Edit 2/3/21: I brought my car back for repairs since I already got it diagnosed at this shop. I was happily surprised to receive a refund for the diagnosis fee on the first visit, it was applied to the repairs needed. I only took care of partial repairs but that was my decision. Tech was friendly and took the time to explain in detail what was needed. There were still a few bumps on the service side but it was definitely a better experience than last time. Thank you! Called in for an oil change appointment on a Friday, was told the latest appointment was at 6, got to Baker Nissan on 290 by 4:50pm. Tech receives my car and tells me I need to drop off my car for them to work on it on Monday.... had a check engine light, diagnostic would be done some time Monday.... but, I didn't request a diagnostic, I only needed oil change and check engine light checked (they advertised free check)... went back Saturday to pick up my car as I didn't want to wait and be without a car to make it to work Monday. Manager Glen helped me get a rental car. Three days and $300 later, I got my car checked on Monday.

I went for my usual oil and filter maintenance for the 2nd time this year. I inquired about repair service for my windshield washer tank. So, the first disappointment was that the car had to stay overnight for a repair that takes 30 minutes. The second disappointment came later when the sales representative assisting me walks up with print outs telling me what my car "may need repaired or serviced". He was going by the history of service in the computer not by a well inspected vehicle. My third disappointment was when I finally made it to my vehicle. The sensor for low tire pressure was on when I arrived. To my shock it was still on when I received my car. Copy

Whenever I bring my 2009 Nissan Murano in the service is always excellent And Shaun Hazeley is always the best. He checks to make sure that whatever services are needed at the time is done and if it's something that can wait until my next service visit he makes me aware of that as well. Although I've had my vehicle serviced at other dealerships when time didn't permit me to come to Baker, the service at other dealerships could never measure up to the service I always receive at Baker. Although the other dealerships are closer to my home driving to Baker for me is worth the trip due to their excellence in customer service.

Had my 2010 Altima serviced, 4 new tires (good price), new wipers, oil change. Warranty work included replacing oil cooler O-Ring gasket, replaced both transverse links/spindles/brushing & was given a loner car. It is a blessing to have a good service manager who really takes care of their customer. Juan Carlos Escobar you are awesome, outstanding and the best service manager, thanks for making sure my car stays in tip top shape. Over all the service department is very clean its a comfortable setting to wait for your care to be serviced, and the refreshments what can I say they are the best!

I was having problems with my Pathfinder. It was juddering when I drove. I called and explained my problem to Rick. He was very nice over the phone and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue. He told me to bring it on Saturday and Mack Smith would be my service guy. Mack had it looked at and the transmission fluid was replaced. He told me to drive it for a few days or 100 miles and if I was still having problems to bring it back. I called Mack the following Wednesday and told him the car was still not working properly. We scheduled a time Thursday to bring it back. This time they did a system download/upgrade and checked the transmission again. This included one of the service managers in the car as well while being driven. Mack informed me that they would need to replace the transmission and offered a rental. Mack kept me informed of the process throughout and how it was progressing. The two gentlemen that helped me with the rental pickup and dropoff were awesome as well. It was a great experience. My car is working perfectly again. I would definitely recommend the service department at Baker!

I brought in my 2015 sentra. I wanted them to fill the windshield wiper fluid and check tire pressure. I bought my car at a Nissan in central Texas and they told me I could get my first oil change free. I wasn't able to get it there because they were booked on the days I could get down there, so I ended up going somewhere else to get my first oil change. When I came to Baker Nissan for the quick service of filling my washer fluid etc...I explained everything and the service guy didn't give me an oil change for free, because I have to go to the Nissan I purchased the car to get that, but he did discount the services alot. So for that I am grateful. Most likely I will come to Baker Nissan for most services since I live closer to this one.

I had gone to another dealership prior to going to Baker Nissan. The other dealership was just worried about getting cash down no other options. That left a bad taste in my mouth. They wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing. I had been corresponding with Patrick and I told him what I could do and asked him about the options I had. I went to this dealership to test drive a Nissan Rogue and to discuss my options of purchasing one. My trade in was not going to be the best choice for us so, I was given other options and I had them explain it to me. I took one of the options and we made a great deal. I love this vehicle and Patrick and the Manager and customer service was excellent. I give this dealership a 10+. I was even told about the scrapes on the bumper ahead of time and was told the dealership would take care of it at their expense and I will not even be able to notice the difference. I purchased a Nissan Altima. I could not have asked for better service. The young salesman was wonderful and knowledgable even though he had only been working there a short time and the General Manager and Assistant Manager were always checking to see if everything was going ok and I was getting the information I needed. They were great as was all of the staff. Ana, the young lady went to my car and showed me everything I needed to know in order to operate this car. She was also very good and explained things well. I do not have any complaints about Baker Nissan but would highly recommend them to others. I am really enjoying my car and when on the highway I have gotten as much as 39 MPG which is excellent!

