I purchased a vehicle from Avondale Nissan and looked into purchasing another. However, they are the same as every other dealership. They claim to be different but at the end of the day they lie about prices and tell you that they are better than the rest.

My Wife bought her Nissan Rogue from Frank the Tank, was able to work with getting her payment down to what she could afford. Fast forward to 2 months and I decided to purchase a new car as well. This was my first car buying experience on my own. I was so nervous hearing all the stories of pressure and being taking advantage of. It was the opposite at Avondale Nissan. I worked with Trudy Varin and she made the entire experience literally fun and exciting. She was professional, absolutely no pressure and very educational on the vehicle (Nissan Frontier 4x4 truck). I felt like I was working with a family member. Thank you! I love my new truck!

After looking for a great deal. I found not just a great deal, but a great dealership as well. I have been to other car dealerships and have bought new cars in the past. Which typically works with a sale number that is never what they really want. This was not the case with Avondale Nissan. Jasin Loop was the sales rep that contacted me on my inquiry. The price listed was a real price not a price that included thousands of dollars in dealer add on. No $499 for nitrogen in the tires or anything like that. Anything about the car I was looking at was disclosed fairly, that includes the price. I bought the car and came down to metro Phoenix from LAS VEGAS to buy a car from them. Jasin provided top notch five star+ customer service all the way. Which is coming from someone who has worked in the top properties in Vegas providing guest with great service. Fahim the F&I rep did a five star job as well. I can tell you it was worth the 300 mile drive to not deal with the Jokers that give car buying a bad name. Avondale Nissans way of doing business is the RIGHT way. Fair and honest. So in the end I found a great deal and a great dealership. I would recommend them to everyone.

I knew what I wanted and knew what I was spending out the door with financing so I contacted Avondale Nissan through their website and Jasin Loop contacted me very promptly. He was able to get me a great 2015 Rogue with the price I wanted and we worked out all of the details via email including financing and all the other documentation. Once I got to the dealer, all it took was a test drive and paper signing and we were done in less than half an hour (this is so important when you have small kids). This was the most painless auto transaction I have ever been through and I would wholeheartedly recommend Avondale Nissan for your next auto purchase. I tell everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle to check out this place-I live in NW Peoria so that means it's an extra 35 minutes away from me but it's totally worth the drive. No hidden dealer adds or dubious additions after the price is set, and for me that is worth everything! I recommend Jasin Loop and I would not hesitate to buy there again. It's the first place I will always look for new or used.

I was looking for a Nissan NV passenger van. I contacted several dealers. Jasin Loop from this dealership was the most professional, low pressure salesman to deal with. I had decided that all of my initial contact (for all dealers) would be through phone, to avoid high pressure tactics. Jasin and I discussed, at length, what I needed and wanted. At the conclusion of our initial call, he informed me that he would not call me again, unless i wanted him to. At the time of our call, he didn't have in the particular style of van I wanted, and I told him to contact me when his next shipment came in- which he did. We negotiated the price via a series of emails and a final phone call. The first time I met Jasin, was when I went to pick up the van. I was in a sort of time crunch, but the financing department and Jasin worked hard to get everything done for me quickly. This was my first Nissan buying experience and it couldn't have gone better.

We used the car buying service through USAA. We had a couple of specific cars picked out from different dealerships. Never have we been able to leave after test driving a vehicle. We always end up being run through all the departments. Jasin Loop was quick, friendly and did not give us this hassle that we were dreading. We ended up buying the car from here. Great experience! will definitely go back here again.

I was first time at Nissan Avondale. I got best internet offer from Traivon Myers approved by Mike sales manager. That was big reason to drive 40 miles to see their offer, after after I already visited some dealers in north Phx, close to me. The staff at Avondale is the best! No Hassles, super very friendly. Treated me as a person and not just a sale. I would not hesitate to refer Traivon Myers to my friends or buy from him again. They did not try to sell anything else except the car for price sent in email. Not like Scottsdle dealer who increased price for about $2600 more ( $200 car wash w/special coating, tinted windows $600 and were not tinted, oil change for 5 y... etc).

He was very patient, I didn't have no trouble with him, he helped me a lot and explain me everything I needed to know about my car. My car trade in did not work out. So when I requested my car back, it came back with all different tires, and it was unaligned. I had bought new tires for my car previously all Goodyears size 16. I had to make them put new tires and align my car and when they did, they put a cheaper brand, size 15's and all the rims were different mixed with new and old. If this is the way these people work then I do not recommend this dealership what so ever to anyone. Also, They tried to sell me a Sentra for almost $29,000 and when I said no to it they tried to sell me an Altima for the same amount right after they had told me I couldn't afford one. This place is nothing but xxxxxxxxx. I take it as I was taken advantage of for being a young girl. Oh and did I mention that when I went to speak to a manager instead of speaking to me like I had requested, he went to lunch instead. WAIST OF TIME!!!!

The experience of buying a new vehicle should be exciting, but business ethics in many dealerships have diminished that experience. Last week defined our worst experience ever at Peoria Nissan. Never have I seen such low class shyster tactics as they basically held us captive for five hours. They tried to wear us down, manipulate the pricing, then you sit and wait for the next round. Finally we had enough and wanted to leave. We had agreed a tentative deal and were told they had a car coming and wanted to leave our car and give us a loaner. We shouldn't have given them our car but we just wanted to leave and discuss our options. The next day was just as stressful as it took an hour and a half to get our car returned and we hadn't even sign any documents. Looking for an alternative, I saw the inventory at Avondale Nissan and was interested in a vehicle. Jasin Loop responded immediately and followed up within minutes with a full disclosure statement. Jasin is an consummate professional who has the skills, personality and professional excellence to compliment a dealership such as Avondale Nissan. He took us through the purchase, found refunds available for our trade in as we had a extended warranty. Did a follow up with our paper work to assure we would receive our VA plate discount. Jasin also had an immediate answer for every question or concern we expressed. Tony Rivera took us through the finance portion explaining all of our options but never being forceful trying to sell. A very refreshing process, one I've never experienced. Closing our process was Jasin explaining every function of the Murano and programming some features to get us started. A very stressful start Thursday morning ended with a very memorable car buying experience that returned the excitement in purchasing a new vehicle.I also know that salespeople such as Jasin exist because of business ethics of an owner who promotes honesty, integrity and treating customers with respect and we thank you for that !Never have I been so completely impressed as I'am with our 2015 Murano SL.Extremely satisfied customers,Rick & Pam Baerlin

My Nissan Versa that was only three years old had a bad fuel pump. The price came in at over $1100 so I had it towed and saved about $500 by going someone else. I saw the gas pump on Amazon for $275 so I know they were trying to rob me. Beware!

