I was on a trip from PA to Maine and hit a rock that took out one of my radiators on my Porsche. I was stuck in town at a hotel with a car I couldn’t drive. I called them Monday morning and they were able to get it in right away to see what needed to replaced, when no one else would even look at it. They had to order in a new radiator and mount, and as soon as the parts came in they got it put back together very quickly. I highly recommend the service department. They were willing to work on a brand they don’t sell, and did and excellent job of getting it done right and quickly.

Recently had a great experience here. I worked with Kevin in sales, it was a strait forward process. Worked out so well, my wife and I returned a few days latter and traded her car in on a new one as well. All of it was completed quickly and easily on our end. Thank you

With a quick phone call in the morning, I was able to schedule my state inspection that very same afternoon. Comfortable seating area for me to wait in. Passed inspection too!

I have purchased many cars outside of my area and I was very interested in a vehicle that they had in stock. I actually spent 10 years in the car business so because of my inner working knowledge of the dealership I'm usually very easy to work with and have bought cars in Chicago Florida and several parts of Pennsylvania but this dealership didn't seem to be interested and what has become a Modern Standard people basically buying cars over the phone giving a deposit and coming in and picking it up. The car they had is hard to find and it's a shame they weren't interested in working with me and helping me get that car.

Excellent service from the service rep meeting me at the car as soon as I drove in, to washing the car before returning it to me. They did everything I asked, and didn't get pushy when I declined to do something they thought I should. And, were quick to respond when I later thought better of the wisdom of following their suggestion, and changed my mind and asked them to do it. I am routinely pleased with your service department.

Felt almost harassed. Sister thought about trading her auto mall vehicle in at a different dealer. At the same time auto mall called us to ask if everything was ok with our vehicle. Mind you, we haven't heard from them for anything in regards to this vehicle, until the same day/time she was trying to trade it in. Uncomfortable to have to explain the situation on the phone. I have gotten a vehicle from auto mall as well, which was an unpleasant experience.

Shane made sure i got the deal i wanted and walked us through the whole buying process, he answered every question we had and was kind throughout the whole process. He made sure i got the deal i was looking for to the best of his ability.

Very easy going people. They fix whats broken,nothing more. Our vehicle was in for an annoying sound. A short amount of time passed, and the issue was resolved. They even explained what was wrong, and what was fixed (not a 'your all set here are the keys, come back soon'). Not to mention, covered it under warranty without any question!

This place is the worst place to do business with when the finance manager hangs up on you and swears at you because you would like a answer on a auto loan after waiting 5 days with about 30 promises you would get a call back recommend you go to another place

Because of previous high pressure car buying experiences I was leery about traveling 3 hours from Northern NH to VT to buy a new car. I was in for pleasant surprise, Dusty was personable, friendly and informative. I set the parameters for what I wanted and could comfortably afford. He had the information I had asked for in an email copied and ready. After the test drive, and I had made my decision the finance dept stepped in to find me the best loan possible. Then Dusty pointed out all the features of my new car from driving controls to entertainment features. He spoke with my insurance agent before I left the lot. I thank everyone at Auto Mall. You turned buying a new car from akin to a visit to the dentist to a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Bought a 2010 Silverado in Nov. from Wil. Though he was new he was polite and personable. Had a glich obtaining NH inspection brought this to the attn. of GM Bob who in turn brought me out to service Manager Paul. Both assured me problems would be addressed in a timely matter. Bob and Wil provided a truck for my use until mine was done. There was no cost for repairs or loaner and truck passed NH inspection. Big thanks to Wil Bob and Paul.

Bought my 2014 a Corvette at Automall and got a fair deal. They treated me very well and Matt Kopji was a great salesperson. They flatbed delivered my car in February to my house in Connecticut and Matt even traveled with the car to make sure that in arrived in perfect condition and to go over all the features of the car with me in my driveway. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a new car to call Matt or Chad as they will take care if you. Great job guys!!

