is not fix this time around me and my co signer will be dropping the truck off for good.

By far the single most horrible expierence I have ever had at a Chevrolet dealership. I've been to several across the US as I travel for work. The service writers, terrible, especially the young rude little girl at her desk coloring while ignoring customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Never have I seen such poor quality workmanship from professionals.

I have had my car for a little over a year and it only has 51,000 miles on it. I paid $500 less than 2 months ago for 2 transmission lines, then just last week I paid $200 for a fuel pump in which GM paid the rest. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a new issue that wasn't present prior to my vehicle being taken to Blossom. I asked if it could be looked at and the manager refused without an additional diagnostic fee. The service was absolutely horrible and the prices are outrageous!

First off I explained that I was fresh our of bankruptcy and spoke to a guy name Phill, well he said I well guaranteed approved through the Fresh Start Indy program. So I did the application so he said I needed to speak to a person by the name of Dora Lee, so I come in a sales rep helped me by the name of Kenyetta so longer sorry short she said I didn't get approved because my lawyer had a 21% and 265.00 fixed rate locked on me. Do I we need a Co signer, so I called the law office and they said on in a Chapter 13 not in a chapter 7 called the car lot for them to say that they meant to say the bank said that. The whole point why get someone geeked if you now there's nothing you can do just ne honest from the beginning and people like me want waste your time

I made appointment for Tuesday to look at transmission and check engine light on. I dropped it off Tuesday morning, they didn't even look at it until Wednesday afternoon to tell only me that the check engine light has codes for the transmission so it would need to go to the transmission guy and he was busy. Of course I said, I told you that the transmission was acting up again. I was also told it needed a new temperature sensor and brakes. They gave me a quote on the temp sensor but not on the brakes, so I asked for the brake quote and said it was ok to install the temp sensor. The following Tuesday they ordered a part for the transmission but it arrived damaged...order another one. That part didn't fix it....order a different part. I ask again for the brake quote. Friday I get a call that it should be ready to pick up so I go in at 5 to get it. Still no quote for the brakes and didn't replace the temp sensor. This is a work van and they have it 9 working days and still didn't fix everything!

The service department performed service on my injector in the engine. From the beginning their communication with me was horrible. I was told to leave a message to authorize service, but the service tech didn't check voicemail to find out I told them to proceed so it cost another day of repair time. I was told 3 different times that the vehicle would be done on a certain day but the only day they delivered was the last day. the first day I was told the vehicle would be done when I called I was told my vehicle was not there and they could not find it "are you sure you brought it to Blossom" I was asked. on completion day number two I was told the vehicle was done at 10 am and would be delivered to my office by 5pm. not only was it not delivered I never got a call telling me it was not ready. on day 3 of the delivery I was sent a text saying they were going to wash it and send it right over, 2 hours later it showed up. this is were my story gets interesting. after I took delivery of the vehicle I found that someone had gone through my center console and emptied stuff out, left it on the back seat floor and took some minor items they must have thought I didn't need. then I find muddy boot prints on my front passenger seat and muddy animal prints on my back seats. I have never allowed an animal in my vehicle. to my surprise the key fob for my wife's car that she lost 6 months ago was sitting in my cup holder. I am very grateful for them finding it but why would they have found if when working on an injector unless they looked everywhere in my vehicle? I also got a new car charger out of the deal because someone left one in it after delivery. I also discovered that someone had driven my vehicle over 400 miles since I dropped it off. I communicated all of this to the operations guy at the dealership but all I got was excuses never once an apology. now in fairness I told him on the first call I didn't want anything, but after letting all that happened sink in I feel very violated.

It seem to that the only thing that the salesman wanted to do was get the truck out the door. I was going to by a GM product because I am in the GM family. I should have shopped around a little more. I bought my truck at the first dealership I came to. That is because Blossom is the closes to my home.

I came to Blossom just looking. I was undecided about trading in my car. I was looking around the used cars when I was approached by Aquisha. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the inventory. She was also an excellent salesperson. She walked me through the pros and cons of buying a used car, leasing a new one or buying a new one. She assessed my needs and my ability to pay and I drove out in a 2016. I am so appreciative of the way that I was treated by Aquisha, her supervisor and yes, even the finance officer. I went to Blossom body shop to get an estimate on replacing my driver's side mirror which is power, auto-tinting, turn signal in glass, and heated.(price approx $320.00) Since they thought I was not getting it repaired there, they gave me an estimate of $ 123. 00 to replace my mirror. The problem is they are wating to replace it with a cheap, used, manual folding mirror (price $70.00), what a rip off. The body shop estimates are usually the highest around.Once Blossom sold me a used car that they did not even have the title for abd I had to return it. I would not recommend them for anything.

I have been burned twice in one year by a local dealer in Noblesville. Dora has been patient and answering questions since 2013 for me. I went today and purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot. They were so patient and kind (Dora, Sarah, Will, and Stephanie). I asked for car-fax no problem, test drove, text call family and friends, and pulled up reviews for the options they showed me. They payment is more than I told them I wanted to pay but under the circumstances, dealing with special financing, understandable. I am 99% sure I could have went somewhere else, but I believe other dealerships would focus on way older models for just about $80 less per month max. The warranties and 12 month coverages that Blossom offers are phenomenal. And in my opinion worth it. Hey you get what you pay for! I will definitely be back when I build my credit further and I know the monthly payments will be more aligned with what I want.

March 20 I took my car up there to get a transmission service when they finish it the guy in the red shirt was suppose to drive my car to me but another guy drove it but it took him a minute to drive it to me but I didn't pay no attention to it until I got home but before I left I ask could they still put my tires on for me they said it was fine but when I got home they called me and said I have to wait until next week because they are BUSY!!!!! xxxxxxxx they didn't want me to come back up there because they mess up my car now as of today I had to call in I never call in my car won't start at all it had started before I had them work on it though I wish I never had them to service my car and I would be at work my sister and my cousin were going to get they car fixed by them but when I tell them what experience I had I don't think they would be going there I'm really sad that his happen to me I wouldn't recommend no one to them I had my car for 7 years and never had a problem like this..

At Blossom you receive individual attention and service. I have been buying all my cars from Blossom. When I need service I always receive a warm greeting and they take care of my service in a timely manner. All of the staff seem to enjoy their job, and speak to each person as if they travel through the dealership.

I came into blossom to trade my car for a newer car, I had told the salesman that I wanted my payments to remain the same but after test driving a Toyota and test driving a chevy cruze we decided on the cruze. The payments were a little more but the car is a lot better. I drove out with a 2014 chevy cruze and I couldn't be more excited. This is the second car I have bought from Blossom. They rock. I recently took my vehicle in to get it serviced, because I was having issues starting the engine. I went inside and spoke to one the technicians, Todd. I explained the issue I was having with the vehicle and as I did so I felt that my intelligence was being insulted. He told me that it was probably a battery issue. And at one point he said, "I don't want to know what you think is wrong with it." I had previously driven my car to southern Indiana, and a gentleman in an automotive shop in that region tested the battery on my car and said it was working fine. Todd was abrasive and condescending. He would not tell me the cost of the initial diagnostic test, he just mentioned that it was a standard rate.I took my car into the shop on a Friday, and Todd told me that he would contact me Wednesday or Tuesday with news. I did not hear from him. So I waited, because I try not to be a bother. I reached out to him on Monday of the following week. I called the service center, and they patched me through to Todd, who subsequently ended our call as soon as it began. He said an IT guy was working on his computer and that he would call me back in a few minutes. He never called me back. I called on Tuesday, and the assistant in the service center patched me through to Todd. He did not answer. I called back, and they transferred me to John, who did not answer. I left a voice mail, asking him to call me back with information about my car. John called me back, and said he would get the information and call me back. He never called back. Finally Todd called and said that they had replaced the battery on my car and the windshield wiper blades. He also said the recall work on my car was completed as well.The bill I was responsible for paying was $273.96. The bill charged me twice for the wiper blades.The recall section of the bill said, "no info yet." I was also charged a miscellaneous fee and an outrageous service fee.I am very displeased with this dealership due to their lack of professionalism and price gauging. The manager that I contacted to resolve the issues with my bill was stubborn, unapologetic, and rude. He claimed the additional $26 was tax and when I told him the bill said the tax was $12, he insisted that he was correct and that I must be interpreting it incorrectly. I have opened a claim with my bank to resolve this issue. To avoid any further headaches, I will never be returning to this dealership.

We took our Aveo in because it was having trouble starting. The service tech we talked to was grumpy, argumentative, and deceitful. He told us there would be a diagnosis fee but refused to tell us how much that would be other than that it wouldn't be much. When I have taken my car to the dealers in Evansville, they have never charged me to plug in the code reader. Also when I took my car into Champion in Avon, they allowed me to put the diagnostic fee towards the repair. The service tech told me that no one does that anymore even though I just told him I had taken the car there this summer.There was also a recall for part of the headlights. We made sure he knew that we expected them to fix that while he had the car. In the end they charged us $100 to plug in a code reader that I could have had any O'Reilly Auto Parts store for free, plus miscellaneous fee for who knows what and $80 for the labor to replace the battery. In addition to this they never actually fixed the recall!! We will not be returning to this shady dealership.

At first they lost my second key, but they refused to make a second one. I've heard a lot of stories they tell. Then I find out the new car 24 month/ 24,000 mile service warranty was fraudulent. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. An inner city dealership that prays on people and rips them off.

I went to Blossom because I had a coupon for down payment help and a 500.00 gift card. I called the number and was told I was approved. After waiting literally for 6 hours I was told I could sign my papers. During the process I was informed I was leasing the vehicle not purchasing it. Leasing was never mentioned to me in all those hours. I did not qualify for the coupons (had I known that I would have saved my 6 hours and left), Since they had contacted several lenders, including the one I specifically asked them not to, I felt that I had no choice but to accept the car. I have been to the service dept 2 times since I got my car in 2012. I have never been greeted with a good morning, hello, nothing. I have been to other dealerships where I did not get my car, and have been treated so much better. My daughter was with me the last time and was apalled at the customer service. She even responded that she was treated better at a buy here pay here. I will never go with or refer anyone to Blossom Chevrolet again. I believe the service dept. manager is the one who finally helped me. Just horrible customer service both times.

