Had such a pleasant experience here at Auto Resources. Fernando did an amazingly job getting us a new car at such a great deal. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Definitely recommend you guys to come check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Today, I made a few new friends shopping at this dealership. After painstakingly looking online all weekend, for a car within my price range, and with good ratings, I was referred here by a friend of mine, LEO VARGAS, who knows A LOT of people around Merced. This is the dealership that had the highest ratings, so I scrolled around here, and I stumbled across a beauty, that I could not resist! So I went to the dealers today, and met with Alex and Joseph. They're really nice guys, and very professional. My mother was involved in this purchase, so we had to call her on the phone, because she's 2,000 miles away, in Illinois. Alex and Joseph were extremely patient with her, explaining EVERY single detail in the deal. I will definitely refer people and come back to buy my next car here!

Bought a 2018 Malibu. It was making a noise so I took it In with 30 day warranty because of the noise. They said it was fine and they couldn’t re create the noise . Boom timing chain went out. Motor a complete loss. Juan Lopez sold the car.

Bad service I bought my 2014 truck and never did the oil change they had promised since I bought it when it had its problem I took it in and they said o tomorrow and on and on it took 3 months for them to give me a Tool for the rims they had to give to me since day 1 . Poor Service i took it to check the sterio and they charged me 110 dollars for a simple check and 1 week later the stereo and truck went completely dead... truck wouldn't even turn on .....

I shopped around for a used car for almost a year and then I found auto resources and all of the salesmen were very nice and understanding. I didn't have very good credit and they helped me get into the car I wanted. I've had my car for over a year and I love it. Thank you again Auto Resources.

I saw a car online that I have been searching for a long time. I called the dealership I spoke to Johnathan and he was very helpful. When I went into the the dealership I was in and out really quickly. They honored there price online and I got a really good deal . They even bought me and my kids lunch. I recommended my coworker who bought a car from Auto Resources and the sent me a $200 referral reward. I HONESTLY LIKE THIS COMPANY, HOWEVER I SIGNED MY CONTRACT PUT MY DOWNPAYMENT THEN A FEW DAYS LATER ASKED THAT I NEED TO PUT MORE DOWN AFTER I SAID NO THEY WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO KEEP THE CAR. HOWEVER I LOVE MY CAR, WORKS WELL AND LAST LONGER THAN WESTERNMOTORS. HOWEVER THEY NEED TO STOP FINANCING THIER CAR WITH AL-FINANCIAL CORP. THAT LOAN COMPANY SUCKS AND IS THE WORST.
