I can't express how much my husband & I appreciate the help, service & concern we received from agent, Dick Barrick, & Beechmont Ford. Our 2014 Escape was totaled after being in a head on crash. Very pleased with my experience! I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted and was greeted quickly and shown the car right away. My salesman Darin Hensley was very knowledgeable and laid back and got me in and out very quickly and didn't try to pressure me into spending more money on different deals like other car dealerships. All of my questions were answered in a way I could understand them, especially for this being my first time buying a new car! I wasn't pushed into anything I didn't want, and I was treated with respect and the dealer was very patient the entire time!! It actually turned out to be a fun experience for me and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman! Jason was very easy to talk to, extremely helpful and undersood that this was such a big purchase for me! He even brought me water because he could read that I was getting tense about the purchase. Found the truck with the specs I required on their website. Great experience from first call. I was transferred to Stephane (how lucky can one get) to answer my inquiry. We talked price and come to an agreement that was followed through to the end, no hand offs. Mike the sales manager, supported all the way. Best new vehicle sales experience I've every had. Had an issue with my Transit 350 15 passenger van rear AC. Took it to Beechmont Ford for repair. Was explained to me that after market DVD installers did a bad job of reinstalling head liner. Wasn't a warranty issue. Colin Truax the service coordinator didn't let it end there. He contacted the after market installer explained the issue and made a deal for them to get the broken parts and repair it. All the while Colin explaining to me that Ford would do the inspection afterward to make sure it was done to their standards. Also letting me keep the loaner vehicle (also a Transit 350) for the duration of the repair even though he didn't have to.After the repair was complete Colin personally made sure the AC was correct along with his service man. They both assured me it was correct and working properly.It's been a week+ and it's perfect as designed. Colon Truax and Beechmont Ford have created a customer for life. Going above and beyond what was needed tells me a lot about a dealership.Spend your money there!Steve Williams

Terry was very rude and could not answer most of our basic questions. He more than once ignored us by checking his phone. He then ask us if were we going to buy or not. Then just kinda left us. I recently had a wonderful experience leasing a new Ford-150 at Beechmont Ford! My sales person was Dick Barrick and he was amazing to work with. We walked the lot looking at trucks and I was blown away by the huge inventory they had to pick from! We went for a test drive and Dick answered all my questions. I got way more for my trade-in than I expected to and found the truck of my dreams at Beechmont!! Dick even helped me sync my cell phone and went through the whole truck explaining all the buttons and gadgets to me before I left! I've never experienced that kind of personal attention before when purchasing a vehicle! I even received a follow-up email the next day from Dick making sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. What an amazing experience this has been! Well worth the drive to have such personalized service and attention to detail! I would recommend Beechmont Ford to everyone!!

I recently purchased my 4th pickup in the last 5 years from Beechmont Ford and Dick Barrick. They have always treated me fairly both on the new vehicles as well as my trades. No review on the service department as it has never been needed for anything other than oil changes etc. The pickups all have ran flawlessly.I would highly recommend Beechmont Ford and Dick Barrick.

Dick gets you the best deals, handles all aspects of the transaction and is always there when you need him.The service department is also quite efficient. To date, we have not had any issues.

Met with a Reeves. at first he was very informative and wanted to assist us. Then his phone started to ring, he excused himself 3-4 times during our visit to answer or check his phone. Was constantly texting. He seemed busy doing something else. I think at one point he was trying to run another business from his phone. I think he said he sold car parts. Spent an hour there and felt like we got no where. Had to leave for dinner reservations. Wont go back

T reeves showed us a ford mustang . After the test drive he was extremly pushy and would not take no for an answer. We are older and like to take our time buying a car. He told us this was the last one in the state and we better buy now. We did end up finding the exact car at another dealership. Dealership was clean and nice, but salesman needs to learn some manners and salesmanship. We might give them another chance when we buy our truck this summer but not with reeves. He could not even give us a brouchure!

I bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 from the owner at Beechmont Ford when it was Chevy Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The Premier warranty that i purchased through the dealer is a waist of money. The ball joints on my truck were out per every other garage I go to just not Chevy and their specifications. Now I needed new tires in front because the old tires were being worn because of the ball joints were out. I can not get a alignment for the new tires because the ball joints are worn. So, since Chevy and Premier warranty does not care I have to pay for tires, labor, new ball joints, alignment of my own pocket even though I have a warranty that should cover some of the costs!!!!!! I have contacted the management at Beechmont Ford and I was told the the owner is; sick, out of the country, only shows up a couple times a month. I have contacted the G.M. and he said the owner would be in contact and that he is sick. Its been weeks and I have had NO further contact plus I left messages since and NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

Worst Ford Dealer ever - tried to charge me $500 bucks for a $165 part - Service people unprofessional and the owners are just as bad. Called me to apologize for the bad service and promised me a gift card - never received it but was not surprised - they were just blowing smoke.Take it from me - first don't buy a Ford and second if you must buy a Ford , pick another dealer - any other dealer these people are looking to take advantage of you. Never go there for service unless you want to pay for parts you don't need.