Avondale Nissan was the best dealership I've ever dealt with! Cory Nielsen is getting an invite to my wedding! I had a horrible experience 2 years ago when I bought my Altima from Midway Nissan, their sales gimmicks were a cliche. From the long waited hours to the dreaded two week call back for "updated financing terms". That was NOT the case with Avondale Nissan. Cory was my Internet sales rep, and since the get-go he showed a genuine interest to take care of me. I walked in to the dealership at 7:45pm and walked out by 9:15pm . That's including financing!!! Is that not insane?! I already started recommending this dealership and Cory to my friends and family. I can't wait to get my wife a pathfinder from here! I traded my Altima in for a 2015 Pathfinder. The Altima was too small for our families needs. I bought my vehicle from Jasin Loop. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Jasin Loop. I called Jasin and told him what I liked. He said let me put the numbers together. I was at Coulter Nissan when I called him. I was getting an oil change done because Coulter is closer to my house. I looked at a Pathfinder at Coulter but will only deal with Jasin. Jasin called a couple hours later and gave me the numbers. My wife and I liked the numbers. We came in on Saturday (Memorial day weekend). He had a Pathfinder ready for me to take to my house so my wife could see it. Drove it home, my wife and I looked at it and liked it. My wife and I took a couple hours and talked about it. So nice and no hassle. No back and forth haggling. Jasin says it like it is. Like I said. I have bought 4 vehicles from him already. My wife and I went back and looked at more options. We bought a Pathfinder SL with the Premium package. She liked the sunroof and panoramic sunroof and the upgraded stereo. Jasin did not have one so he went to Nissan in Scottsdale and picked up the one we wanted. Signed paperwork on Sunday. Great experience. He does not sugar coat. If he can then he will. If cant , he will let you know. See you in a couple years for my daughter Jasin. Samir. Sorry if I butchered name. Great finance guy. Jasin already told him what we wanted. He asked questions and got us more back. We had GAP, extended warranty, tire package and maintenance package from Altima. Got us more money back so our extras were not as much.

I just bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier SV-V6 from Avondale Nissan.From the price request via email until the contract signing of the purchase I have been treated well and courteously.My trade in Nissan Frontier Desert Runner was given a fair value inline with KBB.The price they quoted on the email is straight forward and there was no hidden gimmick cost or haggling when the deal was closed. In March 2013 I purchased a new 2012 Murano from Avondale Nissan. I worked with Jasin Loop who was amazing. I told him I was looking to replace my 2007 Murano and he had one chance to make me a deal. If I liked it I'd buy it and if not I'd thank him for the effort but would go elsewhere. I don't like the sales people I work with to play the "I can maybe do better but I need to talk to my manager". Then they disappear, the manager shows up and the pressure starts. That's not me. Jasin left for a few minutes came back with an offer that laid out everything in detail. In less than 20 minutes I had an offer I couldn't refuse. That wasn't the end of it though. During, throughout the whole process, and after taking delivery he made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. Since then my 2012 Murano was totaled in an accident in March 2015 and thanks to the safety of the Murano there were no personal/body injuries. I went right back to Jasin and Avondale Nissan looking for a new "leftover" 2014. I had been told that there were none available but Jasin said he was confident he could find one. He lived up to his word. Found me the perfect Murano and made me another amazing offer with no pressure and no "negotiations". Just like I prefer. I ended up not purchasing a Murano but it was no fault of Jasin or Avondale Nissan. It was more the feeling I needed something different to relieve some anxiety. If you're looking for a great sales person and a great Nissan dealership Jasin and Avondale Nissan are the best in the valley.

If you are looking for a great deal on a car in a haggle- free environment and you want to be treated like royalty then go see Jasin Loop, or Trudy Varin . I was excited about buying a new car, but I wasn't looking forward to spending the day haggling back and forward and playing the dealership games. To my delight, that was not my experience at Avondale Nissan at all. I was very pleased with the price and the customer service was exceptional. Jasin made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the car buying process. My suggestion: If you are serous about buying a car, go see Jasin Loop and I promise you will be glad you did.

Drove past 2 other Nissan dealers to get to Avondale, but it was worth it. Michael Voss, my salesperson, actually listened to me (unlike typical sales) and in a short time had the right vehicle for me. Best service I have received from a dealership! Corey Nielsen was awesome! I had gone to ABC Nissan and had also spoke to someone at Midway Nissan. ABC Nissan wouldn't work with me on numbers, sales person that helped me didn't seem to interested in selling at first. He probably thought I was just "looking" and not "buying". When I told him I really wanted the car I was looking at and asked for numbers he didn't ask how much I had for down or nothing. He brought me numbers and car payment I was looking at $899!!! I almost had a heart attack! I then told him to give me different numbers with 3 different down payments. He brought me back numbers that I still didn't like, not to mention internet has one price and when I got numbers they had added all their "extra fees" what they call. Then had one guy come over and BS, then another one and more BS at the end of the day I think I saw 5 different people (don't know what's that all about, I thought only collection agencies do "second voices"). While I was at the dealership I was looking online and found Avondale Nissan!! Internet price caught my attention when I called and spoke to Corey I told him what I was looking for and asked if his internet price was really the price, he said YES ma'am! I left dealership and drove to Avondale. Before I arrived he called and asked what I was driving, when I arrived he was waiting and went outside to greet me. I was offered water (were in AZ that's important!) He had the exact car that I described to him on the phone ready to test drive! Corey said before we talk about anything I want you to test drive this car, I thought that was very nice! :) When we got back it took him no time to give me numbers. I was happy and took the deal! Only spoke to Corey threw the deal and one other person....and that would be D'shon Warren in financing. Thank you so much for your time and patience! :)

I purchased a used car here and paid cash after 45 days still no title. I called and spoke with the title clerk who apparently screwed up and was working on it. The GM callled and said he would buy the car back with no problem at all.. 2 days later he called a me and "after consulting with his attorneys it was too bad and I would need to live with it". I would get the title when I get the title. He should have been upfront at the beginning rather than lie about it. If you will always get the best service when you are buying I can only imagine what later service will be like. Save your self the aggravation and shop elsewhere there are plenty of quality dealerships in Phoenix.

I live near avondale Nissan and they WERE my number one device dealer for my 2004 and 2010 armadas until the service department wanted to charge me 1600 for an air bag sensor. I have the platinum maintenance coverage with a $0 deductible which means I pay nothing until my car gets to over 100k miles . I was very unsatisfied with the service and I will never recommend any of my family and friends to visit this dealership. This dealership service agent was incompetent and tried to convince me that it wasn't covered. I've driven nissan vehicles for the past ten years. I took my vehicle to ABC Nissan where it WAS covered by the warranty.

I drove out to Avondale Nissan last weekend and it was like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, helpful, and really made you feel welcome and that they wanted you there. They tried to find the car I was interested in, but inventory throughout the state was low, so through no fault of their own, I couldn't purchase my car with them. I would have loved to give them my business, but the inventory just wasn't there. They responded to every request I had quickly and accurately, which is more than I can say for the other dealers I was working with. I didn't go through the rest of the buying process with them, but I would have liked to. I'm sure that experience would have been just as good as the beginning.

Bruce was outstanding, He went out of his way to offer outstanding service doing so many extra things such as personally delivering the car to me, picking it up and having additional items added to the car and then redelivering to my home. He spent time with me at my home to review all the features of the car and programed my garage door to sync it to the car. I strongly endorse the dealer and especially Bruce.

