I spoke with Sabrina and this is certainly not her fault - but there as to be a "default program" in your system when a customer worked on his car he didn't "decline" service - maybe the right word would be "customer decision". It would have cost me an arm and a leg to change the air filters at the dealer - when I can easily change it myself.

I got a recall notice and made an appointment (belt retracting issue).I had to spend 2.5 hours until I was told that the issue was not repeatable and thus no repairs.Wondering how long it took to find out there was no issue. No complimentary check on the car and the paper recorded that the service was declined by me. As a matter of fact, I was never asked for the service.

All was fine at drop off and with the first phone call we received around 11am. As the car was still being worked on at that time we were told we would be called within 1-1.5hrs at latest at 2pm. However it soon turned 3pm and we had not received a call regarding the status of the car. I called and was put on hold for 20+ minutes, then, my boyfriend called as well and had to leave a voice message. We ended up picking up the car close to 3:45. It was just a bit frustrating having to wait that long for an oil change with no updates past 2pm.

The customer service was outstanding. I did not have an appointment and I was taken care of. I also received a free ride back to work. I was surprised that my car was not washed when I picked it up. All the cars that I take for service have had a car washing before I picked it up ( this is with other dealerships other than Toyota). However this is the least of my concerns.

if you buy a used car that is not a Toyota the will not service your vehicle on the weekend, inconvenience and they do not have the parts even if you make an appointment. so it will take 3 1/2 for regular maintenance service oil change and inspection.

We originally went in looking at a used car but didn't love it. Visited another dealer but didn't have a great experience there so came back and asked about new cars instead. Found one we liked and worked out a deal. Signed the paperwork, waited around for the car to be detailed. When it was ready it was about 11 PM and dark outside so we couldn't see well. When we got the car home and in the light, there were 3 blue pen marks on the seat. The dealer declined to help us with it since we had already driven it off the lot and we "might be trying to get a free cleaning". I explained that I didn't want a whole detail, just the pen marks off the seat but that didn't matter. Terrible customer service after buying a new car from them, if you ask me. I may recommend this dealer to someone else since the buying process itself wasn't bad and they gave us the best deal but I would forewarn them to inspect every inch of the inside and outside (with a flashlight if it's at night) before driving off the lot since they won't help you once you do... I was also mildly annoyed to be asked to give a 5-star review and then layering on the guilt by saying that management gets upset with anything less than 5 stars. I don't mind giving a review, but it will be an honest one! Sorry!

Just wanted to share my awesome experience with my recent car purchase. The dealer overall is great , great customer service and on top of everything. Mr Ernie Tisbe was our sales rep and he has been a great help. He patiently explained details and very keen on our needs. Like other car dealer, there is a substantial amount of waiting time but he made us updated with the process and attended on our every need. He is a great asset of the company and he is highly recommended. Financing department Mr Amini was also awesome, very patient and made sure all our questions are being answered. Our overall experience with Toyota is so far the best car purchase experience.

This is my second car from this dealership in Cerritos, first one was financed, second is leased. They have fallen behind on customer service compared to the other dealerships nearby, they are still using the drought excuse to not offer a complimentary basic car wash at the end of the service, while our other vehicles dealership has always offered this and a vacuum without excuse. Kia, down the street. Kia still stocks complimentary beverages and snacks to this day and really have put thought behind their customer lounge area. When you come to Toyota you just feel like another number on a list, really impersonal and no attention to the guest. This may not sound important but to me at least, and to others Im sure plays a big factor when considering your next vehicle. Kia also actively searches to see if there are any recalls affecting your vehicle every time you bring it in, or at least they let you know they are looking. Toyota may very well do the same thing, which I doubt, but may not be telling the customer this. If it weren't for the prius and the awesome gas mileage compared to the rest I would not shop from this dealership, you always feel like they are doing you a favor being there. I would recommend that their entire staff from front line to upper management receive a good wake up call and refresher on customer satisfaction training. Customers are the ones who pay your checks.

