Was looking to get out of a lease because mileage plan was not working for my wife's commute so went to Hyundai to purchase a new sonata hybrid. We had a sonata before and dealt with Bakersfield Hyundai before so we knew PJ . He introduced us to Astred she was very friendly and helpful when it came to our needs and payment they met our demands. My credit was not that great do to me losing my job in the oilfield and switching careers but PJ sat for awhile with us and was able to finance us and work out good payment. We also live in Tehachapi and my wife needed to sign some paperwork and Astred drove up here so it would be convenient for my wife. Not too many dealerships will do that for you. The only negative thing I would have to say is you could tell Astred was new by her lack of knowledge in the vehicles and what inventory was available at there location. Those things are easy to improve on but quality of individuals is not. Thank you Bakersfield Hyundai for another great experience.

I received an email stating that I had a response from the Hyundai dealership in regards to the customer review I had written. I followed the link as instructed only to be directed to the positive feedback on the dealership!!That IS NOT a response or ANY kind of customer service. One Bad NEGATIVE COMMENT should be one too many! As well as being handled with the best damage control customer service Hyundai has the skill for. Which APPARENTLY THEY HAVE NONE!! Basically throwing the positive feedback comments at me says my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and Now even More BITTER EXPERIENCE, is of No importance or concern. Truly, I expected more. Such Disappointment. The vehicle I wanted is still sitting on the lot. With my offer of an All Cash Payment in Full for the car and this is the customer service sales departments satisfactory method of handling my Obvious outcry for a better solution! Time to Send the MANAGEMENT TEAM Back To CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION 101! I've been discussing this situation with my clients/customers, friends and family. None of which have ever heard of Any Car Dealership treating a customer like so or being non-responsive and plain rude. BAFFLING!!!

I made several calls to him and all were promptly answered we then came in and he had the two cars we had discussed ready and waiting for us to look at. Daniel Quillen was very great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone!!! My only complaint was having to wait over 30 minutes for my initial test drive appointment. I went and set up an appointment online to avoid that very issue. I was called twice to confirm my appointment and had what seemed like great customer service on the phone. When I arrived they told me to take a seat and someone would be right with me since all the available associates were busy.... even the one I had an appointment with. I felt very unimportant and unimpressed with the dealership at that point. I almost left. When I made the decision to buy my car it was a whole different story. Daniel worked with me and my family to make sure everything was in place when I picked up my car. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the exact car I wanted. He took the time to show me how to use as many of the features as he could think of before I drove the car off the lot. He even offered for me to call him with any questions at any time. He was fantastic.

I bought a Veloster from Hyundai and we decided to go there to get a second vehicle used. We talked to someone on the phone first and when we got there they were very quick and helped us find the car we picked online. They were very curious and there was no haggling because we told them what we wanted and they made it happen even though my credit is not that great. Came in to "look" at a used Veloster for my eldest daughter. Walked out with not only the Veloster but also ended up trading in my 2013 Sante Fe for the 2016 Sante Fe. From the moment I stepped foot unto the lot, the staff was friendly and attentive to the wants and needs of what we were looking for in a car. Nick and PJ Martinez made my daughter and I feel at home while waiting for payment options for both cars. PJ Martinez made the experience of financing a car hastelless. Took his time going through paperwork for not just one car but two in just a few hours. He made the process one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. His mind for customer service goes above and beyond. That next day I received a message from him stating he had some great news to share with me, a lower interest rate. Wasn't able to come in until nearly close the next night. He had the paperwork raring to go for me to sign. He once again took his time to thoroughly go through all the changes in the new deal. Again his mind for customer service was impressive from the time I stepped into the dealership until the extra moment he took to walk me to the door. Will be a Hyundai customer for life.