The salesman that assisted me was friendly. I knew that I was in good hands when he said "you gotta have faith." Although, I didn't get the vehicle I had intentions on getting I am happy with what I left with. Blossom staff worked hard for my 2012 malibu loan and I appreciate that!! I do plan on returning to Blossom within 2 years for my dream vehicle. If Martin Slack is still employed there he will definitely get my business.

I came In on a Tuesday Looking to purchase a car and drove my brand new vehicle home on Thursday.! The car had a very small scratch on the side door Derrel told me about it before I even noticed then volunteered to pick my car up the next day to have that fixed, which he did.'! I went in by myself with a two year old and four month old. I knew what I was looking for and Ty did not push me at all. He offered advice and information in what I wanted but in no way was a "pushy salesman" he asked what range I wanted my payments and financing to be and got me exactly where I wanted to be. My husband was deployed and they were very understanding of my lil children. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Ty and blossom Chevrolet.

Had an 8am appt to have a remote start installed(2-3hr job) at 1pm my vehicle had not been touched!!!!! The excuse was due to cold temps things are taking longer, which is understandable but 5hrs is unacceptable!!!! Then I was told it would be done by 5pm.....do you really think I'm letting you keep my car for the entire day???? Worst customer service ever!!!!

My wife & I went to this dealership to look at a specific car. We were not in any hurry, so we looked at vehicles while the car was "located." A good 20 minutes went by - which I thought was odd since this is not a large dealership, but the car was finally found. We were brought inside so they could get a copy of my license before we went on a test drive. Then, they stated they needed to run a credit report first - before any test drive! I told them I'd be paying cash, so they relented - but that was a first for me. The Suburban that we test drove was filthy - left over drink cups, fast-food wrappers, etc. Apparently, it was being used by the sales manager. This was the most unprofessional dealership I'd ever been to. I can't imagine any scenario in which I'd ever do business with them.

Mike was very friendly and the entire staff seemed to be very organized. Financing was a breeze and everything was explained up front so there was no surprises. Vehicle was used and could have been cleaned a little better but thats more my personal preference. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had my hail damage estimate done by the Geico representative and rented a car from Enterprise and left my car for repair . Within 6 days it was complete and i picked up my vehicle withe the damage repaired and car was vacuumed and washed ready to go.Staff was friendly as well.

I bought a new Traverse from Carl at Blossom and he was very kind and very helpful. I looked at 7 different cars at 7 different dealerships and all the other salesman were very pushy and rude, even after i told them no they had their bosses calling me. but that never happened with Carl. He was eager to sell but in a very positive way! I will only buy from Carl at Blossom from this point forward. We purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 Touring in 2011 from Blossom Chevrolet. We were told the program they used for financing didn't allow for any negotiation on the price. We should have left right then. We ended up purchasing this vehicle for their original asking price. So, a little over a year later, we need a bigger vehicle for our family. We looked at several dealerships, and got quotes on what our trade in value would be on our car. We discovered we are upside down on it, so we decided to go back to Blossom since we bought it there and see what they can do. I spoke to a finance employee there that told us she thought she could do more than the other dealers we were currently working with. At this time, she had all the information needed to make a comment about what they could do. So I decided to go see what Blossom could offer. We were surprised when they came back with a lower offer than any other dealer in the area. I spoke to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything to help me either. He also couldn't explain why the best they could offer was 12,000 when they have a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring with same miles on their lot for 16,995.00. I guess they made enough money on the first deal when we bought the Chrysler that keeping us as a customer wasn't a concern for them. I wasn't asking for payoff on our car, however they weren't willing to try to work anything out at all. The saleswoman was also sarcastic during some of our conversation when I first arrived. I was not impressed at all with their customer service, price, or willingness to try to keep a returning customer. I will never go there again, no matter what the circumstances are, and will do my best to share my experience with everyone I know, and any website that I can leave feedback.

Upon arrival of not being happy with a previous purchase the beginning of 2012, Kenny Gauze was incredibly kind and patient with me. He set me up with sales agent Frank Lassen. I have never had such a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle as I did from these two gentlemen. The financial adviser Cole (or Colton???) was just as helpful and kind. I am also a diabetic and the young woman at the front desk realized I had not eaten all day and my sugar wass dropping and she got me something to eat. That is truly great customer service. We had such a great experience that we returned two weeks later and bought another vehicle from these same wonderful gentlemen. We have also recommended to several friends to go to Blossom as well. I took my Chevy Monte Carlo in to have my transmission checked/replaced. I was told that the car did need to have the transmission replaced and that the car would be ready Thursday. On Friday afternoon, they called to let us know that they had actually ordered and tried to install the WRONG transmission, REALLY???? A chevy dealer and they don't know which transmission their own car takes???? They would not even supply us with a rental car to make up for their mistake. They finished the job on Tuesday. The car does run fine so the mechanic did a good job but I feel that the whole experience was not the way it should have gone!

I went to Blossom because I needed to get a vechicle. I went online a few days prior and I was told that I was pre approved. But when I got to the dealership, I found out that I wasn't and needed a co-signer. I was told because I work for a temp service and i'm not a permanent employee that there was nothing they could do for me without a cosigner. That is a bunch of crap. They lied online saying I was pre approved and once I drive there I was told differently. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that I know.

First off I would like to say Mr Sutherland was very professional...now the day I went to get financed I was approved and everything was looking good even with a garnishment on may paystub that I gave to Mr Sutherland...I had had the car for 2 wks...I got a call from Mark about the bank not financing me because of my garnishment....I was fine with that, then they called me to return the vehicle so I did, well needless to say it took them about 2 hours to find my trade so I could be on my way....and not one person acknowleded my inconvenience....no hard feelings at all....

So we owe 14900 and the most they could ever give was 5000 grand yes i am going to be upside down but this car isnt even at a retail value do to lack of information given to blossom so BUYER BEWARE if you are going to but a used car always ask for carfax or fox and dont buy from this supposed to be reputable dealership this is bull....

I took my Blazer in for Service Friday (6/29) morning. I did not have an appointment, however, they were very friendly and willing to help. I rented a car because I had errands to run and in case the repair took longer than expected I did not want to be without a vehicle for the weekend. When I pulled into the service area Mr. Heck helped check me in, raised the hood and said it sounded like an exhaust leak...to me it sounded like an engine problem - but if I knew I wouldn't be there..so I left and got a call around 10am that they could not duplicate the noise, but plugged up the exhaust and found a leak...and the compressor was bad on my a/c unit. Mr. Heck did perform his "due diligence" and advised me on another thousand dollars worth of maintenance items I should consider..but I decided to get the exhaust fixed, the a/c fixed and an oil change. Picked up the car $1330. and off I go until it started making the same noise Saturday around noon...so I'm stuck again without a vehicle for the weekend which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Plus I'm out money for an exhaust leak they "created" that was not the issue, but I understand that since the advisor diagnosed a leak - that's what they went and assumed was wrong. So I take it back in yesterday morning, they did provide me with a vehicle after I insisted, and kept the car until I got a call to pick it up at 5:10. They did not find the problem...couldn't test drive more than 7 miles because the fuel light came on..anad that's how It was when I picked it up. The problem is still not fixed..it was almost out of gas, and I still don't have a dependable vehicle. Mr. Heck did acknowledge the exhaust repair probably wasn't necessary but did not offer to do anything about it. So I'm not really happpy with this experience. I was told to bring it back again when it acts up but not until after 8 when the mechanic is there. I'm at a point where I don't know if I will take it back to Blossom or not again...which would mean if I take it elsewhere and it's serious enough that I would need to consider buying..would I choose Blossom???

Cold raining day,the saleman came out smileing. We were up front that we only had a certain amount of money to spent and he didn't try hard to up the price. The car is in the condition expected for the amount of money we paid. The hidden faults. Well the air condition doesn't work, but I didn't check it in January, my fault. Paperwork went quickly and without hassel. Reccommendation this site have spell check. Why then did I only say overall experence only good. Wanted you to know I'm not haloing it. They all great.

I tried to contact my sales rep several times, leaving voicemails and never got a call back. I even spoke with Mark (financial manager) about my question and he said that he would have Dion get back with me. I made contact with Mark again and he said that he would take care of my question by the end of the night and late the next night, he returned my call. Needless to say, I had taken care of my problem myself.I also needed to take in a paper to the dealership for my loan and was dealing with a death in the family. I missed the first phone call and spoke with Mark on the second call and explained that I had been out of town and would be in the morning to bring what was needed and then recieved two more phones calls from people wanting this paper. There is obviously a communication issue somewhere.

I was very pressured into my vehicle I wasn't left with anytime to think about my decsion.. I was at the dealer for ten hrs and by the tenth hr I was like I guess I better leave with a car since I've been here so long... I told them a budget I didn't want to go over of course they went over... I put 2500 down on my car and I've already had to put brand new tires on it, brakes and an oil change and I've only had it a little under 2 months ridiculous!!!! The night I bought the car I couldn't slee and I knew I made a bad decsion I called the dealer the next day and told them I wanted out the deal... Begged them to let me out and they refused so I'm stuck with a car I'm not happy with... I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone especially someone who's looking for a used car because they treat you like your nothing....

My experience was great! my car turned out really nice inside and out. I was surprised to see how good of a job they did. The employee i delt with which was kent murphy, he was the best....super kind and i love how he made sure i was happy. He kept in contact with me the whole time my car was being repaired! He is a great guy and deserves a reward if i could have tiped him i woulda have. In my near future if i shall need body repair again i will be back no question about it!!!!! On our way back to Gettysburg, PA from South Dakota, the alternator went out on our '04 Avalanche on the west side of Indianapolis. We drove in on the wings of an angel with the battery not charging at all and me afraid to turn the vehicle off. By divine guidance, we made it through the city and pulled off the exit only about one mile or so from Blossom. Your whole staff immediately directed us into the shop from the rain and assessed the problem and briefed us on the options. Very friendly and professional, getting us back on the road in just several hours. I thought we might have to stay the night, but you folks got right on it. Brian makes sure we understand everything that needs done. He always supports our decision to wait on work that doesn't need done that day if we need to wait. Everyone in the service department is friendly and helpful.Brian makes sure the work is done in a timely manner. He always calls before they start the work to make sure we are ok with what they're doing,especially if it wasn't something we planned to do that day. He also tells us the approximate cost. There are never any unpleasant surprises when we pick up our vehicle. We recommend Blossom's to everyone.

