We recently leased our second vehicle from Bismarck Motor Company, the first, a Honda Pilot, 3 years ago and the second, a Santa Fe Hyundia on July 26th. Both times, we have had the pleasure of dealingwith Baldr Coe, and he is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and veryhelpful in answering any and all questions that we had. We felt very confident with Baldr.

I was expecting some high pressure sales tactics and was pleasantly surprised. I did a rather extensive preparation using CONSUMER REPORTS as well as some of the motor magazines and thus had decided on the model and option packages that I wanted along with what I didn't want. They assisted me in getting the car I wanted in the color I wanted and searched out all of the price incentives for me. I thought I received a very reasonable offer and am very pleased.

I thought my sales person was very helpful. I appreciated that she talked to me about the vehicle I wanted. Then she found the vehicle in the preferred color and options packages. Taking delivery of the vehicle was very easy for me as my sales person met me at my convenience. My wife and I just got a 2016 Honda Pilot on lease. We had been leasing another Honda Pilot for three years. Tim Nelson helped us with the first car three years ago and now with the second one. He has been extremely helpfull. It felt like we had been helped by a friend not just a sales consultant. For that reason, we wanted to work with him again. Also, Eric in the Finance Department helped us with the financial aspect. For no time we got the new car, left the dealership happy and not stressed out whatsoever.

I had been shopping for a car for a short time, and scheduled a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in. The morning of my test drive my old car overheated twice on the way to the dealership. Angel, the employee I had scheduled my drive with, was understanding of my situation and the urgency for a new vehicle, though she never once rushed or pressured me. She was incredibly patient with me as I made phone calls, helped me determine my needs, and showed me numerous vehicles. Eric in the Finance Department ran several quotes for me and discussed my loan options thoroughly! He worked to get me the best deals and incentives that I qualified for! I was very impressed with both of their hard work, patience, and friendliness during that stressful time for me!

I have rated the Bismarck Motor Company 5 stars due to my satisfaction with the Volkswagen sales department. Specifically with Angel Serbina, the sales associate that helped me. Most car sales people i have delt with have been pushy and usually seem to try and sell a vehicle to me that i do not want. Angel was anything but. I told her what i wanted and thats what she focused on. She touched base with me when appropriate but i never felt pressured. The rest of the volkswagen sales team are very friendly as well. I would recommend the Bismarck Motor company to anyone interested in a volkswagen.

At first I had bought a used truck from them, had it for about 3 weeks and during that time it was in the shop multiple times. I contacted the dealership and they worked with my concerns I had and offered full trade in for what I paid to get a new truck. Great service and was never pressured into getting something I didn't want.

Bismarck Motor Company's Baldr Coe is an excellent sales person; very knowledgeable, no pressure. It kept us coming back many times. He showed us and let us drive a lot of vehicles until we settled on a Honda Pilot. We LOVE it!! Baldr also spent quite a bit of time with each of us making sure we knew how to set things up. Went to Kupper on Friday night they offered me with the trade offer so Saturday morning called Bismarck Motor Company the north store they gave me a quote over the phone so I wouldn't waste gas again going from Dickinson to Bismarck again I bought from them. A+++ service I would buy from them again and not Kupper they kept bragging on a $700 grille guard on the truck I was looking at which I didn't care about. Thank you to the crew at the north store.