"The only thing I would say I didn't appreciate was that the salesmen told me they were offering a lot of rebates on the 2016 Sonata right now. So when we sat down to discuss price I noticed the rebate was not very much. When I asked him why that was he told me ""well we don't have many of this particular car in stock, so we aren't offering as many rebates as I thought."" I felt like I was being tricked. I did however, drive off with the new car. With the terms I wanted,eventually. I'm happy with the car and I do appreciate everything Bernie did to help me, and he was very professional. I know he tried his hardest and he was very kind. I just wish you would train your sales associates to be 100% clear on what the rebates are on a day to day basis. They should know how many of those cars are on the lot and if that affects the rebates or not. Personally when I hear ""really great rebates right now."" I'm thinking at least $2000.00 off, not the $1000.00 they initially offered me. I would have been happier knowing up front it was a $1000.00 rebate being offered, rather than going through everything and thinking I'm going to get much more. That was my biggest let down. Everything else was very good. Thank you Bernie for all you did to help me, I know Steve and I were a tough sell...but you and your staff pulled it off."

I regularly get my older car serviced there. Great people, very helpful. My service advisor is awesome. He always looks out for my car and makes sure that it's running great. Just got a new car there a couple weeks ago and I will not regret it. I was very picky from the start, but the salesman was very cooperative and found the car I wanted. This car was everything I asked for and I believe it is at a great price. I would definitely recommend everyone to at least check it out. There's a lot of cars there that come in different versions that will definitely help fit your price. Overall, it's was a great visit and I will definitely continue to have Hyundai as my number one.

I wound up giving up an aspect of the car I really wanted because I just wanted to go home. I don't think it was the sales representatives fault; I believe it was the manager he was speaking to. After running over a re-tread tire on the fwy I had to have my front bumper replaced. To their credit Hyundai did provide me a rental car for the days while my car was in the shop. I did not closely inspect the car when I picked it up but at first glance the color matched and it had a new bumper. I drove it straight home and parked it in the garage until getting ready to leave on a trip. I pulled it out to wash it at which time I noticed the corner of the bumper was sticking out slightly and there was a tool gouge on the bumper under the driver side headlight where they apparently had to pry it down to get the bumper to fit. The Passenger side corner of the bumper was sucked in and not even with the original assembly. During my trip I noticed the driver side was flaring out more from the body and appeared to be coming apart. When I took it back to the dealership they contacted their body shop and they remembered the passenger side not being even and offered to repair that side so it matched up but because I had apparently scraped the bottom of the bumper on my trip they blamed the flare out on the other side on me and said they could replace the bumper at my expense! I pointed out that it was coming apart before I scraped the bottom on something and, granted, it was coming apart more than when I left for my trip but this would not have happened if it had been properly installed in the first place. I told them I was not looking for a new bumper, just replace the clips that hold it together? They informed me there was no way of just making it flush because there were no clips that held it in place and the entire bumper would have to be replaced. The entire bumper just because it is coming apart on the end? This is insane and indicates to me they did not use OEM parts and the after market bumper they used did not fit from day one or there would be no tool mark on one side where they had to force it to fit under the headlight assembly and the other side was sucked in and not flush. They refused to make good on their shoddy workmanship and since I don't have that kind of cash I am forced to drive a vehicle that looks like crap in the front end after already paying them cash to do the job right and took for granted they would use genuine parts and do the job correctly.

Deciding on the Hyundai Santa Fe and price was easy. Getting the vehicle was another story. Was not explained that Hyundai does not build new vehicles for customers, even though the online build process makes you feel like you are ordering/configuring your new vehicle directly from the manufacturer. Should of had a clue when the dealer found our car in Colorado and could ship it here for an additional $1,500. We declined stating our online order from the manufacturer includes delivery charges, why should we pay more. We will wait for the car for the manufacturer. What a joke, had I not called after waiting for three weeks to find out the status of the delivery of our new car I probably would still be waiting. Nothing had been done, I even opened a case with Hyundai directly and still got no satisfaction, but this is when we found out that we would have to let the dealer locate a vehicle somewhere in the US matching our order. We made too many trips to the dealer(an hour drive 1 way) lost/misplaced paperwork, change of sales person, and vehicle did not have all of the accessories we order when it arrived.