I have been purchasing new vehicles since 1950. Martin was one of three truly honest sales persons I have had the privilege to deal with. He remained loyal to the dealership and at the same time was honest with me in every respect. He is the reason I made the purchase from Blossom Chevrolet. He was professional, friendly, sincere, and obviously interested in making me feel comfortable and satisfied in every way. Martin has been available everytime I contacted him for assistance with the new car and I would most likely go to him again for a new car purchase. He is a credit to the Blossom Dealership. I have one suggestion to Blossom. Discontinue promoting the "add on" deals that consist of what is represented as beneficial to the cusstomer, the cost listed at $1646 I believe. The benefits are not worth anything of value to the customer and in my opinion not representative of the reputation that I believe a dealership should be developing. The average person cannot afford them and the people who can afford them do not need them.. They should stop that practice.

I took my car in to have hail damage, body work on the door and some warranty issues worked on. They had it two weeks and got it back still with issues. The panels were not put back on right and were basically falling off, the beige headliner had grease/oil on it, white powder all over the vehicles black seats and black carpets, and sunroof was leaking. Took it back to have that fixed and almost another week later went to pick it up and still had issues. I left the vehicle with them again on Monday and Friday went to pick up the vehicle and the sunroof cover wouldn't shut, they forgot to replace a piece in the sunroof so cover would shut also they didn't clean up the headliner. Still had grease/oil all over it. I would have thought after the first 2 weeks of having it they would have done it right the first time, to take it back a second time, have it almost a week, go to pick it back up to still have issues??? I just waited for it to be finished as I had to have my vehicle that day. After an hour it was finally fixed. I've been to Blossom many times over the years and NEVER EVER had to experience what I did this time. I was extremely disappointed with the people who worked on my vehicle but the people who helped me BEFORE it went back to be fixed, Todd & Ed did everything in their power to try to make it right. I think they need some quality people or people who take pride in their work in the back working on vehicles. It was a TERRIBLE inconvenience to me, the people I work with who had to rearrange their schedules and work later than they had to just to accommodate me and the person I had to borrow a vehicle from. I have bought every vehicle I own from Blossom and I hope to never have this experience again as I will go to another dealer for everything from maintenance to body work that needs done on my vehicle.

As far as working with Martin he was wonderful with us!!!! Once we entered into the finance department we ran into nothing but problems. Matt initially prepared all of our paperwork and did not calculate everything before submitting it to the bank in turn the bank denied our loan. Then Mark took over our account and had to redo the entire loan. Once that was completed we thought we were good to go. Until our first payment was deducted from our account. Not only was the appropriate amount deducted but the initial loan amount was also deducted. So we called the dealership to see what exactly had happened and spoke with Phil. He said , " Well I can give you the number to call to get it taken care of". Needless to say I was not very happy. I then told him that this was a mistake on their part and they needed to be the ones to fix it. He did call them and the money was returned to our account only after we had to have our bank put a stop payment on the payment. I have tried to contact someone in the finance department to make for certain when the next payment is taken out that we do not run into this problem again but I am sent to a voice mail. As far as the customer service with the finance department I was not very satisfied with the way things have went so far. I understand things happen but almost all if not all of this would not happened if things would have been done right the first time around.

My vehicle was damaged in an accident and was towed to Blossom to evaluate the repairs necessary. Brian went through all of the options I had and the positives and negatives of each. I felt that I was, therefore, able to make a reasoned decision about whether to have the car repaired or accept the insurance settlement for it being totaled.

I went to pick my car up after I was told it was repaired. First, they wanted me to sign the paperwork etc..BEFORE I had inspected my vehicle. I said NO! I'm no expert, but even I could tell it was poor workmanship and sloppy repair. Things weren't fixed, the body parts didn't line up as they should, etc. When I pointed out where and what I thought should be fixed, after some excuses, he agreed to complete the work. There was also hidden damage under the hood, and just lifting the hood showed they hadn't even addressed this. I picked the car up (the 2nd time they told me it was ready) and discovered that my fog lamps weren't working (didn't they test this?!) and there was an outstanding issue that caused my vehicle to overheat for the first time in 10 years. I never had these issues before their work. I left voice mail for Ed Cruiser, but didn't hear back from him so I called again and spoke to Toni - and she made an appointment for me to return the vehicle. They were among THE MOST EXPENSIVE but I chose them based on my insurance company recommendation. I've since updated my insurance company (USAA) on what has happened there with my repair. It's my experience that Blossom is more focused on serving the new customer than the returning customer, and trying to make an appointment to get something fixed after they did the work was a challenge. Had I been making an appointment to bring my car in the first time, I could get right in! THE ONLY REASON I'm taking my vehicle back there is that my insurance company is guaranteeing the work. If it was out of my pocket, I wouldn't go back. Overall, VERY disappointed with the service, workmanship and value at Blossom.

I would recommend this dealership but not the dealer. Customer service was horrible. Promised to have things fixed on my vehicle and it never was. Bad vehicle and dealer just wanted a sale. So I was basically played by the dealer and his lies. I should' ve dealt with someone else. Customer satisfaction is the key to success but that is not what I received.

Everything about my experience was terrible. From the length of time I was there, all down to the quality of the car. Not to mention the cracks in the bumper and the back. Also I my salesman never made sure the color stains got bleached out of my car. Oh and thd fact that a month after I got the car, Blossom charged me 80 dollars to get a diagnostic done to tell me that I needed a new gas pedal when Onstar had already told me what the problem was. I told that to the guy who helped me never mentioned a payment until he wss telling me my car was done. Basically I got a car that was fresh on the lot and just sold to me without it getting the proper cleaning and fixing because BLOSSOM would never have a car sitting on the lot looking like that. I know that because Ive been coming there trying to get a car for about 2 years now. I do feel I got a great price for the amount mileage that was on that 2008 but that I was the ONLY good thing about my visit. Have a nice day

I actually brought my GMC in for an oil change but noticed a special for an interior detail. I asked John about it because i was concerned they might not be able to get it completed when i needed my truck back. He assured me they would, which they did. I was more than impressed with the quality of the detail. My truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Oh, by the way, the oil change was completed as expected. Everyone at Blossom was really hepful and friendly. I called and made an appointment over the phone and even used the shuttle to take me to work...while I waited for the shuttle I was offered coffee..great because it was a bit cold. Because I have a brand new car it was minor problem, so I was not obligated to pay anything.This is my second car from Blossom and my mom even got her car from there. I took my 08 Audi S4 in for an Alignment after doing some work to the suspension and putting new wheels on. I explained to the service writer that I am very particular about my car and it doesn't have a dent, scratch or chip in it. He assured me that the car was in good hands. They got the alignment done that day which was nice. When I went to check the car out before leaving I noticed a chip in my brand new wheels. I notified the service writer who told me that they couldn't have done it but he would let the service manager (who had gone home for the day) know that I would be calling. The chip was not big but it was more the fact that I didn't even have 5 miles on the wheels. I ended up not calling the service manager the next day. I'm sure they would have taken care of the issue if I would have called, but I didn't want to be a jerk about it. Overall the people were nice but I wasn't happy with the service done.

I was a little nervous since we lease our vehicles and always go to the dealer. However, when my brand new VW was hit by another driver, we went to Blossom because their insurance encouraged using blossom. I was relieved that the work they did was great and it looks just like the brand new car I had before. Kent was very helpful and they finished the job a little earlier than anticipated. I would recommend the body shop at Blossom to anyone.

Eddie was very helpful, went out of his way to help me get my car repaired, kept me advised of progress in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for a more helpful, or polite, person to handle my problem. Afther the initial damage was fixed I had an alignment problem, which had not been addressed, again he went out of his way to get the insurance approval, and get my car back in within a day to get the additiona work done. Again, Eddie went above and beyond, exceeded the service level expected. Every one should get this kind of service!

This place was awesome and Martin is fantastic! He is friendly and helpful without overdoing it. While you are working with him, you can rest assured that he will find you a good deal at a fair price and won't scam you. Also, he does not give you the impression that he is pushing you to make a sale so that he can get money. Additionally, after I bought my new car, there was a paperwork glitch, and since it was Blossom's fault, they brought it to my at my work for me to sign so I didn't have to go back to them which was amazing! The car is fantastic and at a good price and everyone at Blossom is friendly as can be.

i believe this dealership is in the process of the "yo-yo" that dealerships do....to explain. i am in the midst of a chatper 7 bankruptcy and was told by this dealership i was approved....took the car home, 8 days later moreless recieve a call stating my financing fell through and they will probaly need the car back....i have already turned in my old car, having been "approved" by them. now i believe i will be left car less, which is nice considering i have a kid and a job...all on the premise that they were helping me.....note to the public DO NOT SIGN A CONDITIONAL CAR SALE AGREEMENT if i would have been fully aware that my purchase was conditional, i would have kept my 2003 pt cruiser

After having to contact Blossom about a water leak in my car post wreck repair, Jeff May got involved and really went above and beyond to get the car fixed and in an acceptable condition. Jeff even took the time to deliver my car to me so I did not have to go out of my way to pick it up a secound time. I would recommend Blossom if they are able to work with Jeff.

