Should have negative stars. They sold me a 2013 Suburban and told me I had 60 days to find any problems and bring it back so they can fix it. 2 weeks later, brakes were making grinding noise and truck was bouncing during braking. Took it in (about 300 miles later) and they rotated rotors. Problem didn't stop. Took it back and they rotated them again. Bouncing stopped and grinding noise stopped temporarily. Grinding started again and they are now telling me the rear rotors, pads and calipers are all bad and they want $1100 to fix. They said we've now put too many miles on it and it's past the 60 days. Well, DUH!!! You didn't fix it the first 2 times I took it in. Bill Cramer waited until it was past the time allowed to deal with and fix the actual problem. The assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Kept interrupting me when I was talking. Raising his voice and came close to calling me a liar. He said that this info isn't on the ticket so I didn't actually address this problem before. I can't help what they write on the ticket but they were told about these problems. I also don't stand there in the garage while they are doing their job to make sure everything they find goes on the ticket. How am I supposed to know the calipers are causing the problem? They are the ones doing the inspection. Jeff in the service department tried to work with me but the assistant manager wanted to be "not nice". They sold me a vehicle with bad breaks and they won't fix it. Their inspection ticket they fill out before it goes up for sale says brakes were inspected. Clearly that wasn't true or they new they were bad and didn't want to fix it. I would feel more comfortable going to a shady used car dealer that wore a mask, worked from a warehouse, only took cash, and grinded all the serial numbers off. Never buy from Bill Cramer unless you like getting the shaft and enjoy being lied to.

The absolute worse experience I've ever encountered in my 40 years of existence. The sales man took over 2 weeks to supply my creditor with the 3 necessary documents to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The day comes when I'm to sign the purchase agreement and low and behold I was told the vehicle was sold. If the dealer would have submitted the paper work in a timely manner the car would have been shipped to my house and in my possession. The sales man also stated this is what happens when you are trying to get financed for a vehicle that is on consignment.

I bought a new Pickup Truck from this Dealership back in 2015. At the time I bought it, the salesman didn't really seem to care if I bought it at all and acted like he was doing me a favor by being available to sell it to me. At the time, the pickup I wanted was only available at this location, so I overlooked the lack of salesmanship. This dealership gives you some free oil changes. I have now had 2 of them. Both times, the experience with the service department was a disaster. During both visits, I had a recall that had to be addressed as well. Both times I left my vehicle for them the entire day. The first time, they did the recall on the hood latch, but failed to do the oil change. Despite working an 8 hour day, I arrived at the dealership and had to wait an hour in the waiting room for them to do an oil change that they had the entire day to do. This 2nd time, they had the truck all day long and didn't bother to do either the recall work OR the oil change. I called late in the afternoon to see if the truck was done yet and the service guy told me "We've done the oil change, but I have NOT been able to get your trailer hitch recall looked at by a technician. We are HOPING that we can get one to look at it by closing time at 6 PM." Let me explain something to you. This recall involves having a technician visually look at the trailer hitch and determine if it's the correct one. It takes all of 5 seconds to do. Yet, despite having my vehicle ALL DAY LONG, they couldn't get a tech to walk over and say "nope, it's got the right hitch and doesn't need a new one". The service man told me that they have yet to have a pickup like mine that had the wrong hitch, so there is probably like a 99% chance it won't need a new one, but he still couldn't find somebody that could just walk over and look at it." When I got done working, I got a ride to the dealership to get my truck and drive home from work. It turns out that not only was the recall work NEVER done, neither had the oil change. They had lied to me about that. I watched my truck drive by the side of the building and over to the oil change area and had to sit in the waiting room for just shy of an hour waiting on the oil change. I've never been to a place that couldn't get the oil changed in an 8 hour period. It's happened twice at this dealership. I am beginning to believe that the dealership purposely jerks the customer around when it comes to their free oil changes so you will get so aggravated that you won't come back for any more free ones. It's working - I am seriously considering spending money out of my own pocket to avoid dealing with this pathetic customer service. I'd rather visit my dentist that spend any more time on the property of this dealership. I didn't know a thing about this dealership when I bought this truck but that it had been BEST OF BAY several years in a row. I don't see how? Their employees must be going on and voting repeatedly for them is all I can figure. My previous truck was purchased at a competing dealership about a mile or so away that has multiple vehicle lines, but DOES NOT offer GM products. I wish I had just gotten another brand and gone back to them. Their level of service and concern for their customers is light years better than these folks. Sometimes I would drop off my truck for an oil change and 30 minutes later they were calling to tell me it was ready to be picked up whenever it was convenient for me. I never had the least bit of problem or anything negative happen during the entire 5 years I owned my previous vehicle from this "other" dealership. The customer service difference is night and day between the 2. I DO NOT recommend this dealership.