There was no haggling over the price of the new vehicle nor was there any question on the fair value of my trade-in. Due to having my vehicle totaled in an accident, I was in need of a different truck. I contacted Tom Briese to see if he could find one for me. He did so and allowed us to test drive a few in a couple different price ranges. We found one we liked and started the purchase process. Unfortunately, a check we were awaiting from an insurance company was delayed. The staff at Bismarck Motor Company helped us to get our truck even though we had to wait a day to get the check. He made himself available anytime I wanted to stop by to test drive a vehicle. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I initially told him that I didnt want another Civic, only because my last 2 new vehicle purchases were Civics, and I wanted something different. After driving several vehicles, I found that I didnt like any other vehicle more than the Civic (I think Kevin must have a lot of patience too ;0)!). I LEASED AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO TURN IT IN I WAS NOT INFORMED OF NO INSPECTORIN THE AREA AFTER CALLING TO SCHEDULE. I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES ANDWAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE INSPECTOR, OR THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY ONCE AN INSPECTOR WAS FOUND. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM AT ALL. WHEN I WOULD CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THROUGH NMAC EXPRESSING MY CONCERNS OF THE PAINT PEELING AND CHIPPING SO EASILY THEY WOULD JUST TELL ME TO LET THE INSPECTOR KNOW WHEN THEY COME OUT IN A FEW MONTHS, TO ME THAT SEEMS THEY ARE WANTING TO GET MONEY OUT OF ME. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO INSPECTOR IN THE AREA AND ALSO STRESSED MY CONCERN ON THE PAINT. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT THERE ARE REP AND HAVE THEM CALL ME THAT SAME DAY. THE SERVICE FROM THE DEALERSHIP IS AWESOME, THEY JUMPED ON THE ISSUE FOR ME RIGHT AWAY. JUST THE NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THAT GREAT AT ALL. THEY DID HAVE THAT ALL NOTED SO I WAS NOT TO GET DINGED.

Totally worth the drive from Minot!We have bought/leased 14 cars in the last 18 years. I have never had a better experience with a salesperson/dealership. I truly could not have asked for an easier time.We called regarding a lease special that was advertised, the salesperson found out exactly which cars were available for that special, I chose the one I wanted and the finance department called us on the drive over to complete the lease application. When we arrived at the dealership the car was nearly ready to deliver, and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and go over the features of the car and the dealership.George Anderson was our salesperson. Rob Nagle was the best sales man I have met. He went above and beyond to help educate and satisfy my first car buying experience. Rob spent hours upon hours with me and didn't make me feel like a burden. I really appreciated the time, effort and respect he showed me. I was looking at an older vehicle with high miles and Rob showed me (in a very nonaggressive, not your typical salesman kind of way) that leasing a brand new 2015 is a smarter decision. Corey Jesser in the financial department was also amazing to work with! I was really concerned that I wouldn't get approved on my own but he helped me and got me a really good discount! My bride and I were in the market for a vehicle that i could easily get in and out of as i have had 4 1/2 back and 2 neck surgeries and it is very hard to enter and exit anything other than a pickup. We met George Anderson one of the fine sales people there and he had us try a Honda CRV EX-L and it fit and worked perfectly for us and especially me. We are up in age and i have also suffered mini-strokes so my memory isn't good sometimes. George took the time to slowly and carefully go over everything with us and also said to call or email him anytime if we have a question or concern. You can't beat that with a stick!Make sure to check them out as they sell all kinds of new makes and models not just Honda. They have a good used selection too if in that market. We will be dealing with George Anderson in the future for our vehicle needs that is for sure.Nice and friendly staff and dealership as a whole. It is owned by the Kupper Automotive Dealership and if you have ever done business with them they have their best price up front so you know where you are right off the bat. These guys did a great job at servicing my Honda! I was having troubles the day before Thanksgiving and no place would even look at my Honda because they didn't have the advanced technology that Bismarck Motor Company has for Hondas. Baldr spent a lot of time with me to show me the Honda CRV. After showing the differences between the 2015 and the 2014 I was still needing to check out a couple of other vehicle choices. He was fine with that which I found unusual, since most car dealers at that time try to push a close to the sale. I recently (Sept '14) purchased a Honda Odyssey from Bismarck Motor Company and am still being blown away by the whole experience. When I went to the lot, there were no Odysseys there. I had been referred to George Anderson by a friend who also recently bought an Odyssey. George was not in, but another saleman (Travis Rieger) took down my information and gave me an informational booklet on Odyssey's. He also confirmed that there were none on the lot but they were anticipating getting in 1 or 2 soon.Low and behold, George called me at 5 pm that same night to tell me an Odyssey had come in. He let me know that I could come look at it although it wasn't programmed yet and didn't even have the plastic off. So I made my way down there and checked it out. This is when it got really good.George took me out to the vehicle to look at and show me what he could (since it was not programmed yet). After going back inside, he explained how the BMC did business under Bob Kupper. They were a "sticker price is the lowest price" with no negotiating. I smirked and thought, "Isn't that everywhere?" George then showed me the invoice for them to buy the van, and how it was only $200 less than what they planned to price it at. I was blown away that a dealship would do that.He then asked if I planned to trade in a vehicle which I did if they didn't gouge me on the price. Again to my surprise, they gave me a very reasonable trade in price, considerably more than I expected. George then ran back and forth to the business manager to crunch numbers on leasing v loan (including months, incentives, APRs,etc). George made no reference of time and had the demeanor to stay until midnight if I chose. He informed me that there was a note from the manager for another salesman to contact a client about this van. Again, I thought, " Here we go, back to old dealership tactics." Surprised again.George told me it was completely up to me on what I wanted to do. He said if I liked the van and planned to purchase it, I should put down a deposit to hold it in my name before the morning. If I had any hesitation, I should sleep on it and come back in the morning. There was no pressure, no tricks, and no run around. I called my wife and we agreed to put a deposit down.Next day, my wife and I both came in to make the final purchase. The agreement was contingent upon a full inspection of my trade in as well as a test drive and daylight inspection of the van. George went above and beyond of what we consider satisfactory customer service. He even walked to a gas station to buy us some bottled water because the dealership was out!George answered all accessory questions we had without pressuring us to buy anything. He was constantly running around to various people to get any answer he didn't know himself. He passed us on to Lance Meyer, our business manager. Lance was equally non-pressuring and walked us through our options at a very slow pace, as to not blind side us with hidden fees or play number games.So after all the ink dried, George gave us a personalization tour of the van and all the bells and whistles. It has been almost a month now, and I still contact George with any concerns or issues I have. He always responds that day, and will help me to his fullest extent, even offering to pay for new license plates so I wouldn't have to make a special trip to the dealship. I simply cannot describe how happy my wife and I have been, and have most certainly found our place and guy we will buy our next vehicle from.

