We were only going in to get some questions answered, not sure if we would be able to get a car. We were met with smiling faces and Freddie Buenaflor started answering our questions with his own questions. Before we knew it he was telling us to come out to take a test drive. He had given our information to the finance man, Shawn Pinnick, who told him which cars to show us. We drove and liked a certain car, before we knew it we were approved and signing papers with another very courteous helpful man, Donnie Ray. We were not rushed in any of this process, the whole atmosphere of the dealership was very calm and relaxing. Now the reason I titled my review "two awesome experiences" is because by the time we got home this beautiful car we bought was feeling wrong for us because it was so small. Now let me add that nobody suggested we choose this car, other larger ones were shown to us. We were the ones to make the choice. It was not a right fit for our family, so we knew we had to call Freddie to see what we could do. We were told to come back and they would be happy to help us in finding the right car. This time we tried two larger cars and definitely found the right one. Once again the customer service shown by all three of these men, Freddie, Shawn and Donnie was fantastic. Each one had to redo everything for us and it worked. I can't explain how wonderful they all were in this situation, it was just awesome for us. They did not say anything to make us feel bad that we had made a wrong choice, they made us feel comfortable in the whole process. We would highly recommend Autoline in Atlantic Beach, Fl. to anyone in the area looking for a clean, like-new already owned vehicle. By the way, we had mentioned to Freddie that we had just filled the gas tank of our trade in and he filled the tanks of both cars we took home. Such an added bonus to this fantastic experience. Thank you to everyone at the dealership from these three special guys to the ones who passed snacks out, to the sweet guy who held an umbrella over my head in the rain as I walked to the car. I will definitely go back and hope you will too.

They even had relaxing island music playing the entire time we were there. Autoline had great prices, great selection and were very easy to work with. We have just had another great experience at AutoLine on Mayport Road. It's the only place that our family buys used cars and trucks. The entire group of salespeople and staff are outstanding. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This time we worked with CeJae White. He was patient and knowledgable and spent a lot of time letting us try out the different vehicles that we were interested in. As soon as we made our choice, he was quick to make the entire process run quickly and smoothly. He was a real pleasure to do business with. Everyone at AutoLine works together to make the entire experience a pleasant one. Lynn is always on top of any issue, no matter how small, and always works hard to resolve any question or concern from customers. We HIGHLY recommend AutolLine. My son bought a truck there just 3 weeks before we bought our new/used vehicle. We are very fortunate to have such an A1 auto sales company in this area....

I am 18 years old and I got treated like an adult here. Autoline is hands down the best place to buy a used car in Jacksonville. Honestly everything about the experience for buying my first car on my own was such a great experience from these wonderful people here. Cj was so nice and never once was pushy or aggressive with his pitch. I told him what I wanted and he just showed me everything he had and let me wonder around and look. And when I finally found my 06 honda accord the whole buying process was awesome. Pinto was great he made everything go easy and smooth to get me in my car as soon as possible. No haggling at all the price was right on point. I love this place 10/10 stars all day. I'm serious if your going to get a used car come here. THANK YOU AUTOLINE PREOWNED!!

I cannot explain how happy I was with my entire experience at Autoline. Cejae White was phenomenal. I am a car salesman myself and I know what to expect and how to be treated when shopping for a vehicle. The process was extremely simple and I left with the truck I wanted. I had searched for a particular truck for at least six months before landing on it at the lowest price anywhere at Autoline. The entire team was involved in my car buying experience and I felt welcomed and at home while in the dealership. There was no pressure at all and the follow up experience was exceptional. Not only did I get a truck but I also got some new friends. This is the type of place that generates repeat buyers by being welcoming and fair. Take it from someone who sells cars, the type of experience and product you get at Autoline is rare. It really is a different type of car buying experience. I would refer them to any friends or family of mine.

I was down when I came into the dealership. They didn't know why at all. I've tried several dealerships for a year and they all sent me packin with no hope. I figured since I'm employed with a guaranteed income I'll be fine. Then I recevied a email from Autoline on a car Ive always wanted. Great price and low mileage. I was accompanied by Freddy who had great customer service and got me into the car with no problem. One of the employees (Jim) even went out of there way to drive me to the bank even tho he was off the clock. The work staff was incredibly nice and showed a abundance of hospitality. They also letting me bring it back to get it detailed. And they also took a picture with me (talon sparks & my name is Tyler Starks lol) ... You just have to experience it yourself great deals everything ... Matt got me all signed up and out in no time!!!

