My experience was very pleasant and professional. The fact that this process was available to me on a Sunday was perfect. Prior to my purchase, I have owned 2 Civic "LX" vehicles and they were great cars for my lifestyle with two teen age drivers in training. Although, this purchase was not something I had planned, I am so happy with my car. It is perfect for my lifestyle and fun to drive. Martin was professional, friendly and made the whole experience pleasant especially when a purchase of this type is a process. Dusty the finance manager was very easy to work with explaining every step of the way what options were available and further addressed with my brother in law when it seemed to consume my understanding. It worked out great and we were able to work with extended service and warranty options. Truly sharing the options for the consumer's best outcomes. Attention to total customer satisfaction, my car needed paint finish work. Martin worked with me to have this taken care of and provided a loaner car to have the time to finish the work. Well worth the wait to have my car look beautiful.

Tim Trone was my salesperson. He was very nice, considerate and helpful. I wasn't sure if i wanted to buy a car that day, but he made me feel comfortable, not pushy, even under the circumstances in my credit report that stirred up the unforeseen. I walked out of there feeling better about the situation because of Tim working with me, and they were able to get a lower interest rate than would have been. They took the time to work with me and I appreciate that. Tim even the time to explain the features of the car to me, which is a big plus. Since I have a long daily commute , fuel economy is important . To work I get 42 miles to the gallon , going home ( uphill ) I get 35 .

We came reviewing certain vehicles from online (accord and civic) and decided to see the details in person and compare across other manufacturers (Mazda 6 series was another car I looked at). During the 4th of July weekend my Mom and I were provided help by Pedro on the lot and offered all deals that were going on that week. He provided us a booklet to look over during our research and said to come back when we are ready to test drive the vehicle. A week later my Mom and I came back to test drive the Honda Accord so Pedro let me take out an EX model and gave me all the details about the features inside the vehicle that I didn't know about so far. After the test drive, Pedro never tried to push the sale on us or pressure us into making a quick decision. Later in the day I finally decided to purchase the Accord based on comfort, reliability, great MPG and features. Pedro provided us additional help from Dustin in the finance department on how to finance the vehicle. We were offered a great financing package and walked away completely happy. A key reason I decided on a Honda was from friends/family past experience and people I know in the auto industry who always talk about the reliability with Honda vehicles. In addition, I noticed that used Honda vehicles hold up very well on the market as they get older and the price doesn't drop as fast as other vehicle types. I can't wait to explore all of the features as I get to know my new Accord. Thank you Pedro, Dustin, Joe and the rest of the people at the dealership.

I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new car.I was greeted by Mike the salesman,and after telling him what I was looking for,we test drove the accord. I liked it so we went inside to start the negotiation process,and that's when Paul enters the picture. I expressed to him that I had my own financing when he begins to tell me that he thinks he has a bank that could beat my credit union rate.He said he would get to work on it while I went to get some lunch. I get a call about an hour later saying give him another hour.I never received a call back from him, so I found another car to purchase.When I called the credit union to pick the check up for my new car,I find out that this guy shotguns my credit app.Even submitting the app to my own credit union that he knew I had my pre-approval through.The loan officer told me that there was a contract already ready to sign. Keep in mind I never received a call back from this dealership.A Slimy way to do business in my book.If you're in the market for a new honda, give Lawley Honda in Sierra Vista a shot.Not only was the salesman laid back, but the whole process was painless.I was also able to purchase the car for almost 2000.00 dollars less.Well worth the drive.I will never buy another car in Tucson again.Shame on you Autonation Honda

Even though we didn't purchase a new Honda CRV, our experience with our sales consultant, Jeremiah Ridgeway was excellent. The sales manager, Joseph Butler was excellent also. We didn't feel overwhelmed and no one was pushy which just turns us off. In the future we will consider a purchase as well as recommend this dealership to others.

We purchased a new car today [12/31/15] from AutoNation Honda Tucson and I have to say that this was an absolutely pleasant, low-key and low stress experience. Joe, Randall and Dustin were very professional, polite and knowledgable, and so easy to work with. There is no question whatsoever that we will continue to work with AutoNation Tucson in the future. We also had our last car serviced here atAutoNation over the past 3 years, and were always greeted respectfully and dealt with honestly.