Our sales Rep Chad Campbell was Rude and extremely insulting. We drove out there because it said online they close at 9pm. We arrived at 7:45pm. Asked to test drive two new cars. The sales rep acted as if we did not have any money. He went to get keys and came back and said "I didn't know but we actually close at 8pm today." When we complained he said he would take us on a quick test drive in one vehicle. We asked to test drive a manual (my girlfriend drives one everyday). He acted surprised and disbelief that she knew how to drive a manual. He complained about getting in the back of the mustang and was wanting me to ride in the back. Then when he got in he said "you know how to drive a manual right? Because I want to see my 3 year old kid tonight." He was extremely xxxxxx and rude. I will NEVER purchase from any Beechmont dealer since they allow sales reps to treat customers this way.

Fugi Fugi Fugi !! Remember that name. For all your sevice needs. This is the guy to talk to. Experience, Depenable, and Trustworthy. I had a very bad experience with a person in the service dept. The worst kind. Aftet speaking with the General Manager, Fugi gave me a call , Straightened out the whole mess. My car is in top shape. With a couple of added plus"s for my inconvenience. I was never dealing with these guys again. But now i can truly say these guys at BEECHMONT FORD. Definitely focus on the customer"s and their automotive needs. Thanks Fugi. Called Shane Whitaker out of the blue requesting a quote on a new 2015 Ford Fiesta. Upon our arrival, he had the vehicle pulled up to the sales door ready for us to take a test drive. Although Shane was busy, he took the time to make us feel like a welcome customer. He quickly assessed our trade-in, and within a short period of time, presented us with an offer. The only negative that I can state, is that although Beechmont's website offers the opportunity to "Value your trade" through "Black Book", the dealership totally ignores the trade in value provided by this service. With little haggling, we made a deal on a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. Both Shane and Darren McGraw (finance manager) were very respectful and treated us as though they wanted our business. This was an all-around positive experience, and I would recommend Beechmont to anyone that is in the market for a new car.

I am a 1st time new car owner. I have never test driven a car in my entire life (I'm 45). (Nor have I ever owned a brand new car). Tim Davis was absolutely wonderful. He made my experience worthwhile. I test drove a car in April 2015 but he knew financially that we weren't able to purchase a car just yet. He followed up with me a few times to see if I needed anything. Finally, I called on a Monday (June 8), we made an appointment for me to test drive again and I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Ford Edge. I actually had people tell me to go to another Ford Dealer, but because of the awesome customer service that I had before my purchase, I decided to stay with Tim. I entered Beechmont Ford after having a second major break down with my Japanese vehicle. Was planning to purchase a new Ford later this fall after just having had a set of twins, one if which had just left the hospital after two weeks. Needed something right away. I entered with a specific vehicle and price point and was very pleased to not be given the salesmen hassle, but insteadhad my needs met. Should be the experience of all potential buyers!

The salesmen and the finance person were friendly and personable. The cashier wasn't friendly at all. The night of the sale, we were told that another salesman had the spare key. Since he was off that night, we'd have to get the spare at another time. Two days after the sale, I called about the spare and was told that the salesman would have to look for it at home. Now, it has been 5 days since the sale and I still haven't heard anything about the spare key.

Took my Explorer there for service, had a laundry list of items to fix. They called 3-4 days later to let me know they took care of 1 of the items, but everything else total was going to be over $700 to fix. This vehicle is a CPO and has the extended warranty. Covered by 2 warranties, and Beechmont said nothing was covered on my 1 week old vehicle. Had to get Ford Corporate involved and they eventually sorted it out, I still had to pay a $100 deductible, I gladly paid it to take my vehicle and never return. Have owned the thin 4 weeks now and it has been in the shop at another dealer for 18 of my 32 days of ownership. The day I get it back I'm going to trade it on a Toyota. I'll get hosed on the trade and tax, but I'll gladly take a $5,000 punch in the guy to get rid of Ford forever.

I bought a used mustang from them this past weekend. The sales staff kept in touch with me through the week after I looked at the car online. I walked in and in less than 5 minutes I was test driving the car. I feel they made a fair deal with me and did not pressure me for a credit check or trade in when I walked through the door. They were very busy so it took a while for me to finish all the paperwork after I was approved for the loan, but the amenities were nice and I was comfortable. I drove over an hour and a half to look at this car, and whenever my time comes to get another car I will start my search with them.

I drive from northern Warren County to buy my cars at Beechmont Ford (driving ~ 40 miles and passing three other Ford dealers). No car experience is ever going to be perfect but they come as close as it gets. I foolishly decided to try another Ford dealer closer to my house and was disappointed with their lack of knowledge and amateur behavior. I cancelled the deal and called 'Ziggy' (Mr. Ziegaus), a finer man you'll never meet. He was there when he said he would be, he is not pushy, listens to his customers and is very helpful. I had a piece of trim FALL off of my Ford Flex, let me say that again a trim piece FELL off of my Ford Flex, and I had to pay to get it fixed at Beechmont ford. The same thing happened to the other side of my Flex last year. 32 Ford was opened then and they fixed it for free and said that it was the manufacture's fault and it shouldn't happen. I wonder if Beechmont Ford charged the manufacture and me too? So should I ever buy another Ford? Should I ever go to Beechmont Ford to buy a car or get service? Really what would you do? When I talked with the cashier she said "it is something you should bring up with Ford because its obviously a poor product." I guess she answered at least one of my questions if not both. At least she was honest!

