I had purchased a work vehicle from Bell Mobile 8 years ago, and had a great experience. I needed a new one so I reached back out to Sam. What I was searching for was incredibly difficult to find due to Covid. Sam found it within 2 weeks and had it on his lot for me within 3 weeks. It was incredible. Also, Bell Mobile's attention to detail is unmatched. They truly care about their customers, which is incredibly difficult to find from any company in this day and age. I'll come back here every time I need a vehicle. They're top notch!

Big thanks to Sam and Shari for the outstanding customer service and value. This purchase was without a doubt the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve experienced. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s transparent about vehicle details and price (I appreciate that he provided me the mechanical inspection report from his inspection which I then compared to the results from my mechanic - and his report was spot on). He also paid attention to detail and proactively repaired smaller items like a small chip in the windshield and a minor upholstery detail. The vehicle was pristine when we picked it up. I def recommend BellMobile and will contact Sam first when we’re looking for our next ride.

This has been the best car shopping experience EVER. Sam is like your personal car buying agent. We gave him our criteria and within a week Sam found us the perfect used minivan. He's incredibly responsive, has exceptionally high standards, and is transparent and fair in pricing. I can't see us ever buying a car the "old" way again.

Buying our vehicle here was an amazing process! We live in Illinois and everyone there was great to work with. Talked a number of times on the phone, paperwork was sent thru fed-ex back and forth. Vehicle was shipped. Each step was smooth. Have already recommended to a couple of friends we know are shopping. Best place we've ever purchased from...no kidding. And being a transplant from Minnesota living down here in Illinois, that Minnesota accent was a little taste of home for me.