We had been shopping for a new SUV for my wife online for weeks. Through various emails asking us to come into other dealerships this one was the least sales pushing, genuinely concerned on what we were looking for. We showed up close to closing hours and they treated us as though time was of no concern. Our happiness and true satisfaction was what they wanted. We test drove both the HR-V and the CR-V, coming from a Civic the HR-V felt just like what we had and were used to. My wife decided that ultimately she wanted the larger one (with believe it or not better gas mileage). We went through Adrian and he never once made us feel obligated to anything at all. He made sure to treat our son as part of his own family as well making sure he wasn't left out of the loop. That was huge. We had come into the dealership knowing we were pre approved with out own financing and after disclosing that they still never faltered in wanting us to get the best deal possible on our car. We ended up going through another financing option they offered that saved us even more money (cannot beat savings!). We have had our car for just over a week now and we cannot imagine having anything else. It is such a smooth ride. The CR-V is definitely worth it if you want to get a SUV with amazing gas mileage and not being too bulky. We would recommend Autonation Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car without the "salesman" attitude. A family atmosphere is genuine there and we look forward to continually being a returning customer years from now. Thank you AutoNation.

We had them change the oil on our Honda CRV. They called and told us that the steering fluid was leaking onto the steering rack and it would cost $1200 to fix. There was no problem with the steering and no spots in our garage where it is parked. So I took it to a local garage that I have used to check. The was no leak and nothing wrong with the car. Do not trust this service department!

My experience at Auto Nation Honda was a really good one with purchasing a new Honda Civic. Martin the salesperson was great and really helpful with any questions I had about the process. He took the time to show me the new technologies of my vehicle and how everything works. Saying in contact with Martin though the process and evening after purchasing the vehicle he has still been very helpful and always got back to me quickly with the answers I needed.

Usually, if you buy a car and then decide you dont like it its too bad; but was not the case with AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall. My wife and I both liked the Accord and decided to go for the EX-L model. Our salesman, James, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and never pressured us. We test drove it and all seemed well. The following day, however, while driving, but wife realized her neck was hurting. The headrest, which cant be adjusted forward and back, turned out to be the culprit. We could have taken the headrest out but decided that wouldnt be safe.The Sales Manager let us try several other cars in different models including vans, but all had the same type of headrests. When we sadly concluded that none of their cars would work for us, we were given a full refund. In my opinion, that kind of customer service deserves recognition. Through no ones fault, we were not able to buy from Auto Nation, but next time we need a car (in a decade or so) we will definitely try them again and, in the meantime, we will recommend them to others.

PLEASE STAY AWAY- WE TRIED TO WORK WITH ADRIEN, JOE, AND EVEN GREG PAULSON. THEY NOT ONLY SOLD US THE FIRST LEMON BUT THE SECOND CAR THEY SOLD US TO "MAKE IT RIGHT" JUST THREW A ROD!!!!!! It is a 2012 Kia Optima. We bought in Jan. 2015 and just have put barely 6000 miles on it. It's going to need a whole new engine! I tried to speak with the General Manager Greg Paulson but he was so arrogant and told me things that were not true that I just have to get an attorney involved and try to warn the public. Please with so many other car dealerships in Tucson don't your hard earned money and families safety. I was naive and hopeful to trust them twice. Learn from my costly mistake.

Service dept deceptive. Went for a simple oil change and found out they used bulk Quaker State Motor Oil that they don't even sell in the parts dept. They tell you they use genuine Honda parts and then instead of using the Honda motor oil they sell in the parts dept that is a blended high grade oil they put this other cheaper bulk oil that is not a blend ,in your car. Switch and bait, no integrity. scammers for a few bucks . inferior parts bottom line .Buyer beware of this place. Can not recommend this service dept.Will not return.

I just sadly said goodbye to my old friend and after trying out all the other mini-vans on the market, decided that I just couldn't beat the Honda Odyssey for my needs. I purchased my Fit from this dealership new in 2007. Prior to delivery, all contact was via telephone and email. It was a no hassle experience. Since then I have had all scheduled maintenance done by this dealership. They treat me fairly and courteously. The Fit has been great and to date has not needed any repair.

