The people that work at Awesome Ford are wonderful, from the receptionist to the service personnel. I worked mostly with "Joey" in the service department, he was extremely helpful with the repairs to my 2016 Mustang from beginning to the end. 100% to everyone involved with the whole process, thanks for the "AWESOME" service...jg

When it comes to buying a new vehicle it can be overwhelming, and for me it was extremely overwhelming. I had never had a good experience looking for a vehicle. I had been avoiding buying a new vehicle for this reason. I had needed one for a while but just didn't want to put myself through that pressure. The sales guys are usually impatient and they always want to push you into car that you really didn't want, or doesn't fit your needs just to make a sale. Not here! When I first stepped onto the lot I really had no idea what I really wanted, I just knew I needed something reliable. Joe was amazing! He was open to all my questions and helped me make up my mind as to what vehicle would best suit my needs and my crazy, busy life. He very patiently showed me everything I wanted to look at and test drive, also checking other lots within the company looking for anything I may like. It took me a while to pick one but I finally found a perfect match. I was everything I was hoping to find, in a vehicle, and in the way I was treated. Thank you Joe Lapierre for making this the best car buying experience ever! Its a beautiful car and my daughter and I cant wait to take our first road trip.

From the moment we stepped onto the lot at Awesome Ford there was absolutely NO high pressure. Our salesman, Ed Langston, was great to work with. He took plenty of time to show us various models, listened carefully to our wants and needs, and thoroughly explained the new technologic features of our new 2016 Ford Edge. He even brought the finance manager to us when we started talking prices for our trade-in. Your locality was a real plus as well!

I bought a SUV for my wife a year and a half ago for my wife from Ed Langston. He went out of his way to me my wife happy. Now,a year and a half later, I went back to Ed because I needed a SUV for my work and personal use. I told him what I was looking for without stipulated make and model. He took me to their 3 lots and showed me several vehicles that met my needs and budget. I have been a sales rep for a large home improvement company for 35 yrs. I broke what seems to be the first rule as a consumer. I didn't shop. My first experience was AWESOME thanks to Ed. In fact my experience start with all including paperwork and financing was pleasant. I'll be going back for a RV shortly.

I was interested in a 2010 Ford Escape that was advertised on the internet. I called and spoke to a guy named Jim T. He gave me a appointed time to meet,and mentioned that he had other similar vehicles, a 2012 Escape that was a company vehicle, well maintained.I arrived at the dealership at 1:15,I asked for Jim.The sales staff did not know of a Jim. I was helped by another sales member. The 2010 Escape was being test driven at this time ,so I asked about the 2012.It took some time but I was informed that it was purchased at auction,but not available yet. The 2010 came back from a test drive. I took it for a short spin,taken back by how dirty it was.The vehicle pulled to the left rather easily. Upon returning I viewed it more closely noticing polishing compound.I was told that they don't detail it between test drives,and some times let families have it overnite to make sure it was a good fit for them I asked for the carfax on it.He showed me it on his monitor-----it had been in an accident and repaired,but what blew me away was if I had purchased it I would have been the -7th owner!!!!!!!! Why does a Big dealership have such vehicles in their inventory???? I did get a $20.00 fill-up of gas at the local station.They offered to drive up to Olympia at one of their other dealerships the 2012 Escape when it was ready later in the week.

The Service Consultant Jeb Kozisek was prompt and courteous. The wheel well guards were installed in a timely manner and I got my 15% COSTCO discount. Coffee was good. Nice clean friendly atmosphere.

I went to a couple of dealers looking to purchase a new Ford truck. I thought I had one lined out, till I stopped in to look at an RV at Awesome Ford. I met with David Moore and explained what my needs were for a toy hauler. I mentioned that I had located a new truck and he tells me he'll beat any price. I kid you not, not only did he sell me a great truck, he sold me a 36' toy hauler as well. It was completely pain and hassle free. This will definitely be the place I recommend to all my friends!!