there is zero pride in workmanship or commitment to service performed at this dealership. At the first hint that defective work, under warranty, is the root of a problem...then Service Manager (Matt) is unavailable (...actually hangs up on a call) and first opportunity to fix issue is 'WEEKS' away....if at all.Frustrating, sad, unethical.....but the Service Manager gets a bigger bonus....because he's saved the dealership money.

The last three cars we purchased were Cadillacs, we have the 2014 SRX Luxury, as were as the 2016 Premium. All of them from Bill Cramer's Dealership. The last 2 we worked with Nancy Prunery. She is very professional, knows the car inside and out. We will by our next Cadallic from her at Bill Cramer's. The Dealership provides the best service I have experienced. Always customer focused. They have customized their service department so that they have 2 areas, one (Express Service) for normal service like oil changes, gas for tires, that provides fast and timely service. The other service department deals with more involved car repairs. Both customer waiting lounges provides refreshments, wifi, TVs, clean restrooms. Bill Cramer does a great job al around.

I brought my SUV in for oil change and tire rotate and balance also to have the hood looked at because it was not opening right. When the tires were done they bent one of my rims and did not notice it. When I brought it to their attention that something was not right with my car they immediately took it back in and found the rim and ordered me a new one. It was installed the next day.

The quick service center was very clean and comfortable. Drinks and snacks were available and complementary. Staff were cheerful and efficient . Oil change,tire rotation, and inspection took about 45 minutes. Local newspaper, and plenty of magazines were available. AMAZING SERVICE! I scheduled an appointment that I sadly had to cancel last minute but they rescheduled me for their next available appointment. When I went to service department they were beyond friendly and best of all honest. I was notified that my car may need the brakes changed but they wouldn't do the maintenance without verifying. Turns out the brakes are still good and I only needed an oil change. When the brakes need changed I will go back to Bill Cramer!!

I brought my car in to have the tires checked and get new windshield wipers. The tire check was free and the cost of the wipers was competitive with what I would have had to pay at a retail store (without free installation). My wait time was very reasonable. I first saw the Chevy Spark on the website night before. I had already knew I wanted the green one. I prayed that night that if GOD would bless me with this car. The next day when I drove to the dealership, a nice man directed me to a bright and helpful individual who I feel like GOD meant to be a part of this blessing. Nancy Pruyne was not only extremely helpful in the process of getting the car....but she allowed me to drive it around by myself to get a feel so I would be sure that this was exactly what I wanted. She was not pushy or inpatient. She was realistic and humble to what my decision would be. After all these occurrences for that day ... Dave Ogburn has been our Salesman at Bill Cramer Chevrolet for more years than I want to say!!!!. He is always professional, but personal at the same time. We have purchased new and used vehicle with him over the years. This time we traded our 2010 Tahoe for a new 2016 LT Tahoe and we were in and out with our new Tahoe in less than 4 hours. Derek in finance was great, he explained everything about the deal and was also very professional, but personal at the same time. At no time did my wife and I ever feel "pressured" into making a deal on something we did not want. Our salesman (Mike Fogarty) listened to our "wants" and did everything in his power to provide for them. I usually equate dealing with car salesmen about like going to the dentist. In this case, the experience was pleasant. The person handling the finance (Ty Sweet) was very professional as well. Overall, the whole process went well. Mr. Cramer is blessed to have people working for him like Mr. Fogarty and Mr. Sweet.Note: my wife and I did have an unpleasant experience with a sales person on the used truck lot. I would prefer to make an appointment to discuss this issue in private.

So far, a great experience. I'm curious to see if my gas mileage is going to be effected after the Safety Recal on my Exhaust was completed. I like the new quick service area that you have started. it could feel more organized in the way that you interact with customers and it would be nice if it were a bit faster. Overall not bad, you are working in the right direction. I would have used a small stand alone shop to make small repairs but as of now i would prefer using your service and hope you are using OEM parts.