From beginning to end my experience was just excellent! I had visited at least 5 other dealerships before I randomly ended in Toyota Auto Nation / Cerritos without any plans of stopping by. AHMED is the salesman that approached me and he was extremely helpful! I told him what I was looking for and not only did he pay close attention but gave me options and discussed deals, where I would get more for my money (pricing, mileage, year of the car, value in general). Long story short, having a certain amount of money in my pocket and being approved for a specific amount to finance AHMED made it happen! AHMED went above and beyond to assist me, the first visit I did not leave with the car but he followed up with me to where I knew he was trying to work something out. Four days later I went back for a NEW 2016! When we spoke it was actually his day off, he knew I was concerned about the vehicle no longer being on the lot and he went out of his way, drove miles from home to meet me there!! Manager ALEX was also extremely helpful and shared information about the vehicle I had no clue of. Went over the contract, interest rate, and the total interest amount if I go full term etc.... some of this information because of previous experiences I know they do not share with you. Not here with them two so I THANK YOU BOTH!! I can honestly say that I am very happy and pleased with the overall experience. So if you're looking for a great deal, a salesman that won't give you a gut feeling that is scamming you but is actually trying to help ask for AHMED! He smiles a lot, you can't miss that. In need of assistance from management, ask for ALEX. Both great people.

I had the acid on my battery cleaned per the service advisor's recommendation. I didn't bother looking at my care when I drove away but the next morning when I went to my garage my car was "splashed" with acid on side panel where battery is as well as wind shield and wind shield wipers. The part on my windshield and wiper had actually turned orange by the next day, there was a straight line of orange, crusty stuff from the battery material where they used the wipers to "clean" it. I think it's awful that no one took the time to wash off. Needless to say, I immediately went to carwash in hopes of paint not being damaged. My advisor was nice and Idk if it's his responsibility to take a look at car before turning in so I gave him 4 stars. I have pictures that I would love for you to see.

My older vehicle came in for oil change and general checkup and needed several additional services due to age, mileage and wear and tear. The service advisor gave a clear explanation as to the need for the service and kept me informed twice a day of the progress of the vehicle, which took more than one day due to the extra services added on, and the need to obtain a part that was not in stock.

Problems with this webpage. 1. It assumes that you do not have a new car so none of the services listed would apply since they are all covered under the 2 yr. maintenance warranty. 2. Both list of services show the exact same services but under different titles so it's very confusing. 3. Why ask for a particular service adviser if you're going to assign someone else? If you do assign someone else, then it would be nice to find out why? 4. It appears that no one cares if the customer asks a question in the comments field because I never got an answer from anyone even when I got an email reply? I guess this must be an automated system so why even put a comments field?Evidently Toyota management doesn't care very much about their online request for service appointments because this webpage is really a joke. I am an IT professional & this would be a major embarrassment not only to me but to my company as well. Here's a suggestion. 1. Create maybe 4 choices? New cars still under the 2 yr. service warranty, routine maintenance service after the 2 yr. service warranty expires, standard repairs, & speak to a service adviser. 2. You can list the services & their prices(optional) 3. Webpages should be short, simple, & easy to understand 4. Don't put options on the webpage IF you plan on changing them OR put a reply comments section so that the customer knows why it was changed?

