My family has purchased 6 vehicles from Avondale Toyota in the past two yeas. I always refer family and friends to Avondale Toyota. It's a one stop shop! You are in and out of there in less than 2 hours. See Scottie Williams. He provides excellent customer services and is completely honest with you. He won't put you in a deal that you are not 100% happy and comfortable with. Even if you are curious and want to know what your trade in would be, he can run numbers and give you an idea. He's never pushy or sell you something just to get a quick sale. There is a reason why we keep coming back. Shop around, you'll see that Avondale Toyota has the best prices out there. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased a car for my granddaughter here. We are from out of town and selected this dealership because it was convenient to our hotel location. Scottie Williams was our sales advisor and he did a wonderful job assisting us. He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely personable. He guided us through the process with absolutely no pressure and made both our experience a positive one.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle with Spencer and it was hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. This was phenomenal and personalized customer service at its best. We felt completely comfortable and had an honest, up front, and non-pressured experience. I would highly recommend this dealership; you will have 10x of a better experience here compared to other Toyota dealerships in the valley. First off, Richard Bertanza is the greatest! He's patient, caring and knowledgable. Initially I was torn between leasing and financing a vehicle, but Rich thoroughly explained the benefits of leasing versus buying. He took his time to show me some cars and did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the Rav 4, but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy even after stopping by dealership a few times before making my final decision. Rich made everything super easy and exciting. Everything I asked for he went above and beyond. My expectations were far exceeded. I will never look for another car salesman again. He's my go to car salesman for life!!!!!!

Andy Price was excellent! Very knowledgable about the cars. We didn't feel any pressure and took the time to go everything with us. He even went thru Kelly Blue book on my trade in, so we felt comfortable with Avondale Toyata's buy back. We will definitely come back here for our next car.

Requested info on a 4Runner prior to purchasing. They were very responsive but not pushy. As we get closer to purchasing I will definitely consider this dealer.

Great experience and didn't have to negotiate price at all. The lowest price is really the lowest price and that is that. My salesman delivered my vehicle to me and completed the paperwork at my kitchen table. He also brought my floor mats to me on a separate trip, as they were inadvertently left at the dealer. I'd definitely recommend this dealer as a place to purchase a used or new vehicle.

My salesman was Scottie Williams. His professionalism and being so personable -- well, this was over the top. He did everything possible to make this not only a good experience but very memorable. I have had several new cars in my life and this was a very wonderfully different experience. I will totally recommend going through Scottie Williams and to Avondale Toyota.. It is truly a pleasure doing business with you. P.S. Having the car delivered and the paperwork all competed through Scottie, AWESOME!!!!

This is the third auto I have purchased from the dealership. The sales and service staff have been knowledgeable and helpful in assisting our family with our car needs. Highly recommend the dealership because of the manner in which they conduct business as well as their customer service approach.

I found a car on Cars.com that was at this dealership that I wanted to purchase. The only problem was the dealership never even contacted me about the car. I have used cars.com to purchase many vehicles and this is the first time I had no contact from a dealership. Luckily I found the same car at a different dealership for a better price using cars.com

This dealership is the best! The process was clear cut with no questions, the financing process was quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful and enjoyable to be around. I will never buy from another dealership.

I have two toyotas, tundra,Prius and this dealer and their staff are great. The biggest problem is with the screen on the dash. Here in az. The sun shines so much on the screen you cant see it. If it was tilted a little it might help. I recommend this dealership to all. From the top management to sales, and maintencefolks are professionals. Thank you Avondale Toyota.

I sent out many requests for an out-the-door price on a new Prius. These folks responded politely, quickly, and clearly. Their price was not the best, but it was a good price and I would consider doing business with them in the future.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Mark Broughton at Avondale Toyota for a few years now. Mark, and everyone else at Avondale Toyota for that matter, are extremely professional and not your typical car buying experience. Working in sales, I expect to be hassled and haggled any time I work with anyone else in sales. You simply do not have that problem here. There are no "key keeping" games (where your salesman keeps the keys to your trade in "hostage"), there is no price haggling, there is simply NO hassle. After purchasing the first vehicle from Mark at Avondale I knew that they had my business for life. Four vehicles later, they still have it. I have the confidence in the staff and in Mark to send all of my friends, family, colleagues, and customers of my own in to purchase their new vehicles. Living 160 miles round trip (yes, you read that right) and still making the trip to see Mark is a living testament to the service you can expect at Avondale Toyota. All of my immediate family now drive Toyota vehicles from Avondale Toyota, as well as most of my close friends. If you are looking for a new Toyota, or any used vehicle, you really owe it to yourself to check out Avondale Toyota. Ask for Mark Broughton, and buy from the only dealership you will want to give your business to.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, exact, and he put what I wanted into what the dealer has to make my perfect CAMRY. John did just that and more!!! He listened, he was concerned about my feelings and took notes to insure my satisfaction. This TOYOTA was the first car I had test drove and I was satisfied enough to drive out in my new CAMRY!!!!!!!!! If you want an excellent car along with excellent service, then YOU need a CAMRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were in the market for a used Toyota Avalon. Found one that looked perfect from Avondale, only they're in Arizona and I'm from California. Dealing over the phone made me a nervous wreck, worrying that I might soon become a victim of ID theft. Charles Inman was professional and courteous, keeping in touch with me throughout the process. Avondale's True One Price policy meant I didn't have to negotiate or play any games. The price they asked was the price I paid and it was better than anything I could get in my area with the hassle of bargaining. Charles understood what was necessary for interstate commerce and helped me through the process. When the car was delivered, it was just as advertised. We are very happy.

This is our 2nd car from Avondale Toyota. We were very pleased with our first purchase several years ago, as well as the service we have received when we take it in for maintenance. We had attempted to look at cars from several dealers over the past couple of weeks. I submitted the cars.com inquiry to more than one dealer. I'd get a call back and schedule an appointment to see a particular car, only to find out on arrival that it "just sold." Avondale Toyota didn't do that. They had the car on the lot and verified it before we arrived. It's a no hassle-no negotiation dealer: the price on the window is the price you pay. The price was very competitive with other dealers. We bought a used Jeep Liberty and it was in great condition, clean throughout, no body damage, and great paint. We are very pleased with it. Our salesperson was "Pickles," who was a great guy, low-key, and no pressure. We paid cash, so we didn't get involved in the financing this time. Our previous vehicle was financed, and as I recall, the procedure was very smooth, none of the "what kind of payments are you looking for" runaround that I've experienced at other dealers, as the price of the vehicle mutates to fit your financing. A great car-buying experience, and we would recommend them to all of our friends.