I was involved in a NAF accident and the other parties insurance company was Geico who instructed me to take my vehicle to Blossom Chevrolet for an estimate as they are a Geico site. I must admit, I was not happy with this at first as I own a Nissan and my first thought was "I need to go to a Nissan body shop for all repairs". After the Geico rep inspected my vehicle and faxed the info he needed to, Toni McClellan came out and spoke to me about their guaranteed services with a lifetime warranty. Toni was friendly, knowledgable, customer service oriented and efficient. I had an immediate comfort level with her as she explained exactly what they would do and how everything (including the rental car which was great!) Could be taken care of on site. She kept her word with everything; they got my vehicle in right away, she contacted me more than once to let me know the status of the repairs, and they had my vehicle completed and ready to go in about 5 days! :-). Dropping off and picking up were both easy and quick and Toni never failed to come out and speak whenever I was in the facility. She follows through with everything until completion and even left me a voicemail and few days after I got my vehicle back to make sure I was fully satisfied. Toni genuinely cares and is a great fit for the position she's in. I would not hesitate to recommend Toni and Blossom to anyone who has a service need! Keep up the great work! :-]~Amber

It is too bad that what could have been a very positive experience was ruined after we decided to purchase a used car from Blossom Chevrolet. Due to recent financial difficulties our attorney recommended we speak with Dora Lee Stallard at Blossom and our experience with Dora Lee was very positive and we felt she really cared about our situation and worked diligently to find the car and financing that would fit our needs. It was once the car was picked out that we were handed off to Tonya Bredensteiner that things started feeling like a typical used car dealership. She was just handed the sale from Dora Lee and that is how we were treated. It was just a transaction at that point. We took the car home because it was late and after closing and set a time to come back and sign everything the next day. We arrived the next day to sign everything and waited for almost 2 hours to sign when we had an appointment. The only real interaction with Tanya was when she wanted our reference sheet filled out for the lender that had already faxed over earlier in the day filled out again. Once the papers were signed, we were handed one set of keys and one key fob. I asked if there was another set and was told "No" and that should have been written in the order. We never thought to write it in the order because we would have never imagined not getting a spare key and key fob. Dora Lee got invloved again and said she would get us and extra key fob but we would have to get own spare key made. I contacted Dora Lee after a couple of weeks about the extra key fob and never heard back from her and neve recieved the extra key fob. On a positive there was not a Owners Manual in the car either but they took one out of another car on the lot and gave it to us. Are we being petty over this? We do not think so as after spending $18,000 on a car we would expect and extra key and key fob. The other concern we have is over the financing arrangements that we made to have our bank account auto drafted every 2 weeks to look at paying the car off sooner. We did not have our checking account information with is on the day we signed and called the next day and gave this information to someone (our bank account and routing number) to get this set up. I received a call a couple of weeks later from someone else saying that we never called in our bank account information. We called the information in again and left the information on his voicemail as he asked us to do. The payments still were not set up correctly and who knows where our bank account information ended up. We just went ahead and are making our payments directly to the lender. It will be interesting if anyone actually take the time to read this and address our concerns. I recently had a co worker ask where I got my car and I could not recommend Blossom and she bought a car somewhere else. Blossom has all our contact information if they care to discuss this further and make good on their promises.UPDATE: I wanted to follow up on my original review and have now rated this dealer as OK. The same day I posted this review I receieved several phone calls from Blossom and my concerns were addresses by both DoraLee and Brian Seifert. They both took the time to make sure that my concerns were heard and addressed and it ms my home that they will take the necessary steps to make sure what happened to me does not happen to someone else.

I had a great experience with Blossom Chevrolet. The salesman took time to ask me questions on what I wanted in a vehicle. He matched me up with a 2008 Chevrolet Impala with low miles. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle! I am also impressed with the finance man who helped me get a cheaper loan rate. That was wonderful! In all of the cars that I have bought in the last 40 years, my experience with Blossom Chevrolet was by far the best! Well that day that, they had a big sale going on & it was busy and different people come out to address me and made me feel welcomed and told me the procedures. It had been a couple of years dealing with pricing and I really kinda felt a little uncomfortable at 1st with feeling like they had to check out your history beforetalking prices but I understand that they need to get info on credit to make sure you are not wasting their time as well. I did have a fun day & Carl made it fun -before it was over -he had a good idea what I wanted and in the end results - we found a used vehicle that I couldn't live without!!The only thing that was not to great was dealing with the high pressure from the guys selling the gap insurance-You almost thought they lost a million dollar deal--Oh well I survived and will go back to them again!!

My overall experience was very good, I didnt think I would be able to get financing and Blossom worked with me and were able to provide financing. With that said, there are a couple of things that I am unhappy with. The car I leased had a damaged passenger mirror, I was told this would be repaired and at this time 2 1/2 months later, it has not been repaired nor have I heard from anyone at Blossom. I have also found a remote key fob under the passenger seat that does not work with the vehicle. I have emailed and left several messages at Blossom asking if this can be programmed from my vehicle and what I need to do to have this done. I have also asked about the repair of the mirror, I have heard nothing back from anyone. So basically all that I have a problem with is the follow-up customer service, since I have not heard one word from Blossom since the lease of my vehicle on July 22, 2011.

We were treated very well. Carl did an excellent job explaining our options and was able to get us the car we wanted. We were also introduced to the main mechanic and was told when ever we should experience any problems we can bring our car in and he would take care of it. We have also met thru the internet and telephone Brian Seifert, he answered our questions about a owners manual and even went as far as to say that he would come by our home if we were not able to program our automatic garage door function in our car. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Blossom Chevy, and the whole staff. This was a recall to disable my Heated Washer Fluid System. My service advisor (Stephen Burns) was very courteous and helpful in checking the 2 other items that needed repair (right middle row seat belt and noisy left front window). When he checked my 3rd inquiry, he said it is not covered under warranty (that is the silver molding on the passenger side running board___a small section is missing). This was missing at time of purchase. This is a beautiful SUV and my husband and I are really enjoying it. From sales to service, I always agree with your slogan: "Lord They're Good People!" When I first arrived, I felt like I was being ignored by the other servicemen. I stood around for several minutes before walking over to John's desk. John was on the phone at the time working with another customer, however he took the time and said I will be with you in a minute. Afterward he was very polite. He took care of my problem. Blossom had to keep my car over night. With my warranty I was given a rental car. He arranged the use of a rental car. Overall my experience with John was good. Whenever I need some more work done on my car, I will go to John. If he is busy working with another customer, I will wait.

I wanted a Chevy Cruze and they did not have the color I was looking for but they found the color I wanted and had it on the lot in less than two days. I brought my car in for repair after an unfortunate meeting involving a deer and a guard rail and I was promptly taken care of. I was given given an estimate of a week and the repairs were finished a day early. Kent called me often to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. The service that Kent provided that amazed me the most was the help he offered and delivered when there was a misunderstanding about the deductible. Kent went out of his way to help me out and I am extremely and forever grateful because I was misinformed by another party and the outcome could've been just awful. Upon picking up my car, I was surprised and delighted at how clean the car was returned to me, not to mention the excellent work that was done in repairs. If I ever has the misfortune of needing a repair of any kind in the future it will be my pleasure to return to Blossom Chevy.

In reference to my service experience on Jul 18, 2011; I'd say it was not as good as I had hoped and expected. I brought my car (Pontiac G6-2009) in because it did not initially start. I tried the remote start and it started eventually. I immediately brought it to Blossom and they kept my car for a day; providing me with a rental car at no expense. The next day, they said that they could not find anything wrong and that everything had been checked. Over the next couple of weeks, the car seemed to experience a slow intermittent start again. I eventually had to drive out of town towards Kentucky and ended up at Big M Chevrolet in Radcliff, KY because my car would not start up after arriving on Ft. Knox, KY. They kept my car for five days and replaced the starter, ignition switch and a ground cable wire. I have not had a problem since. I applaud Big M Chevrolet for going the extra mile and for great customer service. When I returned, it took over a week for Mr. Glenn Hall to return my calls and to provide me a refund of my diagnostic service charge. This is poor customer service for not following up with a customer and insuring that the customer was taken care of in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I would take the chance for having my car diagnostically tested at Blossom again.

I do not recommend this dealer to anyone at all. I bought a 2009 Chevy HHR from this dealer and since it ended up having a bunch of problems with it, I was tricked into trading it out for a "beeter" and newer vehicle. I ended up with a 2010 Ford Fusion that I have now hd for about 4 months. I have had it in the shop over 5 times already! The first few days that I had the car, I took it back telling them that there was something wrong with it and I was told that it was just fine and that Ford cars were just always louder than normal. Since then the alternator had to be changed out, which Blossom did not do correctly and had to be taken back to get fixed. After that, the car kept not wanting to start at times and the check engine light has been on ever since. I have tried talking to almost everyone there and have not gotten any help on resolving the issues with the car. Denise and Tim are completely rude and dissappointing to say the least. I have been insulted and treated like trash by both of them and have now been stuck with a 2010 car that does not work except when it wants to! Stay away from this dealer!

An absolute caricature...this dealership is so quintessentially shady and snake-oily that it would be funny if it wasn't so aggravating. I went in there to buy a new car after my car was totaled in an accident. The sales guy I dealt with, Spencer, was actually the only positive part of the experience. He was friendly and understanding, gave us bottled water, and really tried to go to bat for us whenever he could. The sales managers were a different story, though. The utter lack of professionalism was quite upsetting and led to our time being massively wasted. At one point, while I was negotiating price, the sales manager (Adam) suggested that if I agree to the deal, they can arrange to ship the car out of state so I can evade the sales tax on the transaction. After over two hours of back-and-forth, I walked. Blossom refused to honor their advertised price and kept insisting that "I win" because they are "losing money on the deal" even though they tacked on over $1,000 of fees on top of their advertised price. When I called them on that, they said "you should've read the fine print." I felt like I was at a JD Byrider or something. If you like the "buy here, pay here" experience, Blossom is for you. Otherwise, choose a different dealership.EDIT: The day I published this review, I got a call from Blossom inviting me to return to the dealership and meet with the owner regarding my experience. I went in and met with the owner and business development director. Both were apologetic and made a genuine effort to clear the air with me, which I appreciated very much. The owner, Mike, said he wanted to earn my business and offered me some free service for my Cruze. In our modern era of downright villainous behavior by so many in the business community, it was a breath of fresh air to have the owner of the dealership reach out to me to right a wrong. However, the end result of all of this remained: I ended up with a 2011 Cruze, not the 2012 that I preferred. In the end, though, the meeting I had with Mike and Brian (the business development director) sufficiently cleared the air and now it's time to move on.