I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted, the 2015 Honda Fit. Jose Vega suggested that I take it for a test drive even though I had made up my mind already. We did and it just confirmed my decision. They did not have the color I wanted so they searched around the country and found one for me. Took about two months but it was worth the wait. Jose kept me informed the whole time. When it finally came in, Jose was on the ball getting it tinted and everything so that I wouldn't have to come back. Between Jose and all the other sales people making me feel welcome, I would definitely go back.

I can't express how happy I am with my new Honda Accord and how grateful I am with the buying experience. (Totally different from my last experience) The process was quick and easy. First I did my online research and negotiation of the price and Art was very helpful and easy to work with, he replied fast and very clear all my questions, then I went to drive test the car and Aaron helped me. After that I took a week to think about it and went back for the car. They were not calling me or pressuring me at all. I liked that a lot. I took my decision but I didn't have a ride to the dealership but Art offered my to send someone to pick me up (Rio Rico, AZ) Even the financing guy was really nice and helped me to understand a lot of things about the warranty. I'm a returning customer to this dealer. Last time, I bought a CRV and this time it's the Accord sedan. For this dealer, I'm especially satisfied with their responding speed. I visited many other dealers across many other brands before them, but they beat most of the others. Also, they are able to match up with an internet price I obtained in Phoenix (actually, their price is even lower!) This saves me a lot of time and some mileage driving from Phoenix to Tucson! Besides, the sales man, Aaron and manager, Rob are very nice guys. I bought the CRV from them and I bought the Accord again from them! It was great experience discussing the models, having test drive, learning the functions and negotiating the price with them. Lastly, I strongly recommend everybody to buy Accord, I think it's quiter, more comfortable and sportier than Volvo S60 T5, 80% as comfortable as an Acura RLX (accelaration is about the same but consumes much less gas), definitely better than the cheap Acura ILX and the outdated Acura TSX. Happy new car purchasing! :D

went to look at a car at 9:30 am didnt complete the transaction close to 1 pm. Our representative was fine but the delays getting the paper work completed were unacceptable. Some of the floormen who were doing 'nothing'said some snide remarks to my wife when she complained she had to be at work .As this purchase was a used car and needed immediately, my regular delearThroughbred did not have anything I could purchase immediately.My previous purhases from Throughbred have been under 1 hour and great people to deal with.After leaving here no wonder used car people are #1 on the most hated.

Liked the car and was told I could hold it for a $200 deposit, but to please let him know right away if I wanted it or not as it drove him crazy when people didn't get back to him. So I put it on my credit card. Called the very next evening and told him I had decided on another vehicle. He questioned why I wasn't buying that car and scoffed at the fact that another dealer was giving me an extended warranty. He then proceeded to tell me that it would be 10 business days to get my card refunded. 15 business days later with no refund, I called and spoke to the manager who told me that was not even their policy! I was immediately given a refund by finance. Mike also went on and on about how unhappy everyone was about being owned by Autonation and they can't keep people there. Not a real encouraging thing to tell a potential buyer. The whole experience left a bad taste in mouth and I will not return.

We recently had an expensive repair bill on our 08 Accord. We decided to trade the vehicle and contacted the internet person at Autonation. We worked the trade into the deal and purchased an awesome new Accord EX-L with Nav. The process went very smooth as they gave us a very fair price on the new vehicle. The negotiations on the trade went quicker than anticipated and we were happy with the result. The new vehicle is great. Honda has stepped up. The people at the dealership were great to work with. We had a problem with the Nav antenna and the salesperson went out of his way to get us through the issue to our satisfaction. All is working well and this car is a pleasure to drive. We would highly recommend this dealership. We have used their service for several years now. Hats off to our salesperson Bilal for making this a great transaction.

I recently bought a 2013 Honda Fit through AutoNation using the Costco Car Buying program. The Costco negotiated price greatly helped with one of the downers of dealing with buying a car - establishing the price. I was pleased with our salesman Martin who worked well with us in considering options and who kept me informed about vehicle delivery from LA. The only shortfall was how long it took to pay for and pick up the car at AutoNation. Part of this was due to the fact that we are not frequent car buyers and didn't know what to expect. The salesman could have set the stage better for the final paperwork session. I would buy a car this way again from AutoNation.