I recently brought in 2011 Nissan Altima for service and warranty repair. I was the first customer of the day. To my surprise, I was greeted by Rick Lux, who was friendly and extremely helpful. He got right to it in filling out paperwork from oil change to my concerns with vehicle. He even offered shuttle service to bring me back home. I declined as I had a ride home. Throughout entire time my car was worked on, Rick gave me a call to discuss all options. I cannot thank Rick Lux enough for being there for me! I previously went to another dealership this was my first time getting a car note, so I wanted to have piece of mind & be satisfied with whatever I purchase. At first I got a 07 Tahoe from the other dealer the first day I drove it I had to bring it back cause it kept cutting off on me it was the traction control stability they fixed that then a few weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the shop & they said the catiliac converter was going out, I was so upset so I went back to the original dealership they said it probably wasn't the cv so they said they wasn't gonna fix it so they decided to put me in a 08 BMW 328I, I really didn't want that but they said with my credit that was all they could put me in, dont get me wrong it was a nice car but it had problems as well. Keep in mind i was gonna be paying for this 6yrs. I kept talking to the saleaman about all my issues & concerns & I told him that I wasn't satisfied of coarse he told me not to worry but how can I not. So I went to the manager & told him that the car had issues & his response was of coarse it does its a used car. His comment blew my mind. I said not all used cars have problems, I said I've purchased 3 used cash cars & didn't have any problems. I told him it dangerous for me & my kids so he said he'll get it fixed so he supposingly did but after driving it for a few days it was still doing the same thing so I called him again & he told me bring it back in so I did. I asked him can he get me out the car he said if I put $5000 down he can. I said didn't have that kind of money. What are the odds that I got two vehicles that had issues. So I went online & filled out a auto credit application so the next day Mr. Alvin from Baker Nissan called me, I told him my story & he told me to come on over & he's gonna put me in something, I said my credit isn't good he said have faith I said I don't he said well I have enough for both of us. I said ok I'll be there. I told myself I'm goin way over there for nothing cause its like 40 mins away from my home. So got there & he went to work. Not even an hour had passed & he came back & said God is good I jus smiled he said your getting a 2015 Nissan Altima I was so excited I couldn't stop smiling. Now I'm satisfied & have peace of mind Thanks to Mr. Alvin & the people over at Baker Nissan.

I brought in my Nissan altima 2014 for a weird sound I was hearing on the driver side front wheel, I pulled up and the service rep came right out and asked me what was going on I told her exactly what was happening. She then had my car taken to the back to be evaluated once it was diagnosed she came up and said that nissan had made a mistake in building the car which caused one of the tire flaps to fall off and since this wasn't my fault nissan needed to pay for it. I was so pleased I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. My car was fixed within 45 minutes including a free car wash. No more grinding sound was music to my ears. Thank you Nissan I wish I remembered my reps name because I would give her a personal shout out, she's awesome.

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!! I asked for help, and one of the ladies behind the desk gave me an attitude. And the young man in the rental car section gave me the biggest attitude ever as well. Just because I am only 21 DOES NOT mean I am incompetent and that does not mean that I deserve to be treated that way. They seriously need to work on their employees customer service skills. Their job should be to treat customers fair and help however they can. I will never go back. If you do go, ask for Bobbie. She is the only nice one there.

I brought in my 2012 Nissan Murano for my first Oil Change (just purchased in March 2015). My service consultant was Melinda. She was very friendly and informed me about the Wynns Oil Booster to go along with my oil change. While I waited for my vehicle in the lobby, Melinda also informed me that my next 4 oil changes were going to be free. I guess it was included in my car purchase deal, but I was very excited! In APRIL 2015 the rear section of the ceiling console of my 2008 ARMADA appeared to be loose. I scheduled an oil change and while there I asked the service rep to examine it and tell me what it would take to repair it. I was prepared to pay a reasonable fee for the service. He came back to me while the oil change was being done and said it would cost about $200.00 to fix it. Because it was still secure with a small section about 10 inches loose, I thought that was reasonable and accepted the offer. I think he forgot our conversation because I had to remind him of our agreement while I was inquiring as to why the oil change was taking so long. As an afterthought, he went back to the service area and came back and said the part had to be ordered and it would cost over a thousand dollars to repair. That did not set well with me because I am sure I am not the only owner that had this problem. I ask for the complaint division phone number. and left. I call the number and got a representative who promised to look into the problem. A few days later the whole console fell from the ceiling. It is my opinion that the their examination of the panel created that problem. I heard from the complaint rep in record time. He said the vehicle was too old to be considered for repair by Nissan. I disagree with this because I think this is a manufacturing flaw and I am not the only one with the problem. My car has less than 80,000 miles and I do not drive it everyday or over rough terrain. I have taken great care of my car and am very disappointed in Nissan. The Armada is a $40,000 car and I don't think anyone expects the overhead works to fall. It is a good thing I don't have children and never install a TV monitor. I have generally been satisfied with this dealership in every way and did not expect this treatment.