In the Customer service rating I gave a "ok" score. This would have been higher, but my saleman was very pushy, and insisted on bringing up vehicles instead of me looking around to see what I might or might not have liked. The quality of work was rated "good". When I received my car it was detailed, however there were alot of things missed. Like the seats were not cleaned, they appeared to just be "wiped off", and I also waited for about 2 hours before I was finally to the finance department to start that process. The wait was very long. The friendliness was "great" everyone talked to you as they passed by, offered water etc. My overall experience was "ok" I rated this because of the "pushy" attitude my salesman had, they wouldn't take no for an answer, when I didnt like the first 2 vehicles that were brought up to me my salemand had a definite change of attitude, it was clearly obvious. The price was rated "good" becasue it was a fair market price on the vehicle. I checked Kelley Blue Book and it wasnt to far off.Overall I would still recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

One word that describes how I feel about Blossom Chevrolet: IMPRESSED. One word that accurately represents Blossom's approach to what can commonly be misperceived as the "shady" business of car sales: COMMITTED.While my transaction at Blossom is not yet complete, I have faith based on what I have seen so far that all will end well. If indeed that is the case, I will have so much to rave about regarding this place that my testimonial could be used as promotional material for them! If our arrangement ends up being a disappointment, there is an infinite amount of blog space and I will do my best to fill it with the ultimate truth.The buzz phrase around the place is "Customer Satisfaction." At Blossom, it is not just a slogan or empty promise. The owner implemented a system that virtually guarantees this philosophy, that deals are made and followed through on to the Satisfaction of the Customer. As I was driving home from Blossom yesterday, I was so impressed I was trying to think of how often the customer is treated with such respect, not to make a sale and increase the bottom line, but simply because it is the right thing do to, moral in a time of such corruption. I kind of see it as a modern day Mayberry where the salesperson, or dealership owner, would be riddled with guilt when he sees you at church on Sunday if you bought what you believe to be junk from him. It might sound corny, but amazingly it is an honest representation of this strong commitment to customer satisfaction.As a salesperson, Dion is remarkable. Never have I met a salesperson - for cars or anything else - who puts his money where his mouth is and keeps good on his word. He is a real stand up man and from what I can tell, he treats each and every customer with the same commitment and personal interest in their satisfaction.My interaction with everyone at Blossom was not so "peaches and cream." There are a couple of what appear to be managers who seem to miss the high bar set by the owner. They seem to be working under the outdated philosophy of putting a customer in their place rather than placing each customer in the valid position of being the only reason any and all of us are there. It is of particular importace to address the professionalism and true customer compassion of Jack McCallister (the extremely hard working used car manager) and Brian Seifert. Inasmuch that Brian holds an important position in its own right, I view what he does as the consummate in quality control of the entire operation, with the one and only goal being, as I have said all along - and what you will hear from first stepping onto the lot until you die or are in a place where buying cars is no longer necessary - the strong Commitment to Customer Satisfaction.

I was referred to Blossom Chevrolet by my Allstate Adjuster, to have some body work done.I must say that it was very refreshing to be treated so nicely, and at the same time, feeling that I was dealing with professionals.Everything that was to be done to my car was explained, fully.I was then given a completion date and time.The next day I called Mr. Murphy and informed him that I would like to get my car a little earlier than he had planed to have it finished.He promised to try.Two days later, Mr. Murphy had my car repaired and cleaned at the time I requested.The level of quality service I received, is something I haven't experienced in some time . . .Robin J. Took my car in for an estimate from Geico. Tony McClellan from Blossom was there to answer any questions on the body work I had. She was wonderful. I kept my car there for the repair work and was kept up to date daily on the work. The car looked beautiful, was clean inside and out. Blossom did a great job. Really fast and courteous, the Service was performed correctly the first time and everything was neat when the vehicle was returned to me. I would reccomend this dealer. I am from Ohio and my only concern is I wish they were closer. However, they did great in an emergency!

I really wasn't expecting to come out with a new vehicle when I went into Blossom on a saturday morning. We were filing banktrupcy and I was asked to look for a better deal by my lawyer before keeping my used/overpriced car that I got at a "buy here pay here" lot. Mike Bowers and his sidekick (trainee) did a wonderful job of keeping our two little kids enertained..,haha! While he and their financial team got us into a newer/nicer (a lot less mileage too!)SUV. I'm really happy with my "new" vehicle and they worked hard to get me into it.

We appreciated Blossum taking over the recall work on our 2005 Cobalt. The power steering motor needed replacement. Our car was promised in one and a half hours. Another minor repair was accomplished in this same amout of time. Sharon and I enjoyed looking at the new models in the showroom and in the lot while we waited. We were impressed. I was able to say hello to my neighbor of years past, Bill Baas. It was expertly by the Blossum mechanic noted our Cobalt needed a little work to tighten up the front end - struts and bushings. The employees in the service shop are excellent and since I have had my vehicles in the body shop for repairs from tree damage they have kepet me well informed of what actions are being taken to get them back to perfect condition.

The Service Dept. is the primary reason I returned to Blossoms when I bought my 2011 Malibu. Especially John MIller. John has been my service advisor for 6 years.He is always friendly and courteous. When I take my car in for service he alwaysknows what maintence is due on my car. I never concern myself with maintence schedules. John always takes care of it. One day last summer I was on my way out of town and discovered I needed a windshield wiper. I called John, he got it taken careand I lost very little time. I can akways depend on him.

I'm a staunch advocate of GM vehicles and I currently own two GM vehicles. Both of my cars are serviced at Blossom Chevrolet. I've had a relationship with Todd Heck as my service consultant that dates back several years to his employment at another Chevrolet dealership. I've followed Todd from that dealership to Blossom due to Todd's keen understanding of how customers should be treated, his communications skills and his overall knowledge of the product. He is just a great guy and a great service advisor. I should also mention that I drive past another Chevrolet dealership that has Saturday hours and would be much more convenient, but I'm so impressed with Todd and workig with Todd that I feel that I'm justified in driving past that dealership in order to have my service work completed at Blossom.

My service advisor, William Clark was excellent! He greeted me immediately , was friendly, courteous, and quickly got my car serviced and me back on the road. I will definitely go back because of the experience I had with him. I would have given the overall experience a 5, but I had to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone noticed I was in the parking lot, even though I honked my horn as the sign instructed me to do so. The supervisor or manager who finally let me in did not offer an apology for my wait, instead made a smart remark, and suggested that it was somehow my fault he could not see my big white suv, nor hear me honking in the parking lot. Although I am positive we made eye contact, twice. My interaction with William Clark more than made up for this poor introduction to Blossom's service department. William Clark did not witness this event, yet I still received top notch service from him. Kudos to William and his dedication and committment to customer service.

My vehicle was stolen and Brian Campbell was the service coordinator for the repairs. His knowledge, experience and professionalism is a badge of honor for Blossom. I am sincerely appreciative of how conciencious he is to details and how he regularly kept me in the loop on how the repairs to my vehicles were progressing. He made me feel as comfortable as if I were one of his own family members. I would definitly recommend to anyone who asks; if you need to have body work on your vehicle go to Blossom and ask for Brian Campbell at the body shop. He wil get the job done right.

I was very impressed with the service. I was able to get a break on my deductable for an "appearance allowance". I had never heard of that and think that is WONDERFUL! I also wanted to let the service guys know that I am truly sorry for the Justin Beiber CD in my radio! The lady that communicated back and forth with me was great too. It is my fault that I don't remember her name. But she was VERY nice and down to earth. Great lady! Thanks for the great experience given the circumstances; the wreck was my fault!

I had oustanding service from Ed and the others in the body shop. WHile receiving the estimate, Ed got down on the floor to try to secure the deflector plate on the front of the car, which was dragging. This waas part of the repair to be done. Also, the work performed was excellent, and they even cleaned the inside of the car, which was unexpected.

I responded to a Saturn recall bulletin. I expected a hassle. What I got was courteous service that went beyond just doing the requirements. They were ready at the appointed time, and alhough it took longer than expected because of an unusual part, they kept me informed and still delivered in a timely fashion. My car runs better than it has in several years as a result of this service. I am extremely pleased by William Clark and the others at Blossom.

I brought both of my family cars in to get serviced and my cars were done promptly and I was treated with respect during the process. Todd has been very helpful in answering any of my questions and making sure that I had nothing to worry about. I had a recall part replaced on one car (cobalt) and the same part plus bushings, a storage compartment replaced, and various maintenance done and it was all performed while keeping me up to date on the situation. Everything Todd told me would happen was what happened, there were no surprises.

I went in to have my hood, headlight, and front bumper repaired. Toni worked directly with my insurance company and payment was a breeze. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was right on site and I dropped off my car and was in a rental within an hour. Toni updated me on the progress the whole way through and helped me choose repair options that best suited me, not ones that would make them the most money. I picked up my car and it looked brand new! They even vaccuumed inside! Great experience overall.

I was hit in the rear end of the vehicle. The insurance adjuster for the guy who hit me did not want to replace my trailer hitch as it did not have visible damage. Brian told him it was compromised.Brian refused to let my vehicle leave the shop without a new hitch. The work that was done was beautiful and you cannot tell it ever had anything done. This was my second vehicle to be fixed (for the same reason)and both jobs were done with outstanding results. I highly recommend Brian and his staff for anyone who needs their vehicle repaired due to a crash.

My experience at Blossom Chevy with DoraLee Stallard and Chris Meeks was amazing. They made this purchase so seamless. DoraLee always made sure I was involved with every step and never left a call unreturned. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and far most make my mother feel welcomed as well. I loved the fact they let me pick the car I wanted vs being pushy and picking a car I really would not like or enjoy and be proud of. I got the Nissan Altima and have never been more please with the staff and having them make it a enjoyable experience vs a stressful one. My payment started off a bit highter and DoraLee got it down even more, she even pulled to get me more money out of my trade. She is a great asset to your company, she is wonderful and really makes you feel at home. Chris Meeks was just as great...although he was a bit sick he still made everything wonderful. I can not say enough about these 2 great employees. This was my first experience with Blossom Chevrolet. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, telling me where to go to get my car serviced. I was quickly pointed in the right direction and 'checked' my car in. I was given an estimated time to wait and the work took less time than expected. I was informed about what they were doing with the car and they even checked it for other problems. The waiting area was nice as well.

I would recommend Blossom to ANYONE. They far exceeded our expectations. I lost my job in the Auto Industry in 2008 and we filed bankruptcy. Dora Lee introduced us to "Fresh Start Indy" and it has been a God send in putting us back in a very nice (and low mileage)2007 Saturn Aura XR w/51,238 mi. This is the type of vehicle everyone told me would only be an option several years down the road after we had re-established our credit. We purchased our Saturn within 2 weeks of our bankruptcy discharge. I don't know what we would have done without Dora Lee, Mark, John and the whole crew. When everyone else talks about "helping" you after bankruptcy and having a "program" for people with credit trouble, Blossom delivers. And at a high level of understanding, education and customer service. You're honestly wasting your time going anywhere else..Trust me..I did before learning of Blossom Chevrolet and Fresh Start Indy.... Blossom Team!! You've earned a customer for life!!!