My first car was a 2012 Honda Accord EXL, which i bought brand new, which I am extremely pleased with. I used the Costco Car buying program and things could have not been easier. My first contact was Rob Rhein who explained everything and was quite helpful and explained the program carefully, Rob who was listed as the contact person for Costco, then introduced me to Myron the Salesman who was quite knowledgeable and courteous. Bottom line I bought the vehicle. The service advisor for the vehicle is Mike Pescatore, he was quite helpful and one of the reasons I returned back to Auto Nation for my 2nd vehicle a 2014 Honda CRV EXL just the other day. Again, thru the Costco Car Buying Program. I could not have had an easier car buying experience. I do not want to forget two other gentlemen Pedro and BC, they were also part of a great experience, In between those two cars a owned a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, which i got from my brother in New York. When i brought the car out here to Tucson, I had the car serviced for several months at Auto Nation, again a great service experience. Courteous, Friendly and quick. I prefer to get my car serviced at the dealer, it may be a little more, but they now the car the best. I was told a good mechanic is not expensive, he is priceless.

I contacted AutoNation about a used vehicle that they had advertised on Cars.com. When I arrived, they said that that particular vehicle had not passed inspection. Since I was only interested in low-cost vehicles, there was not much there for me to choose from. However, they were willing to show me a vehicle that fit my search, even though it had come to them only that day. The car looked to be in decent shape despite high miles. Before they would sell it though, it had to go through their inspection process. It apparently needed too many repairs to be profitable. They refused to sell the car to me. I rate them five stars on repairs, because they stuck to their standards when they could have made an easy sale. I rate four stars on service, only because it took a couple of days for them to get to the inspection/decision and the salesman was slow getting back to me. (Hey, low profit margin, I get it.) Also, the vehicle I went in to look at originally-which they said was not for sale-is still up on cars.com a week later.

The purchase process was very simple and the price quoted was what I ended up paying which met my expectations. Everyone was courteous and explained everything to me in sufficient detail. I think the only thing that could have been better was to provide me with the paperwork detailing what the "certified" status conferred in terms of warranty. The dealers were not pushy at all and were very helpful in making my decision. They were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Communication was done online and the final arrangements were done at the dealership.

We went through the Costco program and were promptly contacted by Dobbs. We told them the model we wanted and reserved it. Brad Baker was friendly, timely and efficient, despite them being crazy busy on the day we went to pick up our car. Financing was easy, and we were not pushed to purchase add-ons we didn't want. We would gladly return to Dobbs for our next Honda purchase.

We bought a Honda Odyssey about 3 weeks ago from Dobbs Honda. At first I dealt with the Internet manager, Pam Wilson, who was amazing to deal with. She gave me a straight up offer and gave us an amazing deal. I appreciated her candor and no pressure style. After we agreed on a price, we came in for a test drive and was greeted by Mike Branham. He was simply the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever dealt in a car dealership. Once again, there was very little pressure and he allowed the car to pretty much sell itself. He had all the answers to all our questions about the car, which I find to be rare. I once had a salesman who couldn't figure out how to work a car's navigation system that he was selling. All in all, it was outstanding experience overall.

I had been considering a Honda Ridgeline for several years and had finally decided to seriously look at one. The staff at Dobbs Honda was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable and did not try to oversell their products. They answered all my questions and concerns even letting me drive the Ridgeline to my home to see how it fit in my garage. I had added a roof rack and while they didn't have it in stock they were very prompt in scheduling the installation. My overall experience was great.