He pulled a car out for me so we didn't have to walk around too much in the sun(cause it was hot!). I test drove it and loved it. Rode so smooth, perfect for my first car purchase on my own! Elbardo helped me get the monthly payment I wanted with the money I had to put down. Then it came to sign and PJ was there to offer his assistance. He had a positive attitude and was pretty funny.. I had a price in mind of what I wanted to pay for a 2015 Sonata SE ($20,500 out the door). I did a lot of research using TrueCar.com and knew this was a fair price, because other dealerships in Southern California were offering it for that same price. But since I live in Bakersfield, I wanted to give them a shot. The initial price on the sticker was about $2,500 over what I wanted to pay. I told them the number it would take to complete the deal, and they put me through the typical routine of having to run my offer by their manager, who rejected my offer and instead offered it for $1,400 more than what I wanted. They wouldn't budge and tried to convince me that this price ($21,900) was a great deal. It was a real shame that they wouldn't give me a fair price on the car. I negotiated a deal for a 2015 Sonata SE via e-mail for even lower than my initial asking price ($20,211) with Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai and bought it the following weekend.

Really too much to complain about....worst process ever experienced...service manager thought we bought it used as it had a dent in the roof, paint imperfections and scratches. Sales manager pretty much refused to cooperate in making a deal and tried to collect double the interest by selecting a high payment. I wouldn't waste my time at this dealership. The Salesperson Elbardo was the best part of the entire process.

Go around the new car lots in bakersfield, just the ambiance in other dealers is different. They seem content with what they do and sell. They people at Hyundai truly seem to be striving for more. I am very upset that I was mislead by the salesman that I was approved for a car after I told him I did not want to go to the dealership and waste my time if I was not approved. He reassured me that his manager said I was approved and to bring my check stubs down. I also advised over the phone that I did not want to put anything down and that I just wanted to trade in my current vehicle. He said that was fine and that wouldn't affect anything. So I go to the dealership thinking I am approved known that I shouldn't of even went because everyone knows how a car salesman is but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He was very unprofessional didn't know how to call my lender for a pay off and called another customer to tell them they were approved for a car in Spanish when I am English speaking. Turns out I wasn't pre approved I needed a cosigner or a down payment or wait 7 months before I can get a new car. So I fell into their trap. I don't appreciate that when I was up front letting him know that I want a guaranteed pre approval before I waste my time and getting my hopes up thinking I was going to get a new car. Not cool Francisco!!!

I bought my wife's Accent from this dealer last August (2013). They were recommended by a coworker. Oh yes, people were polite, friendly and seem very honest. I would have been happy if I did not find out....my coworker had $500 off for financing with Hyundai and another $500 for being a veteran. I called this dealership regarding these discounts. I was told by this guy name PJ that my coworker got this discount through financing (at 0%). Yes, big fat zero. I paid mine cash and they never mention about the $500 discount if I finance it for 0%. Does this make any sense to anybody? They also said they did not know I was a veteran. Despite the fact that 70% of what we talked about while we were there were sea stories ( I was with a friend who was also a navy vet). And oh, that's how I know PJ was in the Marine Corp. They started calling me back after they found out what I wrote on their review (for the manufacturer). Now they want to give me the $500 for being a vet (just send them my DD214). I was so bitter and no longer trust them that I did not even bother sending them my DD214 to get that $500. I did not even return there for the free oil change. Too bad though because, a friend of mine who went there with me would have bought a car there 2 months later. He opt out for a Ford Fiesta instead. I'll buy Hyundai again. Just not from this dealer.

After calling and explaining to him the my experience he immediately asked what can I do to make it right. I told him that I would like the price I was originally quoted and he agreed. My experience with Bakersfield Hyundai started with a friendly greeting by Daniel Quillen. Nick was friendly and helpful. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable an eager to help me select a vehicle. I went to Bakersfield Hyundai to look at vehicles for my daughter. Before my contact that day, I knew absolutely nothing about Hyundai's. After all my questions an concerns were answered by Daniel, I decided to lease a vehicle for my daughter. The final paperwork was prepared by Nick Martinez. Nick, like Daniel was friendly, personable and a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the contract. While waiting for Nick to complete the paperwork, Daniel and I looked at other Hyundai's. When I came across a Sonata Hybrid, I wanted to know more about this vehicle. Daniel explained to me in detail about the Sonata. After Daniel's explanation about the Sonata, I determined this was the vehicle I have been looking for for quite some time. Being that I commute more than the average person, the Sonata Hybrid was the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. No matter what question I had about either vehicle, Daniel had the answer. Being a 50+ year old person, I grew up not having a lot of faith in a Car Salesman. Daniel shattered my preconceived opinion's about Car Salesman. Daniel was honest, friendly and a wealth of information. If not been for Daniel's and Nick's demeanor throughout the whole process, I most likely would not have driven away with two brand new vehicles in the same week from Bakersfield Hyundai. I would highly recommend Bakersfield Hyundai and Daniel Quillen and Nick Martinez. If the service staff is anything like the sales staff, I will no doubt be driving Hyundai's for a long time. I have already recommended Hyundai's to several of my friends. I can honestly say I have not been this excited about driving a vehicle in a very long time.