This was our first experience with a used car dealer although my husband and I have purchased and owned many vehicles over the last 35 years. I had not anticipated being as impressed as I was. The salesman with whom we dealt was enthusiastic, very responsive to our questions, and sent us a video to provide us with some additional information about the vehicle we were interested in. We were driving several hours and had very specific criteria with respect to the vehicle we needed, and looked at another vehicle at a nearby dealer on the same day. I appreciated Bruce's hard work and efficiency. He made the experience a very positive one and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I give Jasin Loop a 5 rating across the board because he truly made my car-buying experience a very pleasant and easy one. Jasin and I communicated via email and from the very beginning, he gave me his best price. After a few days, he called me right away to let me know there were additional rebates available, which lowered the price of the vehicle even more.A day later I told him I was interested in a particular car, he gave me the exact figures in an email, and I went in the following day to sign papers and take delivery of my new car!! He never strayed from the figures he presented me, like many of the other salesmen did. He was honest and upfront with everything. There were no hidden fees or costs and I appreciated that very much.I was in and out in about an hour and a half on the day I picked up my car. Very honest dealership sold vehicle to me at advertised price on Internet no game playing involved it was great ! Mark crump was a very professional sales person and the finance professional was Jeremy Wilson and they treat you like gold! I recommend this dealership to everybody there was no pressure involved I purchased a 2011 nissan frontier s certified preowned and the price they had it for sale on the Internet was the actual price no games no bait and switch this dealership is the best and I love the frontier I bought thanks so much if you want an excellent sales person without any pressure ask for mark crump and enjoy the experience I got AWESOME!!!!!!!!

My most recent car buying ordeal was a bit unexpected. My 22 year old car finally gave out on me once and for all and I decided I was going to bite the bullet and buy something new. After getting the runaround at another dealership, and with the help of my in-laws scouring the internet for me, I decided to take a trip down to Avondale Nissan to look at a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. We were put in contact with Bruce through Avondale Nissan's website and when I got down there Saturday afternoon he promptly got to work on getting me into a car. He was an absolute joy to work with. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want and he even worked with the finance department to get me a lower interest rate on my warranty when I discovered that my monthly payment was going to be a bit more than I had originally anticipated.I do a lot of driving for work so having everything worked out before the weekend was over had proved to be stressful. Bruce completely took the stress out of a stressful situation. Not only does Avondale Nissan have a loyal customer for life, so does Bruce Weiss. My husband worked out a deal with Bruce Weiss on the phone. We travelled from Yuma, AZ to Avondale and met with Bruce. He came in to help us on his day off! Because of the normal haggling and price changing that we have normally encountered when buying vehicles, we hate buying cars. In fact, we were afraid that once we arrived at the dealership, the price would increase. Much to our surprise, Bruce was true to his word--the out the door price Bruce quoted over the phone was the price when we arrived at the dealership and met with Bruce. We were in and out with the car within 2 hours. There was no back and forth haggling with Bruce or his manager. This was the smoothest, easiest car buying experience ever. This was a challenging out-of-state purchase for me. Jasin was extremely helpful and expertly put the deal together quickly. He understood the interstate requirements and kept me out of trouble.

This dealership seemed like a great choice, especially coming across so friendly and really stressed that they are no pressure salesmen. Me and my pregnant wife traded in our Xterra after having it for a couple years and decided to go with a more fuel efficient car like the one we ended up buying, which was the 2013 Nissan Sentra. We love our car and we love Nissan cars. But this place absolutely took advantage of us and we ended up paying way more then we should of and our salesman knew it and later called it a "loser deal" after it was all finalized. It was our first purchase of a new vehicle and now i know to do a little more research. It shouldn't be a such a sheisty situation where you feel the need to lie about what you can afford. This dealership did not treat us right and our salesman crossed the line in many instances. Which is sad cause he does have a lot of good reviews, but maybe that's cause he'll call you a bunch of times to make sure you write a good review for him. Thanks for taking advantage and then rubbing it in our face.

I called the service department to make an appointment to come in because of a concern with the rogue I am buying. The service rep made an appointment for me to come in at 12:30, and talk to Renee. Upon arriving, I was ignored upon entering,no acknowledgement at all. I was eventually asked by young man if I needed help. I informed him I had an appointment with Renee . ,and he told me Renee was at lunch! so I was given an appointment with a rep that was going to be at lunch? I am sorry but this is poor customer service. When I called to make the appointment the service rep asked me "How many miles I had on the rogue?" does that really matter? I was just in there in May for my oil change. apparently, the mechanics that changed my oil forgot to recalibrate the computer. I am driving down the freeway and a picture of a wrench appears on my dash panel, not knowing what this means, I am concerned . The excuse I was told was pretty lame. What if the mechanics had forgotten to tighten my lug nuts ,or forgotten to put oil in? these are suppose to be professionals. I am truly disappointed in this and every experience I have had at this dealership. I believe this treatment was racially motivated. I am sorry I did not get names. The lady that takes the cars back to be serviced was an exceptional employee.kudos to her. the mechanic that came out to help us at her request was also very cordial and helpful. I think his name was Chas or Chris.

Purchasing a vehicle is not a pleasant experience, and it is due to salesmen who constantly lie and deceive on a consistent basis. I have spent the past 2 weeks calling every Nissan dealership in the Phoenix area and had to deal with much frustration of salesmen not providing me with accurate information I requested. On Thursday, June 20th, I had the good fortune to speak with Bruce Weiss at Avondale Nissan. He provided everything to me that I requested in a timely manner, followed up on everything and made sure that my daughter was treated fairly and properly. I live in Las Vegas and co-signed a vehicle for her so I was not present at the sale.In a world of deceptive people, Bruce is an honest man, but just as important a good salesman and person who made me feel comfortable that the experience was a pleasant one. I had the opportunity to purchase vehicles at any of the other dealerships, but they did not "earn" my business. I am happy with the entire experience and would recommend Bruce's services to others.

Our Salesman Louis was absolutely fantastic! Exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs and very patient even though we took a couple of days to weigh our options and get our funding in place. Pedro in the Finance Department was a different story, however. If we had a choice we would definitely have dealt with different finance person. Pedro was offended when we told him we weren't interested in purchasing add-in warranties for the car and continued with the sales pitch even after being repeatedly asked to stop. He then proceeded to bring it up throughout the rest of the financing process.The car was ready and being cooled off when we arrived for our appointment and Louis was ready for our arrival keys in hand for the test drive. Once we had both driven the car and had decided to proceed with the purchase Louis walked us through the entire process as quickly as he could and had our car cleaned, fueled and detailed and it looked positively amazing for us to take delivery of. Once the process was complete Louis took another half-hour of his time to show us how to pair our cell phones with the blue-tooth hands free system and made sure we were comfortable with all of the cars features.Overall our experience was fantastic with the small exception of the issues with the finance manager, Pedro. The pricing was a little higher (about $1000) for the car but the location of the dealership and our desire to develop a relationship with a nearby dealer AND last but not least the dealers rating with Dealerrater.com definitely played a part in our decision to purchase the car from Avondale Nissan.

Well my experiance at the dealer was awesome Bruce was very nice and had all my paperwork ready when I arrived didnt take long since before I arrived i had already told him what car I wanted and the best part was that I wanted a 2013 and i drove out the lot with a 2014 for a cheaper price so I really recommend Bruce when going to avondale nissan

Bruce was highly knowledgeable and really pleasure to work with. Fantastic sales man I have ever dealt with and the way he understands the customers needs is amazing. He also helped in working personally with Avondale Nissan finance department to help me with my financing, I have not seen this kind of helping nature with many of the sales people, particularly at dealerships. I want to thank Bruce again for his marvelous job and for the wonderful experience I've had with purchasing my 2010 Nissan Rogue vehicle. I strongly recommend Avondale Nissan for their service & quality.

We purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta in April. The sales team was nice, and the transaction went smoothly. After getting the car home, we quickly realized that it showed signs of having been in an accident and was repaired, even thought the Carfax had no data on a collision. I brought up my concerns with Jasin, he claimed to look in the insurance database and said there was no record of an accident. I had to bring the car back to get a second key made, and asked them to check a tire that was leaking air. Instead of repairing or inspecting the tire, they just put more air in it, and did not look at the vehicle for evidence of a crash as I had requested. I've since emailed Jasin and customer service, and have received no responses.