I brought my 2012 Honda Idyssey in for an oil change before I started my trip home. I also mentioned a sensor on the front left of the bumber was not working. I also told them this was a Canadian vehicle and the person that wrote up my order didn't think it would be covered by warranty as it was a Canadian vehicle. I replied that I understood. He told me it would be about an hour. I was satisfied with that. A different service person came to me with the workd order and it showed there was damage to the front bumper of the vehicle. I told him there was no damage that it was just a snsor that wasn't working. He thought it would be on warranty. After about 45 minutes to an hour the same service person returned and asked if it was a Canadian vehicle which I answered said it was. He then said he wondered as they couldn't find the part because of the V.I.N. He didn't bother to read the address on the top of the service order. At a little over an hour of half of sitting in the waiting room I was a bit angry and approached the first service rep I talked to and pointed out that it shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours to have an oil change. he agreed with me. The second rep then returned with my invoice and offered a free car wash explaining that the delay was cause by not finding the part as it was a Canadian vehicle. The invoice showed the car went in at 9:48 and was ready at 11:47. It also showed a promise time of 17:00. I was told 1 hour and not that it could take until closing to get the vehicle. I also discussed the matter that I had my name and address given to another car dealer in Tucson and was told that Honda U.S.A. gave that information out. I am not happy with that and I don't really believe the service rep. I will NOT everr deal with Dobb's Honda again and will tell people to avoid them as they don't need the frustration and poor service that I received.David RobertsCustomer #4881408

Everyone here was excellent in helping us with a test drive and selection of our newer Honda Pilot. We found it on the Dealer web site and were able to contact Dobbs immediately. The customer service was great and everyone was attentive. There was a child's play area for the kids so we could complete our purchase without worry. This is the third car I have purchased here and I will continue to do so. The whole process was easy and hassle free. Thank you Dobbs for your patience and professionalism. I'm very pleased with my decision to buy a used car at Dobbs, and very happy with the CR-V itself! I test drove several similar crossovers from different manufacturers at various dealers in Tucson. The folks at Dobbs respected my desire to "keep in touch when the right car is available" and did not swamp my email and voicemail with follow-up calls like the others, which was greatly appreciated. The two reps I worked with put in a fair amount of effort looking for the color I wanted and understood I'd buy when the color I wanted was available at the right price. Ultimately I decided on a different color which was in stock and was available at the right price. I got a fair value for the trade-in on my 18-year old truck. The actual purchase was smooth, not too much pressure to buy extras (I did get the PermaSeal package though). Thumbs up for Dobbs!

I have been taking my 2003 Honda CRV for service to Dobbs since I moved to Tucson. The last time I had it in for service I decided to look at the new CRVs. I test drove the new CRV and shopped around to check out SUVs at other dealers. I ended up going back to Honda. Martin Fiello was very easy to work with and I ended up ordering exactly what I wanted. When the car arrived, he went over everything to make sure it was what I expected. The whole process was very easy with no pressure. I love my new CRV.

Received internet price for a new Honda CRV and met w/ salesman. Salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Once we got a complete price quote the paper work was turned over to the general sales manager for final approval. The price was approved. I have impeccable credit and had my own financing lined up. But, when the gm found out I had my own financing, he became extremely rude, condescending, and patronizing. The finance person drew up papers that worked w/ my loan company and is the only reason this sale happened. The experience started off fine w/ the salesman, but the general sales manager made the whole experience miserable. Using the term "car salesman" in a derogatory way is valid in this case. The general sales managers behavior was intolerable. The new car was taken for final detailing and we discovered that someone had carelessly made an ink mark on the back seat. Had to go back the next day to get it cleaned.

AVOID the service department! I have purchased a total of 3 hondas in my lifetime and serviced them all at this dealership and put up with all their BAD practices, well ive had enough and id like to share my experience. I called on a friday regarding a AC service to have my freon check because it was not blowing cold, i got quoted over the phone for $125 plus freon ($15 per pound, the gentlemen told me my car holds up to 2 pounds) he said i would probably be in the #150 range. He asked if i wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow (saturday), i told him i will think about it $150 seemed reasonable. I showed up on Saturday and i could not recall who i talked previously so i was given a "new" advisor. The advisor told me if i noticed the weather getting hot? like i am an idiot and the car doesnt need service even do it was 8am in the morning and the car was just brining the cool weather inside. The advisor took me inside and after 5 minutes told me it would be $112 for diagnostic plus $125 for AC plus Freon (over $200) i told him no i was quoted something else, he would not honor the $125, i asked to speak to the manager, they gave me his card. I left the dealership and called 5 minutes later to talk to Micheal Jones (if that is really his name) i explained him the situation and he said whatever they quoted is right.. without looking into the matter and he told me that i had other options when servicing my vehicle. Please avoid this dealer service like the plague. I will be contacting Honda Motor Company and cant wait to receive my service surveys.

