Horrendous Customer Service. Their sales manager what a joke! Be warned of this place. Offering and promising rebates without knowing the actual terms. Sales management makes assumptions without discussion with customer over terms. Calls customer back reneging on what offers were agreed upon at signing. They even try to slip in the wrong interest rate in last minute in finance when 0% was initially agreed luckily I caught the attempt. They like to show you the "invoice" trick at this place. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs!

Our service advisor, Bill Miluszusky, was exceptionally helpful. We have owned Toyotas since forever and most service has been done at Toyota dealerships. However, as with most people, you approach that experience with a certain amount of trepidation. What service are they going to sell us now? Since moving to Virginia, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Milususky and without question I can say that he is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to be helpful. We continue to come back to Berglund for our service needs primarily because of him.

I like the way the service director Mike handled my ticket & made sure evert bing I asked had gotten done. I had other service managers in the past would get one thing done, but then forget to put another thing that needed to be done on the ticket for the mechanic to fix. Your cashiers are also very friendly and also very professional. If they didn't know the answer to any of my questions then they would find out for me.

When I purchased my vehicle from Berglund Toyota it was by far the BEST experience I ever encountered at any car dealership. Alex Staton was my salesman, by far the most honest, funny, down to earth, smart, knowledgeable, and just overall fantastic. After the experience I had I was telling everyone that they need to see Alex. But come to find out the company let him go. Why? You let go of probably (in our opinion) the best salesman in Lynchburg. A decision I am sure you will regret down the road. And I'm not saying anything bad about any of the other sales people there because I am sure they are good but I've never experienced anything like Alex before meeting Alex. Sad to hear the news. As far as the question, would I come back to Berglund to purchase another vehicle? Well if you would've asked me while Alex was still there I would have said yes, but now I am sorry to say that I will not be shopping at Berglund Toyota anymore, I will follow Alex and buy from him. Wherever that may be.... My wife is equally upset about it also. And if I can I'd like to add that I am pretty positive more customers than just myself feel the same way I do or at least they will when they hear the sad news.

I received a promotional offer by mail that seemed "to good to be true" so curiosity prompted a visit. My 2009 Highlander was appraised at value almost to the penny of amount on offer. With that in mind I decided to downsize (size - but not quality) to a 2015 RAV 4. I've been buying autos for 35 years and this was hands down the best and easiest buying experience ever. Josh (sales) & Joyce (business) were both knowledgeable and efficient. Back to the promotional - as I stated before it sounded "to good to be true" - but I drove off the lot with every offer met fairly and prizes honored. Yes ... there were multiple prizes. Whether the stars were in alignment for me, or this is just good business as usual for Berglund Toyota - I'm not going to question it further ... I'm just going to enjoy my 2015 RAV 4.

I recently purchasesd a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry LE and love it. The gas mileage is great and the bluetooth feature rocks. David Augusta let my wife and I tested drive 5 or 6 cars and he was very patience thru the whole process. He answered all of our questions and didnt pressure us at all. These four reviews must be from family members of the dealers at Berglund. I have been there twice. Once to buy a new car and the second time was to buy a used car. I did not buy either time and I will not go back as they are typical, high pressure salespeople. Don't even think about trading your vehicle in as they will not give you anything for it other than what they say it will bring at auction. How sad, but then again, there are dozens of other car dealerships within 100 miles of Lynchburg.