I was pleasantly surprised that your dealership stood behind the Chevrolet product even though I was from out of town and did not purchase my Impala from you. Safety problems surfaced in my 14 yr. old Impala. They included a permanently 'on' coolant level light, intermittent turn signal failure, and alarming noises while braking. I took it to Bill Cramer's service department without an appointment. Wonderful, wonderful Rebecca coordinated an inspection and estimate of the work that needed to be done with the service department people and explained the repairs and estimates to me while answering my questions. This was a busy time for the service department so she and Sally also arranged a loaner for my use while waiting my turn. Now that the needed repairs have been made I feel safe and am happy to once again be driving my Impala. I appreciate the care and concern shown by Rebecca and all those in-volved. Thank you! We purchased our first GMC Acadia from the Lloyd dealership in 2006/2007. After 100,000+ miles, we felt it was about time to shop. Visiting several competitor dealerships and comparing everything to our Acadia really opened our eyes. Bill Cramer was the dealership most distant from our home and we planned it to be our last browsing stop. It was easy to find much to like about the 2016 Acadia. Its size, handling, and features were equal to or superior to anything we had previously seen. Having a knowledge and understanding salesperson was also a big plus for Bill Cramer. At our age, this could be close to the final new car shopping experience we will have. Thanks Bill Cramer for making it work for us.

I was told I had no problems that needed to be corrected when I had my enclave serviced last week. on Saturday I got a message in my email from the onstar monthly car review saying that I had an urgent need to have a problem looked into. it was suggested that I get in my car and get in touch with onstar immediately. what's going on and what could onstar have told me that your dealership could not have told me?

I brought my truck in after a telephone call reminding me its time for maint. This along with the email reminder program. This is very nice. Made the appointment to see my service rep. Scott Pardee who was more than cordial wrote down everything including new tires, and a small issue with part throttle drivability. When work was completed I went to pick the truck up Scott even had it cleaned and vacuumed. What a great experiance. I will be returning and continue to purchase my vehicles at Bill Cramer.

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS two liter Turbo in October 2014. The Cadillac Cue would not work with my iPhone regarding texts. I immediately brought this to the attention of David along with other dealership employees. Due to my kids and husband coming home in July, I relied on texts from my phone and had to drive with the phone in my lap in order to see when one arrived. I went into Bill Cramer and David spent about 2+ hours in another Cadillac trying to figure it out to no avail, and I finally spoke with Steve who made several phone calls and finally determined it was something very simple.... I did not have the text app on my Cue. I then decided to trade my car in and there was a Cadillac on the lot that met my requirements (white, ebony interior) as well as having a Cue with the text app. I purchased that car... 2015 Cadillac V-sport. Once again, I had problems with the texts. The Cue would work with Androids but not Iphones. I was extremely disappointed since I bought this car for the specific purpose of the text app and left the dealership with an unresolved issue in the car I just purchased. I spent a minimum of 12+ hours on the phone with Cadillac and Apple plus many hours sitting in the car going over the manual over a period of 4-5 days and multiple calls/texts with David and I finally gave up and made appointment and brought car in for the service dept. to figure it out. After they had the car for the day, I went to pick it up and spent over an hour in the car with Matt and Justin and we eventually figured it out..... something as simple as a setting on my phone.I am extremely happy with my new car and want to praise everyone that went above and beyond to make sure I got this car, to-wit: Bill Doremus. I'm very grateful to other employees who did their best to help with other issues: Scott, Steve, Derick, Matt, Justin and big thanks to Ms. Sally for making sure I had a loaner car. I'd also like to thank John in parts for getting a cargo mat and valve stem covers and Taylor who was very personable and supportive during my frustration.Last but not least... Thank you to Bill Cramer, Chris Cramer and Will Cramer!!!!!Due to the family orientated service that we received, we will be life long customers.