I had an amazing experience working with Bruce Weiss. Being self-employed and not having the best credit made me a very difficult customer to work with but Bruce did not give up on me. Along with Jason, the finance manager, he worked really hard to get me approved. I drove out of that dealership very happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. My father-in-law got to witness it and was very impressed as well. He's now considering trading in his vehicle to work with Bruce. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone purchasing a Nissan. He will give you a really good price and you'll receive excellent customer service.Thanks again Bruce! I really appreciate your help.

As a 1st time buyer I was so amazed by how easy and stress free the process was in getting my car. I did my research, knew exactly what car I wanted, called Nissan Avondale and was connected with one of the best sales man I've ever meet Bruce Weiss. Buying a automobile should not be a painful experience. My experience with Avondale Nissan was far from painful. Let me explain why.1. I live in Sedona a 2 hours from the dealership so I phoned the sales department and Bruce Weiss was my sale person I worked with. As a business owner myself and the distance to travel to the dealership Bruce worked with me over the phone as I was already set on the model I was interested in. He had in inventory the model I was interest in and we immediately worked out the numbers with my trade. With in record time we came to an agreement on phone on price. I had a concern that once we had agreed on price and I drove all the way to dealership that things would change and he gave me his word that he would stick to the deal and he did. What a pleasant surprise. I can't say the same about other dealerships.2. Bruce was a pleasure to work with. As a seasoned professional he also assisted in working personally with his finance department to help me with my financing. I had explained to Bruce that I have a disputed item on my credit report that I have not been able to get removed that has caused me difficulty with credit. Bruce listened to my concerns and worked with his finance office and in no time I was approved and accepted without my credit application being sent to multiple lending companies,unlike other car dealerships that result in lowering my credit score in the past.3. Once the financing was approved we drove down from Sedona late in the afternoon to pick up our the Quest LE. The personalized service of everyone in the dealership was amazing. Jeremy Wilson finalized all our paperwork and it was a breeze. I have received three followup calls after the sale. As a small business owner myself personalized service means a lot to me as I also try to go the extra mile to listen to a customers needs and make sure to deliver what is promised. Avondale Nissan definitely delivered and I will buy my next automobile from them again. If you are in the market to buy a new automobile I would highly recommend Avondale Nissan. Bruce was incredibly knowledgable with the products we requested. His attention to detail on what we specifically had to work with really made our experience worth the drive. He made the decision pretty much a no brainer. If you want someone who is not going to sit there and haggle back and forth, Bruce is the guy who can get you what you want. Just make sure you do your homework before arriving. We live in the East Valley and drove all the way to the west side of the valley to make this happen. I can assure you, as long as Bruce still works with Avondale Nissan, we will not even attempt to go to any other dealers in town.I want to thank Bruce again for the best and most comfortable experience I've had with pruchasing new vehicle.

Bruce Weiss and the team at Avondale Nissan were Awesome!. I helped my parents with their first brand new car purchase and it couldn't have gone better. It was a short and sweet experience, nothing like the horror story's you hear about car sale deals that go on forever. It was so smooth that we were finished with all the paper work and financing before the car was even finished being detailed and it was a great deal. We have been looking for a Nissan Roge for several weeks now. I have worked over the internet with Jasin Loop from this dealership. He has been amazing to work with. Our final outcome is that we have to buy used and found the vehicle we wanted from a private owner. Even after he knew he was not getting the sale he still helped me and offered to pull a CARFAX. That is amazing customer service. If I ever buy a new one I will hunt him down to buy from him. He has always been honest with us and gave me any information that we needed without pressure. We walked out of two different Nissan Dealers because of the rude sales people who connected us to the rude Sales Manager. I would highly reccommened Jasin and his ethics as a professional

Came in today to trade my 2012 Altima for something bigger. I really wanted a 2013 Armada. But after talking with Bruce we decided on the 2013 Pathfinder. Being a mom if 3 I needed something that was bigger and still good on gas. I test drove it, and loved. Not only was Bruce great but even Mike fleet director. I have had an amazing experience and with them.

After considering the purchasse of a Nissan Murano for some time, I decided that I would try the new sales car experiene again. I went into Avondale Nissan just wanting to look at the new Jukes. I left with a 2011 Juke and received the best service from Bruce Weiss. Bruce made it very easy to make a choice on whether or not I wanted to buy a new car and trade in my old one. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I had been looking for a Nissan Versa base model 2013 for about a week. After going to lots of dealerships like Midway and Peoria Nissan, I found Avondale was able to get me the car i wanted at the lowest price. ask for Bruce Weiss he was the gentileman who assisted me. going to any dealer can be a allday painful experiance; however Avandale Nissan and expecially Bruce Weiss where straight shooters. Every where else was bait and switch, with internet price, and insentives that maybe one person in all of phoenix can qualify for. Bruce was abale to predict how i was going to be treated at other dealers and i must say that Bruce was spot on. so if you are looking for a Nissan do your self a favor and go see Bruce at Avandale Nissan and save your self the time shopping around Avondale Nissan cant be beat.

I had been on the hunt for a new vehicle for some time and I'm so glad I went to Avondale Nissan and got to work with Bruce. After a horrendous experience at Pinnacle Nissan, Bruce made the car buying process absolutely painless and actually pleasurable. The prices that you see online advertised as "internet prices" are in fact honored at the dealer vs other dealers who make excuses as to why they cannot honor that price. I went to Avondale Nissan, asked for Bruce, told him the vehicle I was interested in and within a matter of minutes had purchased the vehicle; Bruce went above and beyond to work with me within my budget and to ensure that I got the best deal possible. There was no haggling or back and forth - easy, painless and I left completely satisfied with the entire experience. Bruce also made sure to follow up with me to make sure I had no issues with the vehicle. Before going out to the dealership I called and asked about a Nissan Versa 2011 internet price as well as the mileage and I was told yes. So I decided to go out to look at it sure enough the price was as said and there was no catch which made me very pleased no haggling involved on price !Trudy provided great customer service shes not your ordinary car sales guy that give you all the crazy,obnoxious,pushy,run down that makes you want to run off the lot!If you are a lady who knows what you want and is shopping on your own check the internet prices for their cars and check them out don't forget to ask for TRUDY!!!Oh and they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not want or deceive me with putting things in my contract that I did not ask for thanks Avon dale Nissan for service with INTEGRITY!

Purchased a new 2012 Nissan Quest from Bruce Weiss at Avondale Nissan.Bruce worked with me, on my schedule and in the format that I wanted. We found a Quest with just the mix of options and pricing that we wanted at Avondale Nissan, and Bruce was knowledgeable but not pushy. There was no pressure to sell up to more options, nor unnecessary dealer ad-ons. The only ad-on was a reasonable price for window tinting, which is a customer-oriented solution here in AZ.Bruce had the Quest ready & waiting at the time we scheduled for the test drive. ~20 min test drive, ~20 min appraisal of our trade. It was the remarkably quick & easy to get to a fair purchase price & trade-in. Bruce is very helpful but wasn't pushy or high pressure. His focus on making the experience pleasant was refreshing. When it is time to replace my car, I'm going back to see Bruce!