I searched fror two weeks and talked to every car dealer in Southern California to find the model and color of the Rav4 that I wanted. The sales people were not very helpful. One call to Toyota Cerritos and I talked to Benjamin Pulido. Instead of trying to sell me another car, he started looking immediately and found the EXACT car I wanted. I had been hunting for a very specific Tacoma for a month with no luck until I visited AutoNation Cerritos and met sales rep Albert Barraza. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but he searched other dealers for several weeks...unfortunately nobody had the exact truck I was looking for and I wasn't willing to make any changes on what I wanted. Albert checked with the assembly plant and found that "my" truck was scheduled to be built 6/11/16 and he was able to reserve it then and there. Truck was delivered 4 days later in perfect condition. I'm a happy customer! I would highly recommend AutoNation Cerritos and definitely suggest you request Albert. He is the best sales associate I've ever worked with...helpful, friendly, incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and not once seemed annoyed with all my special requests and questions...can't say enough positive things. The finance support was provided by Ali for the actual purchase process and he was very pleasant as well. I experienced nothing that would make me hesitate recommending this dealership. Then she told us the airbag recall should be done and checked to see if the parts were available. (We had been told that the recall parts could take a year.) I had a great experience with this dealership. I found the car I wanted and at a decent price. I previously went to another dealer and was actually going to purchase an older model with more miles, less amenities and a higher price and since I had a bad experience at that dealership, I ended up here. The salesman Ernie was very helpful and nice, they had to move two cars to get to the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and was more than helpful. Of course, what gets you is the extra packages such as Warranty, LoJack, Gap Insurance and other coverages, but please be advised that its your choice if you take it or not. Eric the finance manager was more than helpful and gave me options unlike the other dealer who tried to force me into coverages. I would most likely return to this dealership if they have the vehicle that I am looking for and at the right price, but I really don't want to purchase another vehicle anytime soon. I needed a vehicle but didn't want to buy a vehicle.

What can I say, but everything is GREAT at AutoNation Toyota CA. Service was done before estimated time given to me by Service personal Jordan. Well my Sienna was being serviced. The free shuttle took me to the near by shopping center to have lunch. After l had my lunch, I caught the shuttle back to the dealership and watch the news in their clean waiting room. I also like those comfortable large chairs. I fell asleep for a while. Then Jordan called me by phone, to inform me that my Van was done and really to go. I brought my 4runner for brake service and Tiffany told me that the rotor and brake pad should be replace that is why it shake when I step on the brake, and they found out that the oil in the engine are licking and I know it long time. So tiffany told me how much it will cost me and she gave me a discount. Went there 3 different times and never got acknowledged, almost gave up. Got a email from an employee and from then on the experience was grate. His name was James, don't know his last name on hand. The only down side is it took little over 6 hrs cause 2 people call in "sick" I guess, and you guys need to get a better system of appraising cars, we had to pay more cause it got into a fender blender even though my insurance fixed it, feels like people that are responsible and have insurance get punished, next time I won't get it fixed with my co pay, if I'm gonna take a hit then I'll let you fix it with your insurance. Shouldn't have to pay to get it fixed and pay more for the car after I fixed it. Not right. Over all, it was really pleasant. Going back for my next car in future, only if you guys stopped punishing people for fender-benders. Very friendly staff! Good Job Guys!!

Always had great service done on my 4 Runner and my FJ Cruiser at this Toyota dealership. The service people are all so nice and reasonably knowable about the type of things that will be done to your vehicle for whatever minor or major service check needed at the time. They also review with the customer all the maintenance checks and replaced parts done to the vehicle at this visit and give you a list of things to be done or rechecked on the next service visit.They also put a sticker on your windshield with the approximate mileage for your vehicle's next service visit. (I do wish they would have more discounts available for major or minor service work done. Major service for some vehicles, like a SUV can be quite expensive.)The waiting room is also very nice for all customers who do decide to wait while their vehicle is being repaired or serviced. It is always a nice place to wait and watch TV, read a magazine, etc.

