One week after purchase a check-engine light came on. "Bad catalyst". Should be covered by warranty. Truck is super clean + was well maintained.Salesman was FANTASTIC! NO DEALER-SHPEEL.NO PRESSURE. Very friendly and helpful. Knows his stuff. Felt like buying a car from Dwayne Johnson.

Roger and Lonzo from Auto Icon were hands down the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. I was approved for a car loan before I even showed up to their shop. I drove 3 1/2 hours to their location just to buy a car from them. I could have gone locally, but I chose to go to their place if business to be treated right. They are honest stand up guys working at Auto Icon. If you are on the fence of going to their shop, just go. You won't be disappointed. I will continue to spread the great experience with Auto Icon with family and friends. They definitely will have a repeat customer. Thanks again gentleman.

I have been looking to buy a car for several months. Searching through all the internet sites, called & left messages, emailed, even went to look at some. Always came away with 'well, it was OK-but not sure......... kind of feeling' and never heard from them again. Fortunately , I came across AUTO ICON-- they had a great car at a really great price, I called-- someone actually answered- said the car had been sold. Then, said he had more coming in a few days and he will call me. Wow..... he did! We ( really he did all the work) worked out all the details, put the numbers together, and gave me a great deal. I've never had anyone sell me something and yet be concerned about my side of the deal and wanted to make sure it was " right" for me.

I just moved to Houston recently and knew very little about how to purchase a car in the United States. After visiting several dealership and private sellers, I happened upon Auto Icon, and am very happy that I did. After speaking with Roger for about 5 minutes, I could tell that this dealership was different from all the others. Roger understood the fact that I was new to the country and took the time, on several occasions, to sit down with me and explain the buying/selling process here. He even took time out of his schedule to go through my insurance plan and explain to me the intricacies of it. He was extremely helpful and was not pushy in any way whatsoever. In my opinion, this family owned business operates with complete transparency. They only sell quality vehicles that are inspected thoroughly. They are willing to show you every bit of history on the car, including the car title (some dealerships do not do this). He allowed me to take the car for inspection and even agreed to give me back my deposit if the inspection was successful and I simply decided to change my mind. All in all, I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Being new to U.S., I am happy that I found a dealer who cared more about me than he did the sale. I will be recommending Auto Icon to any one I know who is looking for a car. If my own mother moved here, I'd be sending her to Roger. A++

We were looking for a minivan and we found a beautiful white Toyota Sienna at this dealership. The listed price was very good and what's more, they were willing to negotiate, so I feel like we got a very good deal on the car. Everyone was extremely helpful during the entire process. When I first arrived to look at the car, Mike was very kind to ride with me during the test drive since I did not know the area and answered all my questions. He also provided me with both a Carfax and an Autocheck. Roger (the owner) made the buying process very easy. The car was ready to go with the plates and inspection and registration stickers the day after I paid for it. The whole process went very smoothly. We are happy with our Sienna and would buy here again. Highly recommended!

My husband and I came to Texas for my husband's work. We had been searching for a certain vehicle back home for a good solid month. Once we got to Texas we began our search down here for the same vehicle. Looked at 3-4 different lots in town and the vehicles were extremely scratched or nasty on the inside and they still wanted an arm and a leg for the vehicle. I happened to find auto icon on the internet and found out they had "the" vehicle I had been searching so hard for. I went down the next day to look it over and immediately knew I wanted it. The car had been cleaned very well on the outside as well as the inside. I was impressed to say the least. Considering the other vehicles I had found were nowhere as nice as this vehicle. To top it all off he wasn't trying to make all kinds of money off of the vehicle either. It was very reasonably priced compared to the others. Once I decided to buy it we went the next day to officially make it mine. The over all process was rather easy. What I appreciated the most is how nice and down to earth our salesman (Roger) was. He wasn't uptight or unsociable like many other salesman I have met. To make a long story short. I have nothing but good things to say about Auto Icon. I love my car and very pleased with their services. Highly reccomend!

Looked for 6 months for one type of vehicle. All are up North, not here. It wasn't the color or options wanted but the price was way below what I thought I would have to spend. Cramped parking but the quality of vehicles takes care of that issue, no junk cars here. Talked to one of the employees and he had nothing but positives to say about the owners. Bought and sold cars myself for 30+ yrs and know a good deal when I see one. Not only do I recommend this establishment but will purchase again in the future.