My servece advisor and mechanic team are the best I've ever experienced! I consider them as my friends, that show me concern for my car and my personal safty. I am a 68yr old women who's interests in archology take me way "off the beaten track" off roading in the middle of the desert. Mike and JT have provided a personal interest in keeping my honda crv running smoothly and have cosistently help me to budget for up comimg repairs so that I can continue to enjoy my advocation without my being concerned about making it back out of the desert safly ! Monty Irwin has solved many problems for me over the last several years. As a result of our service experience, when it was time to get new cars recently, my husband and I went to Dobbs for our new CRV and Odyssey. My Odysseys have been serviced partly in Madison, Wisconsin and partly in Tucson. Problems that were "unsolvable" at the highly-rated Madison dealer were solved with very impressive puzzle work by Monty. In addition, he is very cost-consciencious and is diligent about finding out if something is covered by warranty or recall. This week he even got me new tires at less cost than Costco or Discount tire. He took my concern of a shimmy in the steering column seriously (it had been ignored in Madison) and found a problem with a coupling device that is now being fixed (under warranty!). I highly recommend Monty Irwin in the service department at Dobbs Honda!!

I have been working with Jason for four years when I service my vehicle. He is straight forward, explains everything, friendly and understands that I live with a budget. He lets me know when my car will be ready and it always is. I question everything and he is patient and explains why and what the parts do so I can understand the need for the repairs when it is something other then the standard oil changes and routine maintenance services.

Pedro Lazaro was the salesman who courteously greeted me on arrival and began the initial process of looking at new CRV's. He was soon called away for a customer picking up a new vehicle and Aaron Blom took over and was with me through the CRV comparison shopping, test drive and purchase negotiations. Aaron was at all times helpful, knowledgeable, patient, polite and well informed about the vehicle and options. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Dobbs and it has been a very pleasant car-buying experience each time. In addition we like doing business with Dobbs because we also have been treated very well when we bring our cars in for servicing. The only negative in an otherwise very positive experience has been Dustin (do not know his last name)who was the finance individual that completed the sale. His demeanor was impatient and curt. He actually seemed bored by the whole process. Quite a contrast to your other Dobbs employees! Another family member had exactly the same impression when they purchased a car from Dobbs and had dealings with Dustin during the payment/finance process. Perhaps he could benefit from a class in customer service because in all honesty his attitude does not seem to be consistent with what we (as repeat customers) have come to perceive as the philosophy of business at Dobbs Honda.

Dealer approach was honest and fair both in salesinformation and pricing. The trade-in price for our vehicle was established by their unique internet bidding.It was fast and a competitive value offered.There was a good selection of vehicles available for the model we wanted. We had a straight forward offer withoutthe usual scenario and stress of dealing up the chain of employees.This is a dealership with a friendly and relaxedatmosphere with helpful employees.

We were looking to purchase a new Honda CR-V. I contacted Dobbs Honda via their website to review their pricing. I quickly received an email back with pricing and information about the dealership. The email also directed me to ask for Rob Rhein when I visited the dealership. Rob asked Myron Nakonechny to show me the CR-V and to take a test drive. Myron's knowledge of the CR-V was outstanding and far above what I expected. I worked with Rob on the pricing and we came to a fair price on both the CR-V and the vehicle I was trading in. My experience at this dealership overall was outstanding. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very accommodating. I was impressed with how quickly everything was handled and in less than a total of 2 hours at the dealership, I was driving our new CR-V home. Based on my positive experience I would recommend Dobbs Honda to others looking to purchase a Honda.