I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. I was treated like there was noone else there but me. Mike was very patient, courteous, informational, direct, and friendly. I told him exactly what i could afford and what i wanted and he made it happen for me. I rode out of Blossom with my Mercury Mariner within a couple of hours. The manager was so nice he served me lunch while i was waiting. The whole staff at Blossom was very nice. I would recommend Blossom to everyone.

When my car needed to be serviced over night, they help to provide a rental vehicle. As a service member of the Army, great service means a lot. We are sorry but we were not at all happy with how the deal went after we had purchased our car. The salesman was pretty good(great at saling), but we were made a bunch of empty promises, that should have been fullfilled. We purchased a 2006 Cadilliac SRX, and was told that we could get an additional warranty for a little as $12 more a month,but the person we needed to talk to wouldn't be in until the next day, lie #1. The next day we were told "Oh no that car doesn't qualfy for an addition warranty". We had noted during the test drive that the car had no owners manual, we were promised that we would have one soon, lie #2(we just got a copy emailed to us this week, not to mention we have to print all 400+ pages). We noticed that the car had nofloor mats(minor, but important for a New Cadillac owner)and was told we get some Cadillac mats as soon as some came in, lie#3. Then went had to bring the car in because we had a CD that was stuck and wouldn't eject, the repair man couldn't or wouldn't get the CD out,and very rudely, and disrectfully, told my husband not to put any more cheap after market CD's in there. My husband let him know that the CD that was in there was a $24 gospel CD we had not long ago purchased. In addition to the insult about the CD, we were informed that the radio wasn't really covered under the bumper to bumper 3 months or 3000 miles,(neither had been reached as these problems occured shortly after the purchase, lie number#4. When we asked for a copy of the warranty we were haned the warranty sticker that was in window, that blew my mind. With this being said we more than likely would not have purchased this car, especially without an additional warranty. I do want to say that just after a couple of days the air bag light came on and that was fixed, and we finally got the jack approximately 2 or more weeks after we purchased the car, because that wasn't available in the car either.

I took my car back to Blossom to have it serviced. My air bag wasn't working properly.When I arrived they were very prompt in getting me into the garage. I didn't have to wait.Scott Foytich was the person who I dealt with. They did not have the part my car needed on site,so he offered to drop me off anywhere i like while i waited. I just decided to bring it back the next day. when I came back the next day I had the same encounter. Very friendly and prompt. My car was serviced and washed in no time. I just want to say a special thanks to Scott and everyone who I came across.I would recommend Blossom to any one. Great people and great service including my salesperson Mark O'Hara.

I am very impressed with this dealership, They promise what they advertise! My husband and I purchased a new Chevy Cruze, Blossom advertised below invoice, and they delivered. Our salesman Mike Bowers was great, very courteous and professional. I was so upset about the loss of value in our 09 coblat, I had been to 5 other dealerships and was discouraged. Blossom was my last choice to try to upgrade my vehicle. I wish I had saved myself a lot of time and stopped there first. I will let my coworkers and friends and family know about Blossom. Toni McClellan was very accommodating to my schedule and changes in that schedule during a family crisis. We had our Trailblazer in to Blossom Chevrolet for body work / collision repair. The whole experience of working with Blossom was great. The quality of work was great and the people were also top notch. Ed Cruser did a great job of keeping us informed of how things were proceeding. There was a slight delay in completing the work due to a parts delay (car was in the shop over Christmas) and Ed was straight forward and up front about what was going on. I really appreciate Ed keeping us informed, even though it might have been a hard message to give. I've worked Ed several times and it has always been a good experience. I took my car in because it was making a humming sound whenever it was moving at first I thought the tire were going back , so I took my 2007 Chervrolet in for service , after I called and made an appointment , I was at that time asked if I would need a courtesy ride home or if I wanted to wait , since I don't live to far from the Blossom Chevrolet Dealer I had my daughter follow me , and I drop my car off about thirty minutes I recieved a phone call from Blossom service department and at that time they told me that my right front hub bearing was bad and that my warranty would take care of the cost , after few hours went by I was called to let me know that the repairs were completed and I could come pick up my car and if I needed a ride someone would come pick me up , so with service like that , my rating Blossom Chevrolet the way I did should be justified . I have always been pleased with the service at Blossom. They have never failed to review the service history, recalls, and recommendations for service based on the actual mileage on my truck.on this trip I had a recall, and the truck needed routine pm. The shop recommended a fuel injector service to keep my truck current through 30k miles. I was pleased that they offered this while I was already there for the recall and pm.I received a call to inform me that the work was completed early in the afternoon. This allowed me to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle before the shop closed.All-in-all it was very smooth and timely. I will continue to bring my truck back for service. While I was there I looked up Martin. He assisted me with the purchase of my truck. He provided me the literature for the new Equinox. My wife may be replacing her vehicle around mid-summer.

Service was prompt and reasonably priced. Time for service was very close to the time quoted at time of arrival. Cost for service was very reasonable and less than the "quick change" shops on the corner. I would recommend this dealer and their service department to others and will definitely be going back for service myself.

My experience was not the best as it took an extremely long amount of time for me to be recognized by the sales/service associates. I also was charged for a partial diagnostic to determine why my auto start feature was not working which resulted in the determination that nothing was wrong. My auto start is still not functioning to date. I couldn't afford to return it and be charged that for the diagnostic again to determine nothing was wrong. If by chance there is something I am doing wrong as far at using the remote start feature, no one offered to show me how to work it properly. They just informed me that it worked for them 10 time straight. They did change my oil for me and patched a leak in my tire so it was not a total wash out. It's just that all of my concerns were not addressed.

I have used Blossom on two different occasions for body work. The first time was to repair extensive hail damage. Despite the large amount of cars that were being repaired, the work was done well and quickly. The second time, my insurance ended up totaling the vehicle, but I still received excellent service while we waited to hear back from the insurance company. Everyone has always been very friendly and informative. The service and work at Blossom is first class and will always recommend their body shop to my friends!

I didn't like waiting 8 days to get my vehicle back, partially due to a part that was ordered and when it came back and was installed it was a deffective part, had to wait for another part to arrive,once it was installed everything was good to go. I think diagnostic fees were too high, should be discounted when several things are being looked at, not individually charged, or a flat rate. Service techs were very nice and kept up with me on the status of my vehicle. Overall, not too bad of an experience.

The check engine light come on and we knew that it might not be a good idea to continue. Knowing that we had family in Indiana we made an unexpected stop and decided to give your dealership a call. From the moment we spoke to the lady on the phone to the end of the repair we were very pleased to have made our decision. Even though the young lady had not worked very long with your dealership she did her best to make us feel at ease that your service department would be happy to see us the following day. Being that this was a holiday weekend we were shocked to hear that they were even open on Christmas Eve, but they were. So we woke extra early and went into your dealership. The service technician hooked us up to the machine and explained the issue in detail. They took their time to call Wisconsin and verify that we had coverage on our vehicle and we were up and running in no time. Seeing how this was our first Christmas together we owe you all a very BIG "THANK YOU" for helping us get back on the road and onto our destination! Knowing that this was a holiday we know it is not always easy to dedicate your time to work, but from us we were very glad that you did!

I work for Supervalu as a Retail Marketing Consultant and have a Chevy Impala which is a company car(ARI FLEET). When I first got the car, I had an issue and called another Chevy dealership in town and they blew me off. I Then called Todd at Blossom and he got me right in. Every time I come in, he is great! He understands I am on the road ALL the time and my time is valuable. Todd is one I can trust not only for my company car but will use him for my Wife's car as well....BTW... I would like to recognize Mr. Neil Thompson for his great work and professionalism. I had called a week ago to set up various service on my car. Mr. Thompson had everything all set up and ready to go. I recieved an e-mail confirmation and reminder the day before. Everything went like clock work. I was also very impressed because I had a stearing bar that was bad. Mr. Thompson new that it was still under warrenty and filed the claim and let me know this when I called. I could have been charged for this repair, however, Mr. Thompson was very honest and I appreciated this. My car was also washed when I came to pick it up. Andy has followed up with me regarding the contact person i need to speak to when i am able to bring in my car to have them redo my spoiler as it has a discoloration on one end. I have given this rating because Todd is awesome. I purchased a brand new 2006 Chevy extended trailblazer in 2005. Never had any maintence problems until this past year. The 90,000 and 100,000 mile was done with complete confidence because of Todd. He gets me scheduled to meet my needs, he is very courteous and seems to care about me as a person not just my vehicle. Coupons are honored, prices are quoted, calls are made and returned promptly. We also have used 2006 Grand Prix purchased from Blossom back in 06 or 07. I have even brought my daughters 2000 Dodge Interprid for new tires and balance. Alot of people including my own husband say I am crazy for taking my vehicles to Blossom, a dealer! I paid over 40,000 for my "truck" and I want it taken care of, it has done me right with no problems and now its time for some service I want it done by the experts and I trust Todd to give me a fair price and not have me fix things that don't need done yet. I still have my original brakes! Todd is awesome and deserves a raise. Thanks for taking good care of my cars and being so kind.

I left from work one day expecting to get a new vehicle my car I had at the time was in complete disrepair and in deplorable conditions. I went to the dealership and got a wonderful car. However, my salesperson told me during my sale my car had XM Radio but unfortuantely it did not. I haven't had any resolution to that issue as of yet. But I really enjoyed my time with Michael and he was very very professional very nice and courteous and was very apologetic to the situation. Unfortuantely I would say due to my experience here I would not recommend this dealership but I DO LOVE MY CAR!

I came in to have my oil changed. I was meet by Scott Foytich and received a warm welcome. After getting my name and entering it in the computer he did the usual inspection. He showed me where the waiting room was located and before I could read the paper I brought with me, my car was serviced. The service at Bloosom has always been great.I have bought my last two vechicles here and I would highly recommend them for their great service.You see, I'm a retired GM worker and I can get a good price on a vehicle at any GM dealer but service is what is the most important part of buying a vehicle.Keep up the good work Bloosom Chevrolet.