I was contacted by Art at Bakersfield Hyundai when I put in an online interest form for a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Art answered many of our basic questions and stayed in touch until he got one into inventory. Art advised us that he had a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid recently accepted into inventory. After he answered some qualifying questions about the vehicle, including stating that the lifetime battery warranty would be in effect, we rushed up to the dealership test drive the Sonata Hybrid. Art was readily available and seemed helpful and straight-forward. All was good until we started talking numbers. First off, they low-balled us at about $2,000 less than the value of our trade-in vehicle. After that, they refused to budge at all on the list price of the vehicle. Art did typical car-sales techniques and claimed to be "fighting for us" with the sales manager. After some negotiating and hours of effort, we decided that we could not make a deal that night and began to leave. Art still had my keys from my trade-in vehicle, so we were stalled. Art came back with a slightly better offer, but still would not meet us in the middle at a fair price. After my fiance did some more work negotiating, we got the price we wanted. The total was $24,434.75 out the door (including tax, title, and license), but stated that to get that price, we would need to give them $900 down. This was no issue, and got us down to the price we wanted and put us in the value area where we wanted to finance. We were supposed to be financing $23,534.75 after the down payment. After some more stalling, Art was "trying to get us in" with the finance person in the back. We waited for more than a half-hour at after 10pm (they close at 9pm). Finally, Art showed us some final numbers, but they were different from the agreed upon price on the vehicle worksheet ($24,434.75) at $25,078 out the door. We contested Art's new numbers and asked to see the original worksheet with the first price we agreed upon, but he conveniently already put it in a locked shred box. Of course, there is only one person with a key to the box and he was not at the dealership. We really liked the car and wanted to buy that night, but not at a deceitfully inflated price. We made Bakersfield Hyundai issue us a Due Bill including that if the Hyundai Lifetime Battery Warranty was not in effect on a used car, we would be able to void the contract the next day (since they did not know whether it was available on certified pre-owned vehicles) and that they must show us the disposed-of worksheet the next day when the key-holder arrived, and they must honor that price if it is lower. Art supplied us with a photograph of the sheet, but conveniently, he only took a picture of half of the sheet, and did not include the aforementioned, agreed-upon price. We demanded a full image of the whole sheet, it displayed our original price, so we held them to their guns and made them honor the price. While trying to get Art, Jessica (sales manager), or any supervisor on the phone all day, we became frustrated and decided this was yet another (count it, third) act of deceit. Finally, after leaving several messages and calling repeatedly, we got in touch with Jessica, a sales manager. Jessica claimed she was busy, we were looking at the wrong numbers, and stated that she would look at our sheet and call back in 5 minutes. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a call back, we called Jessica. She repeatedly beat around the bush, said fees were not included in the out the door price, told us we were looking at the wrong numbers, and generally acted in an unreceptive, rude manner. I demanded to talk to her supervisor, she put us on hold and returned to the phone, again detesting our claims and began to get frustrated and yell at us. I sternly demanded to talk to her supervisor immediately; she obliged. This gentleman answered the phone "Yeah?" I inquired as to whom I was speaking, his position at the dealership, and his role in the process. He stated he was Angel and the lead sales manager. Angel acted rudely, telling us we were wrong, claiming that the fees were the issue (though it was the application of our down-payment in reality), that it was just a miscommunication, and basically said we were stuck with it, but not in as many words. Angel became frustrated, repeatedly interrupted me on the phone, refused to listen to what I was saying and repeatedly claimed it was the fees rather than the down payment application. He then switched his tone and said it was miscommunication and said we can just come back and return the car, if we don't like it. We liked the car and did not want to return it, we just wanted the deal that Art promised us, especially after all the shady acts that followed his promise. Angel continually refused, so I asked to speak with his supervisor. Angel stated that his supervisor was off for the evening and would not return until the next morning and we could talk to her then. The issue was that our Due Bill was only good for 24 hours and would expire before the next day. I explained this to Angel and he still refused to contact his supervisor for a phone or personal contact with me. Since Angel would not help me and would not put me in contact with his supervisor, I told him I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because these are bad business practices. Angel bucked back with a smarty attitude that he would then just request the car back and we can go that route, if we want to bring other people into this. I reminded Angel that I was not trying to bring outsiders into the picture, but that he refused put me in contact with his supervisor for resolution. Angel then calmed down again and asked what I am looking for. I again explained to him that the price listed as out the door is $24,434.75, less our $900 down payment, which comes out to $25,534.75. We opted for the road hazard warranty at $299, which he stated brought us to a grand total of $23,382.00 out the door, after our $900 down payment. I agreed. I told Angel that I would be at the dealership this evening to start a new contract and void the old. He passed the information on to PJ (who was nothing but professional and courteous through the entire process). When I arrived, I asked for PJ and he greeted me within 5 minutes of arrival. PJ had all of the documentation ready and everything listed was as agreed upon after this arduous process. (Note: Art, Jessica, and Angel were nowhere to be found.) After approximately 5 minutes in PJs office, the paperwork was complete and I was on my way. Though we are mostly happy with the car, this deal was unnecessarily painful. I had to make two trips of over 120 miles on back to back days, because of shady business practices and misinformation. The issues all started with Art and his manager Jesse telling us over the phone that the used car would have a lifetime battery warranty, then recanting when we showed up in person. After that, all the other issues started to follow suit as mentioned previously. Though I am glad we finally came back to the originally agreed upon price, I still feel slighted by Bakersfield Hyundai, because of all the issues that were present, the fact that I had to make an extra trip up for a deal that was already agreed upon and then reneged. My time, gas, and energy were wasted on fighting with Bakersfield Hyundai employees to get them to honor a deal they presented to us. If my fiance didnt love the car so much, I would have returned it and moved on, never recommending Bakersfield Hyundai to anyone. I personally feel that we should be additionally compensated by Bakersfield Hyundai in some manner, because of the shady business practices, uninformed, unreliable, and unprofessional employees, and just the overall headache that this deal became.