Bought my 1st car from them and i have had the best experience. Jeremy and Matt were awesome and were able to get me into the car i wanted for what i could afford. Lynn is also amazing. I had the best experience at Autoline. Jeremy was great and never pushy. I traded in a 2006 Saturn Vue and was completely surprised at the trade in amount they gave me. They even knocked the price down on the car I got so that I wouldn't need to get financed as much. The whole process took longer than I would have liked but it was definitely worth the wait! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have purchased several vehicles in the past, and I have to say my recent purchase from AutoLine was the smoothest and most pleasant transaction I've experienced so far. First of all, I had been looking for my vehicle of choice (Lexus RX350) for a few months and had a hard time locating a used one that was in good condition. I found your dealership online and decided to stop by to see your inventory. Although you did not have the Lexus I wanted at the time, I noticed how nice your vehicles were and ALMOST purchased an LS 300 but decided to wait and keep looking for the RX 350 I really wanted. I was advised during my visit to go to your website and enter the information on the car I was looking for along with my contact information, but I forgot to do so. After searching a couple more months, looking at vehicles that were advertised as "like new", I was repeatedly disappointed once I arrived at the various dealerships and actually saw the vehicles, which were either not in the condition they were advertised or over-priced. FINALLY, I remembered AutoLine and submitted my information on your website. Just a few days later I received a call from Jeremy who said you had a Lexus RX 350 that had just arrived. He sent me the info. on the vehicle and also sent me some pictures. I became excited and asked him not to post any photos online until I had a chance to come and see the car. He laughed and advised me that you do not add photos until after your cars have been detailed and this one had just come in, so no worries. My husband and I came to the dealership as soon as he got off from work and met Jeremy, who was SUPER nice! In fact, EVERYONE we met was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy working there. By the time we arrived the car was being detailed and the team did a great job! Long story short, we purchased the vehicle I wanted thanks to our salesman, Jeremy Lane, taking the initiative to contact me to let me know the vehicle was available. He remained close by and was available to answer any questions we had during the entire process. I was given a great deal on my trade and I got the car that I wanted at a price I was able to afford. Thank you, Shawn!! Matt was also very nice and helpful in making sure we understood everything concerning the purchase. CJ (who was not my salesman) was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions I had about the Lexus model I was purchasing. He has a GREAT sense of humor, an all around nice guy, and is definitely your Lexus expert! If I ever have any questions about my car in the future, he's my go-to guy!! Thank you, AutoLine, for such a pleasant buying experience. Your staff is well-trained, friendly and down-to-earth. A very modern / retro dealership with a friendly staff! Rush, my sales consultant, was thorough about my needs in a vehicle. They worked my financing into affordable payments ,with a highly reputable bank,and an interest rate that was more than reasonable! They even helped me out in a sticky situation when my trade-in broke down on the way to Autoline!!! I will recommend Autoline to everyone in the market buying a pre-owned auto. I went to Autoline with low expectations because I was previously turned down by three other car lots. Once I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Rush the Sales Rep who I explained my credit situation to and he assured me that it would not be a problem I had heard that before from the other car lots and they then turned around and denied me or ask for a large down payment after 2 test drives and me changing my mind a few times I decided on a car Pinto the Finance Manger went above and beyond and got me Financed for a monthly payment way below what I expected and I did not have to put down a large down payment and I was also shocked that I did not have to make a car payment two weeks later like other buy here pay here car lots he then took his time to go over my contract with me and made sure I understood the terms of the agreement and answered all my questions I would recommend Autoline to anyone looking for a preowned quality vehicle

From the time we walked in, we were greeted by Cote ,who was our salesperson from beginning to end. Cote treated us with respect and answered all our questions without having to run back and worth to managers or the like. He was generallly interested in finding me the right car for me. I had shopped AutoLine's web-site on-line, along with others, and saw some vehicles I liked. Upon arrival, I test-drove those cars, and after driving back, saw one that had just been turned in that suited my purposes perfectly. My salesman didn't think it was for sale, because it hadn't been "processed," but inquired anyway. The owner told him he'd work with me, and by the end of the day, I had my vehicle! I'm truly pleased with the way everything was handled.

No autoline is not a traditional used dealership but one of their salesman has the traditional attitude. I came in to buy a car that i love,And i couldn't get the car because i didn't make enough income. Thats fine but im not fine with trying to be placed in something i don't want and that's what the salesman CJ tried to do. Car i wanted was an 08 accord were not talking 2013 bmw. Anyway he suggested i get a hunydai that i almost got but glad i didnt because the a/c didn't work.He told me if it was him he would get it because it's still under some warranty. Im not buying a car and have to do repairs that's dumb i dont give a damn about a warranty. I thanked him for his time and went over to carmax where i got a newer accord with same options. Im happy because i got what i wanted.Autoline markets that non traditional dealership but if you have salesman with the traditional attitude it's just the same.