Beechmont Ford is a great dealership actually interested in selling there cars. My salesman cut to the chase and took as much off the vehicle as he could right off the bat in an effort to avoid the haggling. We went through all of the rebates and got the price down far enough in about 15 minutes that we were able to meet each other in the middle on the difference and sign on the dotted line. This was a refreshing experience in comparison to some dealerships I have dealt with.

I bought a 2015 Fiesta from Beechmont Ford ans found their sales people honest. They got me 1.38% financing and kept my payments within my budget. I had leased a 1013 Fiesta from them previously and found there service department excellent. I showed up a couple of times for a oil change without an appointment and they got me back on the road in about 25mins each time. Otherwise I had no other mechanical problems in the two year period of the lease.

First, let me say that I will only purchase a Ford. I have owned a 1999 Ford Escort for the past 15 years and it is still in excellent shape and runs well. Thus the reason that a Ford is my manufacturer of choice. Several small things were going wrong with my Escort and we decided it was time for a new vehicle. I had done my homework and decided on a Ford Fusion. I wanted specific packages and amenities so it was necessary to order the vehicle. Though it took a while for the car to arrive to the dealership, it did and it is perfect. Jim Couch, our salesperson, was delightful throughout. He is so knowledgable about the Ford product. This is the first time I have ever needed an inservice on how to drive my vehicle! He spent the extra time necessary to show me several of the features of my new Ford. Jim was available whenever needed and I am certain will continue to be as I get to know my new vehicle. I appreciate Jim Couch and his patience and guidance throughout this effortless experience. The person with whom all of the financial papers were signed was also a delight (I apologize, I cannot recall his name at this moment). The facility is clean with a large, comfortable waiting area/lounge. Plenty of STOCKED vending machines and fresh popcorn available if you wish. I, most certainly, will recommend Jim Couch and Beechmont Ford to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.

I purchased a Ford Escape and felt confident in doing so after Matt explained all of the safety features as well as the things Ford has fixed in the 2014 model. I was referred to Beechmont Ford/Greg Kien by 3 different people and I can see why! Greg was excellent in assisting me and finding just what I wanted with my 2014 Ford Egde! (i.e. Oxford White, chrome grill, sunroof). Greg found one 4 hours away in IN. and although it had a lot more bells & whistles than I wanted, both Greg and Brennon Dean in financing, made this affordable! Greg even stayed a little later in the office, on his milestone birthday, to assist my husband and me! :) Greg also made it possible to get my car into service so I could pick it up 2 days early because my husband was going out of town. We were very happy with the deal, and Andy O'Leary was great to work with. Andy took the time to show us all the features of the entertainment, climate, and navigation system; and when we noticed a small dent in the driver's side door of the Explorer we wanted, Andy saw that it was fixed properly and quickly. I worked with Tim Davis on purchase of a new car. I had done lots of research and had a pretty good idea of what car and trim I wanted to purchase. Tim, while fairly new to this dealership, did a great job of reviewing all of the features of the car. The buying process was straight forward and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I always like to look at the maintenance facilities to see if they are clean and orderly...that tells me that there is pride in the organization and that I am likely to get good service after the sale. The service facility was spotless and the service rep I talked to there was easy to work with too. The finance rep who took care of my paperwork was very organized as well, and the cashier window lady was quick and efficient in setting up a credit account for me. All in all, a very good purchasing experience!

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape Titanium from Beechmont Ford. My last 8 new cars have been Hondas or Toyotas so I was not sure what to expect when I decided to check out a Ford. I should not have been concerned. Andy O'Leary did a great job of explaining to me all the options available without putting pressure on me to choose anything at all. After I settled on a particular car, I felt like Andy negotiated with me farily and in good faith (unlike a recent experience I had at a local Toyota deallership). Even after I changed my mind and selected a different car midway through the process, Andy worked to find the exact car I wanted and picked up the negotiation right where we left it. This is the first car lot I was not "attack" by a salesman as soon as I walked on the lot :) Andy O'leary was not pushy at all. He asked me questions to determine exactly what I was looking for. He was respectful as well. In my past experiences I have been treated unfairly or disrespectfully because I am a single woman, but this was not a problem here. The process of this process was the smoothest, quickest, least painful car purchase I have ever had. The salesman, sales manager, and financial guru were all very pleasant. There was a slight misunderstanding that occurred after the sale, but Ken (sales manager) work very promptly to resolve the issue. I am 100% happy. I LOVE my 2014 Ford Fusion! Checked out a used car online. Whent through the pre aporoval online. Came in to see it and really liked the car. My wife and I decided to buy the car. We had said we could put $500 down but the salesman said we needed another $500 down to make the deal work. We talked about it and went ahead and said we could do the additional $500 down. Then in the finance office we were sold GAP insurance for $750. Didn't think about it until the next day but if they could add $750 for GAP insurance why did they need the other $500 from us. Just made me think a little. We have bought new vehicles from here multiple times with no issues. I guess you live you learn.