I filled out the application on line. The next day Sal Castillo called and said that I had been approved. I could not believe it because I had a bankruptcy within the last year or so. I went in and Sal showed me the cars I was interested in, he made me feel really comfortable. Any other car lot I have been on the salesman are so pushy, but Sal treated me more like a friend and listened to everything I wanted in a car. When I finally decided on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Pj Martinez helped me to understand all the warranties that I could get. He never rushed through any of the paperwork, but instead took extra time to explain each form and all that was on it even had patience when I would asked a "dumb" question. I have never had such a great experience buying a car and would recommend Bakersfield Hyundai to anyone. Thank you Sal and P.J.!!!

Our experience at Bakersfield Hyundai was vey good. When we arrived we were met by Jose. He was very pleasant. Jose let us look and listened to our comments. Going by our comments he was able to take us to what we had in mind. There was never any pressure like you find at most dealers. We had a Hyundai Santa Fe and were sure that we wanted another one. We liked the features on the 2012. They had one, as the 2013 were out. We did not want black so they said that they would check the internet. They found one after some searching and we agreeded on it. Next it was getting it here. Jose said that he would go himself to get it, 4 hours one way. When the vehicle was ready, Jose went over every feature with us. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. Along with Jose, Jessica & Roxy made our purchase very pleasant. Buying my new (used) car at Bakersfield Hyundai was an exhilarating experience. I had a terrible incident at another dealership where I ended up unwinding a deal. My husband was in the car business for almost 30 years, so I'm familiar with the ins and outs of buying a car. The other dealership treated me like I'd just fallen off the turnip truck and left me with a horrible impression of car dealers! So, I wasn't expecting much when I went to the Hyundai dealership. Talk about a happy surprise! PJ Martinez was pleasant, kind, and actually listened to me. He instantly took me to the vehicle I was interested in, took me for a test drive, described the qualities of the vehicle, and, most importantly, treated me with respect. Nick Martinez was informative and pleasant, too. I ended up buying the Hyundai Santa Fe that I'd found online! I probably spent a little more than I intended, but the whole experience was worth it and I got the vehicle I wanted with very little hassle, and NO TRAUMA!!! Thanks... My girlfriend and I contacted Bakersfield Hyundai about a used convertible. After being passed around to 3 different people between email and phone conversations we agreed to make the trip from Fresno to Bakersfield on a Saturday to look at and possibly purchase the car. Bakersfield Hyundai called us as we were driving to Bakersfield to confirm our appointment. When we arrived we were placed in a salesman's office for 10 minutes "while he checked with his manager" The salesman came back to tell us that the convertible sold the night before but would we like to look at a new Hyundai Accent. It was a total waste of my time, if they had the time to confirm the appointment that morning they had time to check that the only convertible they had on the lot was still available. I will never even consider buying from here again. 2 days later Jim Vreeland Ford in Buellton, Ca. delivered the same car with less miles to us in Fresno and we signed the paperwork here.

I went in to buy a Hyundai Elantra after all of my research showed that it was the best car for my situation. Nick Martinez helped me out. I was expecting to have a rude, in your face salesman, but instead I was treated with respect. Nick is a very nice guy who tries his best to work with you. I would recommend asking for him when you are checking out Hyundais! I did end up buying the vehicle from Nick. He still stays in touch with me to make sure everything is going well with the car.

My wife and I were shopping for a mid size SUV at the Bakersfield Auto Mall recently. We visited seven different dealerships and decided to visit Bakersfield Hyundai. From the beginning to the end the overall experience of buying our new Hyundai Santa Fe from Bakersfield Hyundai was terrific. Samuel Guiltner greeted us as soon as we walked on the lot. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions about our new Santa Fe. He was the only sales person that took the time to explain all the benefits of buying our new Santa Fe. Samuel made this the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car. Nick Martinez our finance representative was very friendly and professional. He explained all our options for financing our new Santa Fe. We are looking forward to having our Santa Fe serviced at Bakersfield Hyundai.

We had called the day before about a car we saw online, PJ told us to come on down to bakersfield because they'd be able to get me that car. When we showed up, PJ was the first to greet us and quickly got us into the car for a test drive. Awesome customer service. Got us into the office and quickly started running numbers to see what he could do for me! Best customer service I received while trying to find a car. Did all he could for me to be able to own my first car! I left driving it :) Amazing service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with P.J. Martinez and Nick Martinez. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I worked primarily with P.J. Martinez through the sales process and while he was very interested in keeping the price of the vehicle high, as all sales associates do, he was extremely friendly and we eventually settled on a price I was happy with. He was never rude or unfair and he always had a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude throughout the process. Nick Martinez handled most of the paperwork with me and he was just as helpful and friendly. I am happy I was able to work with these gentlemen.

After a couple of months of trying to resolve issues I am giving up. Bakerfield doesn't care about you after the sale. Even now I can't get my e-mails answered, mostly I am dissappointed because I said I would do some the work just needed direction. Bakerfield may care if you live in the area, I drove 3 hours for a car in the rain and picked it up, once the sun was out I saw some issues, did they care, nope not at all. Looking at a few hundred in parts and some more for labor, so would I recommend not a chance. Stay clear of these folks. I have been sending e-mails since the first day, don't believe a word they say.

I traded in my 2007 Veracruz for a new 2013 Veracruz. Awesome, Everyhting!! The car, dealership, the service, and yes of course Chuy Herra. They were able to give me the best deal possible. I know because I searched all over Southern California and parts of Northern California. I had a good experience while searching for a new car recently. Chuy was the sale manager that I dealt with and he was very imformative and friendly. I told him what price I was looking for and he was able to get my payments down to an amount I could afford. Nick was the finance person that processed the paperwork for me. He was also friendly and helpful when it came to signing the paperwork and getting the additional maintenance warantee.