This last visit to have one of my Chevys worked on was by far a pleasant experience instead of the usual long drawn out ordeals of former visits. I was happy to pay for my bill when my vehicle was ready. The service host Taylor Hall was a true professional. Instead of my wife and I aimlessly walking around the local neighborhood and getting uptight waiting for the work to be completed, Taylor found us a loaner vehicle. My wife and I were able to go further away to go have a nice dinner and shopping. She called and let us know my vehicle was ready, and when we got back to the dealership, I was a happy satisfied customer. Taylor was a very pleasant ray of sunshine in what usually had always been an unpleasant, but necessary vehicle repair or maintenance. I own a business and have many various vehicles,work and pleasure. My experience at the Ford dealership has always been about the same as Chevys up until this last visit. The service lobby is very comfortable and clean. A couple of issues on my car that I was not aware of were found in the early stages, , these are safety items. I was running errands with my 3 kids. I stopped at a store and when I came back out my sensors came on saying the engine was hot and my a/c was off. Got out of the car and all of my coolant and water was covering the pavement under my Traverse. Called my friend that's a mechanic he picked up my car and saw that it was the water pump. Checked the GMC website and saw there were problems with the water pumps. I had my recall felt with in December. Call Bill Cramer had a tow truck pick up my Traverse the next day and with in 24 hours my Traverse was repaired at n/c and they even picked up my toe charges. Needless to say what started off as a bad week ended very well.

The service was great. I had tires replaced on one day and the service representative, Becky, took care of all my needs. I have a new Canyon with 800 miles and the next morning after the tire replacement the battery was dead. Billy Dunn had Mr. Wyatt come to my house, jump start the vehicle, Becky had the battery check and replaced at no cost to me. Mr. Creamer happened to come through the service waiting room and stopped to speak with me and other folks waiting. I don't know how anyone could improve on the courteous efficient folks that work there. Mr. Creamer has set the bar high for other businesses in Bay County and the surrounding counties to reach. Excellent help from the dealership in everything from deciding which vehicle, ordering the car, and taking delivery. I refused to have OnStar activated AT ALL! I wanted the dealership to disable OnStar prior to delivery and the gave me a clear explanation why the dealership could could not help that process because of possible repercussions from GM. Understandable when big GM threatens but I WILL disable OnStar! VERY disappointed with GM's data gathering and retention of OnStar data, and that there isn't a clear method to easily DISABLE the OnStar connectivity. When I called the 800 customer service they were unaware that OnStar has been hacked when I called OnStar customer service they misrepresented the facts. This makes unlikely that I will ever reorder a vehicle with OnStar even on board. It is also unlikely that I will ever give a positive recommendation to friends! That said I consider the Cramer DEALERSHIP to be outstanding and highly recommend them!

A plug wire had jumped off of my #4 cylinder when I went over a speed bump moving about 5-8 miles per hour causing a bad miss fire in my engine. My display was telling me to have my traction control (?) serviced. I immediately drove to Bill Cramer Chevrolet. The service rep took my info. In a mater of 5 or so minutes he came to me in the customer waiting room and told me all that had happened was a plug wire was off of my #4 cylinder and there was no charge to replace it.Many mechanics would've lied to me and charged me an exorbitant amount of money.The only folks that will touch my Corvette is Bill Cramer Chevrolet and I intend on telling the story of my experience with this issue to everyone I have an opportunity to do so with.

The service manager, Tristan Ledford, met me at my car and filled out the required forms and offered me coffee in the waiting area. My 2013 GMC Terrain was serviced and ready to go in 35 minutes. Mr. Ledford explained the service after it was completed. Couldn't ask for better service!

I arrived at 6:45am and waited until service dept. opened. The service advisor was very courteous. She asked me if I had appointment and I told her no. She said that's okay and wrote up my service invoice. The time it took to service my vehicle was between 45 and 60 minutes. (which is reasonable) When my vehicle was ready, She explained the services that were performed and suggested some issues that needed to be address in the near future. No pressure at selling these services. The waiting room and restrooms were very clean. Snacks were plentiful with fresh coffee brewing. Service like this will always have repeat customers. Thanks!

I brought my car in because of a code that appeared on my dash that I didnt understand. It was a tire code, which needed to be dealt with because I had been airing that specific tire often, but unable to find a nail or anything. When I brought it in I was told that they didnt know how long I would have to wait so I asked for a loaner and they gave me one. My car was there for a few hours and while they took care of fixing my tire (for free) I had use of a nice car and was able to take my pets to the groomers and vet and was able to get my shopping done. Prices are high, but dealerships are most of the time. I do like this one because, the service people are knowledgeable and friendly, they listen to what you want or need, and get with it. Always trying to find the best way to solve the problem at the least cost to you. When you get your car, it is fixed to your satisfaction, the only dig is that my car comes back dirty. They should consider returning a customers car to them clear, or at least as clean as it was when it came in for service.

