Great experience buying a Kia Shortage. I fell in love with the car early in my search but had to test drive all similar cars in the area and then email all dealers to seek a competitive price. No pressure at all from Beyer Kia during this process. They were always gracious to work with me each time I came back for a test drive and gave me the best price which was very close to the price I got on day 1. So no games. They even went out of their way to get me the interior and exterior color I wanted which wasn't easy since I had emailed all Kia dealers in the area expressing interest in the car I wanted and they didn't want to give it up to Beyer for the sale. Salesman was Kamiran Miza. The manager was great too. Love my cute red Sportage SX Turbo AWD!! My only suggestion is to research warranty options before you buy so you can make an informed decision of what you want/need.

My husband and I had been in the car market for a couple of months, and our research had led us to Kia. We have a friend with a Kia, read the reviews, and after test driving a couple SUVs of other makes, we decided on a Kia Soul. We visited a couple other dealerships in the area, and got that terrible feeling in the pit of our stomachs. We looked online at used Souls, and to save money, had decided to go for one of those. Omar at Beyer in Falls Church was fantastic - it was clear he wanted to make us happy, and did whatever we requested with a smile - we test drove a couple, and then Bob the sales manager "did the numbers" for us so we could see the real difference in payment between new and used. We ended up purchasing a new vehicle and couldn't be happier! We're going to refer anyone who asks to go check out Beyer!

The dealer also went the extra mile (literally to North Carolina) to get the car/color I wanted and did so very quickly. Al, Bobby, and Bashir are top notch professionals that made this car buying experience EXCELLENT! These guys were not pushy and didn't try to play the typical purchase games as I have experienced in the past. Between the test drive, looking at the vehicle, locating the particular vehicle I wanted with the right features it took all but 2 hours and couldn't believe what a pleasurable experience! Al took the time to show me all of the features on the vehicle and ensured I was comfortable being leaving the lot, along with a full tank of gas! I highly recommend Beyer Kia and would purchase a vehicle from them...any day of the week!

This is actually the 3rd Kia dealership I had visited to discuss the 2017 Sportage. One dealership the finance guys was to aggressive ans appeared as if it was a problem discussing the financing and lease options the the other told me that the TruCar MSRP was wrong and that he would call them Monday morning. I was actually sitting in a Honda dealership discussing the CRV when Omar Pinto call my cell phone. Certainly glad I took the call. We made an appointment from the next day which was a Sunday and the rest is history. They had the model I wanted shipped in from another dealer and I've beed on the road since then. Great group of people from the sales manager on down. I'll be recommending to all everyone I know. Thanks a lot.

I had not had to buy a car in almost 10 years and frankly I was preparing for a difficult purchasing experience. I knew exactly the car and features I wanted. I contacted a few dealers and most of them were not transparent with their pricing. When I asked for details they tried to make the quotes confusing and much higher than they should have been. Not Beyer Kia of Falls Church. I submitted a request through Truecar.com and Beyer Kia's quote was fair and easy to understand. My salesperson was Alaa and he was not pushy. He invited me to come in and introduced me to his sales manager, Bobby. Bobby was wonderful - we made a deal in 15 min. It took a couple of hours for them to locate the car, which they had to drive from Richmond. Two days later I was in possession of my 2017 Sorento. Alaa made sure the car was detailed, washed and had a full tank of gas. He showed us the phone integration and the Apple car play and we were on our way as happy customers. Overall very easy and pleasant experience.

Have been a Kia owner since 2007 and have loved my Kia until I bought a new one here. Bought a new Kia Forte5 6 speed manual from this dealership on Jan 29th. On May 12th, something went wrong with the brand new car, check engine light and no acceleration. This dealership has had my car since May 13th and I was informed yesterday, after having to call three times with no call backs from the service department, that they haven't even started to fix anything. They have had my brand new car for 2 weeks and still don't know what's wrong, or how to fix it. I bought a new car to avoid mechanical problems since my old Kia was getting up there in age, and what I got was more issues. UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!!

After test driving Kia vehicles at another dealership, my husband and I had narrowed down exactly the options and model of Kia Sorrento that we wanted days. We emailed requesting a quote from local dealers from the Kia website. On the next day, I received a phone call from Omar Pinto at Don Beyer Kia to review what we were looking for and I asked Omar for an itemized quote on my vehicle. I received the quote by the end of the day, which was a Friday. It was the lowest quote after receiving quotes from other dealers, so we decided to purchase the vehicle from Don Beyer Kia. We called the dealership on Saturday morning at 8:40 am. Since they did not have a vehicle with all of options on their lot, they asked us for a deposit of $500 using our credit card so that they could order the vehicle from Delaware. They had a driver obtain the vehicle on that same day, Saturday, and we were able to go to the dealership that afternoon to complete the purchase paperwork and had our vehicle to drive home that evening. This was a very smooth , no hassle, experience. Our sales experience was wonderful! Omar was respectful, honest, and considerate. Everything was explained to us in a straightforward manner at all stages of the purchase. We were able to complete our initial application online from our home while we waited for the vehicle to arrive at Don Beyer dealership, which was very convenient for us. Omar, the salesman, took a lot of time to explain all of the dashboard features so that we understood how everything functioned in the vehicle after our purchase before we left the dealership to bring the car home. He as very polite and considerate. I would definitely recommend Don Beyer Kia to anyone!