I was looking to buy a Chevy and had already picked one out when my friend told me to check the Titans out, that I would get more bells and whistles dollar for dollar with a Titan... He was right! The day I went in was a Saturday so I expected a long wait, especially since I saw a radio station set up out front. My salesman, Eugene, did a fantastic job juggling me and a few other clients at the same time. I'm in the sales/service industry myself and he did great job giving me just the right amount of time to answers questions while still giving my wife and space to mull our options over. I spoke with him over the phone the night before and told him what I was looking for and he had the truck all picked out and up pulled up front with keys in hand when I showed up to test drive it. We had a long wait to get to upstairs and sign the paperwork but like I said, you guys were packed and we expected it. Eugene gave me the manual to read while we waited and continued to check on us and offer drinks. Once we made it upstairs the finance guy was really nice and got us in and out. All in all it was a great experience and will recommend anyone we know looking for a car.

I had a complicated situation where I needed to purchase a car from another state, but pick it up in the Houston area. I have my mother there, so I hoped to house the car there for awhile. I had poor dealings with one particular salesperson, Paul Morgan. He would not provide me with a quote or work with me any way unless he got my mother in the sales room to talk--presumably for hours. We went back and forth on this point several times where I said that all dealings should be with me, my mom would only be there to check if the car was the one I was requesting. He wouldn't engage and kept asking when my mother would be at the show room. My mother is quite elderly with health issues, so that is not an option. I went to an entirely different dealer altogether. They were more willing to help me. In the end, I _did_ fly to Houston to sign the paperwork, but they were willing to do a lot for me regardless. I am happy I went elsewhere.

Everyone was very professional. I know sales associates work on commission but when the sales associate we came to see was with another customer he asked another sales person to help us. He didn't want us to wait. I liked the way the sales associate asked how we wanted to look for a car. He made sure I didn't go over my budget. We came all the way from Baytown where we have car dealerships right down the road. Your sales associates and service department did such a great job helping my co manager and his family get the perfect car. He told me it was defiantly worth the long drive. I was in the market for a new 370Z and my credit union had preferred dealers to work with to get the "best price". I went to those dealers with the intent of purchasing my car from one of them. Baker is not part of this group, but for some reason my gut was telling me to check them out. I am glad that I did, they beat the price that my credit union had as a special price dealer. From the time I walked in the door Victor was there to assist me. He was straight forward, answered all my questions. He was not pressuring me to purchase the car; he understood my hesitation of committing to a car of that price. Since the purchase of my car he has checked in on me to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. He gave car buying a personal touch, not a "we made the sale, who's next". The final step was financing, I was dreading this process it always sees to take a lot of time. Rod got me into his office to handle everything and when we were done he apologized for taking so much of my time. I was in his office for a whole 5 minutes and this included talking about non-car related topics. I recommend them to everyone and when I am in the market again they will be the first dealer I stop at, not the last one!

It was time to replace my current vehicle, so I went online & contacted Baker Nissan. Paul Poock replied within the hours & we set up a time for me to come in and check out a 2014 Xterra. My wife & I came in & I told Paul I didn't really like going through all the hassle & paranoia of shopping for a vehicle. He assured me that Baker Nissan wan't like that & they operated on the up & up. So we progressed and I was able to work with Felipe' Rodriguez on the financing. again I was pleasantly surprised at how open & honest he was in explaining me my options. I originally was going to finance through my Credit Union, but after talking with Felipe', my wife & I decided to finance through Nissan. I am very happy & satisfied with my Xterra and the folks at Baker Nissan. I will recommend them to my friends & family, and hope to update my wife's van, when it comes time. John Latch

I brought my Rogue for an oil change. The staff was great . My service advisor had jokes at 7:00 in the morning which was delightful on a rainy day. I was in and out in a reasonable time. I was given a copy of my Multi point inspection which I really liked. That was a 1st. I think your dealership is the best for customer service and I only bring the Rogue here for service. My next Nissan without question will be from your store .

I came in for service I was way over due with 12,000 miles and no oil changes. My service guy told me what I needed and they still accepted my service coupons even though they were expired. I was in an out in about an hour or so which I thought was very fast they passed out free snacks and water and kept me updated the whole time. Outstandind service!!!!