We came here with the intentions of leasing based on one of their current promotions. We asked for our credit score printed out and to take the lease offers that were offered home. I just went to this dealership to acquire a Lease Buy-Out Package, as I was planning only to pay-off my lease from Toyota Financial Services thru my Credit Union Bank. I came to this dealership as I was told it would be quicker to get the Lease Buy-Out Package from a dealership than from Toyota Financial Services, so I went to a Lease Buy-Out Package info ONLY.... not to BUY any of their cars. But when I was referred to Paul Jacobs, their Customer Financial Services Manager.... oh boy, what happened was a mess. He prepared a contract like he was trying to sell me their OWN car. He prepared a lot of documents WITHOUT explaining to me all of it! Then I reminded him that I don't need them to finance my car as I ONLY needed the Lease Buy-Out Package, NOT a contract or anything like that. Then he said this is how it is done. So to make the story short, I brought all the documents that he prepared & gave me to my Credit Union Bank, where I was really applying for a loan to pay the balance of my lease car with Toyota Financial Services, & guess what, even the people from my bank was surprised of what Toyota Cerritos did to me! Don't ever deal with this person, Paul Jacobs as he doesn't explain the papers that he let you sign. I have friends who bought cars in this dealership but they didn't deal with him but with another guys from Finance. Paul Jacobs also gave me a deadline for me to summit a check from my Bank by Dec 11 & I was at this dealership Dec 8, 2015. He said if I am not able to submit to them my check, all contract will be cancelled... but wait, when I called on Dec 11, I learned that they submitted the contract to their financial company as according to Candy (also from Finance Department), my loan application with them wasn't approved & that I was supposed to return my car to them within 10 days, & that would have been until Dec 21, 2015! I was so confused to all of what happened, all because of Paul Jacobs not informing me everything, & even his co-workers, as I also found out that Candy & her Director of Finance thought that I got the car from them... that's why I need to return it to them within 10 days. I learned about this because I had to call Toyota Financial Services & they had to call the dealership to confirmed all what I told them!

Having just had the worst car buying experience i have ever had, (at south bay toyota) it was amazing how easy it was to completely forget that and how fast i was put into my new tacoma. I have to give all the credit to Daniel Valadez. He was great. The fact that we showed up at about 7:30pm and still upset about how we just got treated. He couldnt have done a better job. While we were waiting to see the finance manager we went to eat diner. Daniel called ( and i know it was not an easy call to make) he told me that the truck was damaged while it was on the way to be prepared for me to take home. I visited Longo Toyota twice, Pasadena Toyota (limited selection), & at last I found Cerritos Toyota. The first place I visited wouldn't lower the price. They wouldn't even show us a 2016 model Highlander in late November! Alas, family and I decided to go the extra miles to give this dealership a try. Right away they were friendly and had 2016 Highlanders in the lot! Took a test drive. Fell in love and then went in to talk numbers. They will work with you. They lowered the price a bit, but not too much. They gave me lots of yearly options (5, 6, 7 year loan). I drove away with it that night. The process was long, but I knew it would be. The follow up has been great. I can text them and ask questions. I got called within the first week to schedule the first service (in 6 months). Lots of follow up to make sure u was happy. And I am! I would go back here to buy another car in the future.