After buying myself a new 2013 Escape two years ago, I decided that the C-Max hybid might be the perfect car for my wife for her commute to and from work. I explained to Mike that with my wife's busy schedule it may be difficult to get together for a test drive. Mike's solution was to give me a new car to take home and keep overnight. Sales staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a used vehicle that was sold as is but had been thoroughly checked by their mechanic. The day after purchase a serious transmission problem showed up. On my short test drive the problem didn't show up. When I called to ask them why the mechanic had not discovered this obvious problem and could I return the vehicle they informed me that the mechanic's thorough check was to drive the vehicle down to state route 32 and back, a distance of less than 10 miles. I was informed that I had bought it and it was my problem. As far as the quality of the product is concerned, I would have done just as well if I had gone to a buy here pay here.

I was referred by a close friend. I have not used this dealership previously. Salesman Terry Reeves was very friendly and helpful. I test drove the vehicle I saw listed online but was not fully satisfied. There was another similar vehicle at another location pretty far from my area. He made arrangements to have the vehicle brought local the very next day so I could test drive it. I was more excited about this vehicle and decided to pursue the process. Terry was proficient and quick at everything. The finance guy was very friendly and personable. He took a lot of extra time explaining the warranties and made me feel that I would really get my money's worth by making a warranty purchase. My overall experience with this purchase will cause me to come back again!!

Overall a good experience. A couple of negatives : 1 - only two color choices for the car I bought so I settled for color that was not my first choice. 2 - a couple of warranties were slid in and appeared in the final paperwork ($800), so keep an eye out for that. Very happy and impressed with the Focus. Feels like a high quality vehicle. Quiet and smoothe on the road.

They accepted the challenge, which I am not easy to deal with, and met or exceeded the standard that I am accustomed to. Mike Jackson was just perfect for my style of character. When I told him that I could be his best or worst customer, he, without hesitation, stated he was willing to do whatever it takes to earn my business. He did exactly what he said he would, returning my calls in a timely manner, and answering questions as soon as he could. I have always been under the impression that I could only lease a car because purchasing requires a huge monthly payment. My current lease was coming up so I decided to stop in at Beechmont Ford and see if there was any way at all I could buy a new car with no money down and an affordable monthly payment. This was my first time at this dealership but it won't be my last I walked in and met a salesman named Matt. I test drove the vehicle, we negotiated the deal and reached an agreement. Matt seemed genuinely interested in helping me and he gave me some big discounts, which made it possible for me to purchase a new car. They far exceeded my expectations! I saved thousands and drove off in a brand new car with payments as low as a lease--but this was a purchase! Compared to the leased Scion I'm turning in, my new Ford is a luxury car. The Ford Focus is bigger and seems more solid but it gets much better gas mileage.

When I drove the car (which was a demo), I noticed a crack in the passenger side mirror. I called him to inform him of the situation. He insured me it would be taken care of, in fact, he called me the next day to let me know that the mirror had been scheduled to get fixed.

I was in the market for a new automobile and I had liked the previous Ford Explorer I had used as a company leased vehicle. I had planned to shop around at different dealers for the best deal but once I had started working with Jim Couch and felt he was putting in a good effort to help me find what I was looking for I continued to work the deal with him. It also helped that the dealer inventory had two vehicles I would have been very satisfied with and did not need to order or look at other dealers inventory. I do feel I received the best deal for the short time it took for me to make the purchase. I was satisfied with the way the negotiations went and it did not take a long time to reach a good compromise. The Explorer was prepped and ready to go in less than an hour and my wife and I left as very satisfied customers with our new purchase.

Bob & I have never been to Beechmont Ford before & I spoke with Dick Barrick on the phone before our visit (we live approx. 2 hours away). Dick answered my questions and even tested sitting in the driver's seat of the 2013 Ford Fiesta that we eventually purchased to make sure that my husband's height wouldn't affect the sale. Dick is the same height as my husband. This can affect any car that we would have been interested in purchasing. When we got to Beechmont Ford, we met Dick & he was exactly as I had pictured from our conversation. Dick made the whole process go along smoothly without a hitch. Dick worked with us on getting exactly the financing that I could live with monthly. Dick is an interesting man and very easy to get along with. We have "test driven" a few sales persons at other dealerships in the last few months and that comfortable feel wasn't quite there. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We came from Cleveland area. We called a few days prior to coming down, worked out a tentative deal and scheduled a time on Saturday to come look and pick up the 2011 GMC Yukon. Terry was not very friendly at all and was very arrogant basically telling us he didnt need our sale that there was enough interest in the truck that he didnt care if we bought it our not. The experience started out with the truck being FILTHY. There was garbage in the back seat, gum wrappers and there was coffee that had been spilt all over the passenger side and a huge spot in the back seat carpet. We were told that the service manager had been driving it and that it was 'detailed' when it came in on trade. If you have a customer coming in to look at a car the first thing I would do is go over the car and make sure it is clean. There were also dryer sheets stuffed under the seats, I am still unsure what kind of smell they were trying to cover up but this is a horrible practice. They did take it back in the shop and clean it again before we left but that took time we didn't have to spare. Terry also just dissapeared after we were waiting for some of the paperwork to be completed, he did not inform us as to what was going on, we sat in his cubical for over 30 minutes without any update on how the process was going. If this had not been the EXACT car we wanted, had a 1 way rental and driven 4 hours we would have walked away from this deal. I will never deal with this dealership again and will not reccomend this dealership to anyone I know. After I wrote this review the dealership did attempt to make thing right by reimbursing me for a detail I had to have done since the car was so filthy. Because they were willing to do this I would consider purchasing a car from them again, however I would not work with Terry Reeves again.