Gail cared and listened to what I wanted and spent almost an entire day with me and we got the deal done. Everyone at the dealership is polite and not pushy, great service. I have sent two people there and both have bought cars also. It was a great experience compared to what I usually dread.

We visited several dealerships as we looked at various options. Gail was exceptionally helpful in explaining the features and options on the Altima. Since our initial contact with the dealership was through the internet department, we had a quote in hand before we even met with Gail. Everyone in the process of purchasing our car was very friendly and listened to our needs and addressed our concerns.

I PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM AVONDALE NISSAN AND AT 800 MILES THE TRUCK A NISSAN FRONTIER TRANSMISSION AND FLY WHEEL BLEW OUT I WAS FORCED TO TOW MY OWN NEW CAR TO THE DEALER. WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER I WAITED TWO HOURS JUST TO UNDERSTAND WHAT NISSAN AND THE DEALER WAS PLANNING ON DOING FOR THE CONSUMER THEY SENT ME ME AWAY WITH A RENTAL 30 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING ON A REAL ANSWER! 20 CALS MADE TO AVONDALE NISSAN AND NO CALLS BACK AND CORP NISSAN NO HELP AT ALL WHAT A JOKE. I checked this website for dealer reviews of Avondale Nissan, before driving the 60 miles RT. Jasin Loop had the most reviews and every one gave him all 5*, so I made an appointment with him. He was polite, professional and to the point. Being the fleet and internet manager, I only had to deal with Jasin. I went to see a specific car I had seen on the internet. We took it for a drive, and had a short negotiation (20 mins, not three hours). I shopped several more cars of the same make, model and trim level at other dealers. Several days later, I decided to go back to see the same car at Avondale. When I called to see if the car was still available, Jasin advised me it was. We had already agreed on a price reduction on the first visit and I asked if we could reduce it some more. He called me back within 5 mins with approval of the new price I offered. I went back to the dealership and he led me through the final buying process as expeditiously as he could. In finance, my deal was handled by Pedro who was also very helpful and thorough. I saved $3500 by buying an almost new car, got a great deal and had a very satisfying experience. Do not skip Avondale Nissan if you live in the PHX area and ask for Jasin Loop.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Nissan Murano from Avondale Nissan. This was, without question, the best buying experience I have ever had. Jasin Loop - Internet Sales Manager - is an absolutely top notch representative for Avondale Nissan. Jasin delivered on every assurance he made me, there were no surprises, no sudden upcharges, no lengthy "I have to run this by my manager" sessions. Jasin found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a different dealership, took his own time and trouble to go get the vehicle and bring it to the Avondale Nissan lot, all just so I could test drive it. Jasin then put a deal on the table that was too good to pass up and that included removing the aftermarket pin striping and dealer decals added by the 'other' dealership - at no additional charge to me. I cannot recommend Jasin Loop, and Avondale Nissan, more highly.

My family has bought 7 cars from Avondale Nissan in the past years but the experience we had this week, far outshines the past experiences. In a time where other dealerships are doing markups to make more profit Avondale Nissan is still doing great deals without all the add-ons. And they listened to our needs and concerns then helped us get out of 3 older vehicles and into 3 new ones without any pressure. With the way they treat their customers it no surprise they won so many awards and accolades. RTM

My wife and I just our THIRD vehicle from Jasin Loop on Friday, August 10th. We bought the 2013 Nissan Altima. Great car! This is the third vehicle we have bought from Jasin in 7 months. We just bought a Titan at the end of June. The total time it took for buying was about an hour and a half. No messing around. Of course, we left for a bit while they got the paperwork done and cleaned the car. A great experience. This is our third vehicle from Jasin so we are done for a while. The best car buying experience and Jasin is the only one I trust! Thanks Jasin!

Jasin was amazing. He worked with me and my family and was able to give me a deal on a new Sentra that literally could not be beaten. There is no way that I could be any happier with my experience. I would continue buying and leasing cars from Avondale Nissan for the rest of my life just because of the great service that Jasin gave me and my family. I cannot thank him enough for everything. He made getting a new car a stress-free, no brainer. Jasin went out of his way to make me happy, and I have not been able to find that kind of exceptional service anywhere else.

My wife and I recently purchased ANOTHER Nissan truck from JASIN LOOP in internet sales. I called him on Saturday and told him our story. He said come down and we will take care of you. We wanted a Titan and we had a trade. He took care of us without any hassle. He did not try and sell us a higher product, just what we wanted. The nice thing was, he had reign to do what he wanted. He did not go back and forth like sale people always do. He showed us our payment. We were happy. During the wait for the final paperwork, he sat with us and talked and did not disappear. We were in a hurry and he walked everything thru to get us out. He did not leave us until the final signing was done. The finance gentleman was great. No hassle. Alot of times when you go to finance, it feels like round 2! Not here! Jasin took good care of us. One more thing! This is the second truck I have bought from Jasin in 5 MONTHS! He helped my son get a truck also in February,2012.We had bought a truck from ABC Nissan in November 2011. We did not know about Avondale Nissan (Best Nissan Dealership) until we had to buy another truck. My son was in a rollover and that truck (Frontier)(curtain airbags) saved his life. It was a total loss. We had to buy another truck. ABC was JACKING us around! I called Jasin at Avondale Nissan because I was so mad at ABC. Avondale Nissan was closer to our home so we chose to go there. He gave me a deal and it was great! ABC wanted a signed deal letter from Jasin because they did not believe me! Jasin got my business and my respect! My wife and I hate car dealers for obvious reasons but Avondale Nissan was a great experience and we go back again or tell others about our experience. Anybody interested in a Nissan, Jasin Loop is amazing and he will treat you right! Thanks Jasin!

Ben Towner (Internet Manager) went above and beyond. Not only did he meet our payment requests and trade-in value, but he did so on an upgraded vehicle exceeding our expectations. Ben was a family oriented salesman going out of his way to make our son feel comfortable and entertained with an outlet for his video games and also purchasing us lunch from a near by restaurant. Earlier that day my wife and I had just discussed how we absolutely dreaded dealing with car sales people. However, Ben and the rest of your Nissan team made us feel welcome and were the complete opposite of our fears. You have far surpassed all expectations and we couldn't be happier with Avondale Nissan. We would happily and highly recommend not only this dealer, but also Ben Towner by name.

As a hardened veteran of purchasing new cars, I am always prepared for a less than satisfactory experience. I am almost always never dissapointed. This one was markedly different though.Having decided on the car I wanted, I sent a very specific email to 3 different Nissan dealers within reasonable proximity of my house. Two responded with superficial, vague information, that did not remotely address or answer my questions. Truth be known, I obtained more information from their respective websites, than from their responses. One was different though. Jasin Loop of Avondale Nissan provided crystal clear answers to my questions, including a price for the Altima 2.5s. Jasin was incredibly forthright throughout our entire email exchange prior to me even visiting the dealership.When I arrived, we went on a test drive, that included both surface street and freeway driving. Not the usual quick around the block drive, and "are you ready to buy now" approach. Jasin's demeanor during my visit was just as accomodating, courteous, and helpful, as he had been during our email exchanges.The long and short of it was that I liked the car, but not the black interior. Avondale Nissan got the car I wanted from a dealer in Tucson. Yes, I was there 11.5 hours...but it's not the dealer's fault. I asked them to get that car!There was a slight problem with one of the rear doors opening and closing properly. The dealer provided a free rental, and would not return my new car until they were satisfied that the problem had been completely fixed. In fact, the body shop had returned it once, but the service dep't. was not satisfied. Another part was ordered, and that did the trick. Throughout the 72 hours that I had the rental, Jasin was in constant communication with status updates. As remuneration for the inconvenience, I was given 2 years of free scheduled maintenance. Jasin Loop is man of his word. The price he quoted on the new car did not change once I got there. He went over every single line item, and made sure it matched up with the email figures. It's the fairest price I ever got on a new car. It was also the fairest price I ever got on a trade in. Jasin also painstakingly went over all of the features of the car. Further, he invited me back at any time, for a refresher course. If that wasn't enough, Jasin also offered to come to my house.Again...I have had more battles and unpleasant experiences with auto dealerships then I care to remember. I am very careful in choosing my words, but I will say unequivocally, that this is the best experience I have ever had in 48 years of car buying. And I think that is saying something!You want straight shooters, go to Avondale Nissan. You want the straightest shooter of them all, see Jasin Loop.