After having had a less than pleasant experience my first time around with another individual, Hyundai of Bakersfield definitely redeemed themselves. Nick Martinez was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommend anyone to deal with him. He was very personable and not too pushy. He made us feel comfortable enough to negotiate and ask all the necessary questions. He understood our situation before hand, therefore he really wanted to help us out. When it comes to price, we all want to cut a great deal. However, overall my husband and myself are rather pleased. Especially after having done our research. We had visited a dealership out of town and others in town. Our overall experience with Nick was great. Roxy Barajas was our finance person. She was also very friendly and took us step by step through everything. Made us feel comfortable to ask any questions that we had. My husband also mentioned that the parts and service department was very friendly when he took it in for a wash and an add on.

My first trip to your dealership did not result in a purchase because financing could not be worked out. I had given up getting a newer car even though I had one financed through your dealership already.About a week later, Ismael called me and said he was able to get me approved for financing through the Hyundai Finance. I was skeptical but he convinced me to come back and talk to you.Ismael had me talk to the finance department and they worked hard to get me into a new car with very low down, and with workable payments. I did not feel pressured at all.I would recommend Ismael to sell anyone a car. A very nice guy and easy going.

Nick was very helpful . I had a wonderful.experience. i would recommend anyone to work directly with Nick . He did a wonderful job taking care of me. i would have liked to get a better interest rate. I paid way too much in interest almost as much.as the car. If you have excellent credit i would say go.for it. i am blessed that was able to get the car i wanted. i hope to deal with them in the future for refinance when my credit gets better. i was very ill when i went and Nick was really understanding and did his best to get me in and out of there. Thank you nick for a grrat experience!

I was unable to get any other Hyundai dealership to provide me with a true test drive. Bakersfield Hyundai did a 'borrowed car agreement' that allowed me to drive the Veloster for the day - on my own - as I would a rental car so I could know this was the car for me. I inquired about a new Hyundai online and received an email back and a phone call within 24 hours. I was able to go in right away and view the vehicles and test drive. When purchasing was not the right option for me, leasing was discussed and the price was JUST RIGHT. I visited the show room once and between the first visit and the purchase, the sales consultant kept in touch with me and developed a relationship with me. When I came in the second time, he spent the time listening to my needs and worked out the deal I needed in no time. I drove away with a new vehicle that fit into my budget and lifestyle. Only gripe I have is that nothing good was on the TV while I waited in the waiting room. My overall experience was great.

After I had settled for a car, my friends drove a hard bargain with PJ for the best price for me. PJ not only patiently negotiated a deal with my friends and me, he also allowed us to use his office computer to look up all the pertinent info.He accompanied us for a test drive and we never felt pressured for the sale. I just came from Mazda, I went inside to the bathroom while the salesman stated "I will be waiting for you", he sounded like a stalker, He jumped me as soon as I walked up giving me no time to breath, I just wanted to look. Earlier my deal at Ford fell through they wanted too much down for the 5 coupe focus that was a sports edition but limited on accessories. I had did my research and found Hyundia a car I had owned years ago, came out with a cool looking coupe called the Veloster. When I arrived Roman approached much more at ease to help me look even though I was hiding in my Jeep driving by the cars because I didn't want another stalker LOL, Anyways I looked over the Veloster quickly and noticed so many more features added compaired to the Focus for the same price! A fuller moon roof, GPS NAVIGATION, A PUSH BUTTON START, I was like WOW!!!! But since my offer at Ford for a same priced vehicle even when using so called Rebates and trade in credits required $4000, I was reluctant to shop any further. I was really kind of looking for a cheaper car so I could trade in my Jeep which was upside down about $3000. I asked Roman if it came in blue even though I knew there was not one out there, but that was my secret color I had wanted three cars ago, Romeo replied YES, one just arrived on the lot and had not made it to the front yet. To make this a bit shorter, I just want to state.... They made it happen! I had no idea I was about to buy a car today but I did and I could not be happier. Roman, Chuy, Jr and Roxy all were apart of making my dream come true! Professional, Ethical, No Stress! They listened to my situaltion and worked with me honestly! I highly recommend the cars and the staff I worked with today!