We explained to Terry what we were looking for but my wife and I were initially disappointed after not finding anything we liked on the lot that day. However, we got a call back from Terry the very next morning about a 2010 Ford Focus that had been traded in the previous afternoon. Everyone made me feel comfortable with being there, and willing to help me in my situation. They worked with me and helped me get the best car that I could afford. I was not pressured in any way to get a car from this dealership. However because of how everyone bent over backwards to make sure I had a great experience, this is why I chose to lease from Beechmont Ford. We had originally requested to buy a 2013 Ford Escape with certain options for a specific price. However, Mr. Barrick contacted us and told us that the color we requested was not available in the region and would another color do. He was then able to find us a model with the same options but with a premium color (which we liked) but we could have it at the same price we were willing to pay. He was very professional and did not use high pressure techniques. It was perhaps the most enjoyable new-car purchase I've ever had.

The reason I purchased my F150 was because of the customer service from Bill Lewis. Bill has integrity and is someone you can trust when it comes down to making the big purchase of a new vehicle. As a first time buyer, I was lost with the ins and outs of buying a new vehicle, however Bill Lewis was helpful with the process right from the start. He was patient and willing to help, which made me more comfortable with the process. My experience with this dealer was awesome. I bought a used Ford Mustang convertible over the Internet from Terry Reeves. After driving 600 miles, I was happy to find that the car was exactly as Terry described. A couple issues came up with the car during my inspection, and they addressed them right away. The above ratings where given for a number of reasons. When I first stopped in to look at a truck, Terry was very helpfull in answering every question I had on the truck, from the financing, to showing me how to operate various accessories such as SYNC, to questions on the strikeforce. Gary Brown also made my experience at Beechmont Ford pleasent. When I arrived to drop my truck off to Gary, I had asked if he could take a look at fixing the head liner which was sagging and a chrome trim piece around the shifter which had come up. When I returned the next day Gary had said the problems had been taken care of. Looking back, I'm very pleased with Beechmont Ford and the service they provide.

I spent time with Bill Lewis and Terry Reeves over a three week period discussing my options for a vehicle. Over that time, they answered all my questions and allowed me and my family the opportunity to take home and drive a vehicle. This allowed us to experience the vehicle under our normal daily routine. It seems once you sign on the bottom line they forget all about you.We were promised a $1000 rebate once we had a bed installed on our new truck. I faxed over the necassary paperwork over 2 months ago.After repeated calls and emails to Carl about the status of the rebate. He said he would check into it but he would never call or email me back.I have given this rating because of the poor follow up from Carl about this rebate.

I enjoy the no pressure way that Dick Barrick sells my wife and me vehicles, the whole gang at Beechmont Ford worked with on ordering my new F350 Super Duty. Dick worked with me on ordering the right options for me, they were also very fair on my trade in. And when I was ready to pick the truck up it was out front and ready to go. Also Dick made sure I knew how to use all the new options on 2013 Super Duty compared to my 2011 Super Duty. And one of the most important thing about my wife and I driving Ford vehicles is being friends with Cliff McCord the Used Car Sales Manager. If it was not for him I will still be driving GMC trucks. Buying a vehicle from Beechmont Ford is always been a great experience for my wife and I, from the owner and the General Manager to the guys in the Service Department. This was my first time buying a new car and I was so excited for it to be a Ford. The first time I walked in the door Bill was there to help me. He answered all of my questions that I had about the car I was considering buying. Worked up some figures for me and even advised me of options for getting a new car, if I wasn't able to purchase. The second time I came in, I called ahead to Bill and let him know we were coming and he made sure the car I wanted was pulled around so that I could see it. I thought it was so nice of him to have it ready for me to look over when I got there. The financing process was definitely the most difficult because of how long of a hold it was for Ford Motor Credit and I also do not have great credit. Both Bill and the associate who does financing stuck it out with me, and helped me find a way to get financed so that I could purchase my first new car. I really appreciate the time and thought they put into helping me get financed and walked me through that process. The final guy that I spoke to, Tony, was just so sweet and considerate. He explained everything to me so that I understood it and even answered the half a million questions from my mother. He was very accomodating and kind. When the car was officially mine, Bill was still there and took me step by step, button by button in my new car, so that I would know how everything worked. It was very nice of him to stay as his shift was already over I believe but he never complained, never rushed. Answered every question and even was kind towards my 3 year old as she excitedly went through the car with us. The whole group of associates that I worked with at Beechmont Ford was kind, accomodating and very helpful in the purchase of my first new car. Thanks guys!!