Purchased a used vehicle with my son, it was his first "major" vehicle purchase. Now remember this dealership sell cars worth 10 times what we spent on this vehicle, HOWEVER, they made us feel like we were their only customer. Not just the sales rep (Tony H.) but everybody we saw in the store shook my son's hand and congratulated him on his purchase. This made him feel great. I recently purchased a Honda Civic LX from Bismarck Motor Company. After my experience here I don't think I would want to purchase from any other dealer again. I had been looking around for a used car and was getting hounded and over-pressured from every where else I went. When I came to Bismarck Motor Company this was not the case. They asked me what I was interested in looking at and what kind of price range I was thinking. Then they stuck to that range!!! Every where else I have been looking the dealer kept trying to push me towards a more expensive car. Bismarck Motor Company and the salesman I worked with (George Anderson) were very helpful and really cared about helping me buy the best car for ME! Not the most expensive car they could get away with selling. George was a very relaxed salesman that worked with me on multiple occasions until I decided on a vehicle that I wanted. He gave me the information I needed about each car I looked at to help me make a decision. I think a lot of this experience can also be linked to the fact that the company's salesmen are not paid on commission, so they in turn do not put pressure on you to buy a car right then and there, or even specifically from them. George actually told me to work with other employees if was there on a day he wasn't working! I purchased a used, 2012 Ford Escape XLT from Bismarck Motor Company in June of 2014. The service I received from the people at BMC was by far the best I have ever experienced. Being a young man in his 20s, it may be easy for some dealers to overlook people such as myself or not take us seriously as a potential client. That was not the case with BMC. The man I bought my Escape from, Kevin Senger, was one of the nicest guys I could've imagined buying a vehicle from. He was very easy to get a hold of when I had a question or concern (email, phone calls, and even texting) and went above & beyond even my highest expectations in order to do everything in his ability to make my buying experience exceptional. He went to great lengths to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my decision to buy the Escape. Kevin Senger and I talked early after the car I bought from the earlier was totaled. He said he had one that would meet my specs and then called back with $500 off on a certain day. This matched Denver's lowball pricing\. They also delivered the car to Spearfish which was 90 mile s from Gillette. Second car I have bought from them. They also took care of me on my total loss / extended warranty issues. I will be back.