I went to get my 2nd Toyota Rav4 to this Dealer on Cerritos because my sister got her Corolla there like a month before and her Salesperson Morrie was great. I wanted him to help me and he did. I included an anti theft gadget in my newly purchased car and it sounded so easy and convenient to be installed. But when I opted to have it installed at my work place, I was told at the service dept. that they will call only once and if I missed answering their call, it will be considered a no-show and they will not call again. So to have it installed, I have to get an appointment for the following week and came back to the dealer for installation. Other than this experience, everything was pleasant and nice.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Prius from this dealership and couldn't be happier with my sales experience. Just like most people I don't enjoy working with cars salesman or even stepping foot in dealerships. I'm very apprehensive about the entire "sales" environment and, being a lawyer, I have in the past found myself in super-charged debates with salespeople over all sorts on upcharges or suspect things on sales contracts. This was not the case at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. I believe the reason for my great experience was the outstanding character of my salesperson Zaid "Zee" Elrifai. I've purchased many vehicles from dealerships in the past, and this was by far the most stress-free buying experience I've had. I saw the vehicle on their website and contacted the dealership via email where I was put in touch with Zee in internet sales. I asked him to check out the vehicle for me and point out any potential issues over the phone as I wanted to make sure it was in excellent condition. He noted one or two minor scratches which definitely were not deal breakers for me. Without even seeing the car or stepping foot in the dealership, we worked out a deal over the phone and I returned later that evening to finalize the purchase. What really impressed me in dealing with Zee was that I genuinely felt that he was being straight and honest with me during our negotiation on the vehicle. Once we agreed on the price, I mentioned that I didn't want to see any unnecessary dealer fees snuck onto the sales contract. Zee was very polite and wasn't pushy. He also wasn't pretentious like some car salesman can be sometimes. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the paperwork, the vehicle was cleaned and gassed up. The dealership didn't try to put any strange or questionable fees on the contact. Overall, if you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you ask for Zee, as you're likely to receive the same level of service that I did and you can't put a price tag on an straight-forward, honest car salesman. You'll be in good hands. Thanks for making my car buying experience a pleasant one.Now for the cons: This dealership is extremely busy doing deals. So many deals are done here that the finance department can't seem to keep up with the amount of people. We had to wait a considerable amount of time (on a Thursday night) before we were able to get into the finance department (at least an 1.5 hours). I believe that they may have had up to 8-10 other deals all needing financing at the same time. This was not the fault of anyone at the dealership, however it would have been nice to be moved in and out a little faster. On a more positive note, the finance manager that we worked with was also outstanding.Also, the next morning after taking the car home we noticed a small crack in the windshield which was conveniently blocked from view by the rear-view mirror. The crack was in a spot that was impossible to see from the driver or passenger seat during our test drive. We aren't sure how this cracked in the windshield was missed by Toyota during their certification of the vehicle, but it's just plane sloppy to me.

I help my son buy a car almost two years go and we purchased it from AutoNation Cerritos. The sales rep (Mon) went above and beyond to get the car my son wanted. and we had a great buying experience and service. My daughter was looking to buy a car so we went back to Auto Nation Cerritos. Mon was no longer their but Weng Foong helped us with our buying needs. Weng also went above and beyond to get my daughter the car she wanted specially the color and beat another dealers price. The financing department was a bit slow but its understandable on a Sunday. We were able to get a great rate and a extended warranty for a very reasonable price. After the purchase, Weng took the time to show my daughter all the features her car same with.

I live in northridge area ,and i was looking for camry at close by dealers i go to had pushy salesmen...i sat down on the internet and submitted some information,sure enough 5 minutes later a person named ziad from toyota cerritos asked me what i wanted and suggested the lease option for the lowest payment i had been offered.I trusted my instinct and I made an appointment for net day ..sure enough,it was the best car buying experience I have been thru.Very professional.IT and honest.It was a pleasure that made me forget the money and miles we drove .ziad elraifi is the best salesman i have seen so far.Thank you toyota of cerritos for having such a great people to deal with.

I have bought a couple of cars from Weng and have referred froends and family to Weng and they did purchase their new car from him. Weng provides excellent services, you dont feel pressure, and pricing you don't even have to shop around you can and you will end up coming back to him. He goes beyond just selling you just a car. The Prius C saved my daughter's life with all of the airbags, so when the insurance company was ready to replace the car, we wanted the EXACT same car! Ammar took it upon himself to search all over for the exact same car for my daughter, and with his manager's okay, he actually was able to get my daughter in a new lease with almost the same car -- this one now has a sunroof! It was our first day of shopping for a car and wanted to see what was out there. We walked over from a neighboring lot to look at the new Prius C. The salesman, Armando, greeted us and answered any questions. He was nice, funny, and knowledgeable. The perfect trifecta that makes buying a car a better experience. We talked numbers and sealed the deal. We had been to three other dealerships that day and felt a struggle at each location. Working with the people of Toyota in Cerritos was a smooth operation throughout the entire process. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our new purchase.