After requesting quotes at 5 different dealerships, Dick responded within an hour with an email as well as a phone call. Within another hour I was driving the Ford Focus Titanium I had seen online. Dick went through the cars features and his knowledge of the vehicle was great. Within 30 minutes of the test drive and viewing the features of the vehicle, I had an acceptable deal. The trade in I had made the deal a bit complicated but Dick and the team at Beechmont worked through it and made me what I felt was a good deal. The process was quick and easy. I went back hat afternoon to sign paperwork and drove off in the Ford Focus Titanium I saw online that morning. If possible, I would definitely buy my next vehicles from Dick and the Beechmont team.

Dealer will screw you. Do not trust a word they say. Want you to pay MSRP and act like they are doing you a favor. Wanted to sell me a Demo "a used car" with 5000 + miles and would not come in at a fair and correct price. Keep saying it was a new car?Wanted me to absorb the cost of them driving the car around on my dime and how they didn't want to lose money on the car. Well don't dive it around for 3 months then? Dent on the hood of car, wear and tear on tires not to mention the 5K gone from the factory warranty. General Manager is a joke, he is dishonest and does not know the first thing about how to treat a potential new customer. Also one of the most season sales person acted like he didn't really understand the sales process. How could you be a car salesmen for 15 years and act like you don't know what's going on. Just his way of playing dumb, please... Be careful and have all your information or the will take you money!

I had been searching quite some time for a vehicle that I could afford and would fit my family (8 kids total). I was feeling hopeless after visiting many dealerships that were not interested in actually assisting me in the right vehicle, but interested in their commission. That was my impression at least. My husband had visited Beechmont Ford while working in the area (we are from Kentucky) and found a Dodge Durango. He spoke with Greg Foppe, and the next day we both drove up to meet with Greg. I fell in love with the Durango! However, after speaking with finance, it was not going to be affordable for me. I was pretty disappointed. The finance gentleman had informed me there were a couple of older minivans he could put me in, but I was not interested. There was more room in the Durango. I left there feeling hopeless once again. My husband called the finance gentleman we had spoken with after we got home that night and asked about putting more money down and trading in my vehicle, unfortunately the payments were still too high. I was so sad :(The next afternoon, Greg called to tell me he had worked with another gentleman in the finance department, Tony Tamash, and they had great news for me! Tony had found a lender with payments I could afford. I was ecstatic!!!! As soon as I got off work we drove to Beechmont Ford and signed the paperwork. Greg was so sweet. He said he had thought of us all night. He knew we really wanted that vehicle and he knew there had to be a way to make it work! I am so grateful to Greg and Tony both! I REALLY appreciate your sincerity and loyalty to your customers. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and the customer service I received at Beechmont Ford. I came to Beechmont Ford on the recommendation of a friend. I met with Dick Barrick, my friend recommended him as he has bought cars from Dick in the past. Dick is pleasant, knowledgeable, and talented. He showed me only cars in which I was interested. He showed excitement as he explained all of the features of ones in which I was interested. He was not in a hurry and was willing to answer all questions. He suggested I drive the two in which I was interested. He suggested I come back at my convenience to drive them because it was black dark and raining. I went back the next day to test draw two vehicles. I made my decision the next day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Dick had it ready. He went over all of the features of my vehicle inside and outside the car.

I stopped in to see Terry Reeves looking for a used Chevy 4x4 pickup truck. Terry checked his stock and then called another store telling me that they had one but wasn't sure if it were still available. He called with me there and even pulled the add up on his computer so I could see what they had. Turned out the truck had been sold earlier in the week. Terry talked to me more about what I was looking for and what I was trying to accomplish before showing me a Ford F150 Beechmont had had for over 30 days. Given that, he was able to make me an offer that was inviting enough for me to where I was swayed into thinking more seriously about becoming a Ford truck owner. After driving the truck and considering the deal and other determining factors I chose to purchace the 2008 F150 FX4 4x4 Beechmont offered to me. Dick Barrick is the best salesman I have ever purchased from. The smoothness of the purchase of my new Taurus Limited was pleasantly surprising. He had a Taurus waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership, in the color I wanted. I decided to step up from a Sel Taurus to a Limited one, and was happy with my change. Beechmont Ford gave me a great trade in for my car, and got me in the Taurus at a price I was happy with.(great job by the finance team!) They also went the extra mile and hunted up an additional amount of money off the car that I wasnt aware of. I highly recommend the dealership. I had visited another dealership and was totally ignored. I was talking about it with family and I was instantly told not to go anywhere else but Beechmont Ford and to talk to Dick Barrick. I called Dick before I drove all the way to Beechmont and told him what I was looking for. He didn't waste anytime checking his stock and calling me back to let me know what was available. I thought that was great, but now that I have been to Beechmont and purchased my SUV, there is NO doubt in my mind why Dick and the dealership were so highly reccommended!! Dick didn't treat me like some dumb women and he didn't care that my husband wasn't with me making all the decisions on what I would buy. He was so easy to talk to and there was absolutely no pressure from him!! He was so kind and didn't mind that I had lots of questions and he explained everything. Matter of fact it was almost like I was talking to my Dad! I think Dick gave me advice just like Dad would have if he were still here!! When we arrived Dick was expecting a customer he was delivering a car, to yet we were given his complete attention until they arrived. We were given keys to test drive two cars. When we returned Shane, the sales manager met us and assisted us with the sale until Dick was free. All the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. Dick went over some of the features,even programming my phone and then we were off. We were extemely impressed especially after our unsatisfactory experience with another Ford dealership.