I purchased a used vehicle from this deal last week and they tried to speed the process up and worked around my busy work schedule. It was great that I was able quickly get everything done in a short time and then the next day have the vehicle delivered to me. Auto Mall is probably one of the easiest dealers I have worked with. I will probably bring my service work to then even though its out of my way.

I started speaking to Automall online with Jacqlyn through my employee buying program. Jacqlyn stayed in touch with me for a few months while I debated whether I could get a new car or not. Every day she would contact me to let me know of specials and to see if I had purchased a vehicle. I needed a reliable car for my 5 year old daughter and myself but we had had such a horrible year I didn't think it would be possible. Jacqlyn then scheduled an appointment for me to meet with her team mate on a Sunday afternoon. When I walked in the dealership I spoke to Shane who is an unbelievable young man. Shane gave me hope when I basically had none. Walked me through the process and then took me out for a test drive. I fell in love with the Chevy Cruze and my daughter was also in love with the vehicle. Shane brought my paperwork in to Nathan and in less than 2 hours I had purchased a brand new vehicle. Nate was able to get me financing and I couldn't believe it. The team work didn't end there. Shane and another driver drove my new vehicle to me from Brattleboro, VT to Salem, NH on a Friday night no less. 2 1/2 hours. I was floored with how much they went above and beyond for me. I can't Thank all of them for everything and highly recommend them to anyone I know. Superior Teamwork!

I had my 2013 3500 HD truck in for service today and was very pleased with the results. The facilities are top notch and my vehicle needs were taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. I make my living with my truck so it is nice to know I can depend on Auto Mall for all my truck and Boss plow service needs. They washed my truck and charged me reasonable fees for my service. I had a pleasant surprise when I got in the truck to drive out of the lot, I discovered that they also cleaned my interior windshield for me and it was really in need of attention. Kudos to your service people.

2008 Audi A8L: The experience all started well enough. the salesman Kevin was good and attentive but not overly so. The car had some significant issues, broken front spoiler that was dangling. Rear window shades that were "overpulled" and would not retract, pulsating brakes, and only snow tires,,no regular tires. I made a full asking price offer contingent on them fixing all or some of the issues. The Sales Manager, after a long discussion with the salesman cam out to tell me that they only had $500 profit in the car and all they could do for me was an oil change. To add to the insulting tactic, they had told me earlier that the car had been brought in on trade for a new car from the dealership...Hahaha, we know you always pay $500 above retail book price for a car you take in trade. What a dumb thing to say.

This place is absolutely excellent to deal with i was searching for a new truck for a while and as you all know dealing with this process can be a hassle but not here. From the time i called to the time i received my new truck customer service was their utmost concern, the price was great service was even better I can't recommend this dealership enough

My chevy cruz was recalled and GM neglected to call AutoMall and tell them why however they went above and beyond to find out what parts were needed and how to fix the car. They also gave me a loaner so I would feel safe till my car was ready I felt like a Queen I have never been treated so well. I would recommend AutoMall to any and everyone the service dept. is top notch.

This dealer lists vehicles that are not available for sale. Total waste of time after you have been calling for 10-15 minutes and waiting to find out the vehicle listed for sale is actually not for sale.

We had a wonderful experience buying our truck at this location. We drove from MA to test drive a truck we really wanted and our salesman was so friendly and honest. He made us feel at home and did whatever it took to get us the truck. The finance team is wonderful and got us a fair price for our trade and chose the best payment plan for us. Can't wait to buy from them again!

I was traveling and broke down on a Friday night. Service got my pickup in when they opened on saturday morning and had me and my family back on the road by 10 . Price was great and I felt they went out of their way to get us going. Thanks .... By the way the dealership facility is bran new!

They won't reveal all the rebates and incentives unless you walk away. Do your homework so you don't get setup by their pressure tactics. Had been (past tense) a customer for years.

I found car I was looking for online and went from Ct to Vt to see. Exactly as advertised. The sales consultant, Amanda Gilbert, was extremely helpful. They put car on lift for me and helped me check it out. Price was agreed on and they delivered car to CT for me. Could not have had a better car buying experience. Highly recommend, and Im pretty picky!