However, once we saw the Highlander we knew it was the car for us. The speed that my car got oil change was great I only wait 1hr. But the price to change simple parts was excessive high. To change an engine filter it took me 1min and the part cost me $21.00 Dollars, Toyota wanted to charge me $40.00 Dollars which I think the price is very but very high. minimum wage I think it rounds about $9.00. Hello, my mother and I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle. So right away we thought of Toyota Cerritos. My mother had a very good buying experience with them when she bought her car a few years back. So we thought it was going to be same when we shopped there. We were right we asked for help when we arrived and a nice young lady pleased us by sending us a bilingual carsalesman. His Name was Jairo. We received a good buying experience from him. He was patient and answered all of our questions. When it came to do all the paperwork he was efficient and fast. He showed us all the different options that toyota had for us. Finally my mother and i were able to make a smart decision about our loan. Jairo then proceeded and he introduced us to another salesagent ( TO CLOSE THE SALES AND SIGN THE FINAL PAPERWORK). We don;t remember his name. He spoke very fast and was not bilingual. It was a bit frustruating talking to him because you couldn't understand him very well. Finally we were done and left with a brand new car. A few days later the same man contacted us by phone. He said there was something wrong with the loan, and we had to come back to the dealership and re-sing more paperwork!!! I find this issue with our buying experience horrible. We shouldnt have to go back and deal with this once more. The average person wants to make a smart purchase, take it home and expect not to come back and exchange it. Overall Jairo did good, but his sales associate did not.

I was looking for a Toyota Sienna to accommodate my growing family. I didn't have a lot of time and wanted to gather all the information and out-the-door quotes over the phone/email before actually heading out to a dealership. I communicated with 4 dealerships in my area and Cerritos Toyota was by far the most responsive (thanks Weng Foong!) and offered the best price. They have a nice facility and all the paperwork was completed fairly quickly. I did not get any of the usual pushy sales pitches for accessories, add-ons, or extended warranties. It was pretty much in and out, and as a customer I really appreciate that. The only misstep on their part is they forgot to include the owners/service manuals for the car. They apologized and offered to deliver it to my home, but I ended up picking it up myself as I live only 10 minutes away. Overall, I was very satisfied with Cerritos Toyota and would definitely do business with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

My wife and I decided to stop at the Toyota dealer because we were in the market for a new car. We parked and Albert, our salesman meet us a few feet from their building. I'm glad we didn't have anyone waiting for us as we got out of our car. We had time to stop and talk as well as look at the cars that were out. Albert was very knowledgeable about the car. We decided on a Toyota camry xle. I test drive both the gas and hybrid models. The hybrid had a higher msrp. But Albert understood that I wasn't feeling the hybrid too much and he told me so. I appreciate his honesty. It was about me being happy. Overall, the whole process was great. Though we almost didn't buy the car after Albert was done with us he lined up someone in finance for us. While we waited we mentioned to Albert we would not be leaving anything for down payment. He said ok and that finance will be able to adjust my price. When the finance associate showed up we mentioned this to him. He was very rude and said I'm not here to talk about that. Then he went to get Albert. This guy was just rude and basically wanted to proceed with everything despite what I wanted. At that point I just told him then if we wasn't willing to do anything the we weren't ready for him. So he left. I was really irritated at that point and began to question whether I wanted to buy the car. Albert went to get the finance manager and we agreed to come the next day and he would work on the paperwork with the new price. A sale saved by Albert and the finance manager.

They were all so pushy and quick to get me to buy a car when I pacifically told them I was just looking I'm not interested in buying anything. But when I came to toyota Dennis Thai, approached my mom and I, said hello asked us if we needed any help, was very polite and he made me feel confortable because he wasn't trying to just sell me a car, he understood what my price range was, what I was looking for and gave me the time I needed to think about it. I acctually left the dealer ship to look at other cars to keep my options open. But I ended up coming back and buying a 2015 Toyota Corolla! I bought a prius plg-in on 02/21/15. My sales guy is awesome. Every good purchasing experience!The most important thing for this car is I need the carpool sticker. Because I need the license plate number to apply, so I am calling DMV every day to check the update. As of 02/25/15, there is no info in DMV yet. Then we contact to the sales guy, and he said it takes about 30 days for the dealership' Fianace department to submit to DMV. OMG!!! This means I need to another 2 months to get my sticker. In worse situation, what happen the sticker reaches the limit??? Then we text the the sale guy and he said he will reach the Finance department to see whether they can process our case first. But he can not guarantee it. Now what I can do is to wait the dealership to work fast and cross my figures.So if you want the sticker, you need go to the dealer who already has the sticker on the car. If you just want to buy a regular without sticker, it is a good place to go.