Went into the dealership to possibly trade in my pick-up truck on a used vehicle. After speaking with Mr. Reeves, he informed me that he would be able to get me into a brand new car and I would still be able to keep my truck. This is actually what I was in need of since my young daughter was just getting her license. Terry was able to get all of this done for me despite the fact that my credit rating was not very good. Dick emailed me a quote for a lease last week, so i came in on Sunday to test drive the F150. Dick was not in so I used another salesman only to be told that they couldn't get that price and they tried to put me in a lesser vehicle for the same price. I left mad and said I would never shop Beechmont Ford again. On Monday Dick emailed me again and assured me I could get the vehicle at that price. On Tuesday I picked up the truck. Some of your sales force should take some training from Dick, because thats the way you get return customers.

I typically don't buy new cars, but the price that Beechmont was asking for the model that we wanted was substantially lower than everyone in the city and surrounding area. Bill was a great salesman who went above and beyond my expectations. I actually left the dealership without buying the Escape and got a call from Bill who continued to work on a deal that would work for my budget. In short, Bill came through for us and we bought the escape.

We are first time car buyers and all of a friends and family was warning us about car salesmen. As we were walking around the used lot Billy came out with a warm comfortable smile, hand shake, asking if we needed help. It was blatantly obvious that we are young, dumb, and completely inexperienced in buying cars. We felt like Billy took us under his wing, gave us all kinds of suggestions, and was VERY helpful. I recently leased a 2012 Ford Edge, and Bill Lewis was extremely helpful. Bill was really helpful throughout the entire process (this was my first lease). He helped us understand exactly what we were getting, and he even helped to point out specific features of the car. My husband and I are a younger couple, so we often times don't get taken very seriously. Overall, Bill was great to work with, so we will definitely come back to him for a future vehicle purchase. His service department was great as well. We added heated seats to the car, and they were completed in 1 day!

Our experience at Beechmont Ford with Dick Barrick was magnificent from the first time we went and sat with Dick and he ordered our Flex with all the options that I wanted. Then we went to pick it up and Dick Barrick helped us again and even waited for us while we took care of our financial affairs just to show me how to use all the electronics, including getting my phone loaded into the system, he worked way past 9pm just to show me as much as possible. I'm sure he would have stayed longer for me... but I was just to tired after working all day so I know he had to have been also. He went above and beyond his job to make sure my very first new car experience was a great one. Without his knowledge I probably would not have learned half of what my new car offers... I originally went to the dealership to look at a used car but was turned off by the arrogance of the Salesman Mike Cornetet. I left that day with no intention of buying acar from them, however I returned to work with used car manager Rigo Mendez, who treated us with respect and tried very hardto help us get the vehichle we were looking for. Rigo turned us over to a new car sales person who was to help us find a new truck. The sales team along with the finance manager Bryan Stepp never followed through with any of the promises they made. After growing tired of trying to deal with Beechmont Ford, I went to Kreiger Ford in my hometown of Columbus, OH and I found the truck I wanted and drove it home the next day. I regret my decision to ever have dealt with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Dick was extremely helpful and professional during my visit and our email/phone communications prior to my visit to Beechmont Ford. He was able to locate an F150 that matched my needs in an expeditious manner - no small task given the number of trims and options available! When I made it to the dealership on a busy Saturday, he was very accomodating and took his time, despite working with a Z Plan buyer who likely generates a small sales commission for himself. My wife and daughter were in a wreck on March 5 that totaled her Focus. We planned to use the payout to get here a replacement, but I was also in need of some new wheels so we thought about splitting the settlement in half and using it as 2 down payments. After an absolutely unacceptable experience at a Ford dealership closer to home, I opted to try Beechmont Ford. When I got out of the car, Bill happened to be the first person I saw. I explained our situation, he explained the options, and we started looking at various models. My wife and I went back about 1 week later and started looking more intently. The initial plan was to lease two vehicles, but we decided we'd rather go for used cars instead, which Bill was more than happy to help with. We found 2 Fusions that we thought would work, and Bill started to work out a deal. In the end, he suggested one of the Fusions and a Dodge Caliber that was newer, cheaper, and had less mileage than the other Fusion. Their finance guy Brennan worked even harder getting us into good loans, complete with better rate, a slightly longer term, GAP protection, AND better warranties. Bill and Brennan made the whole experience about as painless as buying a car can be, especially for someone who's never had to buy their own vehicle before. I think I speak for my wife when I say we won't be going anywhere, or working with anyone else when we need a vehicle in the future.