I called to make an appointment because of a recall for my CTS - (brake hose corrosion). I told the gentleman what I was bringing the car in for and the appointment was set for Monday 10/25 at 5:30pm. I was surprised to find that when my husband got there for the appointment - they did not have the piece that was needed to fix the car. This was a waste of time and gas. The service tech was apologetic and it was not his fault. It just seemed that someone would have checked to make sure that the piece was in stock. Thanks, Cynthia Sawyers

I was so pleased with Toni. I couldn't believe how nice and helpful she was. I thought people were only nice in commercials. Her behavior was totally geniune. She helped me when she didn't have to on more than one occasion. The first time I came into Blossom body shop was because of a tire blowout which caused damage to the front of my car. After I picked my car back up, she called to make sure everything was going ok. Two days later I was in a 5 car accident. I was terrified. I lost all of my numbers out of my phone. I had Blossom number from were Toni had called to check on me two days prior. I called Toni. She gave me all of my insurance info and calmed me down. The other person insurance was going to pay to fix my car. I chose Blossom because of Toni. She has excellent customer service which is very hard to find.

Martin Mcneelan was a excellent professional sales man. the experience I have with him as a salesperson was excellent. Was very detail and straight to the point. Brought a use car, had a few minor problem, but brought the car back and John Miller the service advisor took care of me, They supplied me with a rental and took care of the problem. I brought my first car there and had it for 4yrs and wanted to buy a newer model car. Blossoms really take care of you. The staff they have there are very professional and friendly and want to help you any way they can. My overall experience at Blossoms was a 10. So stop by and let the professional help you get a car.

The customer service that I received from the moment I stepped onto the lot to look at vehicles until I drove off the lot with the vehicle that I purchased was great. The salesman, Michael Frazier, was very professional and courteous. There was a minor problem with the battery of the car that I purchased. I was given a loaner to drive until the car could be checked out from hood to bumper. I would recommend Blossom to everyone.

My car was struck by a truck tire over the summer which resulted in a lot more damage than I realized. The whole situation could have been overwhelming, but the staff at Blossom, especially Toni McClellan, were so friendly and helpful throughout the process that it relieved me of a lot of the stress that comes with dealing with such an unexpected event. From the first meeting, Toni reassured me about the situation, letting me know that she'd be available to answer my questions every step of the way. She proactively called me to let me know the status of my car, and she called me several weeks after to make sure things were going well and to check to see if I needed anything else. I felt comfortable asking questions and confident that I was in good hands and that everything was being taken care of. The service done on my car was excellent - I felt like I had a whole new car when I drove it off the lot! Toni kept me updated as to what was going on with my car and it seemed like the shop went out of their way to determine what exactly was wrong with my car and to repair it in the most effective, cost-effective way. My car is a Suzuki, and I was worried that this would have impact on how long it would take, availability of parts, etc., but the work was done earlier than I expected and everything looks/runs great! (It's been several months now, so I can say this with confidence.)I have worked with Blossom's body shop once before with another car I owned, and I had a similiar, very positive experience. I highly recommend having your work done with them!

The service is always prompt and courteous. Todd took the time and found all the forms I needed to process a rebate for me, and even filled them out for me. If I had one complaint, it would be not enough reading material in the customer lounge. Blossom Chevrolet is my dealership of choice.

I think Blossom Chevrolet is great, the people are very friendly and helpful. They listen to your description of the problem or what you need, they don't pressure you to have work done that isn't neccessary or that you can't afford. I have dealt w/Blossom for years, purchasing my last 3 cars there. The salesmen are great also they really try to help you get the deals you want and payments you need. I would reccomend Blossom Chevrolet to family and friends anytime.

Scott was friendly and professional and helped me through a warranty issue. This visit was for body work. One area had been recently damaged; another had been repaired 2 or 3 year prior after an accident and had developed cracks in the paint and some rust. Although we did not have any paperwork on the previous work, it was "made good" at no charge. Both that work, and the repairs for the new damage, were done to our full satisfaction.We have ALWAYS been pleased with the service at Blossom Chevrolet (have been dealing with them for at least 20 years, maybe 30), both the work and the personnel.

Dora Lee was a breath of sunshine for us. Trying to buy a car during a chapter 13 was prooving extremely stressful and humiliating. Dealership after dealership treated us as if we had the plague. I had a very positive experience while looking for a used car at Blossom Chevrolet. I originally looked on their website before going to the actual location. The website was descriptive and helpful and I knew what I wanted to look at before even arriving at the lot. The sales staff was friendly and not pushy. They answered questions and were very easy to talk to. I was also very pleased with financing as I told them where I wanted my payments to be and they made it work. I would recommend Blossom to other people looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was in to have work done on my truck and was getting upset taking so long when Mr. Seifert walked past and asked how everyone was doing today. I did not hesitate to let him know that we were getting upset waiting so long. Brian immediately got involved for us and had a whole team of people visit us and explain the problem. When we found out all that they were going through to fix our truck it was no wonder they were having trouble because the other place I went to originally fix it actually installed the wrong part intentionally and without telling us because it was a cheaper aftermarket part. The Blossom mechanics and service manager then got the correct part and even fixed the other shops mistakes making it right again. Mr. Seifert even bought us lunch at Red Lobster and had Glenn Hall their sevice manager line us up with a rental car so we could get home. When we picked up the truck the next day it was working great. Then on Friday Brian Campbell in the body shop fixed a nuisance set of worn out and damaged parts for me within 30 minutes of my arrival. I am highly recommending Blossom as they have outstanding customer service! Thank you Blossom Chevrolet.

Dear Sir or Madam, In replying to your email, I would like to say that I was very disappointed with my last visit, because my truck was there for a day and a half of which I had to get around the best way I could. I picked my truck up on 8/11/2010. I was charged One Hundred & Sixty Dollars for replacing one Spark Plug and diagnostics, two days later the engine was miss firing again, also I never seen a print-out of the diagnostics. The service was ok, however, I was disappointed when I picked up. The price was higher than expected. They put air in my tires and broke the valve cap. Which they didnot replace and did not wash my car. The guy said since it was a new car and sat lowto the ground it might not be good. Really!! It's a camaro, isn't that a car you liketo sell and should leave clean?

I felt the service drive individual was rushed and did not pay as much attention to me. I also would have liked to have my vehicle detailed after the service. It was not. The chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable for those of us who have to wait for some time.On a positive note, the service work was done in a timely fashion. I found the clerk in the payment office very friendly and most helpful. She offered me an oil change card.

I would absolutely recommend this dealership! Their slogan is absolutely correct and spot on. They are GREAT people. They took such great care of us and our special situation. They were considerate of our needs, our finances and had our best interest in mind when they were finding a vehicle for us. They put us in a great car at a great price and we walked away smiling. I was beaming actually. I have been telling everyone about this gem of a dealership and would buy from them again. I had someone ask me where I got the car from and I said Blossom. My friend said "Good ole Blossom". That speaks volumes. We have dealt with other dealerships and NEVER had the experience we had at Blossom. Toni and body shop staff were very courteous, professional, and took the time necessary to do their jobs. The Geico staff has also been very good to deal with, making my experience a very positive one! They contacted me by phone to update me on the status of my car, and were accommodating in taking me home when I dropped my car off. When I came to pick it up, which was only a few days later, the car was beautifully repaired.

I worked with TR Heck on my 2003 Passat, he has had more integrity than any other service department I've dealt with. He did what he said and wasn't looking for ways to rip off their customers. I have never in my life said I would recommend a dealership to a friend but I highly recommend Blossom to my friends. In fact, we will not take our vehicle to any other place for service. Todd is the man!!

Everything was taken care of efficently and I was very happy with the results. When I dropped off my car it seemed like everyone was very busy but Mr. Miller came over to help me right away. Blossom has a great program with Raytheon to support our folks. I really appreciate the pick-up/drop off service and the discount we get. However, every single time I drop the car off for work or service, i get a call with the up-sell request for additional service that's "needed". I know it's a business/marketing technique, but it gets old. Just once in a while maybe do the service I requested and quit trying to get me to buy other services I really don't need...

Todd was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He kept me advised regarding the status of the service. He ensured that the shuttle picked me up and that I got a loaner car when repairs were delayed because an ordered ABS part didn't arrive. When I dicussed with Todd that I didn't agree I should be financially responsible brake repair on a 2008 vehicle with 20,000 miles, he did listen patiently to my reasoning and offered some justifications for the $150.00 expense beyond the warranty ABS work. At least my expense was only $150. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful too. I'm sorry I don't recall his name. He surprised me by washing my car when it was ready to go. That was a great little gift.

The problem is, my appointment was for 10:00AM, and they didn't start on it until about five hours later (it took less than an hour to fix). I could have used the vehicle during that time, and I never expected the relatively small problem to take all day. Excuses yea, mechanics sick, had to leave early, but I've heard that before. If I had known anything close to that, I would have not left the vehicle, and asked them to call me when they were ready to work on it. Their scheduling system definitely needs some improvement, as well as keeping the customer informed. I won't bring the vehicle there again for service, unless they can give me some kind of guarantee on when the work will be done, or at least started. The service manager wanted to wait until all the work was done, including paperwork, before he sent the shuttle to get me, when I knew for sure the work had begun. I called him back, and told him to send the shuttle immediately. When the shuttle got me there, my vehicle was completely finished and ready for me to take. If I had listened to the service manager, it would have been at least an hour later.

The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. Dora worked very hard in order to give me finance options when I thought I had no options. Janelle was very patient and took care of the test drive portion of the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friend and family.

I picked Blossom dealer for several reason, its close for servicing, previous experience.Rates and employee discounts from my employer.I have toyed with the idea of a new car and kept wondering what dealer to go with.So while my vehicle was beening serviced I looked through the new car selection, I was actually wanting a color that was not avaiable, but ended up with a new year and a very good alternate color, their are no complaint and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to have had someone to guide me through my wants.

Great experience. Will recommend to everyone for sales and service. My car is running without any problems. No air bag lights on the display panel.Only comment would be to know what the normal shuttle times are to ensure I make the shuttle at the right time.