I went in on Presidents' Day weekend not expecting that I would get a car and the numbers I was looking for. I was wrong. The second I parked I was approached and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 min, I was test driving th car I was interested in. I told them what I could afford and what I was comfortable with and got a price that was lower than expected and I was in and out in no time. Steve Mejia was wonderful and was very friendly,polite and down to earth. No games no cockiness just a genuine person. The finance manager was super nice and very thorough. Would recommend and return. Best dealership experience I've ever had. A++

I had searched various dealerships in the hopes of buying the right truck. I did not have a specific make or model in mind. The decision to purchase a Tundra at Autonation had as much to do with the excellent customer service as it did with the truck itself.There wasn't the typical back and forth in the sales person going to a 'back room' and 'talking to the manager' about getting the deal that I requested. Everything was up front, honest and genuine. And I appreciated that very much.

I had been in the market for a new car for weeks of inquiry in every dealership. It just so happen that I am close to Autonation Toyota of Cerritos and I didn't think twice of going and checking out the vehicle. I did not waste my time after I read the sales associate's message Greg Baldwin thru my email regarding the deal for a toyota corolla 2014. When I get there, the car I've been inquiring was sold already and per Mon Galleon other associate he explain to me that if I want a brand new 2015 corolla and just to put a few more dollars and explain to me the deal they have.No pressure and explaining all the terms no hidden details and ask me to think it over and let him know what I want. We left at the office for half an hour and go back checking the deals in other dealership. I conclude that almost all of them have the same deal and thought that its a waste of time for me to hop in every dealer while the small difference that I am going after where here. So I didn't think twice and inform Mon that I want the deal that he is offering to me earlier and I got the brand new Toyota Corolla 2015 LE Plus at the price and term that I think is reasonable for me.I am very satisfied with the deal knowing that before I came to the dealership my plan was to get only a used car with 2014 30,000+ mileage corolla but with the offer they have, I just put few more dollars I've got a 0 mileage 2015 corolla and the package I want is all in there.

I live in San diego and had a horrible experience with a local small used car dealer. I really wanted the same exact car and I found one at Autonation Toyota Cerritos. Even though I had a 2hr one way drive I felt comfortable enough to make the trip for two main reasons. Being a Toyota dealer I knew they would not be unethical like the small used car lot's can be. Second reason was Iris the sales person I contacted. She was outstanding with getting and taking information and was very courteous. Being that I was coming from San diego she kept the keys on her so it would not be sold as I made the long trip. She was wonderful from start to finish! Then I had the pleasure to work with a fellow named Mark in finance as we signed the documents. He and I had great rapport just a great guy and being that it was a used car I would like an extended warranty but at the same time I wanted to be able to pay the note off asap as I always do. After a great conversation he changed a few things and to include a better interest rate and made an offer I coul refuse. A 2yr 25k mile peice of mind at $6 less a month than I stared off with no extended warranty! My experience overall is nothing short of stellar!

I bought two cars from here in the past year. I was impressed with the exceptional service I received from the entire staff both times. Specifically, it was a pleasure working with Tony Park. He was very professional and helpful in answering all our questions about the car and clearly laid out the numbers so I knew what I was getting myself into. He is also fluent in Korean and English which was helpful because I brought along my parents who only speak Korean. ASK FOR TONY PARK.Most importantly, Cerritos got me the best price for my car. Some other dealers I went to offered the most ridiculous prices and weren't willing to negotiate.