This was the BEST customer service experience I've had in a long time. Mark and the team went way above my expectations. I had to have major work done on my truck and was worried about the cost. I'm going through a very nasty divorce and supporting two kids on my own is taking a toll on my financial situation. When Mark called me to pick up my vehicle and told me no charge due to him finding my warranty I broke down with tears. My emotions were at an all time high because I just knew that to fix my truck would take my entire savings. Mark and the team made that day special for me and my kids. On 29 April I took my 2003 Deville to the Express Service for an oil change and routine inspection. I was greeted immediately by a service rep who actually knew my name. While waiting in the customer lounge, the Express Service Manager stopped by for a chat and asked if I had any questions. I remarked the a/c blower was quite loud. He immediately had a technician check the a/c system and found the filter was clogged with dust/pollen and there were small leaves in the air intake duct. This was a huge difference than my last visit to the Dealership. Last trip, I was there for a 7:00 appt. for a hose clamp recall on the power steering and was there for a little over 3 hours. I was in for my first maintenance on my truck the other day and was in and out in about 1/2 hr - 45 min. It was great. They diid all of their inspections and topped everything off, I was out in no time. Thank You!!!

I was greeted quickly upon arrival and a 2nd lady came out to ensure that I had been taken care of. However, I did not appreciate the employee that was waiting in the lobby asking if I was ready to sell my Cruz. I feel that if a customer is wanting to trade-in or sell their vehicle then they should contact the sales people. But I did enjoy the complimentary snack and beverage while I waited for my oil change and tire rotation. I do wish it took less than an hour though.

The service was very efficient. I was provided a loaner vehicle which is worth a lot in and of itself, but the service was handled very quickly. The service department was able to locate and repair a problem that another dealership had not been able to do in 5 different attempts. Very pleased, I will return for future service, though hopefully just for preventative maintenance and not ridiculous repairs.

Took my vehicle in for a creaking sound coming from the left rear wheel area. This only occurred when getting in and out of the vehicle. I am really impressed about the amount of time and effort the tech took to eliminate any possible problems, In addition the service manager kept me informed through the whole process , turns out they got to the root of the problem simply caused by the humid dry conditions and dust. Not charged for the visit which was surprising but, pleasing as they spent so much time and effort. Great team great service above all very professional.

I brought my 2011 Lucerne in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Because of coupons you sent this was vvery reasonable and I got my car washed too. I didn't think it could be any better when I asked Scott Partee how I might repair a crack in the seat frame. Scott checked and found it was still under warranty, oredered the part and you repaired the problem. I have great confidence in your staff including the new staff at the quick lube location. It was the best vehicle I have ever owned...never had a minute of trouble from the transmission or the A/C the entire time...only routine maintenance was required. All of my maintenance was handled by Scott and when I bought my 2014 Yukon XL, I had no intention of letting any dealership but yours handle the care and feeding of my Yukon! I stopped in on a rainy afternoon without an appointment. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions. The waiting lobby is impeccably clean and they have light refreshments for while you wait. My oil was changed in what I felt was an appropriate amount of time, especially given that I did not have an appointment (I've waited much longer at other places while having an appointment). When my car was done, the staff profusely apologized for the wait and even discounted the cost of the service for the wait. What they did not know, was that I am early on in my pregnancy and was having a rough day, and their gestures of kindness were beyond any appreciation I could express and actually brought me to tears as I was climbing into my car to leave. I have never had a bad experience here and will never go anywhere else for service to my vehicle.

I had several small things that needed taking care of, but to me they were big. For example, my seatbelt buckle got turned over and it worried the life out of me every time I got in the car to go somewhere, I had to wrestle with the buckle to turn it over to get it to connect. I mentioned it to the service representative and they took care of it! I drive 100 miles to Bill Cramer because I get such excellent service from this dealership. I have a dealership in Dothan, but never had the great service and care that I get from Bill Cramer. It's worth the 100 drive to deal with someone who cares about you and your vehicle. Also, I'm a widow and I have to have someone I can trust to take care of what my vehicle needs.