But once we established our boundaries, he provided fantastic service. All kidding aside, Jasin was great because he did not give me the hard sell. He was honest and straight forward. My son needed a new truck. The GEICO car buying service recommeded 3 dealerships to me. Avondale Nissan was one of them. I told Jasin Loop what my son wanted and he found it. We changed our minds a couple of times on options and Jasin did not complain but just did what I asked. Jasin found what I wanted, ran my credit, got approval, and had me come in once everything was done (about 1 day total). We were at the dealership for about 1.5 hours. We had to sign things and he helped set things up the way my son wanted them in the truck. I have had two really good experiences with dealerships and this was one of them. Jasin Loop in internet sales was incredible. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at his dealership.We had bought a truck from another local dealership in town a couple months earlier. We were going to go back to that dealership (ABC NISSAN)but they haggled me too much this time. The salesman at the other dealership wanted to see Jasin's offer he give me and still did not believe me. Jasin was honest and took care of everything. We stopped into Avondale Nissan for Service on my son's 2011 Versa and after 6 months of trying to get our 2006 Minivan traded for a newer vehicle Avondale Nissan got us a new 2012 Nissan Sentra. Kent was wonderfully patient as my husband and I negotiated the type and color of car that would be our purchase. The friendlyness was wonderful and we are so happy to be out of the Minivan finally. We don't have the best credit and had several dealerships turn us away saying the couldn't help because of the credit. Kent and the finance department were great at working with us and I really appreciated that they did not send us home with a vehicle until they had us loan approved; none of the running back and forth due to not able to finance issues. You will not regret going to this dealership - the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

I love Avondale Nissan for their service, the best in AZ, in my opinion. In the sales department, well maybe I could have gotten a better deal, but it was my first vehicle purchase so I learned from my mistakes. Anyway the service is spectacular and the techs are magnificent. Even on their busiest days, I have been squeezed in between appointments, and love the free car wash (unlike ABC Nissan-ugh).PLUS, if I don't want to wait for my service, the shuttle takes me home (20 mi radius). This is awesome!LOVE it!!

I had been dealing with 3 other dealerships for over a week that continued to give me the run around and promise things over the phone that they could not deliver once on location. My experience with Mr. Burno Davanzo was excellent with helping me out purchasing my my new car. I haven't had this experience ever in car dealerships. I did not feel pressured in any way as to my decisions making. All my question were answered and he he followed up on any concerns I had, even after my purchase. I would like to thank Carlos and Scott S for the assistance that they provided while myself and my daughter visited. Right away Carlos made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I was really unsure what car I wanted, just knew it was time for a new one. Carlos was very helpful in providing information about the Sentra and Altima. Still because of my past credit issues, I didn't want to get my hopes up. Rather than looking around he was kind enough to see what we would be working with before me setting my eye on a car and being turned down. Turns out credit not so bad after all. I did not return until a month later, but I was treated with respect and was shown a great deal of patience. It was a big financial decision, but the staff worked with my needs and gave me an extremely good deal. This dealership is state of the art, top of the line. They have a large lot with a modern building and it's meticulously clean. They are located just off the freeway but secluded from it. All the employees are friendly. The atmosphere is accommodating. Our Nissan NV 2500 comes from a newly retooled plant in Canton, Mississippi. You might expect a lot of snags getting a new product up and running. When you add all the trouble Japan is having and the terrible weather Mississippi is contending with you might expect a dealership to drop the ball. Not these guys. This dealership knows how to service a customer. A few unexpected delays and problems came up but Nissan Avondale went out of their way to solve them to our satisfaction.

I was searching for a 2011 Nissan Armada on EBay and came across a link for the Zag auto buying program. I received several offers within hours of my submittal (many responses included much of the traditional car salesman rhetoric My GM is very interested in your trade-in and we would like you to bring down your old vehicle as soon as possible". No mention of price or if the vehicle I wanted (color, options) was available. Other responses had a price but after further research I concluded they left out certain charges which were significant. The response I received from Avondale was very professional and included a very detailed breakdown of the costs of the vehicle. Not only was the vehicle exactly what I wanted but it also was at a great price. Given this we decided to make an appointment to meet with their Internet Sales Manager Pat LaFramboise; however, being a somewhat paranoid person I made a quick excel spreadsheet which included a payment calculation just to make sure I didnt get into a bait and switch type scenario. The calculation took into account several variables including: interest rate, vehicle cost, and trade-in value of current vehicle (2005 Toyota 4Runner).My decision to go down to the dealership was affirmed time and time again. Their Internet Sales Manager Pat was fantastic. We brought our two young kids with us since we could not find a babysitter and every member of the staff we encountered was very polite and friendly; more important, they were polite and friendly to our young children. When it came time for the big moment to review the numbers and finalize a deal I was very pleased (and somewhat shocked). Every one of their numbers tied out to mine within a few dollars (theres were slightly better). The short version is I got a great price on a great vehicle at a great dealership with great people!

Tracy was great. She was not pushy, she understood what I was looking for and where I needed to be price wise. I got what I wanted in a car and am very satisfied with the service. My only suggestion is for the kids area, they need to add toys, books, something to keep their attention. I know it's hard when clients bring their kids along but sometimes it just has to be, and it was great they had a play zone, but there's nothing in it.