I was nervous about trying Autoline, but after reading the great customer reviews I decided to give them a shot. I couldn't be more pleased. They had the car I was looking for at a great price, but what I appreciated the most was the exceptional customer service. They are not at all like the stereotypical used car salespersons. Instead they are friendly, knowledgeable, honest...just what I wanted. The atmosphere is relaxed. I would recommend them and would purchase from them again if need be. Cejae and Kelly were super helpful, as well as every other team member I had contact with. They even drove my car home for me since I drove to the dealership by myself and could not very well drive two cars back to my house. Great company to do business with!

Called ahead because it sets the tone. I got there and they were ready for me. If you are looking for a traditional stuffy, pushy sales experience, go somewhere else. My man Woody showed me the car and told me how they used to be a skateboard company, but had great success selling cars because they were not traditional car salesmen. It was true. We had a good time test driving the very specific car I was looking for. Unfortunately, I bought somewhere else, the car I got was newer with less miles, but I paid more for it. The car they offered me was in excellent condition and was offered at a great deal. It was a tough decision and had I been buy based on my experience at the dealership, I would have bought their car. Matt, Woody, and the staff were professional yet not traditional. It was a wonderful experience.

I am from California, and had an excellent experiance purchasing my car from the Auto Line, they are a very knowledgeable and organized Team with some sense of humor. All the process for the first time buying a car went easy and fun. Even the DMV officer at the Palm Springs, CA did comment the documents package as a well done! Two years ago...bought my Lady a ride from Autoline. Woody Harvey met me at the door and assisted me in every aspect of the deal from start to driving away. Think that guy could sell books to a blind man! His knowledge about the many autos on the lot was sick...spot on...gnarly...rad...take yer pick...haha! The entire crew treated us as FAMILY! Not at all as the average Nerds at most lots. Have had few problems in the past two years with her ride but still assisted with any maintenance issues. With out a doubt...Woody will be selling me MY next ride!

My husband and I was very please with the customer service we received from Auto-line. It was very easy how they explained to us to first go on line to their website and to get pre-qualified for our loan. Kelli one of the office employees was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information we needed to get started., she also got us in touch with one of their salesmen who worked with us and found us a car that met our budget and our payments. Four years ago I called Josh Lauderman wanting his help in finding my next vehicle. I let Josh know what I was in the market for, how many miles , the make and model etc.. and then went about my day. Two days later Josh called to let me know he had found the perfect car for me. He was 100% correct. He spent the time and listened to what I wanted and found the"perfect car". The entire experience with Josh and Autoline was the best I have ever had in the car buying process. Four years later I can still say that Autoline is the only place I will buy a car and Josh is the only carman that I would buy it from ( the rest of the guys are great too!!! no offense). My daughter is going to be driving next year and she will need a car. Good thing I have a trusted friend in the business with Josh and Autoline!!

I initially went into Autoline in hopes of finding a particular vehicle at a certain price. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the car lot had a beautiful layout. Although they did not have the vehicle I was searching for in stock, one of the sales members said they would contact me, should one become available. By the next week, I was contacted about a vehicle they had just received. It was the perfect car! It had less miles and was priced less than any other car lots in the area selling that particular vehicle. They also had my old vehicle towed to their lot free of charge and offered me an excellent trade in price. They made my purchase hassle and stress free. I literally told the sales associate exactly what I wanted, and he made it happen in a short period of time. Here I am, writing this review, almost a year later, and I can honestly say that I could not be happier with the service I received and the car I purchased. Thanks again Autoline!

Not your typical dealership.. I have been to multiple dealerships while car shopping. I hate it.. u just want to look get assisted with no pressure..all u get is slimey salesman... I was recommended to check out autoline and everyone there was down to earth real people. Dressed like real people.. no pressure just there to help. Woody was our salesman or should I say real dude there to assist.. he was very helpful. the entire staff was very friendly made us feel like we were right at home. Dan, Sean, Matt, Kelly and even the Tall (J.J. Evans looking guy) were all the best. I really enjoyed them and so nice about everything. You have to go and experience it. The cars are in the best condition, warrantied, dependable and pristine. They follow through every step of the way to ensure when you come there you leave with what you want and nothing else.
