I would like to warn people of the less than professional services and very poor customer service at this location. Having a credit report ran without consent is a complete violation of consumer rights and borders on illegal practices. Being cussed by Marco only added to the less the satisfactory experience I had today. I give the salesman some credit he was nice and very approachable, but he did run my credit without my permission and this is unacceptable. That is a practice that should not even be in the realm of possibility. A verbal or even mores a written statement of permission should be obtained prior to pulling any customers credit report. Upon asking how this happened Marco became aggressive and vulgar. I hope this helps people have some insight as to what these people are capable of when it comes to dealing with their customers. People that sell service for a profession should have better morals and operating procedures as well as tact.

I purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta from them it's a manual and in the two years I've had it the clutch has gone out twice. I took it back to them the first time and they were rude and dishonest. This was after I talked with them over the phone several times and they acted as though they would work with me. Eventually they said they would fix it for about $1200. This place is a joke they overcharged me for my car and bottom line these people are dishonest and fast talkers. Any review on here that is good is probably made up, I would not refer my worst enemy to this place.

Lied about warranty sold, refused to help two months later when transmission failed. Run don't walk away, they are dishonest and won't back up their vehicles or warranty

I bought a car from auto mart yesterday, I had great experience with them, they have great customer service and honesty, I have to say they are not like any other car dealers I felt no pressure at all, I will give them five-star customer service and overall it was a great experience, I will buy from them again, THANK YOU guys at auto Mart keep the good work.

Wow, I was expecting to get beat up like all the other dealers did to me and my wife on Havana Street. You made us feel like part of the family and gave us an offer that no one could refuse. The 2012 Ford Escape was exactly what we were looking for, and its clean as can be. We can not thank you guys enough for this Vehicle! We will be back for more guys!!!!!!!!!

Purchaced an Audi wagon there. Told me the car had brand new tires. A few months later the tires were completely bald & the wire was showing through on all 4. Also when we got the car home we went to open te back side door and the handle popped off. Pretty unhappy, the owner assured us 2ce the tires were brand new. Dumped a lot of money into a new car only to have to dump a whole lot more cause the dealers are dishonest.

They make up stupid excused why they can not honor the advertised price. on top of that I signed for my car on 04/19/14 they told me they would be done detailing, and it would be ready for pick up by 12 or 1pm, later on that day they tell me no it will be 3pm, i called at 3 and they tell me not until 11 am monday morning. I texted the rep i was working with, said they would call me within 20 minutes and no call received. I called the dealership then they tell me around 4pm on 04/21/14. im already upset with being told all these different times with NO explanations from ANYONE, as to why it is taking so long. about them advertising the price and not honoring it, im getting lawyers involved. because there is no disclaimer about pricing changing, and their bogus excuse of "thats with approved credit or cash price". None of the paperwork states that and it was not on the website. Automart is a Bogus Company, maybe i should let the manager know what JB told me and gave to me and said to not tell his boss or he will get fired.!!!!

Had a great car buying experience. We are from Gypsum (2hours away) & had been working w Shannon via telephone for a week before coming down to do business. We were pleased w his attention to detail, & for respecting our wishes regarding waiting to pull our credit until we tied up some loose ends on our part. Shannon and the owner put the customer first on more than one occasion. Overall it was short sweet & pleasant. We will definitely recommend Auto Mart USA to others & keep them in mind for future business. Thanks so much, LOVE the Audi. Were satisfied customers!:D

I have nothing but great things to say about the employees at Auto Mart. The first is the welcoming attitudes they give immediatly. They are very professional and personal with the you when your trying to find a vehicle you would love to drive. In my experience I had just that. Josh Padilla came to me and my husband and gave us nothing but his undivided attention. He was able to get me in the car of my Dreams, I will continue to do business with them and I will definitly send others to experience the wonderful customer service, and quality products.

The guys at Auto Mart USA put me in the vehicle that I wanted and didn't take all my money. I am sad that someone said that about them. They got me going with the least amount down.....it was half of the other dealerships on this block...even with my bad credit. Thank you Josh Padilla and David for getting me into the 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I love it and would recommend this place to everyone.