After weeks of research, I was ready to purchase my 2011 Nissan Maxima with sport package. I visited Nissan Avondale for a test drive, immediately I was approached by a courteous fellow named Anthony. I informed him I was just test-driving and purchasing my car VIA internet. He educated me on car details, prices and answer all questions. I requested quotes VIA internet from all AZ Nissan dealerships. Patricia Laframboise, Avondale Nissan was the ONLY internet sales representative to email a price quote with incentives and additional required fees; I was immediately impressed. Needless to say, I bought my vehicle from Nissan Avondale. Pat has made my car purchase enjoyable, hassle-free and memorable. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest individual. My experience at Avondale Nissan was beyond better than I expected. Within in a couple mintues of pulling up and talking a walk around I was greated with friendly service. All of the staff seemed to enjoy working there, also they were very helpful and personable. Jasin Loop was my sales man and he went out of his way to figure out which car suited my personality but more importantly me financially. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Nissan cars, yet patient with a new car owner. The dealership itself was spectacular. We cant express how grateful we are to Anthony Valencia. He provided us excellent service regarding the repair of our 2006 Nissan Sentra. Without going into too much detail, we came to Nissan because upon attempting to pull off the lot (at Avondale Chrysler) after we purchased the car Sunday, 10/3/10, the Service Engine Soon light came on. Avondale Chrysler gave us much trouble regarding the repair costs. They wanted us to pay for our damaged newly purchased car. After much struggle and persuasion, Chrysler finally agreed to pay for the repairs.Tony, knowing a little about the situation, worked with us, keeping us abreast of the process in a timely manner. Tony handled things with kid gloves. He kept in contact with Chrysler and us to ensure everything was handled in a professional manner. If he wasnt there, he thought enough about his service to his customers to inform someone else of the situation and they ensured we were taken care of. That was a relief. We didnt have to start from the beginning with someone new.The unfortunate thing was we had to take the car back to Nissan on a couple more occasions because when the repairmen thought they fixed the problem, it really wasnt fixed. Unfortunately for us, it was a complicated code issue regarding the evap. system. And whenever the car was being service, our schedules were messed up because we were missing a car that was providing our son transportation to and from school and work. Thats not to mention the gas of going to and from the repair shop. Expressing our frustration of not having this newly purchased car in our possession much, Tony once again stepped up and provided great customer service. We were able to get transported a couple of times by your van service. And when we took the car in for the last time on 10/26/10, Tony provided us with a rental car at no charge until the repairs were done.All in all, Tony helped make a horrible purchase experience into a better one. He displayed old-fashioned customer service where customers are priority and not just another problem or piece of paperwork. The way he treated us every time we called or came in caused us to feel cared for and appreciated. GEICO has a car buying program. After I entered my criteria they gave me the names of three local dealers. None had exactly the car I was looking for but Pat worked very hard to locate the one I wanted and worked with me on a great price. No surprises when I went in to get it. At age 63, this is the best auto dealer experience I've had and that includes BMWs. Great place to buy a car.

We ended up at Avondale Nissan where Bryan knew a lot about Nissans and helped us in our selection. My daughter loves her new Versa. We highly recommend this dealer.

I have been looking at buying a new mid - size truck for some time now, i have looked at numerous Toyota and Nissan dealerships, all very aggressive and unpleasant to deal with. Avondale Nissan however provided me with hassle free service from beginning to end in a very complicated situation. The price was extremely low compared to other places, i had a local dealership laugh at the price they gave me, they asked me to give them the vin number on the vehicle to make sure the quote Avondale Nissan had given me was on the properly equipped vehicle. to United Nissan surprise, it was the right vehicle, $2000 cheaper than what 3 other places could give me, and i didn't have to negotiate at all. Trudy in internet sales was truly helpful, i can't imagine a better experience. after i was done talking to Trudy, i was moved to their finance department, i was expecting this to be where they put on the pressure with dealer incentives, i was wrong. they offered me a warranty program and i respectfully declined, that was the end of that, literally 5 minute conversation. i was emailed all of the numbers including taxes and everything from Trudy, i was expecting a complicated email full of financing options, i was wrong again, all the information was provided in a small, easy to understand spreadsheet format. i can't recommend this dealership anymore than i have, talk to them, i did, and i stress free bought a brand new frontier from 2,500 miles away.

Due to his courteous demeanor, ease of conversation and knowledge of the product, I knew I would make a purchase that day. Everyone on staff was friendly without being "phony" and the atmosphere of the dealership was bright, cheerful and delightful. Robert offered me options when I was less than comfortable with the first monthly payment quoted. I left the dealership with my new Rogue, and am very pleased with the follow up phone calls from Robert and the staff.

I purchased a new 2008 Xterra from Avondale Nissan and they were fantastic. Recently, that vehicle was totaled in an accident and the insurance company (USAA), of the person who hit my vehicle, gave me nothing but grief and disrespect for 5 weeks. Then I was informed, by message, (which I did not get right away) that they were no longer going to pay for my rental car since my vehicle was a total loss. I had one day to get a vehicle. Since I had such a great experience with Avondale Nissan in 2008, I went back. Frustrated, tired and angry, I walked into the dealership and found out that Kara Brinley, the General Sales Manager, was still there. I spoke to her and she remembered me from 2008! We talked for a moment about my last visit and the recent accident, then she introduced me to Bryon Belford, Sales Consultant, and together they performed a miracle for me. I told them my situation with the insurance company and they went WAY above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure everything went smoothly since I had had enough grief. When I went to finance, I was happy to see that Scott Sripapattanavong was still there too. He closed my 2008 Xterra purchase. Kara, Bryon and Scott were my saving grace. They all were very professional, but compassionate about my situation. Kara even gave me a hug which was what I needed. It was such a relief and very kind of her. Bryon put a smile on my face and Scott made finance a breeze. I drove away in a beautiful 2011 Xterra for a great price and.....finally, a smile on my face. Avondale Nissan is my dealership from now on because they have people who listen and care. Granted, its how they make their living, but I was never pressured in any way. Ray Lopez and Daniel Kirkendall at Avondale Nissan did an outstanding job on my lease. Not only did they provide the best price (which did not change when I went in), hey provided me with the best auto-related customer experience that I have ever had. Mr. Lopez was the perfect salesman: knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and honest. He bent over backwards to ensure that I knew all of my options and would be happy with my purchase. While such salesman are truly rare, when one does encounter them they are often undermined by management. This was not the case at Avondale Nissan. Mr. Kirkendall, the Internet Director, was the perfect complement to Mr. Lopez. He took the time to provide me with all the necessary information I requested regarding pricing. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Kirkendall stayed until nearly midnight and went far beyond the call of duty to assist me in completing my lease. Their honesty, dedication, and talent should not go without notice or reward. I have dealt with many other auto dealerships and salesman, and I have never experienced this level of excellence before.If you leave in anywhere in Arizona, it is worth your time to go to Avondale Nissan.

Bryan Bedford in Sales did an outstanding job selecting the proper model car, knowing where the inventory was, product knowledge, product comparisons to other similar cars in that model line, demo ride, initial and almost complete negotiations to obtain a comfortable payment/interest rate for the customer that we brought it to the dealership. He was not forceful in any manner, very polite, well groomed and dressed and never left any of us alone for any length of time except to go to the GSM to discuss pricing. His product delivery after the sale was just great leaving no detail untouched. He even cleaned the windows once again before drive off. Bryan is definetly an asset to Avondale Nissan and should be commended for his work.We also had the pleasure of working with Kara Brinley, GSM. Just a wonderful lady so great at her job. Listened to the wants and desires of the customer and worked very hard with Bryan on a about 5 hour task of getting the job done. Kara deserves to be in the GSM position and Avondale Nissan should be proud to have her talents, job knowledge and personality. She too is a great asset to Avondale Nissan and should be rewarded for her hard work.

Tony Valcencia makes come to Avondale worth the experience also! Excellent customer service was given and my need were understood and meet! I have never cared much to work with a dealership to purchase a vehicle, until I purchased my vehicle at Avondale Nissan. They have competitive prices and awesome customer service. I never once felt pressured, cheated, or as if I were just another sale. I put Avondale Nissan under a lot of pressure with the time crunch I was in, leaving them to work until 11pm two seperate nights, just for me. Even after the long nights, they were still very welcoming when I came back with questions at which time I think if I were in their shoes I might be a tad annoyed but they weren't! This Dealership was amazing! That is really the best way i can put it. Friendly, informative, encouraging, and respectful. My wife and I went in there expecting the whole salesman shark, pushy, aggressive salesmen and soon as we walk in to the building nothing like what we were expecting. We were so happy and confident leaving Avondale Nissan with out new Altima that I Highly recommend anyone who needs a new car to go see Avondale Nissan.