Our Maxima is the 3rd car that was purchased and serviced by Mossy Nissan as they have always done a good job. I took it to Baker Nissan thus time because I didn't have time to make the drive over to Mossy this time. Talked to a salesman over the before i come in to confirm the price i found on the dealer web page. He confirmed the price and he will honor the price.i went the next day and met the salesman and did exactly what he told me over the phone.he was very honest with me . My husband came by for the scheduled maintenance change oil and tire ratation of our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. He said it was a very busy Friday morning for everyone and it took him for about an hour to wait for the car to be done but he said it was a worthwhile experience as the staff was very friendly and accommodating making sure that all the customers waiting at the lounge were okay even offering every one in the waiting lounge get their free refreshments like cookies, chips and drinks.

No problems encountered. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. The repetitive TV program was a bit boring. I asked the tech to check my battery and was shown the results later. I bought a new 2012 Nissan Murano from Baker Nissan a couple of years ago and just wanted to drive a truck again since I now have property out of the Houston area. During the routine oil and filter change I decided to check out the new 2015 Nissan Frontier and thought it would be a fit for me, not to big and not to small. I was met by their sales rep Cory Davis who went over all the new features and was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was a little upside down with my vehicle, but Cory and his manager's worked with me on the price and were able to get it in my budget. I really don't think I could have beat the price with any of their competitors and I did want to stay with their dealership for the great customer support and service I have received the last two years. It was hard to give up my Murano but I could not pass up their price. Now I am driving a new 2015 Lava Red Frontier and love it. And have received many good compliments from my friends and co-workers. Now my wife wants to drive it, but that won't happen. Dennis R

I have loved the Nissan Armada since it's release. Upon experiencing more electrical issues with my 2009 Chevy Avalanche I was driving our spare corporate vehicle...a 2004 Nissan Titan with 300K miles. I was impressed with its power and decided to go test drive a Titan. My husband suggested I also try the Armada...and it was love at first drive. Seriously, what took me so long? The Platinum Reserve is pure luxury! And my husband loves the legroom.

I was in an accident and selected Baker Nissan to do my repairs after working with State Farm Insurance Company. The damage was to the driver side from the rear of the car near the gas tank to the front of the car near the mirror. I have always taken my 2009 Rogue to the dealer for service. They are friendly yet professional in all of their dealings. I recently took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Their inspection showed a failing battery, so I had them replace it. Because they were especially busy on a Friday afternoon, I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours. They did not charge me for the oil change or tire rotation, only for the pro-rated battery. This was an unexpected, unnecessary, but greatly appreciated gesture by Service Advisor, Rodrigo Sequeira..

I love my Certified 2013 Nissan Sentra. Love it!!!! I really appreciated the way my Sales person Yahya Yusif, treated me. He was patient and never ever pressured me into buying a car, in any way. His calm attitude is why I bought from you. I had stayed away from big dealerships for over a decade because of my last new car buying experience. It was at a dealership that is now closed...thankfully. They essentially held me hostage until I signed the paperwork. I had an appointment to make and they had taken my car keys when I walked into the dealership under the guise of doing an estimate for trade in. I asked for my keys back countless times and they refused, I even called the cops to try to get my keys back and was laughed at. It was a truly degrading experience. I never walked back into a dealership, other than to do warranty repairs from that day. Even the service departments were awful, putting on charges for services and supplies that were never used. I appreciated the trust that was put in us in order to make the deal go through. From what I understand my Dad bought a car from you the next day; when he dropped off the down payment. I have faith that your service department will reflect the excellent treatment I received during the sale. I do my maintenance, and I want to be treated like an intelligent human being. I will be using my coupons when I receive them. The only minor flaw in the experience was when the finance....numbers (sales) manager came to the table with the proposed monthly payments; I had to remind him he needed to talk to me, because I was the one spending the money. He chose to speak to my sister at the start about my finances, simply because she had been there before. My pocket book, my conversation. Like I told all the gentlemen I dealt with that day, I knew as soon as I sat in the drivers seat, that this was my car. I am thrilled your finance department was able to work out a reasonable monthly payment, give me a more than fair trade, and treated me with respect.

The sales staff at Baker Nissan North have figured out that customers want the "real" lowest price the dealership can offer UPFRONT! When I stopped by on a whim to check out the new Altima, the sales person wasn't pushy and provided her best price. I assumed on that night that this price could be easily beat if I did some 'shopping around'. Well, no other dealership in the area came close! I went back to Baker Nissan north 4 weeks later and they said they would still honor that price. The whole buying (including the finance guy time) process took only 1 1/2 hours. That was a record for my car buying experience. This dealership is doing a lot of things right. You should try them.