I first emailed the dealership to see if the model I wanted was available or could be ordered. George replied back, that the model I wanted would need to be bought to Bismarck, but available. They took my information and I was pre-approved for a loan thru Nissan. I went to the dealer ship put down a payment, to show my commitment so that my new car could be brought to town. We made arrangements to pick up the care on a Friday. As I did not have a car to drive me to the dealership, they picked me up at an agreed time, and bought me to the dealership. In less than two hours I had the keys to my new Nissan Cube. I have never bought a car so fast. I have ordered accessaries and have been in to have them installed and everyone is very nice. I have been driving my new car for less than two weeks and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to you all.

I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Murano from Bismarck Motor Company. I had been looking to upgrade my car to an SUV for quite awhile, but was having trouble finding the one I wanted. When I went into BMC I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. My salesman, Tom Briese, was excellent! He discussed with me the ins and outs of the Murano, and promptly answered any questions I had about the vehicle's features. Being that buying a car is a very big decision, I definitely took my time in deciding if this was the vehicle for me. I talked with Tom for a few hours the evening I was in the dealership, and not once did I ever feel like he was pushing me into making a decision one way or the other. After the sale was completed, Tom introduced me to the managers, and gave me a tour of the building so I knew where to go if I returned for service work, questions, or any other reason. Overall, I was very pleased with my decision to do business with Bismarck Motor Company and will return to them in the future.

I was able to communicate with the dealership on line to start the process of leasing a new vehicle. Mr. Kusler was respectful of my wishes to stay within my budget, and upgrade my current lease from a 2009 Nissan to a 2013 Nissan. I was very impressed with the respectfulness of every employee in the dealership, from the service department who swithched over my Blizzak tires at no charge, to the financial manager who made the entire process effortless. There was a sense that every person who walked in the door was a valuable person, not just a customer, and the staff was friendly and seemed to be happy to be there! Bob has helped me before with my car. This is the 3rd car I have purchased thru this dealership and have always worked with Lance as a salesperson and doing my service work thru the dealership. Even though my lease wasn't up until 11/2012, when Honda was running a great deal in April 2012, he thought of me and called me--he was able to find a new, 2012, Honda Accord for me (so upgraded from a 2009 H.Accord), with actually more accessories (beautiful black leather interior, heated front seats, bluetooth, compass and temp gauges,remote start, etc.) and I even purchased an additional undercoating,and an interior & exterior protection package and only increased my monthly payment by $7!! Now initially when he contacted me, the deal he had considered was to put me in a new 2012 Honda Accord with essentially the same equipment on my 2009 Accord..and he could have saved me actually $30-40 a month...However, after further discussion and in looking at the above new Honda Accord, and discovering it only raised my payment by about $7 a month, I was ecstatic!! Kevin goes out of his way to be helpful! He explained the equipment in my new Accord and even helped sync up the bluetooth with my cell phone. He is a no pressure sales man and as a woman, I appreciate that. Thanks Kevin for thinking of me even though my lease wasn't up. Because you did, I got a great deal on a fantastic,brand-spanking new, beautiful Honda Accord, and didn't have to wait until November!(Who knows what kind of deals would have been offered then!!)