Dealer sent a notice and called me to schedule my recall maintenance. Once I arrived they were quick to repair the recall item, while waiting they made available hot coffee and cold water. The waiting area was clean and well organized. I like the fact that they had a National News show broadcasting instead of other programs. I had a pleasant experience! The wait time for my car to get fixed for it's recall on the ignition and to get the oil changed was 3 hours. It ended up being a little less, which was a nice surprise! My boyfriend and I walked down the street to the corams to grab a quick bite while we waited. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to have some kind of map or list of nearby places to go eat or shop while people wait, with some coupons or something for those places. Team up with them! You advertise them, they give you coupons to give to your customers! Just an idea. My recall was free, which was great, but the oil change costed 42 bucks, when I would normally go get it done at Sears for 20. But I had a 25 dollar gift card that the dealership had sent me for Christmas (?), so it all costed less than $20. I would recommend this dealership!

I arrived at the dealership with an idea of what I wanted but Patrick helped me get into a nicer trim level for just a little bit more money. The Terrain was the right color on the outside but was the wrong color so Bill Cramer found a leather kit with the right color and installed it. Had a few repairs to do on my cobalt. It took about 3 days to do but they gave me a nice service rental during that time. Very friendly. I was in and out quick because of the amount of time the repairs would take but the only thing I would recommend is a children's area. Sometimes when you are just getting tires or and oil change it takes a bit, with having young children, having some place like that is a life saver.

The staff friendly, helpful and courteous.The service was prompt, but the mechanic left a dirty oil residue on my corvettes leather steering wheel and drivers door handle. Also a small puddle of oil around the engine oil filer cap.At home I was able to clean it all back to perfection.I am sure the mechanic was just putting quantity over quality.Thank you, I shall continue to use your new facility.

I arrived early so I could unhook and park my boat in the back lot,like I've done on every previous service visit. When I went to check in the lady acted as if she was too busy for me and she immediately directed me to the other end of the building,to the new express service center. The problem is that they can't service my vehicle over there because it has a slide-in camper attached and I have to utilize the RV rack. They directed me back to the original lady and she realized that I was driving a Silverado/camper with boat in-tow, it was very obvious but she never took the time to acknowledge me nor my vehicle. She processed my vehicle and went to lunch some time afterwards. I waited approximately 3 hours before finally inquiring about my vehicle status and was told by her that she thought my vehicle was completed.

I recently completed the purchase of a used Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Bill Cramer. I found the vehicle with an internet search and it did not yet have pictures posted on cars.com or the dealer website. A quick phone call to Mary Ann at Bill Cramer had pictures sent to me by the next day. I worked with Neil Hudgins on the purchase and he was the consummate professional. Negotiating a car deal from 1000 miles away is always a difficult endeavor but Neil made it very easy. He was waiting at the airport to pick me up when I flew in and the dealership staff stayed past closing to finish the deal. Not only was the vehicle exactly as described the deal was exactly where I wanted to be. Neil and the staff at Bill Cramer provided outstanding service at every level. The new facility for oil changes is great. It separates oil changes, tire rotation, etc from regular service. Good idea. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. My wife's SRX is al up to date. Great salesman. He made it very easy to change the type of oil that I wanted in my CTS with minimal cost. Tristan took my vehicle into the maintenance bay immediately to be serviced. I was informed of the services that would be performed which were all completed within about 40 minutes. The new waiting area was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I will definitely be back at the express shop for more premium maintenance services in the future.

Everyone has always been very nice there and I can appreciate that, especially in a world where everyone is so demanding. The only thing I dread about going to this place is the wait, even with an appointment. I had a blown tire and I had to wait in the lobby for almost 45 minutes before someone could even tell me of they had the tire in stock or not and the price. Then, I had to come back that afternoon to get it put on, which was ok for me since I didn't have plans that day. And I always get my oil changes from there and each time I get an estimated time of 45minuted and it's always at least double that. And again, even with an appointment. They are always friendly and I've never had a problem with the actual work, which is why I keep going back. Just wish the wait time was a little faster!