I wen't over to Auto mart to buy a car (Obviously). I told them I did not want my credit pulled by all of there finance companies and even explained I wanted to go through my bank. They said they had two other banks with lower rates...they ended up pulling my credit more than 15 times!!! I did not find this out until after I bought the car and received letters from the credit companies . I don't know much about the specifics of cars either and I told the sales guy I wanted front wheel or all wheel drive he told me my car was front wheel...come to find out its rear wheel drive...not good for snow! I also had issues when getting my plates they lost my paper work and I had to force them to go down to the DMV and figure things out! Mind you, I have good credit and usually don't go to small dealerships to buy my car but they had "good prices" on cars compared to other places I looked at. I suggest getting all facts and checking into everything they say before buying a car! I never had so many issues when buying a car and I have bought several cars over the years.

While we were in the processing of looking around we stopped here first and saw that somethings that we liked. Even though our credit is not the best, they took their time with us and made this an easy process. We will be back, and Matt will be the person that we go to from now on. Way to go Auto Mart!!! Auto Mart USA on Havana is the best place to go and buy a used vehicle from. I have always went to the big dealerships and bought from there. But thought that I would give a company that has been in business for over 23 years a shot. They really impressed me. I felt like I was treated like I was in a Lamborgini Dealership. I have bought over 100 vehicles in my lifetime and will never go anywhere else ever again. I recommend these guys to everyone. Don't go anywhere other then Auto Mart USA on Havana. Gary and his Internet team where very awesome. They got straight to the point and got a deal done faster then I have ever had one done before. They really listen to you at this place.

Went in prepared to buy with Hector. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in had some concerning cosmetic issues and the test drive was not very impressive. However, Hector made every effort to make sure my concerns were addressed immediately and kept me in the loop on the progress of the car's servicing. Although I did not buy from him at the very end, I would not hesitate to go back to Hector.

Although I was cautious to deal with a small dealer, I contacted Hector regarding a car I was interested in. Hector was very willing to match the price I had received from a big dealer, since the cars were comparable. The sale took less than an hour and all of the people in the office were very helpful. In fact, my bank said that it was a very fast transaction with them, and that was refreshing. Hector honored an offer to fill the car with gas (Premium!). He also offered to have his detailer do a complimentary buff out to get rid of minor surface scratches.

Ive had been in lots of auto dealers looking for the right auto, and finally found the right place to shop for one. I purchased a Nissan Altima from Hector, he is the best sales guy in town. He was very helpful and made my purchase smooth and easy. There are a lots of sales guys out there trying to take advantage of you because of how the economy is now these days. My credit was not looking very good. Hector was very honest and put a great deal together for my husband and I. I highly recommend Auto Mart specially Hector as your next option when purchasing an auto.

DO NOT BUY HERE!Worst experience of my life!! Bought a car last Tuesday with the "help" from Lawrence. 06 Kia Optima Really nice. Get a call Thursday saying that I needed to come in and verify serial/VIN numbers. Go in on Friday and Danny tells me that the car that I "actually" bought is not the right car and that I really bought/insured is an 05 Kia Optima which just so happens to be in AWFUL condition. In order for me to keep the car I have been driving I have to now pay 100 more a month and put more money down.Then informed me that if he wanted to be a "hard-ass" he could force me to take the older/messed up Kia since that was the one on paper...?!?! After a lot of time wasted and arguing I managed to get a check for the entire amount only to realize once I was at the bank the check wasn't filled out properly!!!!??? I finally did end up getting my money after alot of heart ache. I have already filed a complaint with the Dealer Board and I would suggest doing the same thing if something like this ever happens to you.DO NOT GO HERE!

Very dishonest, only care about making the sale.....they will tell you anything to get you to ink the paper. Once your vehicle is purchaed, you will have very expensive repairs to pay out of pocket for and the service contract doesn't cover anything.

Easiest car purchase I have ever made. I selected my choice from their website, which has great pictures and details of their inventory. Some places you would find a car, then contact them and the one you wanted was gone, but they had a great replacement come on down. Which in my busy world equates to let me waste your time while I try to sell you a car you dont want thats not for me.Not at Denver Automart. I selected the car, did the qualification and approval via the Internet and phone then went to pick up the car.I expected something when I got there just from previous experiences with auto dealers just cant be this easy, but it was. Not only did I get the car I was looking for, at the payments I was looking for they included a 3 month 3000 mile service contract, they provided an optional warranty, plus the dealer warranty the car. I dont think I can go wrong with this purchase. Great car, great price, a dealer with integrity. It was a great experience, I will be a return customer.

car overprice very pushy people, no help on issues that my friend had over postdated checks they cashed early i do not recommend this place to anyone, they are people who only care about their profit and not the relationship with their customers i hope people read this before going there