On March 7, 2011, I purchased a new Honda from Dobbs Honda in Tucson. This is my second Honda leased from Dobbs and my dealership experience certainly exceeded expectations. The sales associate, Peter Ta, was totally professional. Following the sale, Mr. Ta followed up with a telephone call and written letter to make sure I was satified with the sale. This is very unusual to have such follow-up after the deal is over. Most car dealers never have the time nor the professionalism to follow-up the way Dobbs demonstrated. I will use Dobbs Honda again. The experience my husband and I had at Dobbs was extremely pleasant. We already had the car picked out by shopping around on line at several dealers for a week. Dobbs had the best deal on what we were looking for. We found the car immediately and had to go FIND a salesman. Martin was very helpful in telling us about the history of the car and was very informative. We test drove it and while we were driving, we got to know each other and he was very friendly and personable. He answered all my questions about the safety features. We told him we wanted it and while they were finding us financing, he came out every 5 minutes to let us know what was going on and just to talk. It only took about 35-40 minutes. Then we went to the finance guy and that only took about 45 minutes. Don't remember his name but he also was very friendly and personable. He tried very hard to get our car payment to where we told him when we first walked in. There were no hard sales pitches by anyone. We didn't feel pressured at any time. We actually put less down than we expected. They cleaned and buffed the car for us and filled up the gas tank. It was beautiful. Overall the experience was extremely pleasant and it felt like I did business with someone in my family!! I can't remember ever buying a car being so pleasant and fast. I would recommend them highly.

I have owned Hondas for 14 years. I came back to Dobbs to buy my second Honda because the service department is so terrific. I have never had anything but good experiences with the people there. They are friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I will buy another Honda because of them.

Untrustworthy how do they intend to keep return customers seems impossible Pros: none Cons: Untrustworthy workers Once their service rep. and mechanic lied to me they lost a return customer. You would think a business this large would try to hold onto customers who are trying to be loyal to them. Instead they lie about unnecessary repairs and put the fear in you that if you don't fix it today your car may fall apart as you drive out. Well stand firm loyal customers! Leave and get a second or third opinion from another Honda mechanic or any other mechanic before you let Dobbs Honda do the work. I did and I was told the work Dobbs was saying I needed was not needed, there was nothing wrong with my car.It is a shame that customers have to do this. If they would just be honest just think of all the customers they would have. I will not be returning to them.

These people are very rude, especially the Courtesy Carriers who all make you feel like a worthless leech for using the courtesy ride. The sales rep did not fully outline the bill and did not mention all costs until the very end, throwing in several services like an over priced battery and belt replacements, not to mention hidden labor costs, without telling me. Then, the car was said to be running better and actually still runs the same! To top it off, when paying, the cashier was very rude and demeaning. Overall, I'm very unhappy with the service and frankly feel taken. Like the other reviewer, I was forced to pay for services that I did not want, holding my car after doing work I did not confirm, stating that without completed payment, the car cannot be taken. I'll never go to Dobbs Honda again and hope others will read the buyer beware reviews before stepping foot there. If you just need a part, great, use them. For servicing your car, save some cash and grief and go somewhere else. The smaller businesses need the help right now anyways. Let lousy corporate trash like this fail.

The sales man was pushy upon the initial conversation even though we told the sales man that we were not here to purchase but to see what was available. We did find a car that we were interested in and when we spoke of this interest we were ushered into the building where we were bombarded with finance paperwork, rate to payment sheets, and contract agreements for financing. We on several ocasions told the sales man that we wanted to leave so we could think it over and was belittled for attempting to leave and was told to wait on each occasion while more paperwork was brought out for us to look at. On one occasion we asked if we could see what we could get approved for but not be obligated to purchase and the sales man said that "the finance team doesnt need the practice" that if you want the car sign the contract and well see if we can get you approved. Again we asked to leave and was told to wait while the sales man left again to bring us more paper work. My wife and I both felt that we could not leave and were being held against our will untill we purchased the vehicle. We ended up being preassured into the purchase and I felt sick to my stomach and my wife cried on the way home. In my 27 years of life and 10 years of military service have never been treated this way by a company.

Hmmm.. this recommendation is a tough yes/no. My wife and I showed up near closing a couple times and while friendly enough, the staff preferred to go home over making a deal. Although from loose conversation I suspect they wouldn't have made much effort if I had come back midday either. Selection is limited and who ever orders their cars gets the oddest combination of options. It hurts me to say, but I might try their rival across town if you insist on not driving to Phoenix to save money.<br>