Omar was outstanding. He made the buying process so smooth, no arguments about price or options. He introduced me to the service department, Bobby the sales manager and the finance department. He even purchased me lunch when waiting for paperwork to be finished up. I love Don Beyer's Kia showroom. Omar went above and beyond to meet my needs. This man works tirelessly to appease you. Bobby the sales manager was extremely helpful as well. They dug the car out of the snow, let me test drive it, after purchase they detailed the whole car, applied the Zuric shield because we got white leather, and even delivered the car with a full tank of gas. Omar took the time to explain all the options in the car and showed me how to use everything and set up my phone. I would recommend going to see Omar Pinto if you are thinking about a new or used Kia. This team made the whole process very stress free. I never felt any drivers remorse in any way.

I have never understood how easy it can be to lease a car; other dealers were more focused on trying to get me to purchase a car. It was at Beyer, the pre-approval reflected the deal. Everyone from the Finance Manager to the Salesman had a very relaxed attitude. This calm attitude made the leasing deal flow very smoothly. As a customer I would make another lease agreement with Beyer KIA and recommend Beyer to anyone. Let Beyer at least be your first stop in your search for another vehicle.

I purchased my Kia Optima EX in May 2015 and Cameron was my salesman. He, the general manager and the finance manager, were very easy to work with any they made it a fun buying experience. I did not feel pressured in any way, and they worked with me to get my dream car. There was an issue with my rear passenger tire (which I also missed but the MD state inspector found) and Kia immediately replaced both rear tires. I would highly recommend.NOTE: Kia's do NOT come with a regular spare. The provide an inflatable spare. Just be aware of that.

I brought my car in to be evaluated due to repeated loss of tire pressure on the front right tire. They identified the problem as a nail and patched the tire for ~$25. The turnaround time was same day (they shuttled me home and back so I could get other stuff done during the day) and the solution seemed reasonable and inexpensive. The tire pressure light has not gone off since the repair (yesterday) so it might be premature to review the repair, but I feel confident the issue is resolved.

This is the second car I lease at Don Beyer Kia Falls Church. I must says the service at this dealer is excellent. I have had other cars the past 12 years and I have never had such a good service as here. I never have to wait when I drop or pick up my car for service. They always either have a loaner car or a driver to pick me up at the train station. Omar, who is the person I worked with in 2010 when I leased my first car and this second time, is really great, I appreciate all his efforts, not only when leasing the car but during the time of the lease. Bought my 2010 Soul three and a half years ago and I couldn't be happier both with the car and with the dealership. Chris, the service consultant has been there the whole time and is very informed and always very friendly, always wanting me to be as happy and pleased as possible. I need to also mention their chauffeur Cesar who is always very friendly and knows the streets in this area better than I do and I have lived here for 50 years!

I have previously purchased three Volvos from Don Beyer Volvo. I was in the market for a new car as the lease on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was coming to an end. I read several excellent reviews about the KIA line, particularly the Sorento. After a good amount of research on KIA and other brands of interest -- GMC, Volvo & Hyundai -- I decided to focus on the KIA Sorento. My experience at Don Beyer KIA could not have gone better. I worked with Omar Pinto, a sales and leasing consultant, upon the recommendation of Don Beyer Service Director Richard Torres who I have had the pleasure to know and work with for a number of years on the Volvo side. Mr. Pinto was extremely knowledgeable about the KIA brand and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the 2014 KIA Sorento SXL which I subsequently leased. His approach to me as a customer was professional in every respect. I was especially appreciative of his low key, no high pressure style. In short, I would give Mr. Pinto a "10" in every category. I have always been pleased with my purchase and service experiences with Don Beyer Volvo dating back to 1989. I am happy to say the same about Don Beyer KIA. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. In short, Kudos!

This was the first time taking my new Sorento in for work other than an oil change. I asked to have the alignment checked. When the car was ready I asked the customer service person where the print out was for the alignment check. There was confusion if an alignment check was done or not. After waiting about 10-15 minutes the technician took a ride and explained what he did to troubleshoot and determine that there was no alignment issue. I was happy to have the technician explain things to me but to have the front desk person not know what was or wasn't done at payment and signature time is not good customer service. This could have saved about 45 minutes of my time and the technician's time.

beyerkia has really stepped up, with the new independent customer service lounge internet area. They have hire some new friendly folks, like Mrs. Roussa as a service advisor and our johnny on the spot Chris is now at the new digs as well... ( smart move Richard!) but Roussa is much prettier another smart move Richard

I wanted to follow through on an edmission failure for the state. They found several other things that needed to be in compliance, but they did not fix the problem. Then the nerve to charge me for 3 hours. He never stated anything about recalls when I left.