When I arrived I was greeted by Chris Cramer he ask what I was looking for in the truck, I told him he sit at his desk looking through his stock of trucks he found what I needed and then turned the deal over to Jennifer and she was great, My wife and I left in our pickup happy and very pleased with the dealings we have had Thank you very much Bill Cramer for having such great people to represent you :-)

Overall a great experience. Tristan was quick to help me and very courteous. Great salesman. The only issue I have is that I was told it would be 1 hour and it took over 1 1/2 hours. Should have given a range to compensate for the overage. Cost me time at work

I have bought from y'all and the lady told me her mechanics don't work for free l would like to be told if and when I ever bring my arcade back there the cost before hand Thanks Mrs Markham

The sales staff was professional and responsive to my every request. I was able to test drive various selections within the model series to ensure I choose the right vehicle. Both Leo and Steve were able to answer every question asked and provided clear instructions on how to enjoy my new vehicle. My experience was simple, concise, and quick. I was able to take delivery of my new 2014 CTS 2.0T in one day of transactions. The CTS meets all of my expectations, I guess that's why Motor Trend named it 'Car of the Year'...and they were right on. My CTS shows that GM\Cadillac is still the icon of American luxury vehicles.

I bought my car there and I told them the monthly budget I wanted to stick to. Of course they went over what I wanted, but they also had my "dream car". So, I went ahead and got it anyways. The buying process did take all day, but in the end I did get what I wanted and everyone was friendly and not too "pushy". I also get my car maintenance there and they're always kind and accommodating, but be ready for a long wait! I only dread taking my car in for service because I know it's going to take, on average, like two hours and that's with an appointment. They have let me borrow a car to run my errands, though.

Always get excellent service at Bill Cramer's Chevrolet/GMC. I have a 2009 GMC Sierra diesel and I trust this service department to take care of any problems. They are always friendly, courteous and professional. I have never had a bad experience with this dealer. I have bought four vehicles from them in the last twenty years and I keep coming back, because they stand behind their products. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.

They took my vehicle back for a oil change and new wipers at 9:00 AM. Two hours later I got my vehicle back. That is way too long for the service I had done.

The service staff was very friendly and courteous but over two hours with an appointment while your waiting for a oil change is a little much. Will consider getting my routine service somewhere else if this is the normal oil change wait time. I felt like I was at a Dr.'s office and they made 10 oil change appointments at one time.

The service by the personnel of Cramers was excellent. However, it was the service of GM that I have a problem with. My 1500 truck's seat heaters were coming on uncommanded. This makes for very dangerious driving. Also, other vehicles with heated seats have the same problem. If a family has two vehicles with these seats that's $400.00 per vehicle for repair. When I questioned GM's response as to assistance with financial cost to repair, $396 and change, It was not available and basicly tough. Parts wear out. Also the computer that regulates the engine had to be updated. This will shut the engine down if it senses problems. Both problems were/are known conditions to GM. Not that I think a recall is necessary but hooking the computer up to update it and charging $150.00 is a bit much. The answer to the problem for GM is to issue a certificate valid for one year for $1500.00 discount on buying a GM vehicle.

I recently purchased my new car from Bill Cramer and can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience! My sales guy (David "Oggie" Ogden) was so thorough and straight forward about everything..Not one time did I feel like I was being pressured and he did everything to help me out! As noted before in another review, the entire staff are pleasant to deal with..Johnathan in finance was very nice and the buying process was so quick and painless!! I can assure you that I will definitely be doing business with Bill Cramer in the future as well as the rest of my family! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle, they have a ton of inventory!!

A few months ago, I was looking for a very special truck and found that the Bill Cramer GM dealership had not just one of these, but multiples to choose from. I've bought dozens of vehicles over the years, but this buying experience was hands down the best I've ever had. My salesperson took plenty of time showing me the different trucks on the lot (there were tons of them), and she never rushed me or pressured me in any way. Once I picked out the truck I wanted, I was shocked when they gave me a great price I never expected in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. Needless to say, I'm a believer in Bill Cramer now and I'll definitely be back. I usually don't take time to fill out surveys or do these ratings things, but I felt compelled to let others know that there is still a trustworthy car dealer out there that cares about their customers. I would be remiss in telling you the whole story if I did not mention the finance office and service department. The managers in both these departments were just as friendly and helpful as the salesperson. I am sure there are others in the background that worked to make my buying experience very pleasant, but I don't know who they are.....but one thing for sure, business environments like this don't "just happen". Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Cramers on "a job well done". You obviously take care of your employees, and it shows in their attitudes. Thanks again for making it SO EASY.