Shad Kusler was the salesperson I worked with at Bismarck Motor Company, and he was wonderful to work with. I was initially looking at used vans with low mileage, as I didn't think I could afford a new van. After we visited a bit, Shad suggested I look at a new 2011 Nissan Quest that was on the lot. It was priced lower than the used vehicles I had been considering. It was actually just what I wanted but didn't think I could afford. Shad answered all my questions and provided me with a great deal of information, and has continued to follow up with me to make sure the Quest if living up to my expectations. I worked with Corey Jesser to arrange for my financing. He, too, was great to work with. He very clearly explained the documents I was signing and what my obligation would be. Corey provided me with information about a number of additional warranties and services I could purchase. He did not pressure me to sign up for these, just made me aware of them and what each would add to my monthly payment. We decided the vehicle we first looked at was not right for us and the salesman we worked with, George Anderson, was understanding and never pushy. It was really nice to deal with such a professional and low-key salesman and when we returned (6 months or so later), we were glad we could work with George again.I really like that Bismarck Motor Company has adopted the policy of offering the very best price from the start and bypassed the dickering process. I know some people really enjoy it but I do not. The process, from start to finish was streamlined. We got the vehicle we wanted, at a price we felt was fair, and a finance rate that exceeded our expectation. George has followed up on our request to have the missing owners manual replaced and made it clear he will be available to us to answer any questions we might have in the future.I would also like to comment on the service department at Bismarck Motor Company, particularly service advisor, Bob Blumhagen. Ive had my 1994 Honda Civic in a number of times for maintenance and have never felt more comfortable! On a couple of occasions I was expecting hefty repair bills but, instead of taking me for a ride, only the most necessary and efficient repairs were completed. I now feel completely confident when Im told what maintenance needs to be performed and I take all my vehicles there.Bismarck Motor Company, gets my highest recommendation!

Price was great, and we love our new Nissan Versa Hatchback. Kevin was great on sales follow-up, calling us to make sure everything was going well. Very much appreciated! We went to Bismarck looking for a used car for my daughter. We weren't necessarily looking for anything specific, just a fair deal at a reasonable price. Greg took the time to listen to us and show us around, asking questions to help determine what would work for us, and we finally found something that made us all happy. Before making the deal I called my financial institution to find out the value and what I would be able to borrow, and I was pleasantly surprised that the "Best Price" sign hanging from the rear view mirror was in fact an excellent price. Greg was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would recommend Bismarck Motors to anyone looking for an honest, fair, and helpful dealership. When the time comes that I begin looking for another vehicle, Bismarck Motors and Greg will be my first stop.

Ryan was very easy to work with, friendly and helpful - we would give him a "5". It was actually the best car buying experience we have ever had, very low pressure. When I brought the car back a few days later to be undercoated, etc., there had been a little miscommunication in the shop about the appointment time and what all was to be done, so I had to wait about an hour longer than anticipated, which was a little inconvenient. But overall, we were pleased, and love the CR-V. We would definitely recommend or work with Ryan and the dealership again.

I had a good experience with Bismarck motor company. I was pleased with their no hassle pricing and the friendly atmosphere. George Anderson was a good salesmen. He showed me how things worked on my new vehicle before I left the lot. I wish there was a Hyundai dealer in Jamestown, ND. My closet dealer is 2 hours away.

We bought our first car with Bismarck Motor Company. I was very worried at first since it is supposed to be a huge ordeal and not very pleasant. We had a great experience with Shad, though. He worked really hard to make it as painless as possible and really went out of his way to get us the car we wanted. I wish everytime we buy a big ticket item it could go as smoothly as buying our new Nissan did.

Bought my vehicle, 2006 Honda Ridgeline, with out seeing it in person. Shad treated me right. Delivered it to Fargo for me. Shad was great to work with and would have given overall great review if Deb, the title clerk, would have not treated my wife rudely on the phone. When she realized she was in the wrong and called back trying to be nice it was too late....bad impression already made.

My wife and I were both treated very well and LISTENED to to find a vehicle that fit our needs and not the profits of the business or the salesperson. Our experience was wonderful. Sales reps were very friendly and willing to listen to what we were looking for. It helped that they laid out the financing for us in different options on how to pay. I also was happy to receive a friendly follow up call the next day to see if any questions or problems. It really made me feel more comfortable having done business with them.

I recently purchased a Murano from Bismarck Motor Company. I was very impressed with the service I received. George Anderson is exceptional. He is a good listener and went out of his way to give remarkable service. Bismarck Motor Company is a better car dealership because George is representing them in a professional, concise and competent manner. I purchased a Civic from Bismarck Honda, which is now Bismarck Motor Company a couple of years ago. Then my husband purchased his car from the same dealership. So, you already have our loyalty. I thought new car experience was very positive for us. The sales person was friendly and was not pressuring us to buy something we did not want. The sales manager even went out of his way to wash the car by himself before we took delivery. Overal it was a very positive experience for us and we would gladly do business with them again in the future.