When we found one we liked, he answered all of our questions, and helped us through the process of buying the new truck. When I arrived at Beechmont Ford, Bill immediately met myself and my wife. He quickly started the search for the F150 Ecoboost powered truck I was looking for. He showed us the available trucks in stock, but the truck configuration I needed was not there. He was exceptional in that he listed the items that my wife and I wanted. The very next day he had located the very truck I needed. Patiently he waited for me to decide if the price of the truck fit into my budget. When I gave him the word to send for the truck that was at another dealer, he had it available for purchase at Beechmont Ford the very same day. I have had an awesome experience with Bill Gramann and Beechmont Ford. The truck has exceeded all of my expectations and the blue color is outstanding. My was in the market for a used vehicle and checked out about a dozen buy here pay here lots. I also looked at another ford and subaru dealer before coming to beechmont ford. When I finally decided to see what Beechmont Ford had on their lot, I didn't see anything of interest. Luckily, they had a new trade in in the shop, a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The price that they negotiated with me on it, plus a free 12 month 12,000 mile warranty, new tires, and the offer to fix the rear tail light for free sold me on the car. I left with a new car and piece of mind thanks to the helpful staff. I did have an issue with the vehicle about 2 weeks later and took it back to the dealer. They gave me a free rental car and offered to fix my Sebring for free, no questions asked. Everyone was once again helpful, and this dealership may have gained a customer for life.

Bill Lewis, sales, was patient and his customer service was excellent. Brian, finance, did not provide great customer service. He showed me 4 choices of loans at 6% and one loan at 4%. In order to get the 4% loan, I had to choose the "bells and whistles" package. Of course, I chose the 4% loan with the "bells and whistles".Recently, I received my first bill from US Bank for the truck payment. I see an additional charges for $50 and $110 with no explanation. I contact US Bank,customer service, and asked about the charges. They stated the $50 charge was for insurance and the $110 was origination fee. They also stated: "You signed the note."Immediatly, I went to the truck and pulled all the papers that was given to me by Brian from the day of sale. I did not find a copy of the note, so I called US Bank and requested a copy. I have received the note with both the $50 and $110 highlighted and what they said was true and signed.Brian, financing, never discussed the $50 single interest insurance or the $110 origination fee with me during the sale.I believe he should have. I don't like being surprised with additional costs after the fact. Additionally, I find it interesting that I paid a Doc. Service fee of $250 that wasn't discussed.Please cancel the undercoating service.Please have Brian read the "Mission statement" in the show room.

Our experience with our sales specialist Mr. Terry Reeves, is that he was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product he represents and sells! If we had a question, he had an honest and accurate answer. As you may already know, Mr. Reeves is a true asset to your sales force! I am probably one of your more picky customers when it comes to people working on and touching my vehicle, however, Terry had assured me that great care would be taken in this and subsequent visits to Beechmont Ford. As a customer, The first thing I noticed was how clean the floors were in the service department area. Alot could be said about a dealership that takes great care, not only on your showroom floor, but all aspects of the dealership. Thank you Terry for making what could have been a mundane car deal, a nice buying experience!

We have purchased two used cars at your dealership. We worked with Bill G both times. He works hard to get the deal done. Very easy to work with.I have also brought my preius cars in for service. They were all professional and great to work with.My only compaint about the dealership would be the cleaniness of the two cars I purchased. They were both had very smearred windows as well as the plastic on the guages.The dashboards were dusy. When you buy a new or used care you so of expect to get it clean. Both times i had to clean the interiors were not very clean.

I accompanied my father to Beechmont Ford to help him shop for a new truck. He and I were both looking at Ford because we had previously had great performance and longevity from their vehicles. He left that day with a new Ford Ranger, and I left with the comfort in knowing I had a sales team I could trust when I was ready to return for the purchase of my own new car. A few months later I gave Bill Lewis a call and told him my father and I were on our way for round two. I was a little nervous about this purchase because it was my first time buying a new car. I am also getting ready to move cross country and I needed a car I could count on to take me there. Bill made the process easy and comfortable. I had done a lot of research, but I was still naive on a few points. Bill was honest and patient with my questions. He never pressured my decision and ultimately made me feel very safe and confident in the decision I made. Mike Jackson has been a dedicated part of my parents buying experience. He displays patience, even when you do not, he answers all your questions thoroughly, and he has no problem with the indecisive, which my mother and I are. He talked us through the ups and downs or each. Vehicle we looked at, and never once pushed us towards something we didn't feel was right, regardless of the vehicles price. I will only buy my new Ford vehicles from Mike Jackson in the future.

My parents have been buying from Dick Barrick since I was a little kid. They couldn't imagine buying from anyone else, and neither could I. I've been driving the same truck for years and have put over 100,000 miles on it. Dick sold that truck to us. When my wife's old car finally died, it was a no brainer to give Dick a call. Our experience with him and Beechmont Ford was wonderful. We absolutely love our new car and couldn't be happier. As long as Dick is working at Beechmont, we won't be going anywhere else.

I give my overall rating of 5 Good for first sales experience with Beechmont Ford. My car was totaled on Dec 20, 2011 and when I stopped in Beechmont Ford Mike Cornetet was the sales person to answer my question. Three family members have Fords and I wanted a car with a hatchbck to fit my golf clubs in and Mike Suggested the Ford Fusion. On Dec 31, I test drove with my sister and Mike in the car. Debby was asking 50 questions and Mike answered everyone ompletely and very detailed. That is what I look for in a sales person. Some of the other sales people that I test droves 4 other cars did not meet my expectations.

I got my first car when I was 16. I am now 59. In 43 years I have not had the opportunity to deal with a car salesman as friendly, polite and helpful as Jon Mai.