I started this process at one dealership in the valley. I was told, by the sales manager, that what I was looking for did not exist and he couldn't help me. Wow. I then took to the internet and emailed AutoNation with what i wanted/needed. Within about 15 minutes I received an email from John Beckelheimer telling me that he had the truck I was looking for at the Toyota dealership in Cerritos. 15 minutes. It turned out that it was not exactly what i was looking for, but through many many emails, phone conversations and emails, he did come up with what I wanted. He was unavailable to help me on the day that I needed to go get the truck, so he got me in touch with a sales associate of his, Araceli, who was also very helpful. When I got to Cerritos (a 45 minute drive from downtown LA in the rain), Araceli was not there, even though she assured me she would be. I was "assigned" a sales associate with whom I had absolutely no relationship, and a sales manager who wanted to get me out the door yesterday. I had to ask to see the truck and test drive it before I signed on the dotted line. On now to the nightmare of the finance guy. He was very nice until I asked him to clarify something, and then his mood and face changed. He became very gruff, condescending and rude. He left the room on several occasions, which didn't bother me until I figured out why. Once I told him that I would not be getting an extended warranty or lo jack, he got even ruder. At one point another sales associate came in and slapped down some paperwork and made it a point to say that "this guy is gonna spend some money". They proceeded to have a conversation in a foreign language that neither myself nor my wife understood. Rude. Super, super rude. In this extremely long process, I had asked him at least five times who I needed to give our down payment to. When do i give you the down payment? When do i give you the down payment? When I thought we had finally finished this hideously arduous part of the day (now night), he walked us out to the show room floor where the sales associate was ready to hand me my keys and watch me drive off. I asked him who i was supposed to give the down payment to. He, of course, said the finance guy. Finance guy, in a very perturbed tone, asked me where my paperwork was. I said that he did not give me any. We then had to go back into his office where he blamed me for not listening and not telling him that we had a down payment. I told him that I had. Several times. He did not like that answer. God forbid he had to change a few things and reprint the sales slip, which he did in complete silence and with pursed lips. Needless to say, i could not wait to get out of there. My experience was great with John and Araceli, too bad they were not involved with the final sale. I've never had so many people tell me no, that is not possible, you'll never find that, why bother, in my life. I would recommend anyone to talk to John, but to warn them that the finance people and sales manger at Cerritos Toyota are a nightmare waiting to happen.

This was my third time I have purchased a brand new SUV. I had two horrible and dreadful experience pushy, long and agonizing car experience. We decided to take a different road by going online and dealing with only the Internet salesperson. His name is Jonathan Carter from AutoNation Toyota Scion Cerritos. He was phenomenal and so patient and was willing to take his time with me. At no point I felt rushed and uncertain of my purchase. He was extremely professional and curteous. He did so great that my husband decided to buy a truck as well from him. We are so relief that this was so easy and we were so glad Mr. Carter was our salesperson.

I've been to this place twice. Once, with my girlfriend who purchased her Camry here, and the second time I came to this dealer was to look for a certified used car for myself.All I can say is that we left both times with a good experience. First with Dante and now with Felix de Leon Garcia.Since this review is about my experience, I can say that Felix de Leon Garcia is a salesperson who was patient and showed us around a couple of cars that best fitted our financial needs.Additionally, Felix was able to work with us and within our budget which made the entire experience a bit more pleasant. We had a very fun time w/Jairo. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale of an automobile. He gave us asset pointers in the purchase of this particular automobile. His supervisor/manager (sorry I forgot ??? her name) also helped us with qualifying us with the financial aspect of the sale. Very nice!! The only thing I didn't like ( and I am sorry, Mr. McKenzie) is all the add-ons after we decided to purchase the automobile. A new automobile does not need all that coverage offered before signing the contract. Mr. McKenzie is a very nice person, I just don't like being pressured into adding all those other offers. And it's not just Toyota, it's the same with every car dealer. Thank you!