I purchased my first Nissan Frontier from another dealer in the Valley, so when I decided to purchase a new vehicle I went back to the original dealership that I had dealt with. Needless to say after 3 hours of sitting and waiting and the finance dept came back with a much higher payment along with a high down payment. Upon leaving I did some more research because I knew that I wanted to stick with Nissan and I ended up at Avondale Nissan. I dealt with Trudy in the internet department and she was wonderful. Very personable and able to answer any and all questions that I had. She truly made me feel as if I was important and more of a friend than just another customer. She made the whole process very easy and I was able to give her the majority of the information that she needed over the phone, she had the vehicle there and waiting for me when I arrived.I will highly recommend Avondale Nissan and Trudy in the future. Towards the end of the process she went through the vehicle with me and reassured me that if upon leaving I had any questions or concerns to contact her and she would make sure that everything was taken care of and I was completely satisfied.Trudy was able to provide me with financing with zero down and a payment that was only slightly higher than the vehicle I was trading in. I visited Avondale Nissan to purchase a car and had a little problem with the financing. I called Mike since I figured I will go to the person that can make it happen. I left a message and he called me within an hour. I met with him, explained what was going on, he listened to me and advised me he will look into it and call me back the next day. The next day he called me back as promised and got a litle more information and promised to call be back again once he deals with the issue and has an answer for me. A few hours went by and he called me back with wonderful news saying everything was okay and I will have the car that I was hoping to purchase. It was Friday afternoon when the good news came to me and Mike made my day and my weekend, He is truly a wonderful person to make this happen for me, I have dealt withother Nissan dealerships in the valley, but never did any of the owners ever take the time to deal with the customer the way Mike Little did. He is one amazing and understanding person who really made me feel comfortable talking to him. Mike once again you are a great person and thank you so much. Carlos Herrera was my salesperson - he not only listened to my needs, but worked out such a great deal for me and put me in the perfect car. I've driven Nissan for several years - the first one I owned was an Altima - and my favorite. Carlos put me in a new Altima and I couldn't be happier. Steve was the person who did the title work and he too was very friendly and helpful. In the past I have bought 2 Nissan's from West Valley Nissan (not there anymore), so this was my first experience with Avondale Nissan - and I must say - the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a used vehicle from Michael Portugal and although we didnt have the best of credit he still treated us with respect and dignity. Other dealers treated us like we were second class citizens because of our credit. He gave us a good deal that worked for our family on a vehicle we actually liked. About a week after we purchased our vehicle we had a problem with our vehicles air conditioning system and expected to get the usually run around that you get at dealers but this is where I felt Avondale Nissan stands out the best. Mr Portugal asked us to bring the vehicle in so that they could look at it, turns out that there was a leak in one of the hoses. To our suprise they took care of the problem and even put us in a vehicle while they repaired ours. I just purchased our third car from Mike Portugal at Avondale Nissan and as always it has been the best experience. We needed to down grade our suv in order to purchase one for our son and he helped us find the perfect match for us and our son. There is never any pressure and you don't even feel like you are purchasing a car because the customer service is outstanding!!! He is so patient even when the paperwork has been printed out and I change my mind on colors. I have referred many friends and family to see Mike Portugal and they have all had the same outstanding experience. I will definately purchase all of our future cars from Mike at Avondale Nissan.

I have been following the Nissan Leaf vehicle since seeing the prototype on display last year at the Tempe Block Party.When it came time to look for a dealer to get additional information and purchase, I searched local business referral sources such as DealeRater.com and the Better Business Bureau. With this information I was impressed with Avondale Nissan and put them on my list. I called Avondale Nissan and requested the Certified Leaf Specialist and was immediately directed to Fleet Manager, Felix Ember.I informed Felix that I was on the list to order the Nissan Leaf and that I had a few questions. Felix took the time to answer my questions and gave me his cell phone and direct office number for future contact. The all electric Leaf is a new model for Nissan and therefore questions arose on both the buy and sales side. As with anything new, patience is a virtue, and finding the correct answers in a timely manner are very important to me. Felix has taken the time and attended special training with Nissan to become the local certified expert for the all electric, Nissan Leaf. When it came time to order the Nissan Leaf Felix answered more of my questions and offered a fair price.I'm not an "Engineer" but with major purchases I take my time and try to make the most informed buying decision. I appreciate the patience and time Felix took with me. I recommend you contact Felix Ember if you are interested in the purchase of a Nissan vehicle especially the new all electric, Nissan Leaf.Now, I need the patience to await deliver.

My husband and I are both active duty military and we were looking for some new vehicles to fit our family and our lives better. My husband wanted something more comfortable and I wanted something with more space for our children. We went to numerous dealerships before we decided to go to Avondale Nissian and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great, they treated us amazing and worked very hard to get us a good deal. We ended up buying a 2010 Nissan Maxima and a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder from them. Both vehicles are exactly what we wanted. My husband had no problem getting the financing and everything that it took for the first deal on the Maxima, they made his car buying experience perfect. Felix, Pat and Kara all helped us with the first deal to make sure that we were happy with the new car. Then when we came back a week later and talked to them about trading in my car for the 2010 Pathfinder there were some hurdles to jump due to my credit. They were FANTASTIC, they helped us in every way possible. We didn't expect to get the deal we did and because of that I Thank them. Kara is great, she truly went above and beyond for us and we appreciate what she did. We have never walked out of a car dealership feeling so satisfied with the decision that we made. I just bought Nissan XTERRA 2010 SE on Friday. I just wanted to let you know that I was impressed by the fantastic service we received.I have bought quite a few vehicles from Toyota/Honda etc though I did get good deals but I never saw professionalism in the service. This time when I was in market in search of Xterra,though I had a good deal with a dealer near-by... I drove nearly 30 miles from my house to your dealershipjust because of the rapport that Felix built while interacting him over phone. He was straight to the point and clearly understood the needs. With his amazing attitude & professionalism he was quick to gain trust.He was there to assist till the end until I drove away with my new car and it was almost 10:45pm on Friday.As I mentioned before,I was blown away by Felix's professionalism,his way of work and I will be recommending Avondale Nissan to all my friends without any doubt. I was treated with the utmost respect during my entire experience. The process was well orchestrated and even my 9 year old was able to endure the entire process! After the purchase I received a personalized letter from Mike Little, handwritten, stating what a pleasure it was in serving me and my son. He even called my son by name. That type of personalization really made me feel appreciated as an individual and not just another number.

I went to Avondale Nissan to comparison shop against a local competitor, I told Anthony what the other dealership had offered and gave Avondale an opportunity to beat the offer for my business. I sat down for less than 10 minutes and Anthony came back with the deal that I had wanted. I didn't have to talk to 10 different people to get what I had wanted and get mentally abused with different purchase scenerios. I had a similar experience with Avondale in the past but tried to work with a dealer that was closer to home, I will not make that mistake again. Avondale Nissan is worth the extra 10 minute drive!

Being fairly new to the valley, it is good to know that there is a quality Nissan dealer close to my home. I was also very pleased with the service department and George, my service rep. The rating was provide because I received excellent customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan and the service and price offered were terrible. They were not willing to negoitiate at all. Avondale was the only really interested in making a deal. They were very friendly and honest about what they could offer based on my credit rating, income and the type of rebates on the vehicle i was looking to buy. Overall it was a great experience.