Friendly people, I was greeted in a timely manner, and they called to let me know what needed repaired on my car. They seem very knowledgeable. I had my vehicle in a couple weeks before and started hearing a noise from the brakes that they had fixed, and they checked and they were fine.

We had just left another dealership up the street who told us they didn't have time to work with us. We took our business to Blossom where the salesman had nothing but time for us. He was not rude, intrusive or pushy. We explained what we were looking for and how much money we had to spend for our daughter's college car. We looked at several and drove a few before deciding on a specific Toyota. We where not able to finance in our daughter's name, but they worked with us to get a good rate and a fair, manageable payment for our daughter although the loan was in our name. We were very pleased with the attention and lack of attention (when we wanted privacy) we received and the dignity our daughter was able to drive away with. Thank you so much!

We purchased a 2010 Camaro in February of this year. We were armed with a list of dealers with inventory and pricing information (garnered from Internet research)as we began our search for a new vehicle. Blossom Chevrolet was the first dealership at which we stopped. We were met by Doug Bowsher and introduced to other folks at the dealership. We were able to drive the vehicles in inventory and actually decided on a car that was on the lot. The pricing was more than competitive with the other dealerships on our list but the thing that made the experience most enjoyable was the continuing effort of not only Doug but the rest of the folks at Blossom who continued to do everything they could to support Doug during our purchase. I had purchased a vehicle from Blossom Chevrolet back in 1983 and received excellent treatment from all the folks then so it was not a real stretch for me to return to the place where I had been treated well previously. Despite the number of years between purchases, the atmosphere and desire to help was still alive and well. We are well satisfied with our experience at Blossom Chevrolet and have already recommended them to some other folks looking for vehicles.

I own a 2003 Venture van. I love it. And this was the 3rd time in 2010 that I was setup for servicing with John Miller. I am in a position of leadership and taking time to service my vehicle is a challenge. John makes it convenient: from set-up to diagnostics to shuttle back to work and complete its finale wrapped up with a ride to dealer always in one day. Most accommadating, efficient, and affordable...all done as if I am part of the Blossom "family". The shuttle driver, the cashier, everyone is friendly - I have enjoyed my Chevy vans (this is my 2nd Venture)and could afford any vehicle, but I must admit, Blossom's service department keeps me coming back. I am a loyal customer thanks to the people who work there.

I called Blossom Service Department as I left work and spoke with Sue regarding a problem I was having with the Tire Sensor. She told me I could bring it right in and they would take a look at the problem. When I arrived, Sue was there to greet me and helped me right away. Sue was very nice and even tracked me down, as I was wandering around the lot, to tell me about a new product called NitroFill. I did purchase the product, which came with a one year free 24 hour road service. That's cheaper than AAA! I'll let you know how it works. When I called for an appointment, I was given great follow-up and suggestions when I had to reschedule, due to changes in my work schedule. I was given courtesy calls and email reminders. Jodi was great but had some workmanship issues. Missed touch-up where bumper was replaced. Also, broke my antenna & repaired incorrecly by leaving broken bit inside stopping full retraction. These fixes took me an extra day & I had to indentify them.

I had a door dent repair originally scheduled for Church Brothers. I would not have considered Blossom for my repair but I was referred to Brian Campbell at Blossom's Body Shop. I explained what I wanted to accomplish and Brian was very professional. He explained where Church Brothers might be padding their quote and was able to bid for the work at a much better price. He also expected the work to be completed in 2-3 days vs the full week quoted by Church Brothers. This saved me the expense of a rental car. Brian delivered the repair on-time and at cost. My Chevy Trailblazer started all the sudden getting very loud.I went to your dealership to check on the issue. Mr. Todd R. Heck on the service check in had a good diagnosis on the issue - leaking exhaust system. He recommendet - and this was perfectly right - an immediate service and repair. Unfortunately a closer diagnosis has shown, that my exhaust manifold ewas broken.I was in the situation to need the car asap back because of my travel itinerary. And here comes the best: Mr. T. Heck realized the urgency of the situation and "opened the window" for an urgend repair. Although the parts needed to be shipped from Cincinnati I never had any doubts that BLOSSOM can help me within 24 hours, perfectly within my schedule.Getting a rental car for the time between was easy as well, there was no problem and inconveniance at all. The car was repeired and ready for pick up at the anticipated time, the formal stuff was very easy. I liked the professionalism, friendliness, the knowledge and the excellent customer care at BLOSSOM. I have delt in the past with other Chevy dealerships in the US. Even McCauley in West Bloomfield (MI) can not reach the level of BLOSSOM, Tennyson in Livonia (MI) should take an apprenticeship here to learn how to service customers.All in all this was the most positive experience that I have had with a Chevy dealership so far. Martin called my cell phone thinking he was calling a previous customer. I now had her number. I told him it so happened my lease would soon be ending on my car. I went in to talk with him and he was so helpful. He took time to explain how the car's devices worked which is more than anyone had done previously. My whole experience was very positive and may I mention, I love my Chevy HHR. It is fully loaded and best of all-red my signature color. My partner and I were in need of a good used car because our 1999 Honda was about on it's last leg. We came to Blossom and had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Driskell. He ran our information and was very upfront and honest about our situation. As a person with not so good credit, it was great to have someone who was honest about our situation, but also was not willing to give up. He managed to find us a nice used 2007 Taurus that we really like. He not only got us what we needed, but he also helped us to start rebuilding our credit. Mike was a pleasure to deal with!

Todd R Heck was able to schedule me for 'same day service' on my 2005 Malibu LT. As requested, he called when the problem was identified, explained the needed repairs, and answered my questions in a professional manner. He was also able to accomodate my last minute request for additional services in the afternoon.Todd provided a courtesy shuttle ride to and from work and the driver was very kind and professional. He recognized me from my last visit to the dealership and remembered where my office was located. (Please note there was more than a year between my last visit to Blossom Chevy and the service I received on 5/25/10.)I also want to acknowledge Brian Seifert. My previous experience with Blossom was frustrating and time consuming. I was determined to avoid this dealership, but Brian encouraged me to give them another chance...He is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his dedication because without his encouragement, I would not have returned. I had a minor problem, Blossom diagnosed the problem accurately and repaired it accordingly. I was very satisfied with the results and would return for any other problems. Their service department is outstanding and their technicians are very competent.

After a divorce and bankruptcy, my credit score was low. I had visited a few dealerships before purchasing my 2009 Mitsubishi. I was told, even at the "no credit/bad credit" dealerships, that they were unable help me. I went to Blossom on a whim but was feeling very negative about purchasing a vehicle. They worked very hard to find a lender, and I purchased a very nice, trustworthy vehicle. Everyone was very nice and friendly....and very helpful. I have been to Ray Skillman and felt very insulted and drove a long way, just to be discouraged. The financial dept. was extremely rude and made me feel insulted. I could have been told the information over the phone or internet instead of driving a very long distance and wasting my time and gas. I visited Oak Motors and was approved but never received a call-back (regardless of several calls I made to them--even after being approved). Also, their vehicles are older models and have very high mileage; and the cost was extremely high. I found an ad in the Indy Star and thought I would give Blossom a try. To my amazement, they bent over backward to help me; and I was very impressed with the quality vehicle I received for the money. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will undoubtedly to go Blossom!

I was very impress with the good customer service I received as soon as I pulled up. I never had a claim taken care of so fast before with any other body shop that I had dealings with. I also never expected to have my car washed inside and out with the windows being clean as well. Overall, Blossom Body Shop service was excellent. Thank you.

Martin was a joy to work with when buying my new Camaro. He wasn't the 'typical' car salesman and was very up front about what his capabilities were. We kept him late on Saturday and he didn't rush to try to get us out the door. He even hand-delivered my replacement stripe kit to me.My only complaint with the entire process was Adam in the financial department having me drive up on Monday to deliver a cashiers check in place of the check I gave on Saturday. I know the funds were available on Saturday to cover the check and thought this was an unneccesary inconvenience asked of me. I have personally bought vehicles out of state on Saturday's and they have accepted my business checks with no questions asked. My banker even checked on Monday morning to ensure the money was available.

Jody did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work that was being done on my car and answering any questions I had. I never had to call and find out the progress on my car or when it would be done, she was always on top of things. After my car was finished, I had a few questions about some of the work and she was beyond accomodating in having someone take a second look at it and making sure it was working correctly. She was very friendly and helpful in a stressful situation for me! I will definitely want to work with her in the future!

I have used this auto body service on previous occasions and during my recent accident claim resulting in a loss of my car(totaled). The staff at Blossom's Chevy Collision Center is always prompt, efficient, and courteous. I appreciate the exceptional level of service rendered by Mr. Campbell. Because of his prompt work, I was able to resolve my claim in 2 days and I was able to acquire a car afterwards with the insurance money paid for my totaled car. The turn around time from my collision to acquiring a new car was incredibly swift. All this transpired because of the efficient and prompt service I received from Brian. I will definitely refer and utilize the auto body repair service located at Blossom if I have any future considerations for auto body repair. I also made a small request to have copiees of photos taken for my employer and Brian was able to email me the photos promptly. Please let Brian know how much I really appreciate his efforts towards me as a potential customer.

Although I guess it was my fault, I felt like the salesman took advantage of me. I was referred by the human resources manager of the dealership. In these situations I agree to not shop around inexchange for a fair price. After the sale, I found out thatthe salesman took advantage of the relationship.I have learned from my mistakes and will noit visit trhe dealership.My experience with the finance manager was a disaster. I am a banker and knbow what I can finance, what rate I can get and what my payments will be. The language used by the F&I manager when I refused insurance was intolerable, especially since my 11 year old was present.Even though I am a long time friend/coworker of the wife of the HR manager, I will not ever use this dealership again. I will also go out of my way to make sure that as many people as possible know of my experience. I have already influenced 2 people that would have patronized this dealership, to not shop there.

The reason why I gave the review that I did was that I was told by my insurance carrier that Blossom does great body work so I agreed to have my vehicle sent over to you for repair, after receiving my vehicle back from the insurance company I was very pleased with the work that Blossom did, it looked like a brand new vehicle

Horrible customer service, would not work with them again. Sold me a car that burned oil like crazy, charged me $250 in service center to fix something what wasn't the cause of the problem, talked down to me, did not return numerous phone calls. Weren't willing to work with me to solve the problem.
